Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't know of anything I value most. samsung tv's should not come loaded with samsung television channels. they are not worth it! also, a channel guide should be available for any network you choose, not just the channels you pre-load. i rated it a 3 because the picture is good. the top of the line samsung sound bar i purchased with the television i rate a 3 also. the quality of sound sometimes is very marginal. in my way of thinking, samsung televisions & sound bars are overpriced for what you get in return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could be more intuitive Operating system not as intuitive as Sony equipment I currently use of approximately same vintage. The Samsung tv home app drives programming automatically at startup with “adult” programming that disturbed me, especially since I bought this to entertain my grandchildren. App additions were not as intuitive as I’d prefer, however is simple once discovered. I assumed the google android process would function as it does with my Sony sets. I was disappointed here, but the tv functions well with a great picture and sound. I had a Samsung set of earlier vintage that set up much easier, and was more intuitive at the outset. Having learned this set’s operation it is also easy now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a durable tv, can depend on this is not my first Samsung TV and it was as expected, very good, however there are very few things which is not major but still will be better if resolved: - Those new models have fixed stands type, the old models have rotated stand, which means you can rotate the tv because it has a center stand, those new ones has a cheaper stand which doesn't allow to rotate the tv, it is very cheap and very bad. - While Samsung now is leading the market on tv's, I guess its time to have a better remote control, your remote control deign is very bad, you need a better design, something where you can distinguish the bottom's by the touch. either than that the TV is very good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture : Awful remote I purchase the 43" version of this line about 6 months ago to use in my bedroom. The picture quality is great as you would expect from Samsung. But the remote is poorly designed. When I was reading the reviews before I purchased there was a complaint about the button sizes on the remote and I just thought it was it was a Karen complaint. Then I purchased, she was right. And whoever designed the user interface must be clueless. It takes 17 sets to set the sleep timer. And if you accidently press one of the mini buttons out of sequence, start again. It's such a PIA, I would not purchase this again, and I'm in the market for a 65".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture, clear sound I probably watch TV too much, and it is always a pleasure on my Samsung Smart TV. The color is lovely. The depth of field is so good, it almost looks like 3D sometimes. The sound is clear and easy to hear and understand. I like the free channels that come with the TV via wifi. The only concern is that I haven't figured out how to search easily to find what I might want to watch. The TV is hooked up to cable, and that's how I usually watch shows. But sometimes the cable goes out or there's just nothing on I want to see. The Samsung channels are a great alternative at these times. This TV replaced an old Samsung that was on its last legs. When I shopped, Samsung was the only brand I looked at - and it will be my brand of choice when it's time to buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with the clear display I purchased my 43" TV for many reasons. It is the only TV in our home. I was seriously disappointed with the remote that was included with my purchase. I wanted a sleek style samsung remote that I am familiar with but instead my 43" came with a basic remote with rubber buttons. Which remote I have is not of great importance because I use a roku remote/streaming stick as my primary remote anyway. It was easy to set up and I installed a TV stand immediately after my purchase to make my device sit stable on my entertainment center for peace of mind around my small child. I also own a samsung galaxy zflip 4 and plan on purchasing more Samsung products in the future.

Also there is a bright spot at the left bottom of the tv, not sure it appears all times. Over all for 43" , it does work better.

Amazing smart 4k tv with live tv included as well where you have your apps. Having remote in the smartthings app is also sooo useful when you loose your physical remote. Looking forward to buy a bigger 70 inch for my dinnig room

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to setup and use I like the default features the TV came with,but it's also to add other apps.For instance I added YouTube Hulu etc.i also like that u can name the device on ur USB ports.it just doesn't say USB 1 or 2 or 3.i have the 43" model and for the size of the TV the sound quality is really well.now u ain't gonna get rumble in your seat loudness,but it's so easy 2 hook up a Bluetooth receiver or use a s cord.the picture is crisp it could be better but it's not an OLED so for being crystal it has a sharp crisp picture.

My TV is used for Watching My favorite channels An ultra high definition with hooked up hooked up surround sound which Intensifies the vision My Samsung TV displays. It is also used for Streaming Movies And from time to time opening opening up the Samsung app for searching Internet and watching Internet and watching YouTube With Internet hooked up To the Samsung TV directly It uploads With the click of a button. The overall display of my Samsung TV at times is breath taking. I do have a very faint black hue in the center whish occurred a year after purchasing which can be annoying at times but learned to cope with it. Overall I always recommend to anyone at all Samsung TVs is the number 1 TV brand To purchase over all TVs on the market

I have had other sets that made it very difficult to move past the "soap opera" effect. Not the case here. Very satisfied and the size is perfect for my tiny-house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product with a few tweaks the picture is great and it was easy to set up. i do think the remote could be more user friendly; using the arrows and enter button at the bottom for almost every operation is cumbersome. the home screen is also a bit frustrating because it defaults to a random series or movie if you hit a button incorrectly and the apps are very small compared to the screen. all in all a good product for the cost.

It has great picture quality and pretty good sound. The one thing I didn't like was it wasn't very compatible with the soundbar I had.

First off the apps feature on the TV is great and super convenient, all the apps load quickly and they all are bug free. the streaming quality is perfect as well. connecting to wifi and setting the TV up was super easy and quick. Another thing is the sound. For a TV speaker the sound truly holds up well. For movies and music the speaker can have good quality range and bass and for a college student helps for me not to have to invest in a speaker for the TV. The 4k quality for the 43’ though is the best. It makes everything I watch seems 10x better. This TV is clearly worth the $$$ and shows it’s dominance over the other TV brands. Lastly the size and thin edges (display) are great for my dorm. it is big and a perfect size for where i live

But the streaming menu and navigation are pretty cludgy, with significant input lag and a frequent need to restart the tv to get it to do simple tasks. I have yet to figure out how to move more recently added platforms to the front of the line - very frustrating to scroll past things I have never looked at to get to something I use every day. I replaced a previous ‘dumb’ Samsung and wish I had bought another one and just added a Roku stick.

