Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, inexpensive tv! To start this off, I usually gravitate towards Samsung products. Samsung tvs are pretty good and are not expensive. This tv is awesome, my main use for it is playing video games and they always look amazing. The TU7000 is lightweight and very easy to move around if needed. The sound from the speakers is decent, but definitely not the best. Keep in mind this is considered a budget tv, not the top of the line. My only real complaint I have about it is the placement of the holes for mounting the tv. The reason behind this is, is the fact that the tv is slightly curved so the usual equipment you'd use to mount is basically useless.

I love how everything is already install meaning netflix and other app. This is the one i been loooking for ever since i counld't find the perfect one for about 5 years. This has a smart adjustment brightness meaning it will detect the setting of the screen depeding on how the living room or room brightness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent picture i would have given it 5 stars but sometimes the sound just goes out and we have to turn the tv off and on for the sound to come back on. it looks like the people on the tv are in the same room with us. the picture is incredible. now if we could get an update or something so the sound quits going out, i could change my review to 5 stars. i haven't noticed any features that i could mention.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING picture clarity!! My family and I mainly use the tv for console gaming, movie nights and Football. Kids LOVE movie night now because they can still see it perfectly when they go to kitchen to grab snacks or drinks. While watching our beloved Rams it feels like we're on the field. The audio just from TV is great. Really the only time we use the sound system is for movies. And onto the 2 things I personally dislike; 1) Connectivity to screencast/ screenshare is frustrating because it seems like every 3rd or 4th time I connect to it, i have to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone or computer with Samsung support. They always do a great job and walk me through everything, however it's just frustrating to have to go through the whole process every couple weeks. 2) Samsung TV; great idea but when they play the same block of shows EVERY SINGLE DAY, it gets annoying. All in all we have been super happy with the upgrade!! Great price, amazing picture&sound. The good definitely outweighs the 2 things that personally bug me.

The TV itself is sleek and elegant, it's a great addition to my family room. You can hide all the cords in the TV stand so it solves that problem for you. For a not so tech savvy person this is truly a smart TV and I would recommend this TV to anyone and everyone!

We love having movie night now and this TV actually has a movie settings wich gives it that authentic theater atmosphere. It's great for playing games. Works really great with Playstation, Nintendo, and Xbox 1. We couldn't ask for a better TV. So grateful to have mine.

I have a Samsung surround sound hooked to it to help maximize the incredible sound. I love my TV so much that I brought 3 more 1 for my mother, 1 for my brother, and 1 for my Son. And I've actually broken 2 so I have purchased 6 of these TVs over the past 4 years. The picture quality is amazing. I've had my friends give compliments on how the great the pictures quality is. The sound is amazing words clear and all background noises can be identified and it sound even better hooked to a Samsung surround sound system. Overall the TV is a 10/10 100/100 an A+++ and I have recommended this TV to all my friends and family some has even actually went out and purchased one for themselves.

We have movies that range in age from the 80's all the way up to current. No matter which movie we pop in, this TV has incredible quality. The speed and graphics are better then any TV I've ever owned. This TV is also compatible with all of our devices. Our tablet, both my husband and my phone, and it has all of our favorite streaming apps as well. No matter what we feel like watching or doing, this TV does it beautifully. We also live out in the country and don't have reliable wifi. If we want to watch a streaming service we have like Netflix or Disney+ it's as easy as casting to the TV so we can simply run off of our cell signal. This is absolutely my favorite TV I've ever had, and we plan on upgrading to all Samsung TVs in the future.

The remote is not user friendly if one does not understand the meaning of each icon, but there is a simple video to explain it very easily. Overall excellent choice.

The first time it was used for gaming I couldn't over how clear the picture was , because of the clarity it mad the animation look so real, l the colors were amazing. Sound quality is also unreal, at times your not sure if certain sounds as thunder or sirens are coming from your TV or if they are actually happening in real life. I've never much cared about what brand or what TV I purchase but I am so happy I took my time and researched this time .

