The original base came defective
the base of the original television broke in half and caused the fall of the television, that after 4 months of use, the technical support practically mocked me, one of them left me waiting 40 minutes without speaking ..... no it is fair that i lose an 85 "tv because the factory base came defective samsung does not want to recognize that defect and i was left without a tv....the tv did not drop to me, the base broke and the tv fell to the floor , samsung should repair the damage since it may also have fallen to my 1 year old son.

Never again
I bought an 85 inch Samsung that’s not even two years old and guess what!? A fairly large dark spot at the very top of the screen. I’ll definitely be going with Sony from now on

it turned off and didn't turn on again
i have 2 years with the tv and it turned off... did not turn on again, samsung disappoints me i think they sold quality products, it is very fast so that in 2 years it will fail.

Claims to be Alexa Compatible but it is not
when i first purchased tv i was able to use with alexa app but the last couple months tv fails to respond to many options including volume control. i am very dissapionted on samsung app developers it seems they make updates without trying on each system that eventually re der your tv useless for the very things you purchased it for. this is my third sansung tv and all worked geet out of the box but shortky after started lising features withh every samsung app uodate

Good for the price
excellent picture in bright 4k video and video gaming. dark scenes are hard to see unless the room is dark. that is the biggest problem i have with it. could use another hdmi port. the size for the price makes up for its short comings. i won't pay more than $2000 just for a brighter picture in the higher end models, the human eye can't distinguish 4k from 1080p and 8k on televisions up to 50". and i'm sure not between 4k and 8k in tv's upto 65. just my opinions.

The app options are endless!
i have been a life long samsung phone owner but have always had lg tvs. i recently bought my 85 in samsung because of the many many option that lg smart tvs just don't offer! the remote is also very nice and controls all devices including my ps4. very happy to add samsung tvs to our home!

Like being at the movies
Our TV is by far the best we've ever owned. The picture is easily as sharp as anything I've seen in a theater. Excellent sound (though I imagine the sound bar would increase the enjoyment of the set). Football is awesome!

Wifi connection doesn't work
while the tv image is sharp and clear. i have to reset network settings every day to use the tv the way its designed. its annoying and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. its 2021 the whole world runs on wifi the tv shouldn't need reset every time you turn it on. its garbage.

graphic quality is great. reason for 3 stars because not enough hdmi plugs, hdmi 2(arc) does not work, and processor feels slower than my previous 75” lg. first week or two it was working, then all of a sudden it just stopped. from what i can tell from browsing thru the set up for sound system, it saying that my model doesnt exist when it originally did found it when i first got the tv. did a factory reset and it works again, then repeat same thing three times and now does not work at all nomore and i have to use optical now.

Best TV quality
Setting up the TV is very easy due to it's very clear instruction. The outward appearance of the TV look sophisticated when put into the room as it make the room look modernize when in the stand or up in the wall. The quality of the TV is very clear like a crystal and how the a show is projected it's very similar to watching a movie in the cinema.

The remote came in not functioning properly
the remote on this device came in as if it was use/preowned. i own other samsung tv's with the same remote and the remote on this device is glitchy and seems to be stuck. also, the battery that came with it ran out within 2 months. i have yet to change the battery on my other samsun tv that have owned for 3 years....

TV lasted less than 2 years.
I bought this TV 23 months ago. The screen all of a sudden started having MULTIPLE black shade areas on it It looks awful. These are on the inside..... The warranty is 1 year. Samsung offered nothing mare then send a repair guy at my cost.... or buy another TV from them for $150 off.

Do not buy.
TV is 5 months outside the warranty and is dead, I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Samsung basically told me there’s literally nothing that can do for me. Paid $1,700 for a tv that lasted just over two years. I’ll never in life purchase another Samsung product and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. I’ll also submit my experience across several social media platforms.
