I wish it was a goggle based system instead of ubutu. I am into computers and i am a graduate of computer networking. and ubutu op system is very hard to have products and apps to match it. A google is a better os. But all in all it is a good tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV! Bought this TV 2 years ago and it has been phenomenal ever since. Spectacular picture quality when streaming 4K media. Runs MW2 on the Xbox Series X with undetectable input delay. Gaming experience is just as good as a small gaming monitor. Processor can be slow to respond at times, but this is a minor issue.

We use our PS4 and Wii U for gaming. Last but not least, we watch movies on our SamsungTV via our 4K player. We love the Bluetooth connectivity on our SamsungTV because it elevates our visual enjoyment by increasing our watch time on a big screen compared to a small screen.

There is great picture quality for movies and tv shows as well as when gaming. For the price, I think the quality is unbeatable and it looks very sleek as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST TV I'VE EVER OWNED I wanted to get a new tv with HDR and 4K resolution to use my PS5 to its fullest potential, but most tvs on the market are very expensive, or the cheap ones have fewer features and no HDR. This TV was perfect due to its budget friendly price, compared to other 4K HDR tvs, AND it's a smart TV. I honestly didn't even know that until I turned it on. So now I have my PS5 hooked up to it, and even my old PS3, and I couldn't be happier. The Smart functionality of it is amazing, and OH MY GOD the picture quality is amazing. Whether I'm streaming a new movie, or playing my PS5, it does not disappoint. I had a cheap 4K TV before, and I did not realize how HUGE of difference the HDR made. A lot of times, if I'm just relaxing or doing some household chores, I'll play 4K HDR test videos on youtube just to really take it in. It's probably one of the best purchases I've ever made and definitely the best TV I've ever had. I would 100% recommend this TV to anyone who wants a budget friendly 4K HDR smart TV.

The game mode is a huge plus if your an avid player. Because of this purchase I went out and opted for another Samsung QLED 4K for our bedroom. We love samsung products!

The world of 4K this TV creates brings an entire new dimension of entertainment enjoyment with the amazing visual images it produces. The integration into my Home Theater system was simple and balances out an amazing audio field with sounds coming in from multiple directions. This is very important to me as an optimal visual and audio experience is a standard that must be consistently maintained for all of my movies, streaming, series and sports.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture/Easy Setup I bought this TV to replace a smart tv I only had for 1 1/2 years. I have never owned a Samsung TV. The setup was easy and didn’t take long. It comes with preloaded apps which is nice. Unfortunately I couldn’t download BeachBody or Les Mills. That’s a bit frustrating but I did buy an Apple TV device. I’m not sure this TV is user friendly but it has a good picture. So far I’ve not had any issues with it. I’m still baffled why my prior Smart TV didn’t even last 2 yrs. So hopefully this one lasts longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV. Just needs more hdmi inputs TV great so far. Volume is not very high and only has 2 hdmi in its class that very low. Also menu is very hard to navigate and so is voice control with Google or Alexa. But picture also gets too dark. I'm wondering if this is truly HDR.

Most of the use comes early in the morning while my husband is working OR when our grandchildren are here, then it's on most of the day. Easy to get up and running. We currently have 3 Samsung tvs that range from 32 inch to 65 inch and we are very happy with them all.

From the low price, the ease of use, and the feature packed UI, the TU7000 is all around AMAZING. I use almost every feature on the daily and mainly for gaming on my PS5. The 4K Image quality is so vibrant and bright and the sharpness doesn't leave me fiddling with settings to get the perfect setting for crisp, no jagged edged and defined picture it also doesn't have me turning sharpness down to the point its fuzzy and smeared looking it has the spot on in between where every time you use it its still as jaw dropping as it was on day one. If your someone who's on a budget, or someone who all in all just wants a beautiful picture with little to no effort to navigate and someone who wants a top tier feature packed smooth UI in their television then the Samsung TU7000 is that television and will not disappoint!

Well after watching Ted Lasso with UHD, I just had to keep it! This tv has such a beautiful picture, the colors are so rich! Sound could be better, but I hooked it up to a pair of old speakers and may invest in a Bose Sound Bar! Because, I am keeping this tv! Such a great product!

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. THE 65" IS MY CHOICE CAN'T WAIT. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE CHOSEN MY TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features lots of ports I bought the 50in. Version and it is awesome for gaming, wathing hdr 4k movies on my firestick. Has lots of hdmi ports. Unfortunately not hdmi 2.1, but does have ALLM mode where it streets the device that's connected and sets up the best configuration. I love the remote. Voice control works well. Especially if you have samsung eco system ie fridge, camera, etc. You get notifications right on your screen if you choose. Also has ethernet and wifi. S a dly the wifi is only wifi 5 so no takjng advantage of wifi 6 if you have a router. Id recommend ethernet to get best connection. You can download apps like the steam stream app if your a gamer and play. Also there is other apps thay you can download Hbomax, fubo, etc. Overall for the price you get a really nice tv. Wish i would have gotten the bigger one being that 50 is pretty small for my living room. But still cannot beat the quality

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV- terrible remote design tv looks great… awesome quality. 4k is great sound is also good! set up was not smooth, im very tech savvy and this was not terrible bit not very easy either. cant imagine i someone who may not be tech savvy doing this. the main dissapointment is the remote. terrible!! should be a back light feature. the navigation buttons for apps and chanells are at the bottom- maybe be better on top or mid section and oh yes.. ki d of hard to use it when you cant see!

My wife and I actually thought many shows looked as if you were right there filming with the actors. We did, however, have some concerns about the sound quality, so we added a soundbar, which made a significant improvement. Months later, we're still amazed at the picture quality and are happy enough with the sound but the Exit button on the remote doesn't work any more and you have to hit the Return button multiple times to exit an app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv, but there are annoying bugs/features I’ve had the TV for 2 months now. Pros: Great display (sometimes there’s a bit of haziness at the bottom of the screen though), sleek design, great volume, size to price ratio was great (affordable!), 100 free channels (I love having the option to watch my childhood favorites on Nickelodeon or watch the news). Cons: navigation is a problem - the remote is confusingly designed and the Samsung menu is a maze; together, they can be a real pain. Not enough HDMI ports. Speaking of other devices connecting to your TV, the TV sometimes turns on your gaming console when you power on your TV - this is not ideal when all you’re trying to do is watch TV. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s the streaming apps’ fault or Samsung’s, but sometimes, the display craps out (Netflix, Hulu) or you’re logged out of the app (happened once so far with Hulu) which means that you have to turn the TV off and on or log back into your streaming app. Overall, I enjoy the TV, but I do not recommend it to users with elderly family members who may not be technically savvy enough to navigate the aforementioned complex menu.

Unfortunately, external devices can be tricky and we had some difficulties getting a gaming console to stop turning on and off with the TV set. Few other problems and love the free programming.

The fact that you can make play sound through a Bluetooth speaker is a plus. Especially if you live in a small space and can’t put a big sound system in. Easy to set up right out of the box. One surprise I had was the 200 built in free channels. You can still hook up a digital antenna and get more free channels. This is the best TV that I’ve ever owned. Thanks Samsung!

The TV is great, however it lacks viewing angle and is a little dark. Best viewing angle is the middle. The sound is great. I love the interface and all the options for all the apps. I wish the Bluetooth connection was better. Overall lovely product. I'd buy again!

