I've got an older 43" LED in my bedroom I watch nightly although it doesn't have very many features, but none of them did 15 years ago! My point?! The picture is still just as great and crystal clear with vibrancy you'd see on a newer model. That was my first one and I've been hooked ever since! So, a new Crystal UHD model was a no-brainer! The picture is amazing, the streaming is lightning fast and connected to my new Samsung Atmos surround sound system just puts it over the top! If you can't decide, go to Best Buy (not to buy necessarily) but to stand back and compare picture quality without knowing the brand(s). Find the size you want, start with 5 or 7 models, and just select the ones you think have the best picture. This is easy to do there because they have the best selection, the lighting is great, unlike Walmart or Target where its just too bright and most likely different than what you have in your home. Keep narrowing down the best ones until you have the one you like the best. I guarantee that it's gonna be a Samsung! Start over, do it again and you'll find yourself going back to the same one! I do this with every TV I buy and it hasn't let me down yet! And yes, features are important but to me, picture quality is my #1 reason. And in today's market, features are pretty comparable among different brands. But, you'll never go wrong with any Samsung TV!

Decided to try the Tizen format after not finding a Roku TV at the size & price I wanted. I found all the apps I needed and navigating is a breeze. The picture is as good as I had hoped, but that was no surprise. I've been a Samsung user for so many other products, I knew I would be satisfied with the quality.

One of the most handy features for me is the screen mirroring ,it's extremely easy to connect my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and my Tab S7 Plus. I absolutely love this unit i only buy my tvs from Samsung oh and my Smart Phones and Tablets their products are hands down THE BEST!!!!!

The fact that our living room is far away from the router and the TV sometimes has problems connecting to it but other than that it has a brilliant picture and a fast processor and was well worth the money. !!

We love having movie nights to football games. We are definitely buying more tvs from Samsung. We were a of family but decided to become Samsung team from washer and dryer to tvs and soon fridge. I invested in the total tech care and had the geek squad come out and set up the TVs as I wanted. Very professional and courteous. I advise anyone to invest in their total tech. You will have free installation on your products you buy from them and it also extends the warranty on all the products. Best money ever spent.

Because I run it through a home entertainment system, switching from streaming to the receiver doesn't make sense, but an easy work around. For a 65" TV for less than $500, I'm more than pleased.

This is a great super flat almost borderless TV screen, the images is really clear and besides the short distance I have it placed to the couch it doesn't hurt my eyes. Its menu features are great, sound quality is really defined for tv speakers. The only things I do not like, All SAMSUNG TVs have the same issue with accessing the sleep timer, please add a shortcut for that feature. Compatibility issues with some streaming devices such as firestick. The source selection...is not as simple as before. Besides all that, it is an amazing screen for your Livingroom.

The apps and stations that come with the TV are also excellent. I currently do not use a sound system at my apartment because I just moved in, but the sound is pretty good and loud enough for me.

It offers all the main entertainment apps as well as its own samsung tv apps for free content. The image is beautiful and colors are good. Apps I use the most are Netflix, apple tv, HBO max and Hulu. This tv is perfect and my family and I have loved it we bought one for every room and even got one for my parents. The thing my dad likes the most is Bluetooth compatibility with his beats pro headphones. His previous tv did not offer this feature.

The Audio on this tv is worse than my Roku tv’s audio. I have to turn it up to 100 to hear well. The menu is not as user friendly as a Roku and also lags out and freezes as well. Very disappointed I have to stick with this TV now because I ordered from target and cannot get a refund.

Love the streaming video game services. Bluetooth enabled so I can connect a controller or even a keyboard.(especially in Dex mode)

I would like to start this review by saying, in case you are new to the Samsung Galaxy or are unaware, Samsung products have never disappointed or failed to enhance my life -in the almost 20+ years, come the year 2026, that I have utilized. Solid products, great features. I would also like to highlight that although I did join the iPhone Wave at the beginning back in '07, after the seven plus and ever piling high issues with iPhones from features not functioning like intended to customer service to everything in between causing massive headaches... I made the choice back when the Galaxy Note 9 was the current model to go back to my roots my love of Samsung. Haven't regretted it once haven't looked back have had any issues and my Samsung Galaxy has grown exponentially since then. The TV that I am reviewing the Samsung 65-in Crystal UHD 2023 model... Is beyond expectation incredible. I already knew from my research that I was getting a great TV for an incredible price red features that admittedly I probably couldn't live without since I'm used to them now and they're part of my daily living, for example Samsung TV Plus... I stopped paying for cable. The picture quality is as the name advice crystal clear and it comes with a ton of features and integrations I did not expect but I am so glad that I have them. Samsung, Y'all keep at it. The most recent feature that I have tried is the ability to game without the need for the console. It blew my mind.