Adjusts wonderfully when pixels are not in use and parts of the screen are black, they became actually dark as opposed to some other TVs that still seem bright even when the scene is dark. Sound quality is perfect for my space and settings are readily adjustable to meet your needs. The Smart TV options and apps are great, I can watch all my favorite streaming services in one place now. I am actually about to order a large one of the same model type to replace the TV in the living room. I simply love this television, it was certainly money well spent.

Also since it's obviously a smart tv I added all my streaming apps and my Spotify. The picture is great for binge watching those shows I just can't get enough of and the sound quality is FANTASTIC. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Ability to Stream or mirror instantly with direct link without wifi is no doubtably a top feature. 2nd is without a doubt the remote. Its universal and not just to samsung devices. it controls anything connected to tv. Cant find remote and need to stream the lastest kids asap. No worries Voice activation can help. Cant find the words, thats ok tap your device to side of tv and poof wirless mirroring. Just imagine all the possibilities when the one feature alone does a that!!

Within a year the tv started to have a black bar show up on top of the screen. now when you watch it for more than 45 minutes it starts to have shadowing and freezing. I would not buy this TV in the future. As of now I have a hard time wanting to purchase Samsung ever again. I purchased Samsung because of it's name and reputation. When I contacted customer service they told me it would cost more to have a repair person come out then almost half of the cost of a new TV.

All of the instructions can be a bit intimidating but once you get it working it is worth it. The volume/volume controls are less than desirable however.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Something that is simple to work & DEPENABLE this was a replacement tv for samsung tv i purchases from costco, which failed after 3/4 yrs. this tv started out last may ? pretty good. but the remote was always hard to push the channel buttons. here we are 8 mths later and the remote won' t wofk at all( change channels,etc). i,'ve talked to samsung support (twice) & no success. they sent me a new better? universal remote, and still wont work. it looks like the remote won't recognize my spectrum , even though its shows it when we use the onscreen promp to program a remote. so it sounds like a software problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Owner Dissapointed i have owned several samsungs at home and decided to purchase this one … the color was great and everything worked as expected with local channels; however, with amazon fire tv and sling app the colors were different and not as clear… the amazon fire stick was the same 4k stick i had with a previous toshiba 4k tv that i was replacing … i tried resetting the amazon fire stick and changed settings of tv but it was still not to our satisfaction so we decided to return this tv and bought a lower level tv, insignia, a best buy brand …. everything has been working fine including the same colors on local channels and on fire stick apps/channels without the need to reset or adjust any settings.

Sounds are pretty good too. e-Arc supports so if you connect an external speakers for Dolby Atmos, you are good with this tv. The only issue is when it's playing HDR contents. Brighter images are brighter and punchy but darker image are too dark and brightness in HDR reduces overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best budget TV period. Got this TV for my college room! It is a small space so the smaller size is just perfect! Bigger than a monitor but smaller than a 65in for example. It gets the job done with slim bezels and a nice modern look. It had BOTH chrome cast and Airplay built right in so it is very convenient! I use basically all the streaming apps and the OS works good if not a little laggy, but it is what I expected from a cheaper model. It is worth the compromise on a student budget like mine. The picture is great for a non OLED panel and gets the job done. Gaming is also enhanced with the built in game mode which works perfectly for me. All in all I do not regret going with this TV instead of a similarly priced Sony or TCL. Samsung does it best when it comes to budget televisions period.

This is the only smart tv I've found to work alone without the need to reach out to 3rd party device to gain access to application and your favorite streaming service this tv has it, O and did I mention Samsung Plus, the tv function once connected to the web with Samsung plus which has done a really good job with providing a wonderful selection of live tv for "FREE". The 4k abilities are on point as well when watching 4k content with deep blacks an blues really crisp image quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture great price happy with my recent purchase. the pictuure is unbelievabke. two minor issues. i have no cable hookup so i use the internet for my tv viewing. every time i open the tv it cant find my connection. i had to pull the plug and it reset to get my connection. i just found out you can hold the red start button on the remote until samung comes on and it will automically connect with the internet. the second issue was trying to use airplay with my ipad. on my series 6 samsung tv it works most times. this tv can’t stay connected. not sure if its a wifi issue or tv issue. overall i’m very pleased with this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall Great Product With Minor Issues I use my Samsung TV mainly for streaming media and playing video games. I have encountered little issues throughout owning this TV for about a year now. I have experienced a couple of times where the screen has had issues with display and makes the picture unrecognizable. Also, issues with connecting to the internet have been the most prominent issue, but both issues can be resolved with a simple reset. Every issue I've had can be quickly diagnosed with no needed specialist. I can say I will greatly recommend this TV to friends and family as far as positives go. This TV has an amazing display once the type of media or game actually supports 4K. The audio is fairly good and needs some tweaks to adjust to the environment where the TV is positioned. If you connect an HDMI cable for gaming to this TV, it automatically activates game mode as well which lightens the colors for a better experience. Sadly, for me to enjoy this feature, I have to manually do it since it is an issue on my behalf. Otherwise, it is a solid 4/5 for those minor issues you have, but most products will always need some type of reset either way.

This TV was very easy to set up and synced itself to all my other Samsung products (cell phone. Sound bar, and DVD player). I am a big fan of Samsung quality and performance. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent low-end 4K TV First off I use my TV for mostly gaming and multimedia streaming. 4K resolution at 60htz is solid for the most part but the HDR is barely noticeable if there are all. It's an LED the blacks are pretty bad at times during 4k movies and games also. The sound quality was surprisingly nice, crisp and can get pretty loud on the right setting. UI is pretty slow once you connect it to the internet so I highly advise against that and just use a gaming console or streaming device of choice. My last critique of this TV is how inconsistent it is with game mode for the PS5. Auto game mode just doesn't work. You have to switch back and fourth if you want to leave game mode while streaming anything, and you'd definitely want to do that with how bad the sound quality because when in game mode. This TV just gets the job done if you want to watch and play things at 4K with little latency. There are many annoyances that keep me from recommending this to other people.

