I bought this tv on black friday specifically because this model was listed as one of the 2021 models that were supposed to get the xbox app when they rolled it out on December 6th.. as far as I have researched , and I have been relentlessly researching this, every other model on the list of compatable 2021 smart tvs now has the ability to have the xbox app. Why did they skip this one when it was clearly stated by samsung amount the models to get it? I tried to update firmware and it says I'm already running current firmware 1251 but on the support website it says it should have the 2111.1 update so I downloaded the update to a USB drive and tried to manually install it but it still says my tv is up to date.. that doesn't make since.. i hope I can return this tv so I can get one of the other 2021 models that got the update earlier this week. Any help would be much appreciated and would raise this to a five star review

I hooked my AppleTV [which I had planned to stop using] to HDMI 2 and use the apps on my AppleTV. The picture is clear and amazing. But only amazing for programs filmed/recorded to use the full ability of the t.v.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money. Bought this TV 5 months ago and the led is already fading on one side leaving one half of the the darker than the other. We had a samsung tech out and they basically said it's what happens when you buy a cheap TV and said when it goes out it's broken and not fixable. Won't buy Samsung appliances again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Basic but well connected budget smart tv. I have Samsung Au8000 series tv and Samsung soundbard q750b model. Both are giving me a delightful experience together. Color reproduction is good but not so rich as its a basic tv. It has smart features and could be able to get controlled by my smartphone through Bixby routines like turn off the TV when I leave home and mute when I receive calls. Able to mirro screen seamlessly from my Mac book, iphone and Samsung phones. Playback of 4k contents from streaming services is seamless and no buffering with 300mbps. Overall it's a very good budget friendly smart TV.

This tv has a lot apps installed, you don have to worry about it. This tv is so thin perfectly and pretty aesthetically ???????? and the simplicity of the remote control is easy and practical. I few months ago I bought an other brand and with the same size and my experience was horrible, when I turn on that tv I had a lot of migraines, and the remote control was ugly, a lot of bottoms, large like a ??. I recomendé this the with Samsung more than 100/100 this brand Exceeds all my expectations.

Picture quality is incredible, even better after playing my PlayStation 5 on it. Everything ull need is right on the home screen, it's really impressive. I would recommend to everyone.

The clarity, definition and sharpness of the picture for both are really nice. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture... This is my fourth Samsung TV. I keep buying them because the picture quality is life-like and the menu system is intuitive. I use it to watch sports, movies and news. My wife likes to watch talk and game shows, and an occasional movie. I would've gave it a 5 star rating but it literally died after 10 months. Samsung sent technicians to my house to repair it, they basically replaced all the internal components. It's been working fine since. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty when I purchased the tv because my last tv (65" Series 7 died in a little over 2 years.) I'm spoiled by the picture quality that's why I bought another one. My advice is to purchase an extended warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture with all the options you need The Samsung 65” AU8000 UHD Smart TV has everything you need and want at an excellent price. I have my Samsung wall mounted in our living room for everyday TV viewing. It has great features such as Bluetooth connectivity which is an awesome feature that most tv’s don’t have at this price point. It easily connects my headphones seamlessly. The speakers have a great sound as well with decent highs and lows. It has 5 picture modes including their Filmmaker mode that gives soft deep blacks and vibrant colors. I haven’t experienced any blinking or dead pixels yet which was an issue with my old 65”. I also use it for pc gaming as well which surprisingly doesn’t disappoint. The remote is small and lightweight so it feels good in your hands and has all the basic buttons you needs. And the bezel is thin enough to give it that attractive sleek look. Overall the AU8000 is a great buy with great sound, picture, and features that you’ll enjoy as an everyday family tv.

I got to watch my favorite movies on this tv in 4K I would rate this 10 stars if it was possible but there were also some problems sometimes I would accidentally click on a YouTube video I didn’t want to watch and I couldn’t get out so can you make the tv be able to get out of YouTube videos instead of waiting a long time for YouTube to refresh and watch something else? Other then that this tv was great

I just knew that people saying that Samsung is like the iPhone of Television and they didn’t lie about that. The feature are excellent. I feel like I’m actually at the location that I’m watching on TV. I love Samsung TV plus. Samsungs cares about their customers. The AU8000 exceeded my expectations with it's clear picture, easy setup, and multiple viewing modes. I'm a gamer as well, and the game mode function helps to smooth the action and causes less eye strain. As for setup, each tv will be different due to its location, but it was very easy to find the perfect settings for a crystal clear picture. The 4k looks incredible, to the point that I upgraded some streaming services to take advantage of it. I'm am very happy with my purchase, and am already looking at the same model with a bigger size. You won't be disappointed with this television!

Sunday wake up with a movie in bed, Netflix or Amazon Prime at the tip of our fingers. Then after breakfast find some news and then a soccer game on Youtube. We enjoy our life so much and didn't realized how our TV has become an important part of our day by day , we can call it our memories maker. Thank you Samsung.

I really enjoy the design qualities, from the simple yet extremely organized interface, to the sleek and professional edging of the TV itself. 2. The personalization properties. When I first turn on my TV I'm greeted with my specific apps, games, and wallpapers. Being able to do this really adds a feeling of pride and sentimental value. 3. The vivid, realistic picture quality. I never knew what I was missing quality wise until I upgraded to this TV. When purchasing this Product I was skeptical, everything specs wise sounded great on paper, but you really have to see it to believe it. When streaming my favorites shows or movies the immersion is so unreal, and the qualitys so clear that I actually feel like I'm on the show wat hing it with my own eyes. With that being said I would like to give the Crystal UHD Smart TV a 5/5 star rating, if I could give more I definitely would. Thank you Samsung for your consistency and for always stretching the limits when it comes to technology and home entertainment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very loud clicking sound the tv display is perfect however there is a very loud clicking sound that comes from behind the tv. i have had samsung come over and repalce every part un the tv however the issue still exist. they are offering a replacement however i am almost certain it will have the same problem. the clicking sound even happens when the tv is off, it is very very annoying. i do suggest a sony tv instead, the quality from the japanese vs the korean brand definitely shows. dissapointed in you samsung for still selling this product even though people have been complaining.

All Apple products are not easy to connect to airplay or just mirror the screen, and most of the time there is a delay in the picture of freeze. I solve the issue by connecting my laptop directly to the HDMI port. It shouldn't be this way. Very slow when navigating in between apps.