I like the different modes for the brightness, as we can adjust them very well for whatever we are watching. The sound is actually really good too; we had considered buying a soundbar for our old TV. With this TV, we don’t need one! Very pleased with the performance of this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The DeX feature is my favorite I'll Start by saying this tv has been the best purchase I have ever maid, It Looks good, It feels good. with that being said, my favorite feature is DeX, one of the great things is that I can use my Tab S7 or Z Fold 3 as a mouse to navigate through apps, Not only that, Yes there is more! the fact that I can connect to blootooth using my galaxy buds live is awesome and very helpful since my partner works from Home.

I also enjoy watching movies and TV series that are on Netflix and Hulu... The TV visuals and sounds are extremely wonderful. The quality of the picture is out of this world. I love all Samsung products. Even every phone I use is a Samsung also. They are very easy to use, understand and control. The different features come in very handy. I myself prefer Samsung to any other product. I love how my phone can connect with my TV!!! I would definitely recommend Samsung products over any other product out there!!!!

The picture is perfect, streaming is super smooth, and sound is great too. I am so happy I spent the extra money for a brand I trust and keeps proving over and over why I love their products. It also has more app selection then what I had on the previous LG tv. Screen clarity is good. Sound is okay, I always use a soundbar instead. The only thing I don't like is that it gets a bit laggy sometimes when going through some settings functions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from software is awful! we absolutely love the clarity and colors on this tv, but navigating the software is extremely clunky! we had a roku tv and it was a walk in the park to navigate and when we needed to replace it we were drawn to the samsung because of what a beautiful and clear picture it had. the remote has got way too many buttons and they are all so close together that my husband is constantly pushing the wrong one because he has large man fingers. i have small fingers and i had a terrible time entering my password and email when trying to sign in to apps i already had. finding the apps was also a nightmare! if we had it to do over, we would probably buy another roku tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor features I am slightly disappointed and dissatisfied with my TV. It only has 2 HDMI ports. And one of the ports has to be dedicated to the sound bar, that's required. A sound bar connection using the optical cable was incompatible with the TV, unfortunately. And it's a Samsung Soundbar. The Samsung rep said that the HDMI connection is recommended. So, the customers are only left with 1 available HDMI. This is very frustrating. The remote is abysmal. It is hard to believe that there was a team that approved the design of this remote. It is not ergonomical at all. The main buttons are on the bottom of the remote. Even though the TIZEN apps have improved, the software is not consumer friendly. Manuevering the software is challenging. Unwanted apps cannot be removed, so they take up space. The picture test is absolutely flawed. At times I can see a dark spot near the mid-right panel. Ironically, that area is already darkened on the picture test. I dont understand. The enitre picture used for the picture test is bright, except for the only part that I am concerned about. It's intentionally dark. My TV doesn't qualify for Samsung Care +. I was told that my tv is on the lower end in cost. In one section I'm told that it's covered. In another section, I'm told that it's not eligible. Samsung care plus is a difficult dept to talk to. This is the worst Samsung TV that I have ever purchased. Of course it wont last long and I believe that Samsung already knows this.

The picture quality it amazing I never knew what I was missing till I got a Samsung crystal TV .the picture makes u feel like ur right there on set. And u can hook your phone up by just tapping the side . It has access to all the streaming sites as well as a icon for ur gaming systems. It's bright and easy to see . The Remote is easy to use as well lots of options. This TV does alot more I just haven't gotten that far yet .

Truly only issue is hdr is too dark at times. Samsung has tried to fix it by few updates which helped. Hopefully they do fix it. Cuz then it'll be 10 out of 10!

The remote works best with TV features, not so well with cable box. The stand looks insignificant, but it is quite stable. Overall, the TV is a good value.

We have multiple gaming systems hooked up, as well as direct internet and Wi-Fi. This is our first Samsung television and since we've purchased t.v. we have also purchased a Samsung refrigerator and a Samsung stove top range. I absolutely love being able to access my appliances through my smartphone. The TV has worked wonderfully and will hopefully last longer than our last $1,000 television that lasted less than 2 years. Just like every other smart TVs, you can view tons of streaming contents from it, and not to mention that the picture quality is awesome. Besides all the standard features from a smart TV,I really like how easy it is to work with my Samsung S21 ultra. With a simple tap on one side of the TV using my phone, I can share my phone screen to the TV in seconds. Also with a few taps on my phone, my Tv becomes a computer via Dex. Last minute not least, it works quite well with Google Assistant. I can turn on/off without the need to look for the remote. If I have to say what it lacks, I am hoping the TV body can provide some simple buttons such as volume control. But this is not at all bothering me from enjoying this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad product I have had this product for a couple of weeks, and had trouble from the first day I started using it, The screen turns black often, tv drops internet connection many times in the day, the remote has a delayed response.! On top of all the very helpless calls i had to waste my time making to technical support line, who advised of turning off and on the router, ( one agent recommended doing that multiple times throughout the day bcz of the weather/ wind), i tried to explain to her that we have no wind plus we have another tv that we have had for 4 years and never dropped internet once ( in same house). Until i decided to return it back to Costco, then i had to take down off the wall, and now i have to repack and ship it back!! Not a good product, save your time and avoid it.