We don't even have a very large bedroom but the audio from the television was almost unbearable to watch even with captions it sounded like everybody was talking with a sock over their head now once I sink the Bluetooth bar to it the issue was resolved. Did enjoy the Bluetooth dual audio that actually worked great

I use my TV mostly for gaming. It comes with a gaming mode which enhances video, and audio for specificly gaming use. You can have just about any video or audio app you wish for on it. One of the best TV experiences I've had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY didnt even get a full 2 years out of this product with tons of preceeding problems. so one day i was watching a show and in the midst of it, it just went black - led was still illuminated but could not get picture or to stop flashing red at the bottom censor light. it was out of warrant and samsung wanted $910 to fix this issue. prior to this, i would watch shows via streaming services and they would just stop working and kick me out. i would frequently get logged out of accounts. also would have problems with disconnecting to wifi or saying there was no internet access. such a headache, horrible product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV got it on sale The crystal UHD definitely has better clarity then any previous models. my only gripe is the brightness would be better to go up to 100 then just 50 but you gotta adjust the shadow balance to either make it brighter darker or lighter to increase the brightness then just through brightness setting. An honestly you can't beat the Samsung TV app numerous channels to explore nice to have if you mainly only use Netflix or hulu. Also surprisingly alot lighter then the normal UHD model.

I was not looking at spending a lot of money and did not want one much larger than this one. It has an amazing picture. By far the best picture I have had so far in my life (I have not owned some of the most expensive TVs on the market and had a budget). I would highly recommend this TV for the average user. I have an inexpensive sound bar and it is connected to the optical output of the TV. The sound comes through very nicely. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Samsung menu navigation seems to be slow. Granted I have it over wireless rather than wired. But my roku over the wireless was faster and more responsive. Other than that I really like this TV and am very satisfied with the experience. I am not a big channel surfer, but do like a more 'peppy' menu.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Choice my old samsung was eight years old and i felt i needed an upgrade. because i had a great experience with the first samsung, i chose to buy the same brand. i’m in my 60s and not technically inclined. the thought of buying a new television scared me. my brother set it up in a few seconds. the picture is great, the sound is fine. i have no problems using the remote. i easily learned how to install apps and navigate. for myself, this television is user-friendly. i also like that the frame is smaller than my old samsung so i get more of a picture. overall, i’m completely satisfied. it is worth every dime.

When our tv died at the beginning of the pandemic, replacement choices were limited because people were using their stimulus checks to buy electronics. We never had Samsung before, but it's been a great purchase. I wish we'd been able to find a larger screen, but the picture clarity and color are much clearer and more realistic than our previous set, the sound is clear. We use it primarily to stream sports - mostly soccer - diy shows, and of course news. Based on this positive experience, we wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Samsung item in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HDMI Issues i purchased this tv over 2 weeks ago and have yet to be able to get the hdmi features to work. i have tried everything and now they are sending someone out on friday 5/13. this is how long it has taken to get some help. i will keep you posted on if it gets fixed. besides that the picture is great and so is sound. i just can't get any other sources to work.

The smart things app is amazing too! I can control the tv from another room and even allows me to monitor what my kid is watching, the volume, and if I misplace my remote I can just pull up the app and use that as a remote. What really draws me in is the picture quality and how lightweight the tvs are; not bulky and obnoxious looking.

From using the Screencast or multi screen features for work, or watching how awesome the quality is while streaming my favorite shows or podcasts. The sound quality is great and even better when paired with my sound bar. Even the browser on the TV is easy to use especially when navigating with my SmartThings it feels like I'm using the browser on my phone, or I can do just that. Every feature I loved as I explored the settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tv was fine until we had a thunder storm and thw tv is hooked into a surge protector. well all of a sudden the tv turned off and it wont turn back on. the estimated cost of repair from samsung was 200 dollars just to have somebody look at it not counting parts and labor. this is only a 400 dollar tv why would i agree to have an open ended repair bill starting at 200 bux for a 400 dolalr tv. i thought samsung was better than this.

The screen was bright enough even when sunlight hit it. The Bluetooth option also allows me to connect it to a sound system - even headphones, when I want to watch something while my housemates are sleeping. I have a 65 inch Samsung in my living room and I like the remote control of that one better. It is the simple remote with the one circle. The remote control that came with the 43 inch has too many buttons, and are too close together. Other than that, I love this television!

I shopped other brands just as I did before and after reading several reviews purchased another Samsung. My other TV was one of the first Smart TVs and this new model is greatly improved. If/when my old model stops working I'm not even going to take the time to compare, I'll just decide what size to get and then buy another Samsung. Of course I have a Samsung phone also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stopped working just after warranty was up sometimes the screen would be on but the tv would not be responsive. the only way it would work again is if i completely unplugged it for a minute and then plugged it back in. one day the audio cut out while i was watching a show. shortly after, the picture cut out as well. the screen still appeared to be on and had power but it was unresponsive. i tried unplugging it/plugging it in again and it still wouldn't work. this was just a month or so after the warranty was up so basically, i'm just out of luck. after doing some searching online i found that this is not uncommon for this model. i enjoyed this tv and i would have recommended it if it didn't become completely inoperable after a year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture, poor usability the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

This is an excellent tv for a bedroom. It is not too big. It would beautifully mounted or on a stand. The picture is sharp. The color will adjust to the lighting in the room if you choose that function. The usability is very easy. TV was easy to initially set-up. I have a FireStick that I connect to the tv as well. The TV recognizes the FireStick and properly names it in the input sources. Sound quality is okay. I would give it a 7. If you would like a big theatre type sound, I would go with a sound bar. My only drawback is that there is not enough HDMI connections. There are 2 HDMI connections which made me a little disappointed from giving this tv 5 stars. One spot is already taken by the cable box. So if you have a FireStick, Video Game System, and possibly a DVD player, you will have to shuffle some inputs around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Antenna reception/channel choices recently purchased the 43in. 4k, great picture! but i have antenna not cable. thinking i would get better reception than the t-rex (sony trinatron) that it replaced, to my disappointment not only does it not get better reception i can not get any local stations other than news channels & yes i have rescanned the channels many times. i lost all my favorite viewing channels. on top of that when i switch channels it takes several seconds for the stations to come in. wish i had my t-rex back:(. do ur research before u spend the $$$$ & make sure u have cable. this is not an antenna tv & the channels that come w/the tv, w/maybe a couple of exception show b/c/d rated stuff.:(

