Works great!
It has been great for plugging in and charging my laptop and also being able to use multiple screens. It keeps my desk area tidy and takes care of multiple needs. I definitely recommend if you need to charge and use multiple screens! Very sleek and useful!

Compatibility issue
Works fine with my dell monitors but does not support hidpi for my lg 4k monitor.

Very Good Product
This product has been extremely useful for docking my laptop, using multiple screens for work, and charging. I also love that it is not overly bulky and does not take up too much space on my desk. My only feedback would be a slightly sleeker design as it is someone bland. But regarding practicality, this product is perfect.

I got this docking station for my home work setup and it does the job l great. I love the fact that I can conveniently set up shop at home and don’t need to worry about any huge mess of chords or lug around extra chargers so I can use both monitors.

Love, love, love this docking station! Not only tidied up the wires and computer area but also helps alleviate wear and tear in cords and plugs going in and out of ports. The cleanliness is just the icing on the cake! Love it!

This is a differently a must have. At first I was a little confused but when I hooked it up to my laptop/tablet it started charging my laptop/tablet.
The only thing I don't like is it has to be hooked to a laptop

A great and versatile device for working from home
I first got one of these devices issued to me from my employer for a more robust work from home set up during the pandemic. It was used for a personal MAC laptop, company issued Lenovo laptop, and my wife's work issued chromebook. All worked great so I bought a second one for the house.

Dont bother buying this Targus dock.
Both HDMI port no longer work after less than two months. I bought two & both have same issue!!!

Nice Features but touchy USB-C
This docking station has nice features for running multiple monitors and USB devices. I am running two HP 24yh Monitors, Logitech Video camera/mic, USB/Bluetooth wireless keyboard & mouse and USB speakers from this dock but the USB-C connection to the notebook is very touchy. I find I have to unplug and re-plug it in multiple times before the laptop recognizes the connection, starts charging and fires up the peripherals USB-C Cable/connection. I bought one for home because this is the same model they gave me at work for my new notebook, and I have the same problem with both docks. That said, once the connection is made, it works really well and supports everything I need in my office.

Great Product
Docking Station with 65W Power Delivery/Got from TryIt
My husbands works on computers & Laptops so he was happy
to get this he can easily hook up a 2 monitors and his laptop
maybe even a 4th if needed and have plenty of space available
for his desk. He has a wireless mouse and keyboard and can
work across the screens.The top of the docking station also
has small rubber strips so that he can rest my laptop on top
of the docking station When he isn't using it to keep it out
of the way. Which is an A+ for him. I highly recommend.

Works fine, but didn't come with correct cable.
Video even shows a USB-C to USB-C but in the box was a USB-C to USB-A. Had to purchase a separate cable to make it work like it should have worked out of the box.

My boyfriend has been looking for something like this at an affordable price point and this has been his favorite one yet! He fully utilized 4K and this has been a game changer for him, if your boyfriend is obsessed with gaming like mine, this is a must buy!

Very Nice to Use
The Universal USB-C DV4K Docking Station with 65 Power Delivery is of great quality, durable and easy to use. I like that is small and not heavy that you can put it on a corner of the desk to hook up to laptop and monitors. I like the size, but rather it be thinner a little. It charges good so it is very powerful Hooking it up to the monitor it comes out really clear the screen. I would recommend it for people who love to game and who has tons of monitors on their desk. It is a easy product to use and hook up with all the cables.

Incompatible with some Intel video drivers
There is a known incompatibility between this device and many versions of the drivers for some Intel graphics chips for Windows 10, including the most current version. The workaround is to revert the drivers to an older version, however Windows will randomly update the drivers on you, breaking the device. When this occurs, the screens of attached monitors will flash off and on and the system will run very slowly. This is very frustrating, as my other many-years-old Targus dock doesn't have this problem (but is missing some features I need, like dual HDMI output, nor does this dock have a problem with AMD graphics (I attached it to an AMD-powered desktop for troubleshooting, where it worked like a champ, but that isn't where I need it).
I initially contacted Targus tech support via their website's chat function. The support person didn't know about this issue; I had to Google the symptoms to find posts about it elsewhere. The problem has persisted for many months, and as far as I know, there is no ETA for a true fix - only the workaround.
If I had to do this again, I would purchase a different brand of external dock.