I love the Image Quality and resolution that I could get from the TV. Not just the color resolution but the built-in speaker is spot on and perfect for my apartment. The Tizen OS is very easy to navigate around and the first-time set-up is really convenient and easy to do. This is indeed one of my best purchases.!! Loving it.

Sharp images, fast processing for video and easy to connect to WIFI and other devices. Where they fall short is the remote. For the price of the TV it needs to include a better modern remote to match the capabilities of the TV. Should seamlessly integrate as a universal remote with full voice function. It does not do so and is actually cumbersome to use.

Our smart tv came with many optional apps which we use regularly. Our 3 kids in their early twenties went in together to get my husband and I a new tv last Christmas and we unwrapped the best gift ever! Highly recommended! The plus is that it sinks with Alexa and even plays our Spotify playlist during dinner time too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The screen peels apart for no reason I purchased this TV for my living room and it was mainly used by my kids on the weekends to watch cartoons. It was turned on for a total of 6 hours a week, if that. I owned the TV for 7 months when I noticed that the clear screen cover over the display was peeling away from the frame. I could gently press around the edge and the screen would stick back in place but would start peeling off again after only 1 to 2 hours. My guess is that Samsung used some cheap adhesive on model to save on manufacturing costs.

Cons- the menu and user interface needs an update it's not fun to navigate through as well as the tv remote needs updating, the buult in memory is not enough and the Samsung internet app better navigation. It can use an integration with cell phones that should be able to control the tv for a smoother experience while using the built in apps.

There are so many cool features with this TV & set up is super easy & a QR code pops up for easy set up to apps etc. I love that I can tap my phone on the tv to mirror my phone instead of trying to figure out how to do the casting. I had to purchase 3 TVs and didn’t know what brand was better so I priced checked & ended up buying 3 different brands all within the same price range but the Samsung was 60” the others were 55” & 58” once setting them all up I really wished I got all Samsungs. Needless to say the 60” that was meant for the Living room is now my bedrooom tv. Yes I love it that much. Would definitely buy again.

I mostly use my tv to watch Netflix, Disney+, and occasionally Amazon Prime Video and this has been wonderful for that. I can easily get to all my streaming services from the Home Screen. I love that the Home Screen is to the point and not all cluttered up with things I don’t want. Besides being easy to use the picture quality is beautiful. I love this tv and definitely recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Too Dark, Software Problem i am returning this tv, because it is almost unwatchable during the day. the screen is so dim that you can only make out rough details during dark scenes. i googled the problem, tried every single possible setting, and contacted customer support and nothing fixed it. finally, some service techs came and told me that it is a problem with the hdr feature when the content you are watching is in 4k. they said that there is no fix for it because samsung says it is a “feature”. they showed me a movie that only had hd (not 4k) to show me the difference and it was very clear. apparently this has been reported to samsung, but they do nothing about it. why would i want a tv that has an inherent problem that makes the tv basically unwatchable that i know will never be fixed?

Whenever I'm watching 4k content, the picture quality is excellent with great colors and deep blacks. I have a lot of smart home products and the TV works well within the ecosystem. I have a soundbar connected and the TV turns it on/off as the TV turns on/off, it was pretty much just plug/play without the need to configure any settings which made the process easy. The only small issue is that there seems to be a dark spot in the bottom left corner that can be seen from certain viewing angles but that could just be my model I'm not sure. Overall the TV is excellent and worth every penny. It

I ended up purchasing the the 65" of the same model. It's mainly used for movies and gaming. You get a lot of bang for your buck. The tv's profile is sleek. The picture quality is great. My kids love gaming on it. The TV speakers are good, but would recommend a soundbar if you want to get the best experience when watching movies. The smart features are great. I own multiple samsung appliances, and love how I receive updates through my TV that my dishwasher is done. This is one of the best smart tv's out there in its price range. I would highly recommend this tv.