As I begin I quickly use the Samsung fitness app to play background music that inspires me to be more pleasant and productive (usually music with no words). After, I start a meditation, which ever one I’m feeling that day. Then, I drink my coffee and then use that same app to find a good workout video. Some days I choose HIIT or other days I tone it down with yoga. This one app has so much good health related stuff on it that it makes my morning start off brilliantly!

Their televisions are in 5 of my rooms. They are simple to operate and have had no issues. Watches and tech gadgets I've not had any issues but really don't mess with it a lot. Have bought Samsung for 30 plus yrs and will continue. I had a washer and dryer and any issues the warranty issues were taken care of at my home with no inconvenience to myself.

I've only had it a few weeks, but his TV seems to be everything I was looking for. My only concern is that it's super thin and seems like the screen could easily break since it's so big. But no issues so far! Great quality for a smart TV.

From the minute we picked up the TV and brought it into the house everything was very easy to set up, from the wall mounting to activating an account. The format of the menu is very easy to navigate. The tv control is easy to understand so you always know what buttons to push. The prompts are so easy and anybody can follow along. We love the live streaming ability. The surroundsound combined with the picture makes you feel like you’re part of what you’re watching. Our grand children love the cartoons and the movies that have recently been added to the lineup. This picture is so clear there is no glare or fuzziness around the outer edges. I would recommend this brand to anybody. Thank you Samsung!

This television has a fantastic picture, simply the best, and was the reason we selected it over every other brand, all which were on display. This TV didn't dissapoint in the slightest, looked even better at home once set up. The TV remote operating process is very intuitive, and the options for sound are great. We hooked it up to a sound bar of a different brand, once we programed it in the settings, the TV took over operation of the sound bar and we didn't need the separate remote any more. Using this TV is literally a home theatre experience, I don't think I've ever been happier with a television!!

The only thing I would change is that this model is the curved screen model and I would buy a flat screen. The picture is great. I use a sound bar for better sound quality. I stream, cable and use the music channels. I would do It again in a heartbeat.

This integrates so well with our androids and the Smart Things app. The super slim, sleek design leveled up our media center. The minimalist remote also has easy access to our favorite streaming apps and voice control. Honestly, we loved this TV so much we're going to get another one for our bedroom. 10/10 recommend.

One downfall is the sound is a little quiet and have to turn it up a little higher than my Sony TV. But I love the features that allow quick connect to my phone. Trouble shooted many times but did not work whether in pitch black room or not. Haze remains. 55" Samsung same model NEVER has had this white movie viewing haze. Watching local news and sports do not have this haze.

For a lot of us 65+, technology runs past us so fast we typically can't keep up. This unit was extremely easy to set up and took little time to complete. I have owned other Samsung products (Galaxy phones, and a 50" Plasma). All exceeded my expectations, and I'm happy that I chose Samsung once again!

It's been a good tv but could be improved with a brightness setting. Some movies and tv shows are too dark to even see what's going on. You have to rely on the sound to piece together the parts you can't see. I played the same tv show on the tv and my tablet once just to see what I was missing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't get it to work with my TIVO Roamio OTA hdmi keeps dropping out for my tivo ota. tests all indicate its the hdmi cord. tried several different cords of high quality. didn't have and issue on my sony tv. everything else works great, roku, fire stick, old dvd player, $30 dvd player, all work. tivo works fine on all my other tvs. wondering if there are hdcp issues between the tivo and samsung but can find settings to adjust for that. what a pain.

My kids love how big their cartoons are and are entertained throughout their play time. Only problem I've had is that the wired connection is slower than the wifi. Streaming in 4k imax on Disney+ or Netflix was worse with a wired connection than with the wifi. Its a strange problem. Other than that i would definitely recommend this tv to anyone looking for a big screen. In a dark room the HDR is great. Contrast is amazing.

And love the fact that I can add more apps and it also controls my fire stick as well. And there is also an app that I can control the tv as well. So when I forget to turn off the tv when going to bed I can turn it off from my room through the app!

Have to reset the TV each time your use it. By doing a master reset. Holding power button down for 2 minutes. That stinks, worse T.V. ever. Please refund me my money.

I'm a cable cutter so the built-in and downloadable apps are one of my favorite features. I love 4k streaming. The picture is crystal clear and looks as if you could climb through it like a window into whatever you're watching! This crystal UHD series costs you about $10/inch so the price point was sweet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv for the money I could spend! best quality picture on any tv i have ever owned. setup was simple and it walks you through each step. everything that they tell you on the listing is accurate and true. i have added a few apps and there are many many more i can still add if i choose to do so. i have it linked to my iphone 11 and i watch a lot of youtube videos off the phone on the tv. if you are looking for a quality made tv with an outstanding picture look no farther. i also know i questioned if the reviews were real or fake. i assure you i am a real customer. so take my word for it and get the 65” samsung you won’t regret it.

Its easy to navigate the apps that are right on the home menu. I will say the sound is not as loud as previous samsung tv i have. You have to turn it up a lot to actually here the sound. This tv is slimmer than my previous one and not as heavy. Which is a plus for space and moving it around. I love to samsung plus channels and the apps that give me tons of options to watch many things. I love that the remote isnt complicated with a lot of buttons that you wont use or dont know what theyre for. The remote is also universal, so you can program it to work your different devices with just one remote. Overall this is a good tv but the sound output could be better.

In the past, I had to connect HDMI to play movies and games, but this smart TV can easily watch movies through phone mirroring, YouTube or Netflix, and also has two HDMI ports, so the hassle of taking it off and taking it off is reduced. The only disappointment is that if I could move the icons I use frequently to the front, I think it would be more convenient to use.

I love that I can change the TV to suit what we are doing in it or watching on it. Movie night is awesome. The details of the pictures are outstanding. I don't have surround sound hooked up but I don't really need it. I even have it set up to do my pictures so when we are using it it shows our pictures like a live picture frame. Next year I would love to get a new one for my living room so I can take this one to my bedroom. It's light so it's easy to move and can even be hung on a wall. It's so easy to use my 3 yr old can use it. When I'm playing my games I love that it switches to game mode. And the ambient setting is also a great feature. And with Samsung TV included I don't use cable anymore. Just the internet. And being able to download apps makes it even better. I'm a Samsung person and have been for years. Even my cellphone is a Samsung. I swear by Samsung only products. I have even gotten friends to switch to Samsung. The quality of the products are phenomenal. I have a small living room so it's in the best spot for it.

