Mega deal for the price
Got this at Walmart. Blown away by the quality and price. Despite the mention of 16" and under Targus did include the mention of the new line of ultra 17" laptops which you can fit in. I currently own a 17" LG Ultra PC laptop and it fits in well thanks to the thinner bezels. Well worth the buy.

Exactly what I wanted and expected
The case is just the right weight and has the shoulder strap that I wanted.
I recently used it for international travel and it did just fine.
There are enough pockets for cords, charger and a wireless mouse.

16" Classic Top Load Carrying Case
The laptop compartment of the carrying case has generous room for the 15" laptop being carried plus space to store docking station hardware. A separate carry case compartment for the docking station would be desirable, so that the laptop and docking station would not bang against each other when traveling. In spite of this the case is a good value for the price, and I am pleased with the workmanship and overall quality of the product.

Pergect size for laptop and a few files. Love the full size outside zipper pocket and the looser velco closed pocket on the other side. So sturdy and nice looking.

Bare bones case
I bought this case to carry a 16" HP Envy. It does not have any interior pockets or means of holding the laptop. The laptop could slide around in the case, so it didn't provide much side protection or a good place on the exterior pockets to carry the power supply and mouse and protect the laptop from them. Instead, I would recommend the HP authentic 16" topload case.

Good Basic Bag
Good basic bag and great for its' price category. Main pocket will fit the large Dell Precision 7670 and a two-inch-wide ringed binder comfortably. The front utility pouch is spacious enough to store your extras, but the loose design of its' inside pockets drops the carrying case to four stars: the pockets are a bit shallow and do not have zippers or flaps to keep those extras in their pockets. Additionally, the phone pocket with its over-strap needs a redesign. It will fit a pack of cards, a wallet, or :-( a pack of cigarettes. Take-away: A good and nice looking bag for the price, but if you have lots of smaller items, then plan to bring a few small organizers to tool-it-up a bit.