The remote is hard to navigate, especially in low light. I almost always hit the wrong button and usually its the return button. I’ve done that 2 maybe 3 times already and I’m still receiving the messages on my tv telling me to reset it or call Samsung. Quite frustrating and it makes me feel like I never should have bought Samsung tv’s.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv, but there are annoying bugs/features I’ve had the TV for 2 months now. Pros: Great display (sometimes there’s a bit of haziness at the bottom of the screen though), sleek design, great volume, size to price ratio was great (affordable!), 100 free channels (I love having the option to watch my childhood favorites on Nickelodeon or watch the news). Cons: navigation is a problem - the remote is confusingly designed and the Samsung menu is a maze; together, they can be a real pain. Not enough HDMI ports. Speaking of other devices connecting to your TV, the TV sometimes turns on your gaming console when you power on your TV - this is not ideal when all you’re trying to do is watch TV. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s the streaming apps’ fault or Samsung’s, but sometimes, the display - but not the sound - turns off out of the blue (Netflix, Hulu) or you’re logged out of the app (happened once so far with Hulu) which means that you have to turn the TV off and on or log back into your streaming app. Overall, I enjoy the TV, but I do not recommend it to users with family members who may not be technically savvy enough to navigate the aforementioned complex menu.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality for the price point i have only had this tv a couple weeks so i cannot say a lot about the durability. so far i’m really pleased with my purchase. the picture quality and sound quality are really a step up from my previous tv. i have a freestanding tv mount and was able to get it hooked up to the back of this tv without any issues. i am by no means a tv expert but i was able to set this tv up right out of the box without any issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing failure this 50" class tu7000 4k smart tv has a defective antenna in port on the back. it does not receive signal and comes out of the tv at angle. obvious defect. being able to use an antenna is incredibly important to our family for viewing local channels, sports, etc. had i realized this problem, i never would have purchased this tv. my tv is still under warranty but working through the warranty process is turning into a nightmare. i can't get service and i'm getting a maddening run-around from samsung service providers.

What I loved about it is the free channels Samsung offers, as you only need internet connection. I chose this TV because I wanted to use headphones to listen to it when it's too late or my family is asleep, so it works perfectly too. In addition to the Samsung programming, my TV is connected to the PS4, and it is really cool how the TV automatically changes settings from TV to Gaming; but what's even better is that when on the PS4 platform, if I choose Netflix or a similar provider, it changes from Gaming to TV settings on its own again. I'm fascinated with Samsung, my phone is Samsung, TV, refrigerator, oven, I really like this brand.

Which it is great for having all the streaming apps you'd need to do so; Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The game mode makes gaming even better by enhancing the image quality anytime you turn on your gaming device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unhappy with this purchase the television arrived with one hd port not functioning. the sound system has to be turned to 46-59 to hear. my previous samsung volume was 9-15. can’t see when a movie in in a evening scene. went to adjust brightness it was already at the brightest setting. tried different modes and that does not help. only had this television since february and the one hd port working has failed 4 times. i get it working by unplugging and plugging the cord back in. having been a faithful owner of the samsung brand for many many years this experience has changed my mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but not the best i purchased this tv a year ago when it was on sale during the holidays. the good, 4k is great! the apps are awesome! but as far as regular hd viewing it is decent. the blacks get greyed out on dark scenes in some movies. there is no real “upscaling” as it says it does. for the price it is a decent hd tv. our main viewing tv is a vizeo m series which is a much better viewing tv. but for a basic tv with 4k and smart tv viewing. you cant beat the price when this is on sale!

When I saw that my local Best Buy had a sale on this 50”, I jumped on it and have not been let down. The picture quality, sound and features are excellent. Set up was easy and for my needs, there are enough input options. I was so eager to get this TV that I didn’t mind having to install a shelf in my older entertainment center to accommodate the larger size screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, terrible remote! this is a great tv! it is our first smart tv and we’re pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. even our children are able to use it with ease. especially simple when switching back and forth between cable and streaming apps. we are very happy with the tv but i have to say that we strongly dislike the remote. buttons need to be different sizes/ shapes or even different a orientation. we’re constantly hitting the wrong buttons even after having for a few weeks. this is the only downside to this tv.

It has all my favorite apps and it even has free cable-like TV channels. What I enjoy most about it is how I can share my phone and laptop screen directly onto the TV without using wires. I can even control it using my phone or Google assistant. I work in retail and Samsung is always my number one recommendation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV. Could be great. Our TV is used for streaming and gaming. Overall, the picture quality is nice. The internal speakers are pretty good but we use a sound bar. The issues I have with this model are 1) In dark programming there is a visible, stuttered motion trail that is very unnatural and distracting. It looks best with bright program material. 2) The power button/controls on the bottom center of the frame are pretty useless. 3) Due to #2, when the TV freezes I have to pull the power to get it to work, which used to happen fairly frequently. 4) The remote is not friendly - the transport controls are very small and at the bottom. Also, there is no bluetooth button! You have to navigate through many pages through the settings to connect/disconnect headphones. I like the TV but the LG I had before this was much more user-friendly. I realize Samsung makes much nicer TVs but the I'd be reluctant to commit to an upgrade without knowing these issues would be addressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good, most of the time. after just a fews months of light use the screen went black from plugging in a thumb drive and required a reset. the manual contained no information on this, but i eventually figured it out. the "home" screen orders the apps its own way, and there are certain apps you can't delete. there's no ability to plug in any other speakers than a system that excepts fibre optics or is bluetooth. also the tv is very slow to react when pressing remote buttons.

Very convenient for streaming hulu, Netflix, etc. Picture and clarity are fantastic. Sound is decent, much better with soundbar. Remote has many buttons, can be tough to find the right button in the dark as they’re all so close to one another. Only complaint is that it says it connects to the Samsung soundbar via bluetooth, but doesnt always work even though it says paired. Have to turn the soundbar on and off to get it to actually work. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Black spot i have had a black spot that races down intermittently from the left center to the center of the screen since i have owned it. i have looked for reasons why and i can't find anything. i've tried different adjustments and nothing. its not to bothersome, but it shouldn't do that with a brand new tv and a big brand name. at this point , i am done with samsung products. i have had the galaxy 3, 5 and 7. i hated the 7. i ditched it and went with the lg. i love it! i thought i would try the samsung tv and i am regretting that.

I like for my celebs to be flawless and the tvs these days have just become too clear. The colors on this tv are amazing! I like the smart Home Screen and the ability to edit it to have your preferred apps front and center. The size is perfect for the location in my home. I would absolutely recommend this tv.

When I think of "Samsung" I think of high quality TV and my expectations were definitely met. I was able to add all the apps that I use on a regular basis right to my home menu in whatever order I wanted them. Definitely a life-long Samsung customer.

One thing I like about this TV is that it automatically labels the inputs to what the device is that connected to that input, another thing would be the free television app because cable is really expensive and even more so if you're barely ever using it.

The UI is very slow to respond to input, and the home menu pops up at inconvenient times. Also, this TV does not have component input, and adapters do not work with it. So for example, you cannot connect a Wii to this TV.