So when I click on the remote it takes a second or two to move the cursor on the TV. My old 55-inch Samsung TV doesn't have this issue. Also would like for it to be able to be adjusted brighter.

I stream a lot on this tv watching multiple apps such as Hulu, Samsung TV, Netflix etc. I don’t have any problems finding me vies or shows to watch due to the wide variety of apps that are available for download or already downloaded on this tv. Other benefit no TV controller required if you use Spectrum cable, so u save $7-$8 a month. TV quality is great. We have a few of these TV's through out our house! Would I buy again? Sure would and u should as well!!

This television has got a crystal clear picture with bright beautiful colors and sounds that I can hear from any spot in the living room, even when I'm in the kitchen. What a difference. I wish I'd gotten one sooner. So easy to set up especially for us old fogies. Just turn the TV on and follow the steps, easy peasy. Thank goodness technology is getting easier for the old folks. I love my new TV. I will be getting one for my bedroom very soon.

Only issue is when watching cable TV (spectrum) there tends to be a frame rate shutter when in wide screen. The picture tends to "shake" if the makes sense. Not sure if its spectrum or the TV itself. But over a great TV.

I have the 2018 model and I picked up a new one for my parents who needed one when their old tv died. they love it! Their old tv was a different brand, was 8 years old when it croaked. The improvement in picture quality is great. It was a little tricky to set up, but no problem was big when I called samsung support. My parents were happy to have me set it up for them.

I would have just thrown it out but I took a chance because it was only 6 months old. Samsung told me on the phone it was not covered. It needed 2 lights fixed and cost $200. Let’s see how long this tv will last. I will get a different brand next time.

I bought the Samsung sound bar that came with a woofer to enhance my entertainment. I don't need to go to the movies any more. What I really love is the quality and the view. I also love the one tap feature. The feature where you can tap your phone on the edged of the tv and your phone can control the tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV is loaded with useful Smart TV apps The Samsung TV has many useful apps preloaded that are easy to navigate and use, and other apps are easy to search for and add as well. For viewing, the full front view has great sharpness and clarity in both low light and high light situations. However, when moving further to side viewing, the picture becomes more washed out the further the side angle is. We don't often sit to the side to watch TV, mostly if company is present, so it is not a big drawback for us personally at this time.

I'm not tech savvy, but setup was easy and I've been able to cast from my computer without trouble. The only negative I've had is finding how to use the volume control on the remote. It's easy once you figure it out, but It is not intuitive and it would help if instructions were included.

I find it is hard to adjust color from channel to channel so I don't even try anymore. The remote sucks. I do like the small size of the remote, but the volume change button mutes too easily, and the channel change button too easily defaults to the search. Choosing a specific channel requires picking numbers from a scale from 0 to 9 by using arrow buttons. A number pad is so much faster and easier, but would require a somewhat larger remote. Overall, the picture is great. I use a sound bar with the HDMI port because my wall mount partially covers the optic connection. It does function well. I would recommend this to a friend after telling them the above list.

This is my first Smart TV, as the last Samsung TV I had lasted me 10 years, through College even. The display is beautiful, but the blacks can be a little too much. Which makes watching any film with a dark scene almost impossible to see. The sound is fantastic, though I'd like a few more options for connections in the back for various sound options. Love that I don't need a Roku anymore, though occasionally the WiFi will disconnect and I have to unplug the TV in order to get the WiFi connection to reconnect. Don't let any of those negatives deter you, Samsung makes solid products, I just need to get with the times. I'm 31 and refuse to let go of my vintage receiver/speakers. The newer TVs don't have the right connections for that stuff. Haha! Anyway, solid product, no regrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving My Samsung TV We retired the circa 2005 plasma tv and moved our 55” Samsung to the basement to get a larger Samsung for upstairs. Loving it just like the last one. There are two reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars: 1) I guess I hadn’t thought of it but it doesn’t swivel and giving our setup that’s something we needed for different times of day. A simple $50 swivel base fixed that problem. 2) We couldn’t get the auto mode where the screen gets lighter or darker based on ambient lighting to work properly so anytime we watched at night the screen was almost so dark as to be unwatchable. We tried a zillion different settings and talked to Samsung support. Honestly I don’t know if we finally fixed it or if I just got used to it. Overall I really enjoy this TV and would have no qualms about buying this exact tv or any other Samsung in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No NBA App???!!! samsung does not support the nba app??!! i'm a big sports fan and bought my samsung tv exclusively to watch sports. i assumed that the nba app would be available and was floored that it wasn't. basketball is a huge sport, why on earth can't samsung get access to this popular and essential sports app? the app of one of the four largest sports in america isn't available? mind boggling.... if you are a sports fan like me, i'd strongly advise against buying a samsung tv. i may even return mine due to this ridiculous issue. samsung - figure it out!

The menus are easy to navigate and if me or my kids want to stream our phones to the tv it takes literally 2 seconds. Also not having to worry about batteries in a remote control is nice since it has a built in solar panel and usb c charging port. Love my samsung tv and wouldnt ever change it unless it to get a new samsung tv ??

I started to noticed that dark pictures was hard to see and even if a little sunlight shown in the room the picture was almost nonexistent to view especially watching DC movies. Soon after my warranty expired, the screen display a shadow on one side of the picture. I had to pay extra money to try to get it fix through Samsung. I honestly probably will not get another Samsung TV unless it was super cheap for I have another TV that I need to get warranty already due to the power supply.

To escape into the stories of old movies and new; fairy tales and musicals; dancing competition shows and epic tales. The Crystal view of my Samsung TV encamps me; it feels as though you are walking and can touch the grass on screen. The sunlight hits your face as it hits the actors. The colors are vibrant; the sound is powerful. The actors look you directly in your eyes during monologues and its memorizing. This is the best TV purchase I have ever made. It was somewhat of a learning curve for me, but I soon became amazed at how it was integrated with other things like my Firestick and DirecTV and how Samsung had included its own "TV" within a TV. Great quality picture; TV sound is acceptable but I have a Sound Bar that works better.