With a Samsung phone and smart things, I appreciate the level of control provided by the Samsung TV experience, without having to download extra services or plug in smart TV device. The TV has ample space to download and run all of my subscription services, and smart things makes controlling the TV and switching between services much faster. My only wish is that the remote experience was closer to that of a normal TV remote because I do not use the swipe gestures. Final thought: turning off my TV from my Galaxy watch when I am ready to turn in makes this my favorite TV in my house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interface and Responsiveness Needs Improvement The overall interface of the home screen and apps can be very difficult and inefficient to use. On top of the overall interface design, the responsiveness of the tv to the remote functions is very very slow and often causes the user to select the wrong thing and go back and forth between apps, channels, etc. I also feel that the remote could be re-designed to have a more distinct shape, and more distinct buttons. When in a dimly lit or dark room, it is almost impossible to orient the remote correctly and ensure the right buttons are being pushed. The investment I made in this TV is only worth it because it replaced a very outdated one. What I do like about the TV is the overall shape and size of it overall, and also that I am able to customize the display.

It’s been the perfect TV for the perfect price. Even though it isn’t 144hz, it’s still great and is a fantastic display for next-gen gaming. The built-in smart apps have been a lifesaver as well. Super convenient that I can just access HBO Max or Paramount+ at any time with the press of a button. Overall, I just love this TV.

It is always fast at changing services and titles The only issue I have had is seeing what is happening when it is dark on the show. I have tried adjusting all of the settings but it is still too dark. I have had a lot of TV's over the years and despite the issue above it is the best TV I have had so far. The resolution, versatility and overall performance make this the best TV I have owned. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great picture and much more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hate the Remote, TV just ok had i seen the remote first, i would not have purchased. many of us still want to use our dvd players but no rca hookups had to buy a converter. the leg mounts are cheap and too wide. had to buy a center mount $170 to fit on cabinet. too cheap to make quality anything. my new visio has both rca and great remote. the samsung has no sleep button. i have to go through 5-6 steps to set timer. no input button, just source and was complicated setting up - there is no dvd player listed, guessing game and still don't understand the language. this tv designed for techies. samsung forgets there is a huge and growing older population in this country; we're not all 20 years old! this samsung tv went black on me a couple times, had to reboot, failed, so used my kindle. no more samsung tvs 4 me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Smart TV for the price! the samsung 43" tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart tv (2020) is a great medium-sized tv for the discounted price at best buy. set-up was a breeze and it connected to our home wifi without a hitch. the only reason i rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is a considerable lag time between pressing a key on the remote and that action happening on the tv. this is something that's fairly easy to adjust to, once you realize it, but our other samsung tvs (some of which are older than this 2020 model) have a much shorter reaction time. still, the tv is excellent for the price.

Returning to home needs some easy refreshing enchantment that can keep the mind off from the whole day of workload. And here comes our Samsung television, the true magic box, our friend, out should I say a family member. With the vibrant color and Crystal clear experience we get emerged into the world of entertainment. I really enjoy the sharp and well saturated picture quality whether I watch movies or cartoons or play some games, it never fails to impress me. I must say good job Samsung. As a member of Samsung community I also happen to have a Samsung mobile phone that comes in synchrony with the Samsung TV. But I wish there were more productivity from the remote control that was supplied with the Samsung television such as a voice command execution and also some more space inside the memory of the Samsung tv. And also I would like to have a boost in the sound system of the TV itself. But again it's truly a piece of work and a true entertainer. Love you Samsung.

There are apps for every streaming service you can think off and the process to download/move apps is simple. I love my TV. Two complaints- The remote arrows and enter button are small and oddly shaped. I also didn't like the how the keyboard showed more than one letter when you hovered over the letter you want, but you can turn that off.

It was the size I was looking for, it really has what I wanted and the price I won’t even mention because took me like 15 minutes to take it home. I didn’t even know that Samsung offered TV and when I realized that I was like oh wow this is really a great TV. Plus now that I have a PS it gets even better because the quality of the tv is simply incredible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Limited External Audio connection i am so disappointed with this tv, purchased a tv without noticing the limitations for hooking up an external audio component. i broke my old tv (a sony) that connected to my home audio system. ran out and bought a samsung thinking it would be better only to get home and not be able to connect it to my audio system. even went out and purchased converters that are not working.

Whenever I need to wirelessly connect my laptop to use it as a screen it's great. Picture and sound are good but the remote control drives me crazy. The remote is slow in response often (even when batteries are brand new) and the buttons seem to get stuck when pressed which makes annoying clicking sound and can be unbearable. Often also the apps on the TV crash despite me reseting it and and using upgraded firmware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bedroom TV i did have to return it because there was a thick black line that cut off a third of the screen vertically. i retured it to the store and it was replaced. the second tv worked great! it is the perfect tv for the a small bedroom. it was very easy to set up and i have been load various streaming apps woth no issues. my only complaint is the remote. the buttons are very small and close together, making it difficult to operate. i am only 5'4" and my hands/fingers are not very big, but i struggle. also there are an unnecessary amount of buttons! finally, it does not have voice control. which would make operation easier, as an alternative to using the buttons. otherwise it's a good tv.

We were able to easily add all our streaming apps and the interface makes it very easy to find and watch. Would definitely recommend this product.

Everything you need in one place. I bought my first Samsung TV around 2010 and I didn’t feel the need to upgrade until the screen was destroyed by the people remodeling our house. I would probably still be using it if it hadn’t been damaged. Which says a lot. I love new tech and usually can’t wait to upgrade but I was perfectly happy with what I already had. So thank you guys for making quality products. I imagine we will wait too long to upgrade again. Sorry!