The quality always looks good and I barley have any problems with it. I wish the remote was backlit because it’s kind of hard to see the buttons at night but other than that I have no complaints. This is a perfect gift for someone. It was easy to setup and add all my streaming services. 10/10

I had no idea how impressed I was going to be when selecting the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV to replace an older set which had finally played out in our family den. I have been a Samsung product user for a number of different devices over the years. Since I have chosen and purchased other Samsung products before, I have not ever been disappointed with my choice. After purchasing and getting my new Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV home, I didn't hesitate a second before taking it out of the box. At first glance, you know you have chosen a state of the art, high quality piece of technology. The setup was a piece of cake! In no time, we were enjoying a whole new dynamic viewing experience. The picture is so real, it's like being there in person. If it is features that turns you on, I am still finding new ways to do things like I never thought were possible to be done via TV before. You will definitely wonder how did they make a product so awesome as this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Nice, but Mostly Average Television I purchased this TV for a spare living room and while it was much cheaper than the broken (our fault) 2017 65” Q7F it replaced, it’s picture quality is pretty good in comparison. The clarity surprised me. Surely, it’s not going to be at the top of any lists, but it’s not the worst I’ve seen. The only thing that actually frustrates me is the Tizen OS. When it’s actually working, it’s finicky and simple tasks like navigating through the SmartHub can take several seconds. Luckily, that can be fixed with an external smart device. I’d purchase another for a spare room, but I wouldn’t buy one as a primary set. I love our 2020 85” Q80T for that.

Prior to getting this TV I relied on Amazon's first stick to access all of my streaming services, but often run into issues as the first stick can be slow or buggy. I have never had an issue wirh this TV being slow or lagging in any way. It was also incredibly easy to download and use all all my currently used streaming services. The only complaint I have about thr device is that after about a month of owning it, there is a brief vertical black bar that occasionally flashes just left of the middle of the screen. This was unusual as the TV has never been damaged or bumped by anything. The bar only occasionally flashes and has not been a bother to me, but it is noticeable. It only flashes for a split second then goes away. Other than the minor flaw, I have never had any issues with the TV and do want to upgrade to a larger model. I currently use it for streaming and gaming. I do like being able to use and adjust HDR settings within a game and i have been very impressed with the automatic game mode within the TV as well.

I use Apple-air play almost every day I love how easy it is to connect to it. The picture quality is beautiful, if I’m game it look great if I’m watching a movie it’s so versatile. My only criticism is that I wish my inputs on the remote was a little faster it seems like every time I hit a button I have to wait a second and then it goes through but that is the only vary slight issue I have everything else is perfect

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great picture i read good reviews about samsung tvs so i took a look online at best buy and this one was on sale for $100 off. decided to take a chance--very glad i did. the tv was really well packaged. setup was fairly easy. i went deep into the settings to remove some pixelization that was happening on the color black in dark scenes. looks great now. the remote control was working but something was loose and rattling inside of it (main part, not the battery part) so i contacted samsung and they sent me a new remote.

This TV was even easy for my mom who's not so "tech savvy " to figure out on her own. Don't tell her that though I'd get in big trouble if she heard that lol. The ability to play my photos on screen and all of my digital media makes it that much cooler not to mention the picture itself is clear and so vibrant. Gaming is easily hooked up and the remote control is self explained with everything clearly displayed. All around awesome! It recognizes my Amazon Alexa and my Google home. It rocks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing pic/audio quality, helped me cut cables. having the ability to find news without having to pay for traditional cable/satellite or one of the new ones like yt tv or directv stream is exactly what i was looking for. i wish it could get local channels on it but thats neither here nor there. having a more consistent chromecast or screen share function would be nice, though. i have the galaxy s20 fe and while i know that its a tiny bit old its still running one ui 4 and i made sure the tv and my apps are as up-to-date as they can be and i still have trouble finding my tv. spotify can do it just fine, but i always have trouble with youtube, hulu and twitch has never worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV Experience bought this tv direct from samsung in may 2020. fast-forward to december 2021. the tv suddenly shuts off while we're watching it, then continues to cycle on and off, never remaining on for longer than a few seconds. i unplug for 30 seconds, then unplug and hold power button for 2 minutes. tv finally stays on for 30 seconds before the screen becomes distorted, freezes and the unit turns off again. i contact samsung and am told my unit is out of warranty so i'll need to pay a service tech plus parts and labor to fix which will cost more than the tv itself. bottom line: do not buy! this unit is complete garbage. your unit may last longer than 17 months but trust me, it will die far sooner than you expect. my previous tv lasted 11 years. i will never buy or recommend a samsung tv again.

My last one lasted more than 10 years and I only bought this one because it’s smart and gets Netflix and Prime Video. The overall picture is fantastic, great color and detail. The sound at 20 watts not so good so I bought a Samsung 200 watt soundbar. Wish they included better sound but now I have a great pic and sound and hope this TV will last as long as my last. Great price too! I bought this for my office to be my primary work display. It is crisp and clear when mirroring my laptop display. And when not in use for work it performs excellently with its native playback of netflix, disney+, amazon, and appletv content. In addition the integration with my PS4, Firestick 4k are also a nice plus. We have a 2018 65 inch version upstairs in the game room. This tv is all the quality and value I have come to expect with Samsung. I have 4 Samsung tv's in the house and 2 sony. Both have been excellent brands but Samsung has been the leader in my mind for years because the feature to dollar value has been more in almost any case. This tv had 3 HDMI inputs, which the Sony only had 2 that was in the same class and price. So I once again chose the Samsung. Produces low to no heat output, ultra thin bezel framing of the picture, and light weight. Great sound for built in sound, but still recommend a small soundbar for office spaces, full soundbar or surround companion for living room use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I do not value the continuous wifi disconnect only had this tv one week and i am having issues with it connecting to my internet. i have troubleshot every thing and it still will not connect. all of my other devices are functioning great on the same wifi. i only watch tv based on my wireless connection through streaming so this is truly disappointing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for a great price I typically use my TV for gaming and streaming. I have an Xbox Series X and wanted a TV that could take advantage of the consoles 4k capabilities. The Crystal series is great, especially for the price. Colors are vivid and the sound is ok, not the greatest but not terrible either. If you're looking for a good TV but don't want to shell out thousands, it's a good starter TV and is perfectly capable if you're gaming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First and best TV purchase so far So this was the first TV I actually bought for myself, I wanted something nicer than a cheap 4k tv and something I could play my games on that would give me the best graphics. After browsing many online reviews I narrowed it down to a handful of TVs and was debating them for a while, but when I was out at a store and I strolled past the TV section and one of the first few I looked at was this one. Seeing it in person was really the final selling point, and after having it for what I think is a little over a year now I couldn’t be more happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture and easy set up! after checking which smart tvs were good values, i decided on samsung. i purchased it online and delivery was quick and all parts arrived in excellent condition. while the instruction manual was kind of skimpy, there were plenty of youtube videos about setting it up. it was also easy to add an antenna for local channels, and the smartthings app did the heavy lifting for setting up the specifics for netflix and primevideo. and the picture? wow! i feel like i can reach out and touch the people and things displayed on the tv. i haven’t hooked up the sound bar yet, but the sound from the tv itself is just fine for my needs. glad i purchased it.

We do wish there were better, clearer directions about how to adjust the image, specifically the dimensions. There is nothing in the written material and the available information within the tv itself is just on a constant loop. It's worlds better than the old tv, but could be better with just clearer and more direct instruction.

