Rated 5 out of 5 byDoYourHomeWork from Except for Wifi Connection - Great TVLove TV as far as picture and TV design, but it loses Wifi connection on a regular basis (and this is not my internet providers fault!). My mistake for not doing my home work on investigating Samsung TVs. I have since learned that Samsung is notorious for losing the connection (is it the firmware it uses....don't know...I'm no expert). Fortunately I can connect this TV directly into the modem and thus don't have to connect using Wifi. If you need the Wifi connection, I recommend looking at other TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 byPhishy Travels from Would be great if it worked!Purchased this TV 1-2 months ago and it's been nothing but problems. It will automatically disconnect from my network and refuses to reconnect. The only way to connect it back to the internet is to factory reset it every single time. I refuse. That takes approximately 15-30 minutes to reset, log in and set up the TV.

Beautiful, crisp 4k picture, vibrant colors that really make whatever is on the screen come to life. The sound that comes out of the speakers is really good too for being TV speakers. Great for gaming as well with game mode turned on, the input lag is very minimal. All in all if you want to get into 4k TVs for the first time and want a good gaming TV without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this one.

Only cons I can think of are maybe bad gray uniformity and dirty screen effect when lots of gray is on screen, but other than that everything works extremely well, even the sound is good and a soundbar isn’t necessary if it’s in your bedroom or a small room.

Rated 5 out of 5 byLaw no need from Do not purchaseI dont ususally complete reviews however I purchased this un50ru7100 approximately 60 days ago and now it is broken. The TV screen is too sensitive we gently swatted a fly on the screen and it busted internal pixels. I called customer service given I had only purchased 60 days ago and they deemed it physical damage and would NOT fix the TV at all. Mind u there is no physical external damage at all and the TV is practically new. I will never purchase another Samsung product and I am also suggesting that others do not purchase. The product is too sensitive and customer service is horrible. Worst experience ever. Purchase a Sony instead.