This is the first time we bought a smart TV. As the name suggests, it is indeed smart & incorporates with the Internet and does a lot of cool stuffs. As far as a Joe six pack looking to just buy something to watch Netflix on it's just fine. I know it's entry level but black levels should be improved as a basic feature.

The picture is ok I thought getting 120 motion would give a better picture. It is no different then the 60 motion tv's.

The TV was worth every penny we payed...it has almost every app we were using on 2 different streaming devices. And the apps we could not get...we were able to stream to the TV thru our phones!! Plus the added channels we get for free with Samsung TV Plus was an awesome surprise! You can Google search, connect your computer to it, gaming devices and even my Google home! It was the best Christmas present to us!!

I use it mostly for streaming, which is extremely seamless with the smart TV technology that Samsung has really made me a fan of when it comes to their user experience. I use it for Netflix, Hulu, HBO max, YouTube—name it! I also use it for gaming. Using a Nintendo Switch, as well as a PS5, there is a huge difference in those two consoles not only limited to resolution but I honestly would never even truly notice that difference because of how actually CRYSTAL CLEAR this television is and how it absolutely allows for just the utmost quality in whatever device I'm using or service I'm streaming. I also really love that you can integrate it with your Samsung account and use it with Smart Things. Samsung has really become one of those go-to top tier choices in the world of TV'S, along with all the other fantastic products, they continue to being just honestly the best experiences when it comes to products and smart technology throughout your whole house/life as someone who also has a Samsung Galaxy phone and a galaxy smartwatch. They just never fail to impress. Love it, and absolutely worth every penny. (and the cool thing is, they aren't unreasonable in price by any means! I think I actually got an excellent deal on this TV when I purchased it about a year ago!) Highly recommend any of their TV's, including this one. Lastly, Samsung has truly nailed it when it comes to the smart TV menu/user experience. Best I've seen!

When in movie mode the Black is more of a deep brown than black and everything is super dark. Skin tones are off even if you adjust the color on your own versus using the presets. If samsung adopted the coloration from the newer LG televisions they would have the best tv out.

Still one of the Worst operating experiences I have ever had with a TV. I like Samsung alot, but this is So cumbersome and so not intuitive - almost as bad as Apple products. Well, that might be a little too harsh... now. It sucks. Makes me dread turning it on.

I have to physically turn the TV off or unplug the TV to be able to start watching again. It is only with this app so that’s why other than that the TV is pretty great.

I use this feature sometimes since it just sounds louder is your ear. Another feature I use is Screencast. I use this for YouTube mainly. A feature similar to that one allow you to hold your samsung phone up to your Samsung tv and it will allow you to Screencast everything from your phone to your tv. Last feature is to connect bixby or Alexa to your tv. For that you will need the smartthings app. When you pair your tv to smartthings I will allow you to hook up bixby or Alexa so you can turn on and of your tv.

The functionality of the smart options is easy for them use, and they have no problem finding additional apps to download, adding them to their Home Screen, and signing into their accounts. Their previous television only had a couple preloaded streaming apps, and using the fire stick was so onerous for my dad, that he only watched Netflix because going to any other app was not functional. Thus, now my dad watches tons of different apps, my mom love the clarity of the picture, and they both love the ease of using different apps/being able to have the apps they use on their television. Overall, my parents and I cannot say enough great things about this SmartTV. Thank you Samsung for producing fabulous looking functional televisions!

The Power and Energy Saving is a nice feature, but it does not get to a low enough brightness. I find it is still too bright especially for night viewing. The biggest issue I have is the remote control. I always have to turn on a lamp to push the correct buttons because it has no light. How do you spend that much money for a mediocre remote control? I have hit the wrong button many times, partly because the buttons at the bottom of the remote are too small. The special buttons for Netflix and Prime and Samsung TV are useless and take up too much room on the remote.

Unfortunately, my last few Samsung products have not held up the way i feel they should have considering the price. For example, this TV is less than 3 years old and it makes a horrible noise when it is turned on or off for about 15 minutes.