Instructions say M8 20-22mm for bolts because they dont provide any for whatever reason and yet when i buy those bolts they dont work. After waiting to talk to someone from samsung i am informed i need M8 45mm bolts and uses whatever washers i have to make it work. It would be great if the the instructions had the correct information or this billion dollar company could provide the bolts needed.

The product delivers you directly in the program and makes you feel if you are right there. Vibrant, clear, beautiful picture is what you get. Just unbelievable quality. Easy to use controls, and setup was a breeze. I love the connectivity option of controlling your TV via your mobile phone.

The show that broadcast the 4K UHD are amazing. I did purchase a universal remote as the one the TV comes with is quite small and only a few buttons. I wanted one that would be familiar to me like my old remote from a different TV. I watched for sales on TV's and when this one went on sale, I purchased it. It's a simple set up as well. I would suggest this TV for sure.

The cumbersome part is every time TV is turned on, going to Home is needed to get to streaming channels and Cox. Takes time and is easy to make a mistake and highlight wrong section as shown by minimal outline. Also, volume must be on 100% most times, even when I select enhanced, for lack of another term, audio options. The screen clarity is really no better than the year 2015 model 65 " Samsung I traded in. So in a nutshell, this product could be better. But is tolerable.

Relaxing after a hard day's work when I am not reading. My wife likes hallmark movies and several shows on regular tv. I mostly like scyfi and suspenseful movies.

The display of screen is one of the best I've experienced if not the best. The tv stand is strong, it does not wiggle or move. Moving from different features/apps is smooth when using the remote. I really love the remote as it is easy to hold and use compare to other remote I've used. Overall, this is the best Smart TV I've bought. Loved it. Worth it.

The picture is perfect. It has all the good streaming apps available. The TV is user friendly. The wifi connection is great. I watch TV every waking minute of the day. This TV can definitely hold up to my constant usage!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for home I use my TV mostly for streaming. The only reason I gave it for STARZ is because I think it needs more direct buttons to streaming platforms. It only has a button for Amazon and Netflix. Also, the sleep function is very difficult to get to through the settings, I think every TV remote should have a dedicated sleep function button, if it had the sleep button, I would give it five stars

Quality is top notch. Automatic updates. Any app you wish to use available on demand plus xbox app.. you can pair you bt controller to youre tv an play xbox without a console.

The only problem we have is the random digitizing across the bottom 1/3 of the screen; and I'm not sure if that's from the cable company's signal.

Catching up on shows and also for our two toddlers to get their screen time in watching Peppa Pig and blues clues! Works amazing for all our needs. I can pick from the tons of free channels, movies log in to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN or just screen mirror whatever else straight from my iPhone or ipad. Very easy to use and setup this tv does it all. Worth the money 100%!

I use it for playing my Nintendo Switch games. When we have family and friends over, we watch soccer and football. The picture quality and resolution is great. I purchased this one because it came with the option to upgrade, and believe me that I will upgrade to the next model.

I'm not sure how others are, but with the Samsung crystal UHD I was able to quickly learn how to use the features and different apps. Once connected to my internet I was able to use the manual to get help with anything I couldn't figure out. It has an amazing picture and the sound quality is also surprisingly good. Works great with all my devices playstation, phone, blue ray player etc. I will continue to purchase samsung televisions anytime I need to in the future after my experience with this one.

We use it to stream shows and movies. The quality of the picture is great, crisp and clear. I am able to read the menus from across the room and the lighting adjusts as expected in order to provide the best picture for the scene. The response when changing between menus and streaming services is quick and seamless which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