I don't have the need to buy additional hardware since it is all right on my TV. I've even gotten my Alexa app to turn my TV on and off and control the buttons. This is new so I am still learning but the fact that it is simple to install and interact with is amazing!

What I don't like is not enough HDMI plug in's also no RCA plug in's. No ear plug in's for wired ear phones . Had to buy new wireless ones. Can't believe I'd win $300.00 with this review but wanted to to get this off my chest.-----

I love watching it during the daytime at night or with any lighting conditions because it still looks perfect. It's easy to connect to it via my mobile device a Samsung ultra s22 5G. In addition, it has all the apps I need including HBO Max, and you tube! It's easy to use has an easy remote and is the best smart TV on the market for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product for Lower Budgets I was recommended this TV and so I bought it with the primary intent to use it for gaming and watching shows via streaming. One of my favorite features about the TV is the dedicated gaming mode. It makes games smooth and clear. Another feature that I like is the ability to turn on my gaming console by simply pressing the Power button on the remote. The quality of the picture when watching movies or shows are also great. The TV has various apps that you can download and has numerous settings that you can change to personalize it the way you want. The only downside to it is that there are only two HDMI ports, so you may need to buy a HDMI splitter or just plug in and unplug other HDMI cords if you have multiple devices. Overall it's a good TV for gaming and watching movies with a minor downside of having only two HDMI ports while also being budget friendly.

It’s a little hard to describe it but it looks crystal clear and the 4K is great. I have not seen any other TV brand beat a Samsung, there’s nothing else out there like it. This one comes with apps already installed and you also have the option to install other apps, I’ve installed the Spectrum app, and I can turn the tv on and off with the Xbox control.

It does all the work for you, all you have to do is plug in your external equipment and the tv does all the work for you. It give you the best picture and sound for that equipment that you are using. I like to watch a lot of movies and play online with friends and with one button I can switch with no problem. I haven’t had any problems with my tv and I use it about 12 hours daily. No over heating or blurry pictures. The thing I like the most is how you can control what equipment is connect to the tv with the same remote and it even turns them on by you just turning the tv on.

The smart integration with my phone and my gaming console is really intuitive! The speakers sounds amazing, very full and rich sound, the picture is bright and has a lot of customization options. The apps that are included are very good ones, but you can always download more of them from the store. For the price this is an extremely amazing deal and I definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV…terrible remote! the good… picture, sound, user interface, features the bad…the remote is not back lit and all of the most important buttons are small and jumbled together at the bottom. we are constantly hitting the wrong button and pressing either return or exit and if you are watching hulu (for which there is no designated button) it is aggrevating to get back to the movie or show you were watching. i contacted customer support to find out if the voice activated frame remote is compatible and he said it is not so i guess i must take the tv back and get the lg tv i wanted in the first place or plug the wireless keyboard dongle from my pc into the usb port in the back of the tv and use that as my remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked Great For About 3 Years The first Samsung flat screen I purchased in 2007 was a workhorse. Not a problem over years of use. In 2018, I decided to upgrade and bought a new 50" Samsung. Worked great until last summer (2021). It started to get dark gray/black banding that moved to different locations across the screen until the banding finally settled on each edge of the screen. So now, I basically have a vertically letterboxed screen. If it's happening on the edges of the screen, I can't see it. How nice. And the thing is, it's not quite to the level of annoying to make me get rid of it, but some day I'll probably release it to the forces of gravity and chuck it from my 23rd floor window. (And if there's an easy fix I don't know about, I'd sure love to know it.) I doubt you'll publish this, but you did ask for a review. So here we are.

I love that I can access Weverse through it, and the remote is simple to use. It looks good, sounds good, and it super lightweight (not that weight really matters to most people but it's nice to be able to move it around easily when necessary). I love the minimal bezels, it basically melts away and feels like it's all screen. 10/10 would recommend and would personally purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture in impeccible. i did not give it all 5 stars because trying to use the smart tv function through connection to the internet makes it complicated and slow to access what is far easier to watch by connecting it by hdmi to a laptop. just use one hdmi for the laptop and one hdmi for a video disc player, and the internal tuner built into the tv by connecting it to an over the air tv antenna on a tower and you will have everything you need. do not connect it to your internet account because it is hard to get rid of the mess it makes out of turning it on to watch a tv show or to choose an hdmi. keep it simple and leave these extras out of your installation for the best picture you can find anywhere.

(after adjustments) i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... "happy trails to you ... "

The visual quality is great, as expected and I have no issues there. The only problems have been slight connectivity issues which are easily fixed through reconnecting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turns off and on continuously so i've had my samsung for 2years now went to turn on the other day, as soon as i used the remote tv turned on w the samsung screen for less then a second, then the screen then began to turn soff, then back on continuously had to unplug the power cord from wall. did research stating in forums that if this happens check-out remotes batteries and replace, then unplug tv for 30 secs from wall and turn on from tv on/ off button. result was the tv would do the same thing turning off and on continues till power is removed from device. this upsets me knowing that the tv is still new..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good picture, terrible interface the picture is great. that's about it. the remote control is poorly designed, so pressing the wrong button is common. example: you mean to press left and you end up pressing the samsung live tv button. the interface for choosing streaming channels is abysmal and makes me wish i bought a roku tv that has a far better ui. i got one of these tvs for myself and one for my mother, and as an elderly person, she literally cannot operate the tv to access hbo, hulu, etc. the menus are just too confusing. also, there is a permanent ad in the lower left of the menu. sorry, i don't want to be advertised to on a tv that i paid for. or at least they should make it clearer that part of the price includes showing you constant ads and harvesting your private data.

I also use the mirror to tv from my phone to tv. I really like this cause not everything is on my roku or my menu bar apps. So if i have a movie from phone or pictures or videos from a trip I just mirror it . Its simple & easy. Also I like the 4k upscaling. Sometimes i watch old movies & shows with old quality & it works great bringing the picture to better resolution.

My only con is the speakers are pointed down instead of toward the viewer, makig the sound somewhat muffled. I'v had it now for six months with no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, minor issues I love the sharpness, clarity and deep blacks of the picture but once I starting watching 4K discs, there was an audio issue that would pop up on a disc every now and then. I tried multiple different players and multiple different sound outputs but the problem persisted. Obviously, I’m at fault for not getting a warranty or noticing the issue sooner, but I think the company should cover manufacturer defects as my tv is currently at a local shop. Any other audio output sounds perfect, but it gets muddled when it’s out through a 4K player.

The only short coming it has (and it's very minute) is the sound. I like it loud. I also grew up with 5 brothers and sisters, so they were always trying to talk over it. But they couldn't. The quality if of the video is exceptional, I stream alot of movies and really into gaming. And I will always purchase Samsung TVs for my home.

