I love the voice commands and I was amazed when I turned on my game console I went to change the source and the tv noticed which game console was on and turned it to the correct source automatically by itself . I thought that was so amazing as I have the series x and the playstation 5 and they both look truly remarkable.no lag and gameplay is so fluid.if you were looking for a powerhouse big screen tv that can do it all look no further you have your champion right here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture and volume quality I thought I was going to need a sound bar when I got my TV because I have a large living room with vaulted cielings, but this tv puts out impressive sound quality as well as quantity! The picture is great and it's a joy to watch! I wasn't happy with the remote as it is small and hard for me to deal with. They told me when I bought the TV that if I didn't like it to come back as they kept several of the old style with lots of buttons and they would give me one of those. I'm much happier with the old style, but that's just my preference. Overall no complaints with the TV and I look forward to many years of enjoyment!

This was a great investment based on price, quality, and capabilities. We are able to do everything with one single remote. This Samsung, on a recommendation from my son, has the most beautiful picture, easy to set up and hook up features I've ever experienced...and I have owned many. I have 4 more tv's in my home..(Toshiba, LG, and an older Sony) that will be replaced in the near future by Samsung without question. Everyone in the family agrees...4 other tv's in the house, but they all want to be on the Samsung...whether for movies, streaming, games, etc. I appreciate a great product for a fair price...so does my wife.

I was able to get all my streaming apps up and running in minutes. I also like not having to hook up my Roku. It's also cool how you can link the TV to Alexa. She's able to turn the TV on and off depending on what routine I call out. Very cool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice tv with WIFI issues my tv will not stay connected to the wifi. it will reconnect if the tv is reset but after an hour or so it will just lose wifi connection again. i have unplugged the tv for 30 minutes and plugged back in, reset network settings, changed dns settings to 8.8.8.8., and done a full factory reset and it will still just disconnect from wifi randomly after an hour or two. i have reset router and wifi and that did not fix the issue. all other devices in my house are streaming and working correctly. i have verified with my internet provider and everything is working correctly. the tv is not even 6 months old. was on phone with samsung for half an hour trying to get fixed so hopefully the service center can fix the issue.

We replaced our 2016 model with this and I was worried as our 2016 model was much more expensive with more bells and whistles. This TV was more than comparable and very affordable! The frame is very thin as well and looks almost flush when on a thing wall mount. I highly recommend this series!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outside plastic pieces are not durable i’ve only had the tv for seven months and when we went to move it is the bottom piece of plastic running along from left to right side of the tv is just kind of laying over top of the rest of the plastic that goes around the top and sides so any little pressure on that on the bottom or the side can get that plastic to start coming off and if you hit it right just one time by accident the whole power button will come off and you will be like me sitting here with a 75 inch tv that i can’t afford to fix and they say that they can’t help me because i damaged intentionally which is not true! fact is that piece of plastic should have been better secured. im having trouble even finding the part since no one will help me to get it fixed.

Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. easily connects to our Samsung Galaxy S 21 ultra cell phones for easy streaming of movies, games and internet. Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. has replaced our 65" Vizio T.V. Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. has a much more clearer picture than our previous T.V.

The smart features and the addition of having app buttons on the remote is great. The picture is amazing and I have been swing to purchase a Qled or Oled model. I would recommend this product.

The downside is that we repeatedly have to power cycle the TV in order for it to clear its cache and display the app we want to run. For example, we click on YouTubeTV, we get to the menu but when we click on a channel, the TV displays a black picture with no sound. We have to pop /reset the breaker (it is plugged into the wall behind the TV) in order for the TV to properly load and display the app. It also does this with Disney +, Discovery +, etc. We have two other Samsung TVs in the house and do not have this issue.

Makes my family feel like we are at the movie theater.. great TV and RECOMEND.. I can't leave out the picture quality.. You can see the pores on faces. We use this TV mostly for Movie watching.. it has been great not having to go to the actual movie theater. Also the slim aspect of the TV is great.. Fits just like a picture on the wall. We watch our large dvd/blu-ray collection (1400 movies) on this TV and it brings out the brightest, most vivid colors, and AMAZING picture quality of even our standard dvds. The colors are true to life with more hues than we have ever seen on other TVs we have owned. The clarity of the picture is AWESOME. Every image has a crispness we love, it's almost like people and things are right in our livingroom. We also like the free channels we get to stream from Samsung TV.

While it's obviously not in the same category as something like an OLED, the picture is pretty awesome. We need to really get the motivation to set up some of the embedded streaming services to get the full effect of it's functionality. But overall it is good. I just wish it would have more seamless interaction with external devices, such as an Amazon Fire Cube.