It also has surprisingly good sound from such a thin TV. Would absolutely buy again. We did install with the Samsung low profile mounting kit which was more expensive than seems reasonable, but gets you a pretty slim install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks sleek, and a good upgrade for the price Our previous TV got damaged, so had to upgrade. Was pleasantly surprised with the packaging and easy install. Note that you will definitely need two people, and I'm glad I had help. The tv looks sleek, especially the stand design. We mostly use our tv for streaming and playing games. The remote that comes with the tv is also sleek, keeping with the theme. The frame is all black, along with the legs/stand, which is also something I personally like over chrome or silver. You can also adjust the height and where the legs are mounter apparently? I didn't mess around with that too much Usage wise, the software is upgraded, so it's much faster than my previous tv (a 2017 model UHD 7 series i think). Having voice assistant integration built in, along with being able to turn my tv on and off with my phone is convenient. Overall everything just looks more clean aesthetically, the whole package. One gripe I have is reflection from outside lightning hampers the viewing almost as much, if not more than my older tv. I think that is to be expected though, but I was hoping for an improvement. Another thing to keep in mind is losing HDMI ports depending on what tv you're coming from. My previous one came with a smart hub, which I think was a genius idea (had 4 hdmi ports and an optical port as well I think). The AU8000 has only 3 hdmi ports if I'm not mistaken. One gaming console had to be sacrificed. I'm happy with my purchase, and glad to stick with Samsung.

It’s very clear has a pretty good built-in speaker it has plenty of HDMI inputs. It’s also smart TV comes with all the apps already on it and easy to set up your streaming accounts. It's okay for watching movies thanks to its high native contrast ratio, but it doesn't have a local dimming feature. It's good for watching TV shows and decent for sports because of its great reflection handling, but it has narrow viewing angles. It doesn't have any gaming features and has a slow response time, but it still has low input lag. Sadly, it can't display a wide color gamut for HDR content and doesn't get bright enough to bring out highlights. PROS High contrast ratio. Great reflection handling. Low input lag in and outside of Game Mode. CONS Lacks a local dimming feature. Doesn't get very bright in SDR or HDR. Slow response time that makes motion look blurry

It actually looks like you are on set with the actors. The movement is different, the depth of the background is crazy! You can choose whichever scene format you like best, in accordance to watch your watching. For movies, I prefer "Normal", as with watching it in filmmaker or dynamic mode, it's "too real", I'd prefer to keep the mystery, as a movie, rather than "see" the acting. TV speakers, could be better, but I Bluetooth to a sound bar, so it makes no difference to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It was really blessing in disguise. Once I was back at the store I bought it from the Samsung unit was in stock. The clear and crisp view was so clear. I mean you could literally see baby fine hairs on someone’s hand. I bought it brought it home and I was blown away. I have always used Samsung in the past using a cell phone and a small tablet. I highly recommend this television and any other Samsung product. You’ll fall in love with this television, no doubt.

It is very responsive and the picture is incredible. I’ve found myself going down YouTube rabbit holes for nature videos because the images are so vibrant. The remote is very intuitive and practical. Not an overload of buttons. I’ve been very pleased with this device in the month I have had it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 65" TV Amazing Value for the Price! We use this Samsung - 65" Class 8000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV for all of our viewing needs. Sports are more enjoyable now that we upgraded from a 32" screen. A world of difference! The picture quality of the Samsung was far superior than the comparable TCL model (which had full-array LEDs, the Samsung is edge-lit). And the Samsung was priced less!! The customizable picture settings allow you to dial in just the right look for a specific medium. We are especially glad we have a "mimi-home theater" as the pandemic continues. We can now stay home to watch new releases shortly after they hit the regular theaters. The on screen interface is a little klunky at first, but once you get used to it, it is ok. Overall the Samsung is a great value for the money spent. You can't go wrong.

I love what they have done with the remote control as well. So simple but with everything I need. My TV arrived with some pixelated lines but Samsung is taking the steps to get it all fixed. Customer service has been a breeze to work with!

The video quality is great The audio quality needs a lot of improvement I do which that the music criteria to connect music with the TV when using the ambiant setting shouldn't only be apple music bound it should be open to most type of phones especially Android. Also I wish it get lot and lots of updates because my TV never gets update and that's not great . The like how the remote features made it easy to get to most of subscription like Netflix and the rest. We love the TV and it awesome and it's also affordable I will recommend it . Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge improvements over our previous 2018 model we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

Remote wasn't synced out of the box, I had to sync by holding buttons under the battery cover. Picture is fantastic. Samsung health app is nice, works together with my Samsung phone and watch.

I know when I buy a samsung product it is going to last and hold its value a lot longer and better than the competing brands. But that's not what keeps me on the samsung band wagon, I use my TV all day everyday for every part of my life, school, work, and play. I absolute love that I decided to upgrade from a 43in to 65 because now I don't have to sit so close to see . I love the wireless dex feature on my tab s7+ and s21 ultra, only thing I'd wish differently is if I could do them both at the same time like multiview. But when I want to change over its no problem it's very snappy. The picture quality is superb. The smart remote included is so convenient and I love learning new things I can have my assistant do with the TV. Very impressed. Keep it up samsung!

Access to the aps make it easy to switch where we want to stream from. The color and picture is very nice but wish the refresh rate was a little quicker for sporting events. The frame is thin and classic with the option of a stand or wall hung. Overall we love the tv, its size, ease of use and the picture. Would recomend this tv to a friend. I

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture the picture and sound are very good. hook up was very simple. the remote is what worries me. there are very few buttons and some are multipurpose, so they get a lot of use. there are no numbers, but you can hit a button to get numbers on the screen. the problem is we like to scroll the low number channels and the high number channels and haven't found a way to get between them without a lot of button pushing.

I love the ability to have full control over many of the picture elements, and I enjoy the pass-through of all streaming audio formats. I do not have traditional cable as it does not support a full 4K picture. Streaming from services that offer a full 4K is the way to go. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glitch with streaming - possibly resolved had the tv about a week and like it. however, it buffers all the streaming apps and sometimes drops them entirely. i can stream the same apps on my phone or ipad in the same room without a problem, so it's not my internet connection (which is verizon fios 1gb). samsung saw my review and put me on to their support staff who recommended a cold boot (hold power button till tv goes off and comes on again). this seemed to fix it for now, though i won't know for sure till it works consistently over time. so far so good. will update any changes. pleased with tech support response, though.

