When the time came to redo our den it was the perfect fit on the wall between the shelves. This 75" version fills the space nicely in our living room. Same great picture quality and functions. Everyone enjoyed the picture on the old 55", so we find it funny that when they come over now, they notice other things. Like "I never noticed how white that persons teeth are before", not "Oh you got a larger screen". The same great thing as before, just more of it.

This TV is way better then any other TV we have, picture is outstanding, great. We have this TV in our lanai where we spend most of our time. Our friends just love the picture, and the way it looks.

Need some more kids channels. Would have been nice if Bangladeshi , Pakistani , Indian channel apps were added. Bangladeshi apps like bongo, jagobd can be added.

As always, the Samsung picture quality is tops, the casing is simple yet elegant and it's extremely easy to operate. My only negative would be the sound. Although it's not horrible, a sound bar is recommended.

The picture quality is superb. I would highly recommend this TV. The price was wonderful and helped me make up my mind to upgrade.

Had to resort to tablet. Created several "bookmarks" but could not make it easy to use them. Wanted to be able to have bookmarks come up as first option when turning on tv. important apps were not available such as Alexa. A little disappointed with only one usb port.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value! Lots of adjustment options This tv is really nice for the price. It's not QLED but it seems really close if anyone cares. Samsung has definitely put their customers in mind. You can fine tune the color settings if you have a meter making the TV even more incredible. The sound is also great. I would have never thought I would be able to use a equalizer throught the TV to get nice deep sounds. Sound bars might be a thing of the past. This TV is a huge upgrade from Vizio as I am a Vizio customer. Not anymore. Samsung is definitely not letting Apple run the TV market if Apple decides to make tv's. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will continue to buy samsung as long as the quality for the price is this good.

It frequently says no internet is available despite every other device in the house being fine including the Xbox attached to it. Almost every time I want to use it I have to reenter the password even though it's saved and even then it's 50/50 on it working

Bought a new TV from Walmart while we were out of town, came back home installed the tv and out if the box the tv would not respond to the remote. I called customer service and they sent a remote but i told them if a universal remote wouldn't work then its not a remote problem. They sent out some techs and it wasn't the remote nor the IR sensors on the TV the TV has a wiring problem. they are going to have to order the part and return to fix it. i called customer service and asked could they just replace this Tv because its brand new, they said no they could repair it. i asked could the warranty be extending due to the fact that they are already repairing it right out of the box, again they said no. Any company who wont stand by their product right out of the box doesn't need any more of my business moving forward. if this unit already has an issue like this what will happen in a year when the warranty is gone?

It feels like having a theater in your living room, almost too large for a regular bedroo., it almost takes up the wall. The UI is great, the features are quick and almost no lag. The detail of the shows/movies is amazing. Much better than my last TV, (which was also samsung) I love the upgraded features and the great view. It even comes with ambient modes where it just displays a peaceful landscape. Great for relaxation. The video games are crisp and detail rich. You'll notice things that you couldn't with older tv's. All in all you will not be disappointed. I know I'm not. I'll always stick with samsung.

My wife and I just bought three Samsung TVs two years ago and, not that they aren't great, but the picture on this TV is noticeably better. The picture is clear and vibrant and the colors are perfect. Oh, yeah, and the price was much more reasonable than the other brands we looked at. I am now a Samsung TV owner for life.

The unit is slow to start and slow to change between apps or when loading a different app. Cannot speak to the sound as we use a sound bar system in lieu of the tv’s built in speaker.

The interface is great, hooking up the Xbox was seamless, and even playing XBOX directly on the TV using a controller is an awesome addition. I would highly recommend this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing Remote Sensor I bought this 75" TV yesterday to replace my 50" that I bought 3 years ago. My 50" suffered the "black screen of death". I was excited to get the TV home and setup. It took about an hour to setup and reposition my wall mount. After getting some help to pick up the TV and put into place we tried to turn it on but did not have any luck. We replaced the batteries but did not have any luck. I tried to find the button to power on the TV but it was not there. The whole remote sensor located on the bottom middle of the TV was missing. We looked to make sure it was not sitting in the box but it was not. The Box was in perfect condition and even still had the three plastic banding straps just like the other TV's. Now I have to re-box this TV and travel to another location to get one because the store I purchased from last night does not have any more in stock of that size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice picture but could use a bit more power I use the tv almost exclusively for streaming and it is nice but it doesn't take much to have to clean and clear the cache often to keep the processor from redlining. Especially if there are people in the household who refuse to properly exit an app rather than leaving it running in the background. Eventually it will cause lag in the remote control and seems to burn through batteries in the remote more quickly than any other remote I've ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not So Smart TV Come on Samsung, really!!?? I’ve had this TV for about a month now, and though I love the picture quality, I feel as though I’ve been lied to. I get it, it runs Tizen, but I don’t understand why it runs a restricted version of the Tizen store. I’ve searched YouTube, and saw that even models from 2018 have access to apps such as Steam Link and other apps that should be on this expensively priced TV. It’s a 75 inch TV, and anything over $700 should not have a restricted App Store. You guys need to update this and fix it. I will tell these stores that stock this to let customers know that you guys have somehow found a way to restrict your own App Store on this model. I know the difference between your operating system and those of the likes of Google and such. That being said, it is a disservice to customers to call this TV a “smart” TV while restricting apps that people can find on cheaper Samsung Tizen operating system televisions.

I wanted to buy an impressive 75" tv for my husband's man cave....but I didn't want to break the bank as we already have 4 other tv's (all Samsung of course) in the house. My husband was very surprised as he told me not to get a giant tv....but what is a man cave without a giant tv. The Samsung Crystal UHD is perfect. Great picture quality. Definitely a good purchase.