My only problem is that the image mey look weird if you look at it in a specific location which sometimes is bothering and it sucks that it doea not have the video audio left and right holes for the wii I have but other than that its a pretty good TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbage my 2yr old ru8000 screen diode burned out. they replaced it with a au8000 the supposed equivalent. let's just say i want my old tv back. the black screen is so horrible. any dark/night scene is impossible to see whats going on. even in a pitch darkroom. i have another 5yr old samsun that does a better job the tv has a memory leak, it goes for awhile then it freezes then crashes. especially when using the samsung internet app. my old samsung not a problem. sometimes watching netflix, prime, disney, etc. it crashes and have to restart the tv lost volume twice, had to restart the tv. uninstall/reinstall app, mfr reset, and now a new motherboard. same crap. it's pure garbage. rather have my ru8000 with the burnt out diode

The biggest negative about the tv is that it keep disconnecting from the Network (Wifi). I have the modem right behind the tv on the other room so the signal is very strong. Every time we turn the tv on we have to reconnect to the network. Also the the Samsung tv plus aplicación does not work 100% all the time and you may get a error message when trying to open the application. Overall is a good tv for the price.

You have to keep adjusting the sound per show to get the best sound out of this TV and the sound bar which is also a Samsung 650a. I bought both pieces together the TV I prefer I wish the speaker sound was a little bit better. I've even tried it with the setting up of the arc link and adjusting all the settings I just get tired of having to just set the settings every time I change the show.

For movies and occasional video games we have been very pleased with this TV overall. UI has a few bugs, for example, everytime a device gets plugged in to HDMI it wants to identify the device first then show picture, and that takes a while some times. Or Game Mode doesn't actually come on even though it says it's on. But those bugs could get fixed with updates. I gave it 4 stars only because of that.

We love our movie nights with it. For darker movies in HDR, the Dynamic mode helps to see the figures and objects clearer. I think Samsung has done a good job at this price range. The only quirk is that it somerimes drops the wifi connectivity and the only way is to "power restart". This is bit annoying when the shows get stuck in the middle. Hope it gets fixed with a firmware update.

In the past I have always gone with Vizio being concerned more about price than quality. I definitely made the right choice the picture is excellent, the price is great, and when streaming or casting I have not run into one problem the entire time. The only issue I have and it's not really an issue so to speak, is the LA k of an info button on the remote. I like to see what resolution and audio format my content is being shown in. So like I said not much of a complaint.

I bought this TV a year and 10 days ago, I didn’t use it for around 5 weeks (out of the Country), and now the screen showed up a big dim almost in the middle, Customer Service told me that the warranty is expired and nothing to do by Samsung. Certified Service Center made the assessment of the screen and determined that the panel needs to be replaced…..This is not possible!!! , replace the panel is more expensive that buy a new one TV. Samsung, you are better than this, don’t leave your customers alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy for the price can't find much to complain about. really an awesome tv. replaced a 10 yr old dlp mitsubishi and no comparison. like going from the outhouse to the penthouse. the only complaint i have is any external audio devices have to be wireless, no wired connections of any kind. also could have made a better notice of where to find the actual manual that is loaded on tv (not in paper form). had to google on how to find the owner's manual. otherwise, the actual tv has been a joy to watch.

The Samsung TV plus shows that stream in 4K look really good and have improved sound through the TV speakers. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will never buy a Samsung brand TV again after years of considering a higher dollar tv, i finally gave in & bought a samsung 75inch smart tv. after 1 year & 1 month, it was broken. since it was past a year, samsung wouldn't fix it. thinking it was just bad luck, i bought the same tv. fast forward 1 year/1 month later, black spots start appearing again, screen starts flashing off & on randomly, then half the screen is blurred, then it powers off & now has no power whatsoever. a total of $2700.00 down the drain. i've owned vizios, hisense, lg's & have never ever had a tv just stop working after 1 year. yeah, the picture is great, but for a tv to only last one year.....that's complete crap. then for samsung to want to charge me to just diagnose & not even fix it?? i'll be purchasing any other brand from here on out.

I also cast off of my A53 galaxy smartphone which is a great feature considering I don't have Wi-Fi. Samsung products I more and more, i find myself using do to how you can use them with each other. The smart TV has exceeded our expectations. We were surprise to see the integration of the Samsung Network that features various local channels that we thoroughly enjoy. Also, the screen is ideal for the many streaming networks we subscribe to that are already on the menu. The remote is sleek and extremely functional while the screen handles reflections very well. It is also perfect for the gaming we do occasionally. I would highly recommended the AU8000 Crystal UHD Smart TV to any family that enjoys home entertainment.