We do not use the sound from the television and instead use a sound bar as we always utilize. One improvement that could be made is the Samsung app that automatically has a movie playing in the background when the TV is turned on. At times, these have not been all age appropriate movies for our kids. Overall, the TV is perfect for what we needed, but the app needs some thought.

The Samsung AU8000 4K UHD was the perfect choice. The only one small critique that I have is that the smart TV menu lags at times. When moving around from Netflix to Hulu to HBO Max (for example) the response time on the on-screen menu lags and nothing happens when the buttons are pushed. It only lasts for 15 seconds or so but sometimes its hard to know if I pushed a button or not. Very small complaint - this is still the best TV for the money.

The picture quality is amazing, the remote makes changing from one subscription provider to another a snap. The initial setup was a breeze also. I would recommend this tv to anyone who wants plenty of bang for their buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything is Excellent easy set up, easy downloads of all apps. picture, clarity and color are all top of the line. i purchased a samsung soundbar to accompany the tv and the sound will blow you away like you are in a dolby surround sound theatre. this is my 4th tv in the house and this one by far has the best sound and quality. would recommend getting the accompanying samsung sound bar that comes with a subwofer.

We stream some apps and the color and contrast are awesome. The price of this TV is so reasonable and the quality is amazing. We are very pleased with our purchase.

My son uses it for gaming which he loves playing on this TV. I think what we love most is the ease in which we can switch from movies to gaming with the push of a button.

Great TV but the user interface is hard to navigate and sometimes a little frustrating the it would be great if it would let you customize the layout but it doesn't I do love that it has an internet browsers and aps for email what I don't like that It for some reason don't associate my samsung members account with the Samsung members account on my TV that was frustrating I also can't easily mirror. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lacking in some areas it's a nice enough tv, however, the fact that it only has 3 usb ports is a little disappointing. also, it doesn't have video/audio hook ups for gaming systems such as wii. this means you have to pay more money to get a converter for those. by far the biggest disappointment is that there is no way to download and use the hallmark tv app. even though this is something that i pay for, i cannot use it on this tv. that's extremely disappointing and i would not have purchased this brand had i known that going in. unfortunately, now i have to spend more money to get a firestick to use on my 'smart tv', because it's not smart enough to let me use apps that other tvs do.

I switched out another 65" TV of a different brand to this Samsung model, and it actually looks bigger but also sleeker, probably because of the thin frame. As for the picture quality, it is pristine. I couldn't have bought a better TV for this price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear and Crisp Color We use the TV for entertainment - movies, daily news, some tv shows. I love the size and how thin it is. Its slim feature actually is the main reason I picked this model. It kinda look like a big picture frame hanging on the wall. The resolution is sharp and the colors are crisp. The only complain I have is the number of Hdmi ports. There are only 3 hdmi ports, and one of those is positioned facing opposite the screen unlike the other two which are sideways. So when you plug in an hdmi cable or the optical cable, they kind of bulge towards the wall creating more space between the tv and the wall. I would have appreciate it more if samsung puts these 2 ports along with the other hdmi and usb ports facing sideways. Other than this, I am pretty much happy with my TV.

We also use it for monitoring security cameras. The picture is terrific and the customizable settings are very useful for us. I'm not a huge fan of the OS, but it's usable. What I don't like is the remote, and how you have to do so much clicking navigation just to switch channels or input devices. Give me a real remote with real buttons for inputs, channels, etc!

My favorite thing is the steam link app to mirror my computer and using the smart view app on my s21 ultra to connect and mirror my phone to play videos or view pictures with family. My only complaint is that the sound is not as good as I was hoping for, I will probably need to get a sound bar or something for it. It has clear, crisp lines and weather you are watching sports, movies or reality television the picture is so life like. As far as being a smart television, it was incredible to watch how quickly and easily the television and Samsung remote detected devices and linked all of my streaming accounts. The many preloaded apps and streaming platforms are arranged in a very easy format which makes switching between platforms very easy! The picture is perfect for gaming. The quality and sharpness of the picture really unleashes the power of the console! Overall, having switched from a 4k model to this Samsung UHD, I had no idea what I was missing!!! The picture is really clear and has a great picture. I'm not a huge fan of the remote as I feel the design lacks some ease of use, but the more I've used it the easier and more user friendly it's became.

I ditched my vizio sound bar and bought a new Samsung one in hopes it would sync easier but, it didn’t. Other than that the picture is amazing and the tv works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV I'm enjoying my new Samsung 65" Smart TV. Picture is great & has an unbelievably thin profile. In my opinion, the only drawback is a minor lack of intuition. Connecting the tv to my home theater was anything other than plug & play. The audio changes dramatically between satellite & streaming platforms. Even as an audio professional, I had to hire Hello Tech to come out & troubleshoot my system. It's improved, but still not where I want it to be. To be fair, this could have something to do w my pre-existing home theater setup, so I don't want to bag on the tv too badly. I just feel like the menu options could be more clear walking a user through audio setup.

This is my sixth Samsung television and I am not impressed with this 2021 model. It came with a small smart remote that is more difficult to use due lack of buttons that were on the older remote. The screen seems to be even darker than older models, even when using the brightest settings.

I have 4 different (under a year old Samsung 8000 series) every single one of them are the worst at responding to actions. We stream all our tv shows, have the fastest 1gig internet but it’s no use when the tvs crash and keep up with general use.

I use it to watch regular television, as well as, a computer monitor from time to time. I wish the remote had numbers to go directly to stations I want to watch. The one feature I enjoy using is the microphone on the remote as well as the easiness of switching between the many apps that are used.

Was told by the sales person it was 120 refresh rate, it is NOT, only 60 htz, see a lot of jitters when football is passed or fast moving action! That’s why it is not 5 stars! My 55 is 120, so I have to watch football or racing on it!

I also like to use my apple Ipad and use the mirror function so I can watch or draw on my iPad and have it on my TV. The sound isn’t high high end but that comes with any TV I think. So I bought a sound bar with it and both are amazing. Would recommend!

I do wish the volume was higher and for some reason I have issues turning on the cable box and the TV, but it might be the box. I have to turn the TV off once or twice before they connect.

