Must have backpack
This backpack is great and is versatile for so many uses. It has so many different compartments and pockets. It has a compartment to hold a laptop, two pockets for water bottles, an interior compartment, etc. I love how much storage space this backpack has. The backpack is sturdy and durable. The shoulder straps are cushioned which makes it comfortable to wear. This is a great travel backpack and has the right dimensions to be used as carry on luggage or personal item.

Very spacious

15–16” Mobile Elite Checkpoint is a backpack made for your computer. The quality of the backpack is great. It’s very thick & tough feeling. It does come with a lot of zipper components which is excellent. The more zippers the better. It’s to help hold cords, mouse, mousepads, & any other gadget you need for your computer. It’s very convenient to have because you can simply put everything in the backpack & travel to your destination. I highly recommend this product.

This back back was great for traveling: it was big enough to hold all of my tech gear and then some. There’s lots of pockets and space. It is small enough and easy enough to store and it’s easy to clean is something gets spilled on it!

Great for work and small travel
My boyfriend and I love this backpack. Not only is it stylish, but it has so many pockets. Both with zippers and open pockets. Also, the sneaky water bottle zippers are a huge plus for traveling. You can definitely fit a medium size laptop, nothing too big. I'd recommend this bag for weekend work travelers.

Nice Backpack!
This backpack is definitely checkpoint-friendly. I was anticipating it to have wheels on it for some reason, which it doesn't have, but that's a plus. It is very lightweight and compact, but roomy enough to include a laptop and other belongings. It is also very comfortable to wear.

Such a great backpack. This came just in time. My NOW husband and myself were packing to get ready to leave town and get married. We had to pack all of our important documents and his laptop. This came to the door as we were trying to squish into our suitcase without wrecking stuff. He immediately took all the important stuff out of the case and put them in the backpack. Had enough room for that and all of his clothes and toiletries. Held nice on his shoulders too. After two shoulder surgeries hes picky and said this was amazing comfort.

I love the amount of pockets in this bag. I’m a mom and a teacher, so this bag is perfect to handle the needs of both worlds. The laptop section is very cushioned and safe. I also love how wide the bag opens for easy accessibility. There are pockets for everything and I actually really like having the zippered pockets on the side instead of them being open. I have a love/hate relationship with the structure of the bag though. It’s great because it holds its shape and everything isn’t falling into a black hole, but it’s slightly uncomfortable to carry as it doesn’t conform to my body. I also wish the lined “valuables” pocket was in a different spot instead of being the most accessible pocket. Overall though, it’s a great bag.

I received the Mobile Elite Checkpoint Friendly Backpack to test and review. This is a great backpack for taking on a trip. It's a very nice carry-on luggage. This has large pockets for water bottles, soft-lined pocket for eyeglasses or valuables. Has a nice holder for your laptop and easy access to it. You can attach it to your luggage by using the attached strap. It has very heavy duty straps for your back. Multiple zippered pockets for items.

I love the all black them. This is my second Targus purchase. I enjoy the multiple compartments very compact backpack. It’s a tab bit smaller than expect but it be a everyday backpack form school to work. For the price it’s an exceptional product.

This pack is so roomy inside with lots of pockets for organizing. It counted as only a personal item on my last flight and had everything I needed in it... multiple pairs of glasses, clothing, meds, snack etc.! Don't suggest stuffing the side pockets (to avoid attention if you want to take it on as a 'personal item' rather than 'carry-on'.

Great quality laptop backpack, but overpriced.
The quality is undeniably great. My only criticisms are the price and design features. For $80, this particular backpack could come with some more individual pockets in some of the zipperered compartments for USB cables, tablet and laptop accessories, etc. Don't get this unless it's soley to carry a laptop and it's singular accessories. It will fail as a multipurpose bookbag, ie. for class or work. Otherwise, it is very comfortable, sturdy, and built well. It just doesn't fall into the price class compared to other manufacturers.

Good bag, but use better zippers.
This is a very nice backpack that could use some slight improvements. First i would happily pay another $30 more for better zippers. The quality of them leaves a lot to be desired. Put in some large ykk zips or a competitors equivalent. Second is the inside organization pocket is on the wrong side. It should be on the front flap and not the back by the laptop. Make the inside organization and the laptop protection compart similar to your old bags where you had the very nice laptop pocket. But actual design of the bag is nice and efficient otherwise. Pockets are all in the right spot and perfectly sized.

This backpack is just ok. I was using a similar backpack for several years and decided to give this one a go. It was nice at first but soon I realized it was missing something… pockets! It needs more pockets to store little items. Other that that it’s just meh

I bought this backpack three weeks ago and am happy with the purchase. This backpack fits everything I need for my mobile office as a hybrid worker. Also due to the amount of items outside of my laptop that I carry to the office, I don't feel the weight on my back that I felt with my prior backpack.

I recently tried this Targus 15" - 16" Mobile Elite Checkpoint Friendly Backpack and it's awesome. It is very roomy with multiple compartments, even space for valuables and your water bottle. It has a strap to help secure it to your luggage and it has a place to keep your laptop safe. Also, it looks very sleek and fashionable. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Sturdy!
Its a nice quality bag that's sturdy and my belongings feel safe and secure in it. It is on the heavier size compared to other bags but putting it on is easy going. The weight is distributed so well, I can't complain. My laptop fits completely in the back and i like the straps that secure it so i dont have to worry about it moving about. It would makes a nice carry-on bag.
Nice amount of compartments as well. They are all deep and spacious enough for everything I carry. Also the side pockets are large enough for any bottle with still enough room to zip it up. The only con is that i wish it had to two zippers for the smaller compartments as well.