The remote lay out definitely needs to be reconfigured along with the speed in which the TV responds to the remote. Software updates are lackluster to nonexistent. You can only uninstall 2 of the 11 apps (blaotware) that come pre-installed and to make matters worse, Samsung keeps reinstalling those 2 apps at some point. Would I buy this TV again... I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Great Price! My tv is used for at least half of a 24hour day since the pandemic began. Overall picture quality is excellent. The only image quality issues I have are Comcast related. I'm surprised there hasn't been an operating system update yet. One thing I don't like about my tv is that there aren't any red, white, and yellow ports for connecting devices such as a Play Station 1 or a average DVD player. Because of this I had to buy HDMI adapters for both which affects image quality. I wish I would have reviewed the specs more thoroughly before purchasing. One other thing that bothers me is that my model doesn't have voice control but yet in accessibility settings there supposedly a way to activate BIXBY by agreeing to terms etc. I was unable to do so. My thinking if it is available in accessibility settings why not just make this model ALEXA enabled??? Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Shouldnt have first one turned on once and never again. got a replacement. was fine for first few days. now it either doesnt read the hdmi input or no volume. have to unplug and plug back in to resolve. would return as i have onky had 7 days but got rid of box after 3 days. waste money.

It simply amazes me every time I turn it on. I enjoy Samsung TV with Baywatch. Cable goes out and I still am watching TV. It's a great overall television, offering a simple but unique interface that is quickly assessable. Even the remote has buttons to go straight to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, which is nice for my parents who have trouble using technology. It's also very light weight, picture looks phenomenal with great colors, and it sounds amazing. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fairly cheap but great overall television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just not good My samsung experience usually is good I've always had the new galaxy phone as soon as I could and my dad always bought samsung tvs so I thought they were good but then when I bought my very first samsung tv I've had nothing but bad time. Just over a year after having it got lines in the tv then I've had problems with it just not working and turning on and off but only with a dark light looking color on it. I've gotten to work again somehow time and time again but it finally crapped out not too long before the 2 year mark. I will certainly never buy another samsung tv or any products again

Luckily the TV includes Bluetooth and optical features which works great with my soundbar. Occasionally, I lose sound and have to troubleshoot sound problems, but fixing the issue is not too difficult and usually just require using Bluetooth until the TV recognize my soundbar. The built in Apps are great, works good and helps if I choose to get rid of cable. Easy standard mounting options with a TV stand or wall mount. Overall, I think Samsung makes great televisions at a reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First 4k Televison Since I knew I was going to be getting the new Xbox when it was available, I had to be prepared with a television that would be able to keep up with improving graphics. I am quite satisfied with the tv in terms of its visuals and performance. I use it a lot for streaming different services with the hosts of apps available to download straight the the television. The price that I had paid was a great selling point, however, I do wish that I had upgraded to a model capable of 120hz instead of 60hz. All in all, it is a great device for everyday media consumption.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Picture although there was nothing wrong with our 10+ year old 42" lg, we've wanted a smart tv and decided to try the samsung 50" we were concerned with some of the reviews but since the price was quite reasonable we decided to take the chance. the unit arrived very quickly and was well packed. set up was easy but no reference material or manual provided while it's great to just need the one remote, we were disappointed that when using the tv channel guide, it does not allow you to skip pages but you need to scroll every single channel before you can go to the next page (this was quite disappointing) but we'll survive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Whole New World Our old TV was fine... I thought. Clear, big screen good resolution. But, my son-in-law had a smart TV in his home and I was a bit confused but highly impressed when he'd jump from You Tube to rented movies to streaming, etc., etc., etc. I told my wife that I wanted one of those. She complained that our old TV was just fine, but I persisted and changed her mind. When I got the TV home (my wife wouldn't let me get anything larger than 50") and set it up and plugged it in. I just went to the Smart Things app on my android phone and sat back, letting the magic happen in front of me. Set up was effortless. We had a smaller Samsung in the bedroom, so the app just transferred everything over Badda-Bing, Badda-Boom. I was just blown away by the clarity. The picture just jumped out at me. Sound too was amazing. Switching back and forth between cable, Samsung +, Streaming... all really easy. I'm so glad I convinced my wife to go along. After she watched it, she asked, "Couldn't we have gotten a bigger one?"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interface Could be Better i love the picture since that was the mail reason purchased the tv. the only issue is the interface it lags, i had to search for the apps i wanted, was unable to remove apps the tv came with enough though i wasn’t going to use them. our 1st tv was a roku which was very easy to use compared to samsung they just had a terrible picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience and it works w/Alexa & Harmony I enjoy this TV for daily OTA shows and news. Mostly I watch streaming HULU+ programing and blockbuster movies.. It's linked to my Yamaha soundbar for better audio with deeper bass. It would be very helpful if a basic web browser (Puffin) was included. Samsung phone casting is a snap. Very nice television. Forget the rest and buy the best ...SAMSUNG!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture quality i absolutely love this tv. it is my first flat screen, i have only owned standard tvs until a year ago when i got this one. it is much lighter in weight than i thought it would be and the picture is so life-like. it is weird to watch standard tvs now because the picture is so bad compared to this tv. samsung has always been a great brand for me and i will definitely continue to buy more tvs like this from samsung. i did get this marked down around christmas so at the time, the price was definitely worth it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product's video quality and ui are amazing The product is nice and I like all its features, but the problem I have been having with it is sometimes when I start it up it starts lagging then freezes for a solid 2-4 minutes, although its not often it is really annoying when it does happen. So, overall I give this product a 4/5.

I am also happy with the apps and features available. I sometimes have connectivity issues that are definitely coming from the TV but usually unplugging it and plugging it back in will resolve them. From the very first day the picture is like we are in the scene, whether it is a sports event, broadcast TV, or streaming movie. The clarity and depth are what set it apart in my view. We're not "gamers," so won't comment on its suitability for that form of entertainment. It was easy to set up and connect, with many options built in, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. It even connects readily with our cable service, without having to be a rocket scientist. The only nitpick is that it would be nice to have a brighter presentation from time to time. While using the setting function, some improvement is available, but just a little short of what we desire. Of course, it's unknown if it's the TV or the source (streaming, channel, etc.). Even with this minor aspect, I have to say it is a great value. We're even thinking of getting a bigger one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wireless Connection Problems had the tv for a week without issue and was relatively happy until i started experiencing a wireless connection issue ("mac address is invalid."). my wifi connection was fine (strong on all other devices), but the tv was completely unable to detect my (or any other) wireless router as it had during setup. i tried all the troubleshooting i could find online, but it seems to be a known defect with certain units that may or may not ever go away for the life of the tv. after trying to connect again for another hour it eventually detected my router again for about two minutes before the error quickly returned, at which point i made the easy call to return it for a different brand that won't require a lucky dice roll any time i want to watch tv. obviously a very frustrating outcome.

[The only time in the past we had another problem, Samsung sent a technician to fix it ~ easy-peasy; not this time. This time we were given the customer service run-around for more than a week ~ 6 different 'reps' ~ didn't have a clue. Not one of them.] It's a shame, as we've always been QUITE happy with and gravitated toward Samsung products. Don't know if we're going to 'chance it' in the future, or start buying other brands, but this replacement WILL NOT BE a Samsung tv.

With the Samsung SmartThings app I'm able to connect to the TV quickly and easily with my phone. A great feature to be able to mirror my phone on my TV whenever I'd like to. Lastly with the Samsung soundbar connected the sound is incredible. This TV has a very vivid picture, is lightweight, then, and versatile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horizontal lines appear across screen i was super excited about this telly. i purchased the mount and added on the additional $80 for professional instal. the telly arrived within a week of the order, and sat in its box, unopened, until the mount arrived about three weeks later. i didn’t mind the long wait: its the holiday season and covid can cause more delays. anyway, today the installer arrived to mount the telly. it looked great. until it was turned on and horizontal lines were noticed running across about a third of the screen. so disappointed. i contacted samsung and they were great at coordinating a service call for the set to be repaired, at no cost. will report back after the service.