The process to setup is offered in a few different ways depending on if you wanted to use the remote or your phone. The clarity and quality of the image is quite amazing. There are other options to view your movie or show including “Filmmaker mode” which is phenomenal! For those that don’t know, this mode offers the viewing experience AS IT WAS INTENDED, but there are other options, as well. Overall, very pleased with the television.

When streaming shows if shutoff in middle episode (device connection, power button accidently pressed etc.) it picks up where it left off! I call that a Smart TV Used Playstation on TV and didn't even have to touch the settings at all! I will be using Samsung 22 ultra on the TV shortly looking forward to giving that a try. I highly recommend this TV

The crystal clear picture quality is absolutely stunning to match the thumping sound from the speakers. I now stream all my Apps via the TV because it brings all my entertainment under one remote control so can access everything with a push of a button. The connectivity to my Wi-Fi is seamless and it comes with literally any app out there worthy to have and unlimited downloads available. I recommend the Samsung brand to anyone looking to enjoy TV time with the best quality product and reasonably priced too. Have only used a Samsung from the first model I bought in 2010 and with every upgrade since then has been nothing but money well spent.

The picture quality is so clear and perfect and feels like I’m at the game. The kids like how user-friendly the TV is and they all download their favorite apps and stream their favorite shows from different apps. My neighbor came over for the first NFL game of the season this year and was blown away by the quality of the TV. Great picture from far away, connects to all her apps and seamlessly let's her cast from her galaxy tab S6 and her note20 ultra. We ended up buying a surround sound system from Samsung as well and it's just making the experience that much better. Mounting it was pretty simple with 2 people (it's light but 65 inches is alot of TV). It's been up for almost a year at this point and it hasn't had any issues. That's a win in my book.

Fantastic at the price point, great picture, the smart tv features are really good, super thin profile. Darker scenes look great compared to previous tv (older smart tv from around 2015–huge step up in quality). Some blurring watching football but think it might be internet or app problem, will update once I install a mesh network downstairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Quality i am really disappointed. i have bragged about how good samsung is. i bought monitors and a 55" 4k tv that works amazing. i have a samsung android phone. i bought 2 x 65" 4k tvs. both had the same performance issues, blurry picture quality, the mic never worked, and freezes. numerous calls 8+ and a service call from a technician. same troubleshooting steps over and over and over again with factory and flash resets. after complying with everything samsung told me to do, i still can't get a replacement. i offered to take a smaller 55" tv and didn't care about the difference in price. samsung's service manager informed me they will send service technicians indefinitely and possibly charge me for it.

After hours of trying every single step Samsung support and articles i've found online have recommended, nothing has worked. The vents were not clogged, everything was updated, the tv was hooked up to a surge protector. Samsung repair simply recommended replacing the TV. Nearly 700 dollars down and hours wasted.

The color is excellent and I was surprised at the quality of sound (with no sound system added). Set-up was quite easy and all appears to be well built. However . . . what is not good is the screen gives off tremendous glare from lighting in the room; the screen simply does not hand in-room lighting well. But an even bigger issue for me is the teeny-tiny remote control hand set that is not properly shaped or large enough for an adult hand. Compared to the remote from my last Samsung TV . . . this hand set represents many steps backwards. Sometimes change simply for the sake of change does not work. Over-simplification of the control buttons has a negative effect.

Connectivity with Google Assistant doesnt work either. Tried to work with Samsung's Customer support for over 4 months to resolve the issue but nothing worked. Techinician was sent and as soon as he looked at it, he said nothing can be done as this series is flawed to begin with intentionally

When playing game, TV change to game mode automatically.... not sure how the true motion 120 looks like but I'm satisfied with the 60hz. I also appreciate the picture quality when playing video games - I can pick out details well. I am most impressed by the sound on this TV. I don't own any sort of sound system, but just from this TV it still feels like the sound is thrown around the room. My only bummer to this TV is that I think the main screen can be a little hard to navigate, but I'm also not sure that I can't customize it to fit my needs a little better. Overall, I'm still learning, but would 100% buy this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! although i waited a long time to receive this product, samsung did not disappoint. this tv is great! the image quality and sound system are great. i do find it a bit strange that samsung has pre-selected the apps you can see on the bar right away, but have to click on another place to see the rest of the apps. it is hard to find them at first, until you finally remember where they are downloaded to. i would assume that the apps you use the most are the ones you can see right away, but that is not the case here. my family and i enjoy this tv so much. we spent most of our time watching netflix or playing video games. overall a good tv, with some glitches.

Easy to use, many useful and good tv application, great pictures, but there is only one issue. This TV has little delaying issue, especially when you turn it on. Just like your Desktop Computer. It does have lag. Sometime i need to turn off and on 2-3 times to reboot this TV. (This is my first smart TV, and i’m not sure the other smart tv has this kind of issue maybe or maybe not). Other than this lagging, i really enjoy with Au8000 TV. Decent price, light weight, great pictures, many other useful app. I highly recommend and really satisfying with Samsung AU8000 65’.

Have had no issues with streaming any of my favorites accounts. The sound on it is amazing and the picture quality is amazing. Works amazing with my gaming also. No lag at all. Would recomend this to all of my family and friends. Also very light weight and small so doesn't take up very much space at all. I have it on the lehs right now which was a breeze to assemble no screws which i loved that part so much. Also hooked up to my bluetooth speaker easily and sound bar. The alexa part is so nice also since i love amazon . Its great fot live sports cant wait till nfl season. It will be amazing.

However the sound quality Peters out at higher volumes. The speakers tend to vibrate at the higher volumes. Also I have found a mystery that possibly involves memory in that it will not keep Internet based streaming apps that I want to use anytime and every time I want to use a different one. In example; one day Youtube will be available for me to select and stream, The next day it will not engage. I then have to unplug the TV wait 30 seconds and replug the TV this usually fixes it. However in so doing I will lose Netflix! Or the next time it could be my prime TV...It is very disturbing that I have to do this so often with my Samsung And yet I never have to do this with my LG TV. I would hope that someday there could be an upload to fix this problem on my TV. Other than that all my devices are Samsung My favorite. My wife has an Apple smartphone that I have sometimes been able to fix for her Using my Samsung smartphone To the rescue!!