I’ve contacted support, gone through all the trouble shooting but there’s no solution. My last Samsung was the same way. I should have learned but now I’m stuck with a $1,000 TV that barely works. Total garbage.

If Samsung would make the following improvements that would be even better. Suggestions: TV stand should be 2" higher to accommodate sound bar (see attached). Remote sensor should be on the right or left side of the TV sensor to accommodate home entertainment system. Add 2 more HDMI

Plenty of apps, easy to switch back and forth between the previous app you used, and the sound bar I purchased with it looks amazing on the wall below the Tv and the subwoofer offers great bass for all ranges. The black screens do have some patchy light spots in them but it’s not bad enough to be distracting. Definitely would recommend this television to anyone looking for a 75” LED TV without wanting to spend the big bucks for a QLED.

I used the mobile setup and was amazed at the ease. My Samsung sign in, network settings, and other settings were transferred from the mobile to the TV. How easy.. The remote worked flawless with Directv box. Fell in ove with the simplicity of the setup. Then fell in love again with the clarity of the picture for an UHD unit. We have a QLED in the main room and this UHD will be used in the game room. Couldn't be happening with the unit.

I love my Samsung TV. Movie night has also been awesome. Samsung all the way baby. From my phone, tablet and Tvs only way to go. I'm going to get my appliances through them too when I buy my first home. Thanks Samsung!

I have not had any issues with these TVs. I will by another when the time comes. Not crazy about Samsung's Sound Bar so use the TV speaker on one and another surround system on the other in living rooms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compatible with AT&T I moved into an apartment complex where AT&T is the only cable service offered. I returned a couple of other well known brands, also 75”, because the AT&T remotes would not control both TV and TV box as they should. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T support as well as the other TV’s tech support and they were not helpful, blaming each other for the lack of compatibility. I finally obtain a Samsung and it worked perfectly when setting it up. Bottom line is if you have this cable service, buy a Samsung. The picture is great as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture and features for this TV are awesome. My only issue has been that my HDMI ports do not work. The repair team has been here twice already and replaced the main board, but then the entire TV shuts down and they have had to re-install the original main board so I can at least stream. They are coming for a third time to replace the main board again, but I don't hold much anticipation on it being a third time is a charm scenario. Time will tell.

When I first saw this TV I thought to myself girl you got to have that so when the Tv came and we set it up and turned it on it was like I was at the movies the experience of my life without having to leave my house the next model up I will be getting it for my back room I am totally in love with this TV everybody that comes in my house it's the first thing that they see this this TV everybody is putting it on their wish list. Thank you I appreciate everything and I shall be returning I have more things in my cart. Please notify me when the next Model come out the 9000 thank you.

I called the manufacturer 13 days ago and still no resolution because repair company can't get parts for this tv. I have always thought their products were great but they won't stand behind their tv's so I can't recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful tv This tv is awful, at first it was great then after owning it a year the tv decided to die, it had a black line down the middle and the bottom coner was so hot you couldnt even touch it, I financed it thru the leasing program best buy offers and there a complete joke, and when I was checking out no one ever offered a warranty thru best buy or geek squad, so now I have a 75 inch paper weight because i cant do anything with it, when i went to best buy to look at another tv they told me that samsung tvs were notorious for dieing. Wish they would have told us that when we were purchasing the tv otherwise we would have got something else. Thanks samsung and best buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tv was a Dud after 1 year exactly We have this same TV in the 65 inch which we have had no issues with. Unfortunately, we upgraded to the 75 inch end of last December. Our tv went out literally 1 year exactly from the time it was delivered. I’ve reached out to Best Buy with nothing but issues and I checked with Samsung on their warranty which said it was up in September which makes absolutely no sense since we got it December 29th of 2021. Nothing but issues, turns out the panel went out and now we are in limbo with Samsung and Best Buy trying to get this resolved. My advice is to buy as many warranties on this tv as you can cause even having it only one year and paying all this money it should not have gone out and/or they should resolve the issue without the runaround.

I noticed after turning on the tv a white screen bleed while on with a black screen only. What causes this issue? I’m going to have to return it because regardless of a price point any new tv shouldn’t come to the consumer in this condition. I do love Samsung products but unfortunately I got a tv that might not gone through quality control.

I HAVE SONYS HERE THAT ARE BETWEEN 15 AND 20 YEARS OLD AND AS GOOD AS THE DAY I BOUGHT THEM... I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG TV - NOT A SMART TV, STUPID!