I bought this TV from a Best Buy outlet because our current TV was about 6 years old and was already arguably outdated at the time of purchase (wasn't 4K), I wanted to take advantage of 4K content as well as upgraded FPS/refresh rate through Motion Rate. I also had previously purchased a PS5 for gaming and had been sitting on it for a few months until it could be used to its full potential on a new display. So far the experience has been fantastic - the upgraded picture and framerate was immediately evident to my wife who couldn't care less about technical specs; to put it mildly she was very impressed. Using the TV with the PS5 has been a revelation - unfortunately I don't think I can ever go back to 60Hz as I have now been spoiled by Motion Rate. The crispness and smoothness of the picture and motion are hard to describe relative to my previous TV except to say "much, much better". I imagine that my next TV upgrade will come MUCH sooner than 6 years now that I've been exposed to what new technology is capable of! Thank you, Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crystal Clear Picture I use my SmartTV to stream and watch Cable TV. It's easy to navigate. My one complaint is, the "aspect ratio" feature in the Settings is disabled. I do not like to watch movies or shows with black bars on top or bottom of my screen. It defeats the whole point of having a large screen TV. People have told me that's the way the item was shot, but I know if I watch a show/movie in that format on my cable TV, I can adjust the aspect ratio to ZOOM and get rid of the bars. I would like to be able to do this on my TV when I am streaming Netflix, Prime, etc

The 43" UHD TU7000 is just the latest Samsung product I have bought. Like all others before it, i highly reccomend it. Price and quality is just right. Setup took less than an hour, and thats with installing a wall mount. This is my 8th TV I have bought from Samsung. Im know there will be 8 more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't be fooled by the looks this tv looks great but scratch the surface to see what really lies beneath. you can not just turn on the tv & watch. there is a lenghty set up process that was challenging for me, a very tech competent person. the entire tv is geared toward switching your viewing to samsung tv- which is free for a 7 day trial & then you pay & keep paying. i already have netflix, prime video & sling- i don't need any more "apps" to make my life more complicated & costly. i would not recommend this- sorry samsung- i used to love your products but you jumped on the slime ball express & i'm getting off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really? i own 2 other samsung tv s (not crystal) and i don't see any difference in quality or clarity of the picture. the remote sucks. you want the volume on 17? press button 17 times, you must press the key each and every time u want to adjust volume, change channel, back up and replay youtube videos. i prefer easy remotes. you press and hold buttons and they keep changing until you release.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for the price This is a very nice TV at this price point. I bought it for the Master Bedroom and the size is perfect. The picture is very nice. The only way I would be able to tell the difference between it and another screen would be if they are side by side. The Samsung menu system takes some getting used to, but I am now comfortable with the navigation at this time.It has the connections which I need and use the optical sound connection to connect it to the soundbar which I have. This makes for a very pleasant viewing and listening experience.

Our 6 y.o. children have been able to learn the layout of the TV quickly and efficiently. I also have enjoyed the smart view feature. It was easy to set up and I like to use this option when watching live videos on Facebook. We enjoy the sleek look of the TV. The edging of the TV is very slender and modern looking. Another small detail we enjoy is the size of the remote. It's not too small to the point your always misplacing it or losing it in the couch, but it's also not so large that its obnoxious or hard to hold. The size of the remote is perfect!

Way better than the LG TV that I have so I’m thinking about buying another one larger for the living room awesome Samsung TV!

I cannot afford cable so I count on the smart view feature to watch my fav shows like Chicago Fire and Chicago pd. As well I di not have stereo anymore so I just play my you tube music from my Samsung phone to my Samsung tv, yes, that I had to fight him for it (cops and all) yikes.lol but made it through the ending of that chapter, and now I'm on a new path with Samsung with me all the way. Thank you Samsung. My worl would be really quiet with out you. Smart hub is my fav of all features. Easily accessible no frustrating confusion everything right there at my fingertips fast and safe. I've d Aldi got it connected to my Google home. Luv it , thankful for the latest tech options on a samsung TV.

It is a little hard to fast forward using the remote when I am using You Tube, so still learning there. If there is a show I want to watch using the internet, it is really easy as they show up in the menu. At times, it is difficult to use with ATT Uverse as Uverse is slow loading the program. Also, the screen was a little dark on some shows. There is a feature to get help on the main screen. That is very effective!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dorm room TV Was looking to replace an old 720p TV I was using in my dorm. Since I had an XBOX Series X, I was gonna go for 4k. Setup was easy, TV was light enough for me to lift on my own onto the mount that the previous TV was on. Given the previous TV was only 32 inches, I was surprised to see this one was not that much larger, even though it's 43 inches. No bezel is awesome. It can be controlled by my xbox controller with the latest updates, and it even knows there is an Xbox plugged into it (shows a logo and everything!). Image is great, though I really wish it had more HDMI ports, given that the amp I have attached to it throws a fit when I try to pump 4K through it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love everything but the remote this is a great tv. a little fickle at times when for some reason it loses the interent connection and we have to do the setup again. our bigger samsung in the other room doesnt lose this connection so its just this tv. the picture is sharp and clear. the sound is awesome. we bought this because of the bluetooth connection to ear buds and that is perfect. my biggest complaimt is the remote. its awful. no lights so you cant see what you are doing if the room is dark. its too small so we are always hitting the wrong buttons. and it feels backwards in your hand. when you hold it, the design does not place your hand in the right position for easy management . plus sometimes it gurns off our other samsung tv. it really is not well thought out.

The features like the apps (YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, Spotify) is great. It has an amazing 4K viewing experience with great picture detail. The speakers are great with Dolby enabled giving it that extra sound experience, unlike other TVs. The Apple AirPlay on this TV is very fast and easy to connect, I either use my Mac or iPhone and it is very high-quality streaming. I love the remote and it's got some smart keys on it at the click of a button. The USB and HDMI slots at the back are useful if you want to connect to any media devices, gaming consoles, and HD devices. The button at the bottom of the TV is quite useful if you can't find your remote and want to do something on the TV you could use the button. I like how you can connect Bluetooth devices for audio on the TV if you want to connect headphones to listen by yourself. Overall, an excellent product by Samsung again. It ticks all boxes in features, pictures, sound, viewing experience, friendly UI & installation.