As far as actual gaming goes! It's amazing definitely a notable feature of the television! Quality of 4k streaming is also amazing. Every video I've streamed has always come out to look great! Even If the show is old. My final issue is the Menu Lag, unfortunately the menu lags behind on simple tasks. Besides the two problems this is an amazing TV I would highly recommend to a friend.

The visual as well as the hearing enhancement is perfect for my partner and I. The picture is so clear as well as the sound. I, myself is a hearing impaired individual. I absolutely love how easy it is to listen to music streaming from my choice of apps whilst doing my household chores. We also love being able to choose the apps of our choice whether it's music or movies and putting our most favorites in the order of our choice as well. The internet browser is a big major plus and easy to use too. We definitely will be purchasing another television soon. Thank you Samsung for making life a little more simpler for us.

Although the LG was only 3 years old its a world apart in picture quality as well as sound Being in my late 60s and yes, sorta hard of hearing, the Samsung sounded clearer and better defined. The only problem is with the glare in a room with alot of windows. The peak brightness is low, which makes hdr content lack luster.

The only thing I do not like is that there are a lot of apps that I would like to uninstall since it comes in a list from left to right. Or just a better way to organize the main home screen since most of the apps I use are on the far right side and I have to scroll all the way to reach them. But besides that, the TV truly does look beautiful and works really well. The things Samsung TV come with are also really fun and unique.

The graphics are excellent and the visual quality is what you’d expect from a UHD TV. However, the user interface is difficult to navigate and set up in a seemingly unorganized way. Another issue I’ve had is the inability to change the picture settings and aspect ratio unless I’m in gaming mode, I cannot change the aspect ratio. Another thing I dislike about this model is the remote. The buttons are setup in a useless fashion and it’s counterintuitive. All in all I give the TV 3/5 stars.

I wish the web browser was better and had a better interface. The picture is surprisingly difficult to adjust and is nothing special but blacks are especially disappointing.; There is so little depth the blacks actually become mirror like. The settings are difficult and sporadically available. Meaning buttons may be grayed out for no reason.

Lag time on mine is running upwards of over 12-15ms!! Also it can be a bit confusing having a 60hz panel yet the dimming frequency is at 120hz! Why!!?? Constant screen flickering when set at those parameters. Maybe my unit is defective from the get go??? It is a great just "tv" if thats how you plan to use it. Even easier now with the tap feature where the TV automatically connects my phone. It's fast switching between my streaming apps, it can handle anything you throw at it between Samsung Dex, screen share, or just regular tv streaming. Would definitely recommend.

I found the prompts to connect Netflix and Amazon prime to be precise and efficient. Only issue we have had is with closed captioning, have not been able to resolve this just yet. Most likely we are overlooking the instructions. The quality of the picture far outweighs any minute complaint we may have. Next television I buy will also be a samsung

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would NOT recommend went with samsung because its a popular suposedly high end brand, i dont notice that much of a better picture than cheaper brands. the set up was annoying, it recomended thag you use the app as the “easier set up” download and app, set up an account, then it still wasnt working right. the app itself is awful, opnly tv app i have seen thag doesnt open a keyboard when searching something. after set up the entire menus and changing sources is annoying, annoying menus stay on screen excessively long. biggest issue is being my bedroom tv you need to go through 4 sections of settings to find the sleep timer… really wish i hadnt disposed of the box as it would be being returned for sure.

It was easy to mount to the wall, and when I turned it on, it guided me through setting up Hulu, Netflix, and Disney +. All were super simple with QR codes to follow. The whole process from taking it out of the box to having it set up took about an hour. The options for configuring your TV are also easy to use, despite having a ton of options to choose from. Overall, it's a great TV. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars as the picture seems pretty dark. I have worked on the settings by adjusting the contrast and brightness, but it's still pretty dark.