We decided on the 65" 2021 model after we saw the 55" another 10 inches diagonal. Glad we made the right choice perfect in our TV room. Very happy with the Samsung Model that we purchase. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV This is a beautiful tv! Very nice size, an upgrade from our 55" TCL Roku tv. We almost purchased the 65" in TCL Roku tv due to the price, since we were already using a TCL TV. We are very pleased with our new Samsung TV, it has so much to offer. Unboxing and setup was not too painful other than the fact that it is a very big tv, so more than one person us needed to handle it. Setup was pretty simple and it walks you through everything. The color is vivid and just pops out at you, beautiful quality. We have played video games, YouTube videos, and streamed on the tv so far. It has so many tv apps that you can intergrate, and that works well for use since we have a few. You can use the controller or download an app on your phone to control the tv. You can also control with Amazon Alexa or Google. So far the only downfall of this tv is the sound, it doesn't get too loud and it's hard to hear sometimes. We will eventually purchase surround sound to make up for that. Other than that, we love the tv and we would recommend it

It's easy to set up and connect it. It's helpful to have streaming apps built-in to the TV because you don't have to worry about running out of space. It's great for movies, gaming and binge-watching. The remote is easy to use and straightforward. I also like that you can still use streaming devices if you don't want to use the apps on the TV. It comes with three HDMI ports that I use to connect my gaming devices, soundbar and streaming device. The TV is really thin and I like that it gives me space to put things by and around it. This TV is amazing for watching sports as well. It's big enough and clear enough to see every single detail.

The manual is a joke. You'll learn little from the manual except how to install it. Assembly is pretty easy. The setup is done by a menu and isn't too hard. Second. The remote is really hard to use. It lacks even the basic buttons, like numbers. Normally I control the TV with the satellite remote. Third. The sound level seems to change often. I find myself adjusting the volume up and down regularly. Not just from channel to channel, but during a show. The worst things said, the overall quality of the TV is great. The packaging is more than adequate. There is Samsung TV Plus that allows streaming and OTA viewing. This is a nice feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very well rounded TV. This is an amazing TV. When I watch TV I mainly just watch Netflix and YouTube as those are my main streaming platforms. And this TV delivers a wonderful experience on that. Scrolling through the menus and navigating my apps is fast and simple. Most notably though the screen quality on this TV is absolutely amazing amazing! It's nice and vivid and there are very poppy colors. No wonder the tech for this TV is called Crystal UHD. Whenever I want to watch something of high quality, I want to watch it on this TV. The sound on this TV is surprisingly good too. It's nice and loud to fill an entire room comfortably. There are good mids, good highs, and okay bass. The bass isn't the best but it's definitely noticable and present which for TV speakers is an outstanding feat! I also really like Tizen OS. It works well with my Samsung phone and I can control/view everything on my TV in the SmartThings app. I also appreciate the wide number of apps available including the pre-installed Samsung one's because they make me able to do more with my Samsung TV. The remote is also very nice, it feels of high quality and it feels like some sort of fancy decor. I also really appreciate the animations for when turning the TV on or off. It's the small attention to details like that which really tie a TV together and makes it such a wonderful experience to have. There are a million more things that I love about this TV, but this is all I can fit in here. Good job Samsung this is an amazing product!

This tv has beautiful picture, excellent sound, and is fast on streaming, clear a0nd concise language, and I recommended it to 5 friends of mine who came over my house to watch my TV and 4 of the 5 went out and bought one. Any Samsung product I trust to be reliable, dependant, and durable. My phone, my tv and any Samsung electronic device always performs very well. Anyone that I have recommended a Samsung product to has ever complained. In fact, they usually tell their friends about it. Other products that cost a lot more do not compare to Samsung's quality, performance and endurability.

My other was 5 years old and was still working well, but the new one has features and clarity far beyond my older Samsung. I think the Samsung brand itself has unbelievable ! picture quality itself in my opinion is exceptional. We also have Samsung phones, We are adamant fans!!! Since we upgraded to Samsung and I can actually "see" the difference between the two... I am definitely going to be upgrading the TV's at the family ranch to the same Samsung TV we have at the house. Everything we do from streaming to YouTube to watching a DVD is done in a smooth transition. My favorite adult purchase is this TV

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, poor apps TV looks great and 4k/HDR picture delivers. However, apps are limited, including no MLB.tv or Pluto, among others. Very few sports apps, period. No NFL. No NBA. It seems incredulous that Samsung would release a first-rate TV with second-rate apps. The only work around is to get a streaming device and that's seems ridiculous after paying a premium for this TV. Also, the home screen is cluttered with a bunch of useless programming most people will never use. Disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality Picture! Wow this Tv is awesome, as soon I finishing mounted on my bedroom and set it up, the colors and the picture impressed me! The resolutions is 4k makes all the shows, movies, and video games look amazing and more fun to watch or play video games. I like that it comes with Featured Streaming Services like Netflix, YouTube, apple tv+, Disney+ and more. It comes with 3 HDMI ports, perfect to connect the things that I need, like my video games and 1 Digital Optical Audio Output to connect my bar sound. The sound is pretty clear and loud enough. This TV is just amazing the quality of the picture is really crisp and the colors are very vibrant, very easy to navigate, great for entertain my household, especially during this pandemic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional UHD TV I love my new 65" Crystal UHD Samsung TV! I'm just over six months into my purchase, and have gotten to know the majority of the features of this TV now. The picture clarity is amazing (compared to my 3 year old Samsung 50" LED TV I was using prior to my purchase). The settings menu is easy to navigate, set up was a breeze, and only took about 45 minutes from un-boxing to watching the TV. WiFi was easy to connect without using a cable, and it actually sounds pretty good with just the TV speakers! However, I did set it up with my surround sound system, now it sounds like a theater! I like the fact that I can use Alexa as my voice control to navigate (Google Assistant and Bixby are also available) either by pressing the microphone icon on the remote or by speaking to Alexa on my echo spot (must set up through Alexa App). Using Smart things App to set up certain features is easy too. Accessing Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc. Is quick and easy, and adding other apps is too. There's one thing I didn't realize it didn't have, a component video hook-up (red, green & blue RCA jacks). Even though it's a little bit of an out dated piece of technology, it's still useful for hooking up older equipment to the TV. For what I needed, it has plenty of inputs and outputs. But for gamers and other people, it might not be enough. I love the minimalist small remote control. I don't like that it didn't have an actual user's manual to refer to, so you have to access it online. I just haven't gotten around to printing it yet. Other than that, its a great TV for the price I paid ($699 at best buy in Oct 2020)

