This triple-4K dock for Mac, Windows, and Chrome USB-C laptops helps you take productivity to a whole new level. With three 4K video connections, 100W Power Delivery, and 5x USB 3.0 ports, the USB-C dock is perfect for your MacBook, Dell XPS, Chromebook or other USB-C laptop requiring additional ports.


You can also connect the dock to your USB 3.0 laptop through a USB-A port, using a USB-C to A cable, such as the USB315AC1M (sold separately). 


Note: Power Delivery to charge your laptop is not available through USB-A, and only a dual display is supported.

The 4K USB-C docking station lets you create a three-monitor Ultra HD workstation. Connect: 



  • 2x 4K DisplayPort (DisplayLink) at 4096 x 2160 resolution @ 60Hz / 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz and 

  • 1x 4K HDMI (DP Alt Mode) at 4096 x 2160 resolution @ 24Hz / 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz 


For high-resolution applications, you can connect the dock to a 5K display at 60Hz, using the two DisplayPort ports. 


100W Power Delivery 


Using a single cable, the USB-C dock will power and charge power-hungry laptops, with up to 100W Power Delivery, and power your peripherals with its 150W power adapter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flaky DP connection, sound intermittant This was a corporate device, so had to use. Works most of the time, but with a corporate laptop, I have to get permission to install additional software that may help with DP issues, although Windows 11 should address them natively. Right now, my 32 LG FHD display is not being seen correctly, displaying 640 x480, while my Acer 27" is fine. Makes zero sense as it was working yesterday!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from only 2 monitors display using my chromebook I just bought this and hooked it up to my chromebook Version 91.0.4472.25 asus c302c. Only the 2 monitors display and the native monitor. Otherwise everything else seems to work fine. Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! But improvements are wanted! My company picked up one of these for me a while back and It's been a workhorse. Pros: 1. Plenty of ports 2. Second USB-C port 3. Quick charge port on the right side. 4. 3 functioning monitors! Cons: 1. No ports in front. Could use more than the single side-port. 2. The DP passthrough goes to the HDMI 2.0 port rather than a DisplayPort output. 3. DisplayPort ouputs are on their own controller - making them less ideal for latency and high bandwidth streams. (Gaming) 4. Sometimes it'll bug out and I'll need to reset the device and my computer. (1/month or two)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HDMI port limitation is not clearly spelled out. I bought this product back in August 2019 in anticipation of purchasing a large 4K Monitor to connect as my third monitor. The HDMI port of this product did not work and after many hours of troubleshooting I called customer service who informed me that this model dk30ch2dep HDMI port only works with a connection to a laptop that 1. has USB-C input AND 2. the laptop that supports DPA mode. This was not clearly spelled out in the description, you would have to click and deep dive further down on their website to see this limitation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Dock This is my second TRIPLE Monitor dock. Moved my first one to a remote office I use and upgraded to this one to have USB-C charge cable for my MacBook Pro. I had a small glitch with the driver BUT the 24 hour support was amazing. I called after midnight and Brandon listened and the took me through a series of troubleshooting steps. In no time I was up and going and issue resolved. Thanks for the superb support and for the knowledgeable process. That was an unexpected surprise the night before I really needed a fully functional office again. I recommend the product and the customer support. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very little Mac support This dock does not support clamshell mode (closing your laptop while using external monitors) and you cannot calibrate monitors that use DisplayPort (so forget about using dual displays since it only has one HDMI out). For a dock this price, you would expect it to be perfect, but every time an issue is raised or a feature is missing they blame Apple or say "It is planned, but we don't have a timescale for releasing it" If all you want is an expensive way of adding a bunch of USB ports to your mac, this will work (but I suggesting finding a cheaper one on Amazon).

Almost all of my adobe software does not run appropriately when I am plugged into the dock and every time I unplug from the dock I have to restart my laptop. Now when I am plugged in my computer does not recognize the graphics card that I paid for. I wish I could return this but of course I cant. DO NOT BUY

I run 2 2K (2560x1440 at 120Hz) monitors with no issues. All USB ports work, laptop charging, Ethernet, all work. I don't move my laptop often, but when I do, I absolutely love that I only have one cable to unplug and done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Perfectly It does exactly what it says it will do. Perfectly. After unsuccessfully trying to get 2 different Dell docks to work with a Dell Inspiron, I switched to the DK30CH2DEP and have enjoyed perfect performance. I recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works quite well but can’t be updated on Mac Be careful, it is NOT possible to update this product firmware using a Mac system, even if the last update fixes a bug with Mac. Firmware upgrade has to be done using Windows. Got an explanation from the StarTech support team but in my opinion, this fact should be mentioned in product documentation as many users may not have access to a Windows system.