This Crystal TU7000 60" model was very easy to set up, has terrific resolution, and supports IMDb! The remote control has some convenient quick-access buttons to go directly to Amazon and Netflix. However, the fast-forward, pause, etc., buttons are inconveniently located near the bottom of the control. I would like to have seen this TV come with a swivel base, instead of two fixed feet, but I guess the size prevents that. All-in-all, I am very happy with this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2020 TV? i bought this tv as a replacement for my 60in vizio from 2016. the vizio still works great, but i wanted a 4k tv with a better refresh rate. with my vizio i could cast any streaming app from my phone to it...from netflix to crunchyroll, but with my newer samsung i can only cast netflix and youtube music. amazon prime, hulu, discovery+, while they're on smarthub, the tv will not show up on the cast menu. after 3 hours texting and talking to customer support from parts unknown, the conclusion they finally gave me...after 3 disconnects...was that well, those apps just don't support the model of tv. they don't what?! ok, cool, awesome...so the tv itself is pretty good, screen is clear and vivid, looks great. smarthub has ads...blah. wish i could take it back.

It works well, the picture is clear and bright, and overall the sound is really good. There are only two times I ran into issues with the TV. First, was during the unboxing where I went to remove the protective film from the TV. There were two strips of solid plastic along the edges of the screen that when I was removing I was worried I was going to damage the screen because they were so difficult to remove. However, after extremely carefully remove the film and lightly pulling the strip I was able to remove the plastic edges of the film. The second issue comes when changing streaming applications. When I was trying to switch from Netflix to Hulu the losing page for Hulu would appear and then would suddenly revert to the Netflix streaming page. This was slightly frustrating but the next day it was resolved and I had no issues. In regards to streaming, this TV is great it has most major services so I felt no need to get a Roku device, Apple TV device, or Amazon Fire Stick like I have had to in the past. All in all this is a great TV and you won’t go wrong purchasing it!

The actual experience on the tv as far as the UI is what made me rate four stars, now don’t get me wrong as far as smart features go the tv is seamless I mean it is a Samsung after all, but the remote is a little clunky and sometimes gives miss inputs or feels a little off in the hand but being as that’s really the only downfall to the tv I would still say four stars as the remote id something you end up not minding dealing with for such a good quality tv.

The quality is okay..night and from where I was but not the best Samsung offers. I wish that it had more options as far as picture settings some of them look the same very some differences between them if any. The speakers are really good, but I would suggest buying a soundbar if you want more bass. Last thing is that I love that I can control the TV from my phone, helps out when the remote is misplaced.

We have a surround sound hooked up to the optical and the sound is amazing. It is a smart tv and we had no trouble at all in connecting it to our WiFi and it actually works better on WiFi than the smart tv we have connected in the same room as our modem and router. I debated a while on which one I wanted to get for him as we have always gotten A different brand tv, but I am so glad we got this Samsung tv, it was a great choice. The only thing I don’t like about it is that you cannot control the volume with the tv remote if you have sound hooked through the optical input which really ain’t that big of a deal since the surround has its own remote.

This TV is disconnected from the internet 9 out of 10 times you go to stream anything and more often then not it won’t reconnect. I have to constantly forget network and reconnect and keep trying and keep trying until it finally reconnects. This has nothing to do with my internet as I have 3 other smart tvs further from router and have zero issues. Should have read the review on this prior as I now see a lot of people have this problem.

THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP OF THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. OF IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SET UP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR AND SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

It updates itself, so I never have to worry about fixing it, And if something did happen to go wrong there's always the support services that are right there in the TV. I swear by Samsung. All my TVs are Samsung, as well my watch 4 and my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung has the best products on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really, only two problems... i'm reasonably happy with my 60" model. the picture is fantastic, especially with 4k input. however, when i turn the tv on, it tries to open my attached blu-ray player and start with that every time. it happens even if i physically disconnect the blu-ray, it still opens with the hdmi source screen and i have to manually change the input...every time! very annoying. my second problem is that this model seemingly only allows a single pair of bluetooth headphones to be connected at a time. my wife and i would both like to listen with headphones at the same time. doesn't samsung realize that more than one person would want to listen at a time? extremely annoying!

In built in speakers are exceptional and will definitely get you by until you are able to pick up a stand alone set. Uses the industry standard Vesa mount. Super easy to set up and mount. At the time of this review I have owned it for 6 months and couldn't be happier.