It’s crystal clear, great sound and a lot of free channels. It was super easy to set up as well. It is a great price for a top of the live 75” tv. I would buy no other brand.

We can also use our Samsung cell phones to cast any content and the resolution is as if it is native to the TV. More than satisfied with this product.

We really couldn’t ask for a better TV , and for the money as well. Samsung has never let us down, we’ve had 3 or 4 over the years and that’s why we chose Samsung for our first super large 75 inch TV. We would highly recommend this TV.

If your internet is fast, you will have an excellent experience with your Samsung TV. I have not had any issue with my tv and look forward to getting another real soon.

The UI is a little clunky, BUT, a GREAT FEATURE is the Samsung TV - lots of channels streaming content. Whole channels devoted to military history, documentaries, movies, horror, k-dramas, etc. It fills the niche that an antenna or cable would; and it's included free! I love it!

I have logged four hours (two calls) with six customer service agents with no resolution. Last call was conveniently disconnected. Highly disappointed with my experience and product quality. I own/have owned two previous Samsung Smart TVs with no issues, which led me to this purchase.

I also liked the home automation integration. If I leave my samsung fridge open it pops up on the TV and my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent tv, but freezing issue with Paramount+ app! We bought 75" CU7000D from Costco several months ago. I used the same wall bracket that held my old 70" Vizio. Vizio used shorter bolts. I had to get different ones. The manual was useless and did not give enough information for the correct size. Samsung help on the phone wasn't sure. He had to asked around. He finally texted me. At Lowe's I managed to find them with an employee help. What a struggle! I needed my wife's help to hang it. It is a heavy tv and she struggled with it. The tv is easy to operate. 3 HDMI ports are nice. I downloaded several apps and they work fine. One annoying issue: The screen freezes when I watch (stream) soccer games with Paramount+ app. (WIFI Connection.) Not right away. 2/3 of the way, it freezes and you are stuck. The buttons on remote are not responsive. Power button does nothing. The tv itself has no power button, which is strange. Couple minutes after I press power button the tv turns itself off. After I turn it on it is ok. The same app on my Fire cube attached to one HDMI port does not have this problem. My internet download speed is good enough to stream 4K programming. I wish I could stop this issue. Very annoying.

They gave me a refund on the 55 inch I had due to the problems and asked if I try a newer model. So I did. Same sluggish processor problems. I did find a fix, that shouldn’t have to do. If I use a Roku to do all the processing and the tv only has to take care of the picture and sound, then it’s great.

When we got it home it was too big to just pull it out of the box so my husband tore the box apart to get it out. When we turned it on, there were lines going across the top and down the side. After talking with a technical person we learned that the screen was cracked. Samsung won’t replace it and told us that we would have to return it to the store. The store won’t take it back because the box has been tore apart and that Samsung will not accept it back from them if the box has been tore. I am not sure how we could have slid a 75” tv out of the box. We are stuck with a tv than has a broken screen. We will never by a Samsung product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lesson Learned! Buy a SONY! Purchased from Sam's Club on 1/20/2024 LESS than 48 hours later screen separated from back panel! Called Samsung warranty. Told it would be turned over to someone who would decide whether to repair, replace or refund my money...36 days later, after being given FIVE different ticket numbers, went from repair, to replace and to finally refund my money. Fought me every inch of the way, the last one was that my initials were incorrect on the agreement...excuse me???? My name is one word, clearly shown in all correspondence with the agents. They screwed up my name! I think I should know MY NAME! I was told the defective TV would be picked up no later than March 1st but then I got a text from trucking company saying it would be March 6th. I contacted corporate retailer and was told they would accept the junk TV and issue me a credit and I took it back. Thank God it is out of my house! I was told that the screen issue is rare!!!!!! No it isn't. Check out the screen issues online. Stay away from anything with this company name on it. The only thing worse than the product is the customer service! They offer a 3 year warranty on the TV if you buy from Sam's or Costco.....what good is having that warranty if the company fights you every step along the way? Do yourself a favor and buy a SONY!

I purchased this tv because of the options and quality of the 7000 series, The tv is not a base model or a top of the line product the features are just enough for a family and loaded with features that the average family would never use and make the tv with items that will break down and probably cause you to replace the tv because of the high cost of features that you break down because they aren’t used properly. The price was competitive and the picture was extremely clear will definitely continue to purchase Samsung!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even better than my last Samsung Smart TV I had the 65-in 4K Smart TV from Samsung and it was a good TV but it was getting old so I want to update to a newer one and I picked up the $7,000 series Smart TV 4K and the picture is beautiful the Bluetooth works great and it's definitely the best TV I've ever owned set up with simple lots of options and good customization options also Love my new TV I have owned approximately 38 Samsung devices from smart watches to smartphones to Smart TVs and I've never been disappointed I can tell they took a lot of time to put the right stuff and the right options available to the customer. I am very pleased

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome product for the price I recently got a cu7000 and I can honestly say, for the lower more budget friendly option on the tv's there is no reason to complain when you get this tv. You get 4k, smart hub, you have app accessibility, hooks up with the smart things app . It's not too bulky fits pretty nice on a wall . And can connect through wifi without having to add an external source to watch movies. I wish I would have bought it sooner. I'm really looking forward to getting all samsung products soon for the seamless ecosystem . Very smooth operating system. No flaws in my book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has an amazing display The display is very sharp and colorful. I'm able to access all of my favorite apps for streaming. I like that I can control my TV with my phone and it supports Samsung Dex!