Works great with xbox series x for 4k - and detects it easily - just make sure to enable Input Signal Plus for it, and auto game mode. This is the second TV of this line I've bought - the first one being the 55inch, which has been going strong for a year and a half now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just two design problems otherwise good the 43inch crystal tv i purchased is working well so far but the remote that came with it is really difficult to use and i could not find any instructions for it either in the tv user manual or online. it has many tiny buttons with no explanation of their function. also i miss the swivel base that was an important feature of the samsung tv that i had to replace.

I remember the first time I watched a movie my jaw dropped open about the quality and depth of the picture. I loved it from the start! It was like you could reach your hand into the picture to grab something. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I Could Hope For I use the tv exclusively for streaming; no cable plan whatsoever. I personally have my streaming services quality set at a lower resolution than the tv can handle since I stream a lot and don’t want to zap too much monthly data (I.e., my first week, I used 360GB of data). Some fun things: You can have fun karaoke nights with it if you use the Spotify app and set it to display lyrics. No need for Rocky or Fire—you can download all the typical apps. The tv’s speakers aren’t bad, so if you don’t have an extra sound bar, sub woofer, and other speakers you should be just fine. I have an iPhone, but it looks like there’s more connectivity if you have a Samsung phone. These things seem nice, but also, I don’t feel left out by not having it. The phone app lets you search for shows/movies/etc and functions as a remote. I don’t use it often, but comes in handy when I step away and realize from afar that I don’t plan on returning (remotely turn off the tv). If I’m being honest, I’m not much of an equipment person, so I probably wouldn’t notice much of a difference between this or another same-sized tv from a quality perspective. But from a UX perspective, I prefer the Samsung useability vs other smart TVs I’ve used/owned.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV.I was first introduced to Samsung more than 10 years ago by a friend and have never looked back.I use it mostly for gaming and streaming movies/tv shows and the technology keeps getting better and better.”Game Mode” is a terrific option which lowers input lag considerably,making it very useful when playing competitive online games.Picture quality and sound are excellent as always.The hardware feels premium and the UI is intuitive and fun to navigate.That’s the beauty of Samsung,they’re very reliable and consistent with their products.Whenever someone asks me to recommend a tv to buy my first and only option will always be Samsung.

The panel is amazing and there's a ton of settings! The audio is also amazing as well, I don't need a soundbar. The only gripe I have is that the software runs a little slow to open an app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Picture Quality Purchased on July 17, 2020. Our Samsung Crystal HD 43 inch TV has very good picture quality. Sound is okay, typical of flat screen TVs. We purchased a sound bar to improve audio quality. The sound quality using the optical connection improved the audio a lot. But after a TV software update, the volume level on sound bar was attenuated. I contacted Samsung regarding this quirk and they didn't understand why this should happen. Now I just crank up the volume on the sound bar to compensate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective television i purchased a 43 inch and had to return it two days later. it developed a 3-4 inch black bar running from the top of the screen to the bottom. installed a smaller bedroom television to test the cable/modem. problem was the television, not external. i have had samsung products in the past with no problem, but had to purchase a different brand because the shop did not have another.

Before I bought this TV i was using a old TV that was 17 inches big, which was nothing and the picture quality was terrible. This samsung TV exceeded my expectations when watching anime, I am able to notice every detail now and how good everything looks, also the sound quality feels like im in the movie theater. While gaming with the game mode on the TV I am able to play without basically any delay. This TV is awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Short power cord i bought this to replace my sony tv in the bedroom, which died after 13 years. the picture is crystal clear and colors are vibrant. the reason i did not give it 5 stars is because of the short power cord. we hung it above a dresser and the cord could not reach the surge protector sitting right below the tv. samsung stated that they do not have longer cords than 5 feet. i had to order an off brand from amazon. luckily it worked.

The best feature probably is the Bluetooth connectivity late at night I can game or watch TV with my Galaxy Buds and not bother anyone. The only part of am not fond of is that we a movie is showing a panoramic view of countryside, it looks likes it warped. I use the tv for watching movies and shows. I do not do gaming or the like. The reason for three star rating is internet connection. It shows its connection with full signal but some apps will crash or freeze, then I have to restart my TV. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Good TV I got this from a buddy of mine for like 120 dollars lower than msrp so a pretty good deal since he needed the money anyways i use it for watching my blu-rays on my Xbox and some HBO max I sit like 5 feet away so its really good for watching movies at my desk I also watch some tv while i game and it just to my left so i can see it in peripheral vision really well anyway good tv not slow at all other than just turning it on there is a little delay when you try moving the selector to another application but it doesn't have any graphical acceleration so it doesn't bother me at all

Well, I personally use my Samsung TV for when I want to binge watch my Netflix shows or movies or just to stream music videos from YouTube when I'm in the mood to have a dance party (kidding, I usually clean my house while YouTube is playing) . #mom life. I love the HD on my TV, the picture is so life like and clear and the fact that I don't need to have the volume blaring in order to hear it. It's just fantastic! I also love how simple the TV is to actually set up, literally minutes and you're done. Especially with the help of Alexa. Which is another reason I love my Samsung, the built in Alexa comes in great! I always think it's funny whenever my daughter ( shes 4 ) tries using Alexa, because she doesn't quite understand it yet but still tries anyways and Alexa doesn't know what to think. It makes for a good laugh sometimes. I also like the fact I can control the TV using my Samsung SmartThings on my phone. It makes life less stressful and easier especially when I'm not home and can monitor the screen time or when it's bedtime for the little one. Love love love my Samsung and wouldn't trade it for anything else! I recommend it to all my family and friends and no one has complained yet. So, definitely a must have.

I picked up this Samsung television around December of 2020 as my previous television that I had for quite sometime broke. This is my first smart tv and it was super easy to get acclimated with. It pairs well with my cable system and for video games. I have always been a Samsung customer for tvs and plan on purchasing another one when the time to upgrade is right.