Friday nights have turned to movie nights without the need to go to the movie theaters. The screen is wide enough to see every part of smtge show/movie I'm watching. Best of all, the sound quality is better than I expected. There isn't a need to raise the volume too high. The tv also features constant notifications so you won't miss an update. Overall, I'm pleased and happy with the quality and features of my new tv!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for everything The TV has amazing graphic quality. Adjusting the frame rate is not too complicated. Using the clarity settings can make the picture super realistic, or theater like quality. By default, the LED motion was on which made the picture super dark. The TV is in front of the window, so by contrast, the picture is darker than the outside light. Turning that feature off in the Clarity settings is much better. The small bevels make the TV look smaller than 50 inches, but 90% of TVs are like this so it's something you can't help if the market steers that way. Gaming with the TV is great. Smooth and responsive. The user interface is a little bit slower than expected but tolerable. Luckily, it's easy to add apps, and sign-in to the apps WITHOUT putting in passwords into the TV itself. I am glad the remote has numbers and useful buttons like popular streaming services. However, I am wondering if I can customize the ABCD buttons to whatever apps I want. But the good thing is that without programming the remote, it controls the volume to the DVD player since I use it to watch TV through the Xbox. Overall, the TV has great graphics and clarity are great for gaming. Being connected through the ethernet port is best to have the best connection possible. I recommend this TV for anyone who want a simple TV with an external source of entertainment. The slightly slow interface is off putting, but it's not so bad.

The brightness, vibrant colors and clear picture are excellent and has made her life a lot easier. Although she will never use many of the features this TV offers, it has been a great investment!

But the Xbox recently died and I had to start using the TV with its apps and the cable box directly hooked up to the TV. The picture is so much better! I didn't realize the Xbox was downgrading the picture so much. I just wish there were more updates to the TV. I'm sure they just want me to buy a new model instead of downloading updates...

The quality is great, and the apps along with the Samsung TV+ guide is helpful and a nice perk. The remote could be a bit more updated, as it’s a standard remote not the sleek and modern remote from other models, but still functional. The fast start up and ease of use within the TV is great for all ages and again is fast. If you are looking for a beginner friendly TV with high quality playback for any room, you gotta check this model out!

My TV that was almost fifteen years old was compatible with Alexa through my Firestick, and I thought this TV would be compatible automatically with Alexa without the Firestick since it is a much newer smart TV. It is almost unnecessary to have the Firestick connected, since this TV includes apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and others that can be downloaded from the app store. However, the app store for this TV does not include the Alexa app that troubleshooting sites have recommended for pairing your Alexa voice control device. The remote does not have a voice control feature either. I wish there was a way to adjust the bottom legs that hold the TV upright as well, because if they were flat, my TV would be able to fit where the old TV fit. We measured before purchasing the TV to ensure it would fit in this space, but nothing was there to warn buyers of the added inches from the legs if you are not mounting this TV to a wall. Overall for the price paid and year of the TV, I expected more features. It is a larger display that is more clear than our last model which is nice.

We upgraded from a small 32 inch smart tv that was super slow compared to this model. The Samsung model has great response to the unputs form the remote, and has very good streaming. We have fiber internet and we never have an issue streaming anything in HD. The speakers are really good as well, I will not need to buy any sound bar. I can hear over a box fan and the volume is not even at 30 yet. My only complaint is that the sleep timer is too deep in the menu settings, and I wish there was a way to do shortcuts. Overall, I would buy three more if I needed them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good smart TV, Old classic remote control The Cristal UHD has a very good picture and quality with streaming, video games and air TV. Deeper blacks and brighter whites, the colors are OK. Internet/Interface: Is OK 7/10 I'm having some issues with slow internet first week and then sometimes the wifi connection fails so I have to change to etherneth. And the Interface through the menu is sometimes slow comparing with other Samsung TVs. I had a previous Samsung so the set up was rather easy just had to login and the app installed all apps without problem. Control: My personal opinion is they should kept the old minimalist design control, the less buttons the better , some cases during night due to the huge amount of buttons I cannot navigate through the interface as easy as I used to do in the minimalist design.

I chose this TV only because the price for what it is was great but now that I use it I could see I didn't make a mistake choosing this one over one of the newer brands. The audio is great smooth clean and clear. The display is even better it's the first tv in a long time that Coffman disappoint me in anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture - internet connection trick the picture is perfect and the sound is just fine since it is set up in my son's bedroom. for some reason, 2020 models have an issue initially connecting to the internet. the router is only 30 feet away from the tv and i have other tv's double to triple the distance away from the router that had no issues connecting. a trick i learned is to initially connect the tv using your cell phone and update the tv's software. you can then connect your tv to your home internet. no issues since the tv was connected to the internet. very pleased with he purchase and so will you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pic, constantly loses internet connection set up for this tv was a breeze. the picture really is terrific. however, i have to reset the network and re-enter the wi-fi password almost daily. makes it a long road to get to streaming, which is why one buys a smart tv. i even had the internet upgraded, still the problem persists.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Tv.. i have all samsung tvs in my house. from 40-82inch. i love the product. i purchased this replace a 8 year old 42. the picture quality is very nice. the set up for everyhing was extremely easy except airplay. i spent 2 hrs trouble shooting and finally got it to work by unplugging from the wall. nowhere did i find that suggestion online. the worst part about this tv is the remote and commuicating with the apps. its super slow and delayed. its extremely frustrating. i dont really want to return a 50 inch tv, but its like using dial up internet. its a 3-4 second delay on everything. the firmware is up to date. im at a loss at the moment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lemon broke after 1 month. tv turns on and off by itself, apps are very buggy and stop working mid show. technician is coming in a few days and i'm hoping it will be fixed or replaced. i have a 32 inch samsung bought in 2020 and it works great, so very bummed this 50 inch is such a lemon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the TV, hate the remote i’m very satisfied with my tu7000 tv purchase overall. i’d have to say that i’m disappointed with the smart functionality. i don’t like the fact that i can’t customize the “home” view by removing apps that i’ll never use. what i strongly dislike is the “smart” remote supplied with the set. the buttons are too small in my opinion. i ended up plugging my roku + stick into the tv and using their ui and remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live it! the graphics are incredible, although im totally not a tech-savy person the set-up was do-able. i actually bought a second tv-exact same tv for another room in the house. one problem: the some of the premium channels that i pay for, that i had to search for i cannot add to the lineup on the bottom of my screen. therefore, when i want to watch them i have to go through the entire search process to get to them. pain in tge butt! but otherwise its definitely a ten!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2 defects says something purchased a new 43 inch 7 series. got it home only to find it would cycle the source menu on an off even though nothing was plugged into it. returned the tv and exchanged for a 50inch 7 series. got it home only to find out it would play sound with no pucture. called tech support for them to tell me to just return it. then i was told i needed to go to a much higher end tv to get a good one from the samsung rep at bestbuy? bought an lg nanocell instead. everything works great. no issues and i didnt have to buy a 3k$ tv to make it work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, but thats it remote: ridiculous. the arrow buttons that you use the most are at the bottom of the remote and are amongst other buttons so closely you constantly push the wrong button. won’t connect to the internet; cant load anything via the internet app. won’t connect with airplay. no keyboard option for searching titles or entering emails, etc when using phone as remote overall i’m a bit disappointed. ill get used to it, but i thought i was getting a tv that was higher end and there fore user friendly. i would have thought samsung to have spent more on user interface optimization.

