Rated 5 out of 5 bys8msungus3r from Great TV Limited Apps Issues w/ConnectionI have 2 of these TVs 1 I bought 3 months ago another 6 months. I love the Samsung smart TV's mostly because they have good picture and are compatible with my phone. My old TV had a lot of App options, this one is VERY limited. I hope they do an update soon to add more apps. I stuck with them because of my old TV was great, but now there's little workout apps and they seem to cater to the big stream movie apps now. And both TVs kick off of the WIFI randomly and don't automatically sign into my Samsung account, it's really annoying to set up each time!

We bought the 49 inch because it was the only one available with the center stand the other had legs at each end which would not fit our stand it was a lot of TV for the price and not to technical for my wife to understand

Rated 5 out of 5 bytravlr08 from Great picture but...I seem to need to constantly be resetting the internet connection when wanting to view Netflix or Amazon Prime through the TV apps, yet all other devices don't need to be reset. Also when watching through a DVD player/recorder, it's very difficult to set a good view on the screen... that is the picture always looks like small wide screen format. There are few options to change that to see a proper view.The picture is fantastic as indicated in other reviews. The speakers are a little tinny. I have liked my Samsung phones in the past, just a little disappointed in the TV unfortunately.

The TV stand is fixed and I would have preferred the ability rotate the tv like prior year models. Have been unable to download the e-manual which is different from the owner manual which is included. Remote has no features to access favorite channels, and is difficult to delete unwanted channels.customer service is done well.

Then there is the sound... reminds me of two tin cans connected by a string. Horrible sound. No equalizer for modification. So, I will be using the audio output RCA jacks to an amplifier and two external speakers. Better yet, the full surround sound system. The unit is affordable enough that adding an external sound system is not much of a burden. They got the main part right- THE PICTURE!