The smart features like voice control, and Tizen operating system are really great to use. It connects with everything so well, including our Sonos Beam (through ARC). Not only does this TV look fantastic, it is advertised correctly. If you use the "Help Me Choose" option from Samsung when shopping for TVs, they correctly lead you to this option, the AU8000 which is affordable compared to some other options. Great picture quality and features for an outstanding VALUE. Thank you Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Apps I mostly use my television for movies and music, it pairs great with my Note 9 and the sound and picture quality are great. This is actually my first smart tv and I love the different features it has but there is another Samsung smart tv in my home that is an older model, I wish my tv had access to some of the same features and apps such as the AMC movie theatre app. I like being able to purchase on demand movies on the AMC website, pull up the app on the tv and watch purchased movies that are in my library. I'd also love the "view TV on phone" feature. It's nice to be able to watch on my phone, whatever is playing on the tv from another room. Overall, the tv is great and has no issues. There are plenty of other apps in the hub/store that I do use, it's nice having all the apps right there at my fingertips. Being able to pair different devices like my iPad and multiple phones is a definite plus, I love my Samsung tv.

The crystal UHD graphics are so crisp and clear that you can count the pores on the faces of the actors and actresses when they pan in for a face shot. It is so detailed! It also has several modes it automatically switches to depending on the device. Switching to Game Mode really helps the video game graphics pop, enhancing colors ect to optimize the gaming experience. The sound is also fairly good for stock speakers. I have yet to hook up the surround sound but it almost isn't needed as the speakers are fairly loud even at 50% and the sound quality is clear, I should've expected no less from Samsung. Also it is truly a smart t.v. offering several voice activated options as well as wifi functions which all syncs so nicely together. The television is about as thick as a small children's book and weighs not much more than that, you won't pull your back out lifting this one! The remote is small yet durable and innovative as it offers plenty of accessibility while remaining quaint and easy to learn. It does have a few hook ups for HDMI, coaxial, ect so you can hook up several devices that each will have a tab to easily switch over to for video gaming, Blu-Ray players, and so forth. The stand is small yet effective and it balances the television just right when mounted. The television is 95% screen, there is a sliver of a black border that blends in nicely but other than that it's all screen. Overall I can really only think of positive things about this television and with a manufacturer like Samsung I'm not surprised, they are very thorough with all their technologies. I mean maybe it lacks a few extra HDMI or coaxial options so you won't be able to hook up 14 different video game consoles to it but who would. This television has really enhanced our television/movie/video game experience so I cannot speak highly enough of it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV has a overwhelming picture. I primarily use my TV for streaming and gaming. What can I say other than outstanding quality for the price. In game mode, my games are rich in color and make you feel enveloped in the game. While streaming I feel the need for popcorn for my cinematic experience. Other thoughts is that the TV is super thin which makes it look good mounted to the wall.

Also the fact that I can mirror my phone to the TV and show my photos and videos to my friends and family makes it very user-friendly. I noticed when I got my TV about a year ago that my energy usage has gone down slightly on my power bill which is very nice to have a better TV and use less energy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow for Smart TV Picture and features are great however, for a smart tv, it is so slow and buggy, particularly with the Sling app. I have 1gig fiber internet wired to the tv with cat 6 and apps are slow to open and move around in. The Sling app has particular issues of constant closing, buffering and stopping which does not happen on my other 3 TVs. I’ve cleared the cache multiple times and within days it goes back to buffering and shutting down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complete junk after 9 months of use. I purchased this TV in November 2021, while my home was undergoing repairs due to massive flooding. It was stored in our climate-controlled storage for 7 months, until we were able to move back into the home in June of 2022. Initially, the TV was great, but in March of 2023 (after 9 months of use), the right side of the screen was slightly darker than the left. This happened intermittently for about a week, and would switch sides periodically. We did a factory reset, replaced all of the HDMI cables, and ran all of the suggested troubleshooting tips to no avail. Last week, the right side went completely black, and the bottom of the TV on that side was extremely hot to the touch, so we turned it off and un-plugged it from the outlet, The following day when we turned it back on, the screen was completely black. Samsung says that because we purchased in November the previous year, that it is out of warranty, and their repair company gave me a quote of $250 just to come out and diagnose the problem. I have virtually all Sumsung products, from phones to laptops, multiple TVs, tablets, etc, but if this is the best they can do for a premium TV, I am not happy. 9 months of use is simply unacceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad experience The TV is not durable, started to have problems with brightness few months ago, and now I'm having unbalanced brightness in the TV as right side is more dimmed than the left one. The TV is less than 14 months old, when I contacted the support surprisingly they told me it's out of warranty although when I bought it from Walmart they mentioned that it does include 2 years of warranty. You can imagine the rabbit hole i went into starting to chase Walmart which they didn't give me any proof of the 2 years warranty. Now I'm stuck with a defaulted TV and I will definitely need to buy a new one soon. Make sure when you buy any product to get the proof of warranty even if you buy from a big stores.

I have had to unplug it several times just to get to work again. Seems quality is not as important as it use to be. May be the last Samsung I ever buy.

The TV was mounted on the wall and only cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. Very disappointed in the quality of this TV for the price I paid for it.

Have had the TV 15 months and screen went blank, could still hear sound but not anymore. 15 months and Samsung will not stand by product due to being 3 months out of warranty and refused any support of their product. Very disappointing .

Only one of fifteen TVs has occasional problems connecting to the wifi network. The rest are big, beautiful, powerful TVs that are perfect for a classroom of 25 kids. The audio is fine too, but we purchased Samsung HW-S50A soundbars to boost the sound to a level that richly fills the whole room. Half our TV's are now two years old, and continue to function perfectly. Thanks for a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor sound We ha a 6000 series and we wanted an upgrade to have bluetooth. However after getting it home and spending hours trying to improve the sound we bought a sound bar. That still didn’t fix our issues with the sound so we took the tv back to BestBuy and bought an LG tv. I do still have my old Samsung without the Bluetooth that we use in another room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Average at best I’ve had the tv for about 3 weeks now. Set up was super simple. The menu is easy to navigate and arrange to your liking. Great picture so long as what you’re watching isn’t dark. And that’s where this tv loses 2 stars. Dark movies are hard to watch even in a dark room. Which kind of takes a lot away from the enjoyment of the tv.