Hate remote and base. the tv is great, but too smart for us. we're in our 70's. we hate the remote. why all the numbers and small small buttons???? we had to go back to using a firestick. samsung doesn't make/offer a simpler remote. also, we hate the stand . our old samsung came with a very sturdy and useful swivel base. this one is plastic and ugly and doesn't swivel. again, they should make options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall it is a good buy i purchased this tv about a month ago after my tv (also a samsung) died. i selected this model as the picture is crisp and vibrant. the reason i rated only 3 stars is because there is s few glitches. the first one is a frozen screen. i have to back out entirely and reselect the movie or show i was watching. the second glitch happens when i rewind. if i need to rewind close to the beginning of a show or movie, it stops rewinding and starts a different show or movie from the next suggested one. i also wish that the remote was backlit. if i watch in bed with my lights out, i have trouble seeing the keys resulting in numerous oops moments. aside from the lighted remote suggestion, i hope that the software glitches are worked out soon. if not i may need to return this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv the tv is amazing but if you try to connect your phone in use that as your remote it does not work as well as if you had the actual remote. many people will lose their remote and not find it so they’ll go and try to use their phone well if you try to use your phone for any use besides the normal tv settings then it won’t work. if you try to use it on such applications as hulu netflix disney+ or any other ones it will not work due to the fact that you can not click on anything. this is the only problem i have with the tv. all around it is an amazing tv. i highly recommend it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice but dissappointed i really want to love my new tv, but i am dissappointed. my tv keeps dropping its internet/wifi connection. i read the forums and searched this problem and it seems that i’m not the only person having this issue. based on other users experience and for mine as well, you have to unplug the tv every time it does that and then it reconnects again. which is a huge inconvenience. i did contact my internet provider and got a faster speed internet. but last night it disconnected from the wifi again. no bad weather or issues on my end. it’s the tv. other than that...i do like the tv. it also changes the channels a bit slow, but i can deal with that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality for the Price overall, we are happy with our samsung tv. it makes viewing much more pleasant and dynamic than our previous 10 year old tv. the color and crispness of the picture are excellent. the sound is good, but we are considering buying external speakers to give us an even better experience. our greatest complaint would be side viewing picture quality. resolution begins to fade immediately as you move left or right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not recommend bought it tv new from costco on black friday. took it home set it up, was really happy with quality and compatibility with our home. then 2 days ago the screen blacked out on us we thought maybe it just got turned off. we tried to turn it back on and the power light just blinked red and the screen would go from black to a blueish hue in the right hand corner. so we still had original box we put it back in and took it back to costco. they had the same tv on the floor but wouldn't trade it out because the price was no longer the same. very dissatisfied with the tv. sad it barely lasted 2 months.

Suits my needs yes, it is slow to react to the cable remote. i thought it was the remote, but after the second replacement, i'm sure it's the tv. that being said, the tv picture is very good. it's super clear. i'm not very techie and it's easy to use, connect to my sound bar and to connect an external bluetooth speaker to. i'm happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is good I use the the TV for pretty much every thing, such as gaming, movies, YouTube, etc, my only thing is that it's does not have Samsung plus (and I I've look but nothing), and when it comes to apps it's pretty limited because except for simple things like Disney plus, Netflix, YouTube, screen mirror ain't much to do in app store. When it comes to setting like pictures I say it's kind of basic could have more if I'm honest sometimes the colors are much brighter than it should, but for what it has it's great, the display is fluid you can also feel de 60hz when watching anything, it really changes the experience to another level to be frank. Everything I say is not to take away credit because sincerely the TV is awesome and I love it plus it changes the experience in so many ways plus I do recommend it.

Called Dell, after being passed around to several people with accents so thick I could barely understand them, I gave up and called Samsung. They repaired the TV under warranty - it needed a whole new circuit board. Not happy with Dell or their customer service. I have paid full price for what is now a refurbished TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Nice Upgrade we purchased this samsung tv a few weeks ago to replaced an older 32-inch television that we had in our living room. the sound and picture quality are very good as compared to our old television. the set up was fairly easy and we have found that our roku device is compatible with the tv, so we hav encountered any difficulties with it yet. the samsung remote that comes with this unit does have a variety of buttons. but, it is simple enough to use for basic functions. if you do not need a lot of whistles and bells, this unit will get the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not user friendly got this tv a few weeks ago, the entire smart component of it sucks. it has all of these extra apps and add ons it makes the screen very confusing. the home page automatically goes to crappy movies they own, i should have bought a regular tv and just used my fire stick it was much more user friendly. it also came with a bunch of apps i will never use and cant delete that takes up all of the storage so i cant even downlod the apps i do want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely the worst TV I've ever experienced this tv fails miserably at the one thing its supposed to be good at being a tv! this thing constantly fails to connect to our wifi network when literally every other device in our house is working fine. sometimes it will even connect to our wifi just fine only to drop the connection right in the middle of us trying to watch a tv show or movie. i'll try to open an app and it just immediately closes, reboot the tv and the issue still persists. i've been hoping for a software update for this tv but there hasn't been one meanwhile we're stuck with a mostly useless tv. this is most definitely the last samsung product we will ever own. this tv has been way too frustrating for us and i am certainly not going to maintain any level of loyalty to a brand that ships out broken products.

The only thing I have an issue with is the response of the OS. There is a delay between when i press a button and when the action happens on the screen. Not sure what the issue is but im sure its the firmware. Other than that i love the TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cost of repair for parts exorbitant! it's a good smart tv. however, when my screen cracked, i was asked for a significant amount of money to repair out of warranty. the cost of repair is prohibitive to the extend i think of buying a new device! a quotation from the authorized repair company will read "minimum labor cost $200, minimum parts cost $884". my tv cost me $399! even if this is to encourage purchase of new devices, this is too much! i am disappointed with samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price is good- you get what you pay for long story short i returned it. 60hrz refresh rate is awful. in today's world if it's not 120hz and above, it's a waste of money, especially at this size. i am sure the 120hz version of this is amazing, ended up getting a sony 120hz was on sale at bb. but if you never have to watch the tv and just want one for show this one is pretty good, samsung should have saved resources on making 60hz tvs go green

I have it mounted in my bedroom and it's slim bezels and ample brightness is more than enough for me. With HDR support, streaming movies and shows is truly enjoyable. With the truly tested samsung remote and the tizen os, navigating around the menu is a breeze. If you're looking for a store bright screen and extremely low refresh rates, you might need to look for something higher priced or specd. Blacks are super black and 4K content is as rich as can be. With ample hdmi and other inputs, connecting your speaker system is as easy as ever. Surely looking forward to getting one for the kids room for those cocomelon & peppa pig nights .