The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

However It looks like quite slower than other brand's when I use the remote to move it around. The response time is not that fast so I have to wait until the button has moved correctly or not. Unless I will be in the other app if I did not follow this response time. This is the big shame point for me, other than that I still love my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from bad internet connection the tv disconnects everyday from the internet... my internet is 400gb and the tv keeps saying that there is no internet available. i need to take it off from the power and then put it back, in order for it connects again even when it is connected, the wifi signal is really bad, i can't watch youtube videos (they keep loading forever) my tv is less than 5 meters from the wifi router

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but not great office television The television is used in a personal office space. It offers great picture quality and sound is decent without an attached sound system. It is the perfect size for smaller spaces and is proportional for a 14x10 sq. ft. office. I also have a Samsung computer monitor in the same office, and it is unfortunate that when I use either remote, it affects both components! I typically have to unplug the one I am not using to solve this problem. When I attach an HDMI cable to my laptop for screen sharing, the functionality is just fine, but when I try to connect wirelessly, I experience diminished performance that is not user friendly or helpful when presenting information to clients. I don't have this issue with other televisions I have connected with throughout my office complex.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First 4K TV I was in the market for a 4K Ultra HDTV that would not break the budget and also wanted to try out a Samsung TV for once. I saw many reviews that told me to avoid this TV but I am glad I did not pay much attention to them. I have had this TV for over a year and have primarily used it for gaming. The lag is almost non-existent but there is some. Most content (even SD looks crisp thanks to Samsung's 4K upscale) Compared to my other 4K TV, I noticed this model actually has colors that "pop" more and richer darks. Another plus is how easy it is to just tap my phone on the side using SMARTERTHINGS app on my Z Flip 3 to mirror my phone/ cast content. The TV smart apps are honestly too slow and I instead rely on other devices, but that's ok. Sound is average. I have the volume on clear and it makes voices louder/easier to hear. When I hook up a soundbar however, there is SERIOUS delay with Dolby Digital so be warned. I have tweaked the settings to reduce it with the setting menu but it doesn't really help, so instead I just switched to Stereo or PCM . A little annoying but I can live with it. after about nine months, I noticed a RINGING SOUND when the TV is turned on and no content is playing. I hope this doesn't affect it later down the line, but I don't notice it as I watch anything but it is slightly there. Also when turning the TV on, there seems to be a fan inside because there is a low hum near the ports and vents that sounds electrical but goes away after 5 minutes or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture was way too dark. we were given the 4k smart tv and gave it a trial for 2 weeks. we could never get the picture bright enough to see. the blackness was always overwhelming. we tried online help and every adjustment possible. finally decided to keep our old tv. in a side-by-side comparison, the old tv had a bright and visible picture, and the samsung was incredible dark.

Picture quality is stunning and audio is crystal clear! As a Samsung Member I also enjoy taking advantage of Samsung TV Plus, another great feature of this UHD television. Wanted a smaller television for my bedroom, and I picked the perfect television in this 43" Crystal UHD TV!

I love this television by far the best set I've owned in a very long time , I was able to download the remote app on my phone making it simple in case of loss of remote . Amazon prime app already installed Netflix already installed so many other features on the remote alone , I love the guide with the inset TV while surfing for shows to watch I can stream life content also a special section just for gaming , parental controls is my favorite feature keeping unwanted channels from being used by young viewers , the color is sharp and vivid it adjusts to the rooms lighting as to save on electricity that's a plus! The sound is crisp and clear also adjustable to your preference or: more bass less bass I can program my set to turn on or off at specific times of the day or night , also fully mountable and easy to clean or dust I just love my Samsung TV hands down I could never buy any other brand after this product call me spoiled I don't care but Samsung is my product for life , thanks Samsung keep up the good work I am one satisfied customer

I also love being able to watch tv on my Samsung phone, then transfer it over to my tv (Youtube). Awesome feature. Once my final viewing is over on my old Samsung, I will be upgrading it to a new series with the latest technology.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't complain I use this tv as a gaming monitor and sometimes to stream movies with friends so far I've been loving it I got this a few years back when I didn't know much about tvs' knowing a bit more now I probably would've gone for a qled screen but nonetheless this tv is really good for its price. Now one problem I've been having a bit when it was too dark around and the TV backlight was too bright it can leak light a bit but nothing much and definitely no problem considering the price that I got it for

I love being able to easily stream my favorite movies and Tv shows directly from the Tv and they look absolutely amazing with the crystal UHD 4K resolution! I also enjoy gaming on this tv it’s game mode provides an amazing experience and has my games looking crisps. This tv made my dorm room the hangout spot to watch movies and all sorts of things and I would just like to say thank you Samsung for making amazing products for amazing memories!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy this tv this is the worst tv i got from samsung, it broke down after the 1st month of normal use, fixed with warranty coverage, the lcd had to replace because of the malfunction, it turns on and off with the black screen. after a year it blacked out again with the same issue.

The Smart Things & Google Home connections I have make the TV even easier to use. From the dynamic color settings to the crisp sound, this is the perfect TV for essentially everything. All that's missing is a 3rd HDMI port.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung has let me down i have always enjoyed all samsung tv just bought this tv tu 7000, i only use it to play video game not much and one day i tried turning it on. the tv wouldnt turn back on very disappointed as i have always been a samsung fanatic it has slightly crushed me. i tried getting my tv fix, i did not care if i would pay for the service but than at again to fix a tv it felt like we where doing a disservice to them. i wish i would be able to be helped better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice overall TV not a fan of the ADS the tv is nice and clear with a decent accurate color spectrum. gaming on it is great as well, nice fast response times. the list of apps you can get is nice even if the tizen os is a bit slow. the only thing i really don't like are the ads in the initial turn on main screen (which can be removed by blocking the correct webpages) and the default to samsung live tv in the background when turning on the tv at first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what was expected from reviews this tv met my requirement to keep clarity and color when sitting off center. unfortunately, that is where it ends. the sound and video go out of sync for no reason. i am not using a sound bar but rather the tv speakers. this tv also has horrible sound where no matter what you do, the sound rises and falls on the same channel or different channels or different sources. i have done everything possible to get this to stop and it won't. just sitting watching something and it could switch to a commercial and bam, the sound gets loud. i changed and reset the sound settings until i'm blue in the face and nothing has fixed this. don't buy this tv. i am sorry i did.