We use our larger Samsung TVs for watching movies and TV. We use our smaller Samsung TVs mostly for gaming. We have one 70", two 55" inch, two 40", and one 32". Samsung TVs have excellent picture quality and their "hub" (for accessing Nextfilx, Prime, Hulu, etc...) is easy to use. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, needs better preset settings The tv is awesome. I play my PS5 on it and watch my shows. Simply amazing. Riding around in ghost of Tsushima looks amazing on this. Especially for the price it is sold for in places like target. The color and brightness settings take time to figure out though, for gaming you’ll have to mess around with the backlighting, the black coloring, the white lights, and the brightness for the right combo to get some games looking right. Same for apps like Disney+. This isn’t against Samsung per se but it would help if they had an updated preset settings like their “game” mode being updated to not be unbearably dark. Needs to be a game mode with strong black lighting, a dynamic mode with less black lighting , etc. Bought this tv cause I was fed up with unreliable Facebook marketplace people and figured I should just buy it straight up and move on with something I can trust. Samsung has the best reputation for TVs I know of so here I am, writing a TV review which I’ve never done.

The downside is the remote is too complicated meaning it is not user friendly. It has too many buttons and it takes time to locate the right button you want to press. Also, the platform itself on the TV to locate what you want to watch, (i.e. an app to stream live t.v), is not user friendly either. Again, takes time to simply go into something when it should be a quicker process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung TV Stopped working after 2 years I've owned my TV for a little over 2 years and have really enjoyed its functionality and features until recently. The last month my tv will not turn on correctly but instead will turn on to a black screen and then turn itself off and on automatically until I unplug the device. I am unfortunately past warranty so I can't get a replacement and Samsung support said it will cost the same to fix the issue as it would to just buy a new one. Pretty disappointed.

I use it to watch my favorite shows and movies and being able to see them in such high definition makes it just much better. Not to mention, this TV really improves on darker scenes that show up still enhancing the quality of the show. Now let's talk about the gaming aspect that it features, see we have a next gen console which truly thrives with a TV such as this one. Having it instantly switch to gaming mode when the console turns on and also being able to play games with a high fps and still maintaining its 4k details, truly makes the games feel more immersive. When I say this TV is great, I mean it.

I picked up from store after I purchased online and had trouble putting the tv upright as recommended since the tv cannot lay flat on transport. Luckily I had help and was able to fit in the large trunk upright, did not fit in the back seats upright at all. I would consider delivery from the location next time. Other then that all is great and I’m satisfied!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wanted a 60”/4k tv at a good price limited by space, i did want to upgrade to something a little bit bigger and a little bit smarter than our older 55” tv. we bought this tv and a samsung sound bar. unfortunately, the tv picture was just “meh”, -average at best. long story short, after trying every setting, we returned the tv and ended up with a 55” with a much better picture but from a different brand. the soundbar, however, is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! Spent $700 in July of 2022 on Samsung's Class 7 Series 60" TV & mounting kit. All of a sudden, it won't turn on. I've followed each of Samsung's rebooting/troubleshooting steps, and haven't had any luck turning it back on. Apparently, it's out of warranty, so my only option is to buy another TV. Do NOT waste your money on a very expensive TV that breaks after one year out of the blue.

Very pleased with the super easy setup, along with the crisp picture. Sound isn't too bad either, though with both televisions I also purchased a soundbar for much better sound quality. Best part of this purchase was that I got it on sale, and it was open-box!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective Product I purchased this TV 1 year and 5 months ago. The TV would not turn on. I contacted Samsung support and they scheduled a repair team to come diagnose. The motherboard in the TV was faulty. I was told by the technicians they see this often and the TV is a lemon. The cost of the TV is $479 and to repair the TV I bought less than a year and a half ago will cost me $350.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lasted only 2 months purchased this tv in november and it lasted exactly 2 months before the screen would randomly go black. sometimes it would stay on for a few hours, other times it would stay on for 30 seconds. i spent a week troubleshooting including using text support from samsung (which was good.) finally i gave up and yanked it off the entertainment center and replaced it with a ten year old 46" samsung which is far superior. it took a week to book the soonest repair date. we shall see if they are able to repair...

Days into the process, I still have one cable channel that looses its sound as I attempt to watch my favorite broadcast (Jeopardy). Why don't y'all (and others) do the obvious. Get senior citizen volunteers to invite you into their homes, and then sit with them and learn from what we old timers struggle with.