Plus my wife loves Samsung Tv plus there is so much selection. It works great no awkward wires to run and easy to set up. I had the tv up and running in just five minutes. We like the remote button layout also. We've had several Samsung tvs and haven't had a bad experience with them yet. What do they say "don't fix it if it ain't broke" so we'll stay with Samsung thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The pros and the cons! beautiful tv; beautiful picture after much tweaking & updating; blurry at first but the update(s) should have remedied that. tv speaker is sub-par; i have a soundbar now which makes a big difference. cons: i do not like the interface; the apps are all over the place; very disorganized and cluttered. don’t like the remote control! it's tedious to navigate. updating: there is an automatic update feature in your settings, but i went into samsung's web site to check for a possible download which there was, & you must save it to a "flash drive". make sure to unzip the files then insert it into your tv's usb port to load. though i am quite capable of doing this, not everyone is. it is an inconvenience. still it is a quality tv for the price and samsung is one of the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality tv my tv broke and i had to replace it quickly. i had video calls that i would transfer my documentation on to the set. i wanted to get the same set but it was out of stock. i had samsung products before and always had good luck. i decided to puchase this model. i was surprided how easy it was to get all the settings. i love the extra channels that came with the set. the picture and sound are amazing.i am very pleased with the set. the quality of the set is equal to the higher price sets. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture difficulty in setting up hbomax app .. not already loaded like the netflix, hulu, vudu, tubi, or internet browser. at&t technicians do not know what to do. finally got hold of samsung support through text chat. he walked me through samsung tv settings and following his instructions finally got hbomax app loaded. they should automatically load hbomax app like other apps or put in a large flyer with step by step instructions how to load the hbomax app.

I purchased this 50inch for my bedroom and will purchase a 55inch or larger for my family room. The tv has excellent picture quality, however the sound is ok, but sometimes you will have the volume higher than normal. Once you learn how to work the remote and navigate from channels to home, to apps. All you got to do is set back and enjoy your new Samsung tv. I would purchase this brand again.

It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!

I use my TV for both streaming movies and listening to music streamed from my phone. The ease of use is also a plus. Simple directions make it super easy to connect devices through Wi-Fi. The voice quality and sound quality are also excellent features. This TV is a must buy. I am saving up to purchase another. I definitely recommend this television.

We have to pay some extra but for long term it helps lot.

Also sometimes tv gets stuck and little slow but overall,love the experience. I would definitely buy more Samsung tv. The picture quality is a bit dark at times but color is better than most.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear picture but....... i purchased this tv from bestbuy a month ago, which was on sale. it was good at first but then it started flickering with this black line. initially i thought it was the hdmi cable, which i changed out with a new one, still the same issue. i don't know if it's because the product was sitting in the store for quite some time or it's just defective. i don't want to keep watching the screen as if i'm watching a old movie. wish i can add a photo but it's hard to time/catch it when it happens. i love my samsung products and hope this is an easy fix so i can purchase more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honestly, I know nothing about electronics. so, i’m not much of a tv person at all. i only purchased a tv to satisfy company. with that being said, coming from a novice point of view, this tv is great! i tried to purchase something mid ranged (price wise) and a respectable size. the picture is dope. its not that weird fake look. the remote is a nice size; i have small hands and you don’t have to point it at one particular spot on the tv to get a response. also, the samsung app controls (hopefully that made sense) and really seamless and everything was really easy to set up. i don’t have an official tv stand right now, but the included claw style stands work great for now. its sitting a couole inches off of the ground (high enough for robo vac to glide underneath. well, i hope this helps someone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great but doesn’t always work this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that’s not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it’s very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it’s supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality remote i would have given five stars if it weren’t for the remote. it is not backlot making it hard to navigate viewing in low light. the buttons i use most episodic viewing are low on the control, small and not in an intuituve order for me. the casing is slender and difficult to manage. i’ve ordered a universal remote that’s backlit so i don’t have to use tge flashlight on my phone to see the buttons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sync i very recently purchased this tv. i then purchased, specifically, a samsung sound bar. the sound bar will not sync correctly. when i called samsung they were not able to help. they answer was to send it in. it was already mounted. the tv and bar would have to be removed from the wall. pc richard is now coming again for the 2nd time with a new sound bar. we'll see if it works. as a loyal samsung customer, even my phone is samsung, i am definitely not happy. i can only hope this will be resolved this time when they come

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung this is not my first samsung tv. we've had 3 others in the past or various sizes over previous years. i would buy more in the future as long as the they keep the quality of picture as well or possibly better than the present. i will say however, the biggest downside is trying to set the quality as good as their older models. in my opinion and not being a tech genius, setting the picture to individual liking has become far to difficult. too many settings and some that the average person will never use or even understand. please....if anything....simplify this in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV worked well, but can’t use with APPLE TV 4k loved this tv for the past couple of monthes. recently got an apple tv 4k and now i cannot use the tv to is fullest. the tv will not display the apple tv at 4k hdr at 60fps. i have tried multiple hdmi cables, tried settings on both the tv and the apple tv. i even factory reset both of them. this is not working as advertised. if you are using an apple tv 4k than go elsewhere.

I've tried every trick with no success. The little red light flashes, so it's receiving power. Just can't fully turn on, stays black screen. Happened out of the blue, nothing triggered it. Very frustrating, huge waste of money. A TV should last much longer than a year.

Then the "two fast red blinks, pause, two fast red blinks, pause, one long red blink and and one short red blink" started and was told that it was out of warranty (which I knew, but this seems like manufacturer defect) and then tried sell me new Samsung TV as the repair costs will likely be more than a new one.

Not only that, they DO NOT send any mounting bolts...just useless legs. Had to go on Amazon and buy a set of bolts for this thing! Should have come with all needed hardware!

This one I bought for my covered lanai and the picture is stunning. Only complaint would be tat volume gets lost outside, but it's not an outside branded tv... My sonos took care of that! Highly recommended! And all of my apps work fine on this tv. lol

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features Excellent Device, intergrade with my Home system was seamless and easy. Ambient mode is a Plus. Picture has a dazzling effect and totally controllable. Google assistant or Apple is work around, haven't intergraded into my Nest network. Although, the Samsung app will show all my cameras. I'm very impressed with the TU7000 and all my T.V s have been Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy this TV In 2 years this TV irreparably broke twice. The only solution was to buy another TV or pay a comparable amount to a new TV to replace internal parts. I have owned LG TVs that have lasted 15 years.

I love the Samsung tv plus feature, so many channels to choose from. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone. This is our first Samsung tv and won’t be the last

It stayed in the box for a couple months while I was finishing up some construction (was stored in a safe/dry place.) I installed, but didn't have cable yet. Tested with a blue ray and worked great. Got cable a month later. Enjoyed the TV for two weeks and screen went out right before Christmas. Contacted Best buy, thinking they would just exchange. No, they put me in tough with Samsung. Short story- almost two months without TV, three visits from a tech from an hour away, two different screens and a board, a day of missed work for me. They finally got it fixed...but, that couldn't have been very cost effective. Probably cost them $1500-2000 to fix my $400 TV. Not to mention it has made me rethink my Samsung loyalty. The TV is great...but, I would have liked to have had it during the holidays and not had all the time wasted leaving work early to get to the house to meet the tech, etc. Also, two months paying with a cable box I couldn't use. Was a small nightmare...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Value this tv is perfect for the price. it has a great picture. however i have found some issues with it detecting wifi internet. i have owned this tv for a little over one year and i am only capable of accessing the internet features of this tv using a cat cable directly plugged in. other than that the tv is great for the money!
