Telescopic Handle Failed - Again.....
it costs me $150 to customize every Targus bag to fit the equipment i transport in it.
Am a PICC nurse and travel between facilities so i open and close the handle 10x+ daily.
Am literally buying a new bag every 3-months cuz of the shitty telescopic handle.

I love this rolling case, it's great for travels. Protects laptop and accessories and plenty of room to add other travel objects. I'm happy with the look and feel. I love how you can pull up the handle and roll it with you so not worried about weight. My favorite travell companion for laptops.

Back pain saver - Good Product
This has been a complete back saver for me. No more laptop bag over the shoulder! I use it when I travel between offices (2-3 times per week) to cart around my laptop, power cord, extra forms, a file or two, and random other accessories and there's plenty of room for all. This is much easier way to carry heavy laptop and documents. Front pocket is very convenient for little items like pens, business cards, sticky note pads, phone chargers, etc. This bag is light weight and expands to hold more than I expected.

I am so happy that I got this rolling laptop bag! It has a ton of room for not only my laptop, but all the other essentials for my day in the office. It is easy to extend the handle and it glides. I love that it has wheels, this saves my back from lugging a heavy over crowded backpack. I cant say enough about this bag except try it - you'll love it!

Yet another customer with a telescopic handle failure
This bag would be great if not for the absolute failure rate of its handle getting stuck.
Scroll down, you will see that there are plenty of customers complaining.
Otherwise the bag is great.
But it's like having a nice car with the doors not opening. Nice, but that little problem makes it unusable.

Sturdy, rolling laptop case
This laptop case is larger than I expected which is great because it could also double as a roll aboard bag for flying. The laptop section holds my 15” MacBook Pro and the remaining section could easily hold a weekend’s worth of undergarments rolled up and tucked in.

Very durable, suitable compartments for electronics, toiletries, perhaps even a clean shirt/tie or blouse. And some papers--an 'all-in-one' wheelie that goes easily wherever you go. GREAT as mobile desk. Flexible uses, lightweight. Ideal 'day-tripper.'

Telescopic Handle Failure
I work from this Targus bag carrying my computer and files. Handle has always been a problem but now is totally stuck inside the bag. With the weight of computer and files, I have depended on the handle and rollers to transport my work. It's to heavy for me to carry and very difficult for me to work efficiently. I like the features of the bag, but disappointed that the handle has been so undependable.

fine, cheap laptop case, covers the basics
For a rolling case that can hold a 16? laptop, this bag/case works just fine. It covers the basics well, but there's nothing about it that stands out. It's not particularly lightweight, it doesn't have any special features, but it definitely will get the job done with a good-enough handle and wheels if you need or want such a small bag to be on wheels.

Disappointed on the WHEELS & Customer Service!!
I bought this bag Dec 2022 after 2 back surgeries when I needed to return back in the office.. After less than 4 months, the wheels were falling apart. I purchased a 2 year warranty on the bag, but it can't be used until the one year warranty expires. I wasted alot of time with customer service. I will never buy another laptop bag from Office Depot and furthermore limit any future purchases . Unfortunately, I could send back, but the warranty doesn't cover shipping cost for the return. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with this situation.

I travel between locations for my job and the Targus Rolling Laptop Case has made my life so much easier. My laptop and accessories, binder, books, and random office supplies all fit with ease. The case presents as professional and I am no longer juggling supplies and looking unorganized. I have rolled this case across uneven terrain and drug it up curbs with hardly a scratch. The front pocket zipper was slightly kinked upon arrival but after a few days of careful use is zipping with ease. Highly recommend!

Quality and Durable
This lightweight luggage can easily fit a 15’’or 16” laptop and still have plenty space for everything else. Attached is a photo of 15” laptop in the luggage. I also tested with my 16” laptop, no problem to fit. The handle comes out easily and stays well, and wheels work great and smooth. Wheels are quiet and easy to maneuver. It can fit to the overhead department on an airplane. It’s a perfect solution for weekend gateway or business trip when you want to travel light. Overall this is a quality, durable and easy to use luggage.

Really nice rollable case with extension handle
Case:
The laptop case is very well made. It's spacious, and has more than enough individual areas to store everything I need. I've been able to fit up to 15.6 inch laptops inside without issue.
In addition to a laptop, I usually take along a fill sized tablet, docking station, project files, pens, pencils, markers, extra cables, click style pointer, and portable keyboard with mouse.
Roller:
The rollers roll smoothly. It would be nice if they were just slightly larger and wider (sometimes the rollers roll into cracks in pavement, or flooring).
Extension handle:
The handle base and end are very sturdy, even when fully extended. The only thing I'd change is that I'd like the handle to extend just a bit more.
Carrying on:
I have taken this with me as a carry-on several times, and had no issues.
Bottom line:
I really like this laptop case. It's nice to have an option like this that enables quite a bit of storage, and has an extendable handle to roll it as opposed to wearing it.

Handle broke
I bought this bag a month ago at Office Depot and was saddened to see that handle broke off. The screw popped out and now I can’t use it. I travel from different job sites and now have to carry a heavy bag.

Telescopic Handle Not Working
I bought this bag a week ago and 2 days into using it, the telescopic handle stopped functioning as I would expect. It doesn't extend all the way up and keeps getting stuck at the mid point. With all the other reviews regarding similar issues, now I'm wondering if it will fail all together. Very disappointed, to say the least and not worth the money.

Great business case
Only recently nhave I had the opportunity to travel for my job again, and this Laptop case was great. There only one thing that I would have liked to see, and that's a airport scanner friendly flip out type laptop section. I've see those and you don't have to take out your laptop to be scanned if you have one. Otherwise, this has a nive tall handle that zips away, and great smooth wheels when its rolling. Its not too heavy to just carry like a briefcase either. It doesn't hold a ton, but its not meant to. It great for what I need it for.

My new overnight bag
I do a lot of day trips for work and this laptop case is just perfect for me. The casters and handle are of very good quality and I can feel the durability. The ease of air travel with a single bag versus two bags cannot be overstated.

This laptop case is perfect for traveling- it comes with a telescoping handle that retracts into a zippered compartment when not in use which is super convenient. My 16” laptop fits perfectly and safely. I also like that it has extra space for holding office essentials like stationary, phones, tablets etc.

Handle is downfall
The handle was the issue for me. It stopped telescoping after a year or so. It would no longer release and raise or lower. The small plastic button broke. It was basically useless after this. If the button fails, it is done. There were no replacements.

I love this case!!!!
I do alot of hybrid work and having this bag makes the commute so much easier. There are enough pockets for your laptops, tablets, documents along with other items you may need. It's also easy to pull out the handle and get your roll on to your destination. I will definitely be using this product now and into the future.

I needed a new bag for work and preferred one with wheels. Ordered this one and it has been working out perfect. Very roomy but not too big. Don't feel like I am using a small suitcase for work travel. This case can carry so much and yet it has such a small footprint. Also, the wheels and telescope handle allow me to move thru an airport easily and without needing to carry the weight.

Perfect for travel
I have to take my work laptop on any trip I go on "just in case" so this case is absolutely perfect for my essentials and of course keeping my laptop safe and secure. It has just enough room for my bathroom goodies and a few sets of clothes.