Then it started pixelating. Seriously after 1 year and Samsung really did not help one bit. I am bearing with the T= until I can afford another one. It will not be a Samsung unless they want to pay me for it with the $300.

I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

I mean, the image is so crisp, clean and clear that whatever I watch doesn't look like it's actually on a screen but is in my home instead! At first it was trippy but after a while my eyes got used to it. It's pretty awesome! I stream movies and TV shows on my TV and utilize the smart view on my phone to mirror my yoga app. It's a really awesome experience and I'm pretty glad this is the TV I have!

The home menu is easy to navigate through apps. The speed in which it goes from app to app is amazing as well. I also love gaming on this TV because it brings everything to life. I’m definitely looking to upgrade my living room TV to Samsung in a month or two. I will never buy another brand TV other than Samsung from now on. Thanks Samsung!!!!! :)

Not because it didn't work but because I wanted a new modern smart TV Samsung builds TV's to last, 16 years is a long time for a TV hold up and keep working Anyway A few weeks ago I purchased a 43 inch Tu7000 for the bedroom. I was seeking a thin modern affordable TV with a great picture This was the ultimate choice! I also find this model has decent internal sound, without a soundbar but of course you can always add one which I'll do soon to watch my music videos. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value The picture quality is great (4k really shows the details) and there are a lot of settings available to adjust the picture and sound to your liking. Has a lot of features, including connectivity to a local network and control from the SmartThings platform. The only dislike is the inability to completely synchronize the audio and video due to not having the option to delay both the audio and the video (audio can be delayed, but when the audio is already behind the video, the video needs to be able to be delayed too).

Hardly any lag occurs and there is always a consistent high definition picture to back it up. Volume works tremendously as well. I’ve owned it for about 2 years now and I have yet to have any issue with it.

Also the built in Samsung tv app has free movies and cable channels. It was inexpensive, doesn't overheat or burnout, and had a ton of smart features. I also have the added benefit of people not being able to mess with my tv with a Roku remote like many roku-app ran tvs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost 4 stars The quality of picture is great. My only dissatisfaction is with the smart tv interface and the remote. I will likely switch to another smart tv device. The embedded apps are annoying, especially ones I will never use. Also the remote is poorly designed for my bigger fingers. Return keys and arrow keys should be more pronounced. A lighted keypad and microphone would be a nice addition.

I watched 10 to 13 hours of TV because being depressed with anxiety I didn't want do anything else. I bought antenna that picks of for miles and l have internet After my daughter ask me what l wanted for my birthday I told her Samsung 43 inch TV. I can't mount it to TV. Dont know how and nobody wants to help. We found this one and l just love it. Samsung back in early 90's made a small TV had program turn on and turn off. I wished this feature was still available. But with Samsung l can set TV to a laster channel and time. Vizio does not allow that. l still love Samsung. The 4K clarity is amazing compare to other TV. I'm still learning what this TV does. It will take me a while, but that's ok. I don't get surprises anymore. Like UHD, l have no idea so far. When my washing machine tore up. I figure l would spend alot for new one anyways. I am now the owner of Samsung washer. One day l will buy Samsung dryer and other appliances made by Samsung. Take me 15+ years living on only disability and paying a mortgage. This is one of my dreams. Thank you Samsung for slowly making some come true. Sincerely Samsung owner. Its just me and my daughter. Nothing l can upload to help win.

Previously I had another brand and when I was on the treadmill I had the volume at 100. I only have my Samsung on 35. It's easy to stream shows and there are several pre-loaded apps. Easy to use, great quality and the perfect size for my workout room/office.

If I want to use it as a separate display for my mac I can use it to display documents and refer back to them. If I want to game with my PC it supports HDR and 4K, if I want to stream movies or tv shows I can in 4K. I just love the display and all it can do.

Adding YouTube TV to the Samsung smart hub was very simple. I can't give 5 stars because of a frustrating hangup during the setup process. The TV wouldn't move further through setup once I updated the firmware. This was very bothersome since it's a brand new TV right out of the box and you're already encountering a problem. After searching Samsung forums I was finally successful after unplugging the TV and plugging it back in.

Although it was easy to set up and had a fast turn on time, the real disappointment was the factory picture setting. The color was so red and it would not adjust for darker picture scenes. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos on how to correct the problem. I have 2 other sets, one a Sony and the other an LG. Both have much better picture quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not work with Sony Headphones I’ve spent days trying to get this TV’s Bluetooth to work with my Sony WH-1000MX headphones. The headphones connect, but the sound quality is awful with crackling, pops and increasing latency the longer connected. I called Samsung and they said talk to Sony; Sony says talk to Samsung. Both had me do the usual resets and pairing before declaring them incompatible with each other. Eventually I Googled and found a community discussing the same issue going back several years. At this point, I need to decide if I should return the TV and try LG, buy a new set of non-Sony headphones, or buy a third-party Bluetooth transmitter to connect to the TV. Samsung doesn’t provide detailed specifications for its TVs on Bluetooth implementations such as the Profiles and supported Audio Formats. This makes it impossible to gauge the likelihood of success if I were to replace this TU7000/TU700D with a later model year Samsung TV. This is my first Samsung TV, and before discovering trouble with Bluetooth I was going to spend another few hundred dollars on a complementary Samsung soundbar.

It was very easy to set up, and with the cable box and internet/wifi, it took about 20 minutes. I use mine on the stand, so I can't speak to any issues with mounting. The picture is great, and the remote is easy to use. I don't have a speaker bar, but I don't need one, because the sound is good. My only minor complaint is that I wish I had more control over adjusting the brightness. The price was really good, and I trust the Samsung brand, so, based on the choices I had for cost and size, it was an easy decision to make. I would definitely recommend this tv.

That's advertising, and IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Otherwise the TV is okay, but I may very well return it if Samsung can't tell me how to remove the ads. I will NOT pay for a product, and then have to pay again by being subjected to advertising. What part of that doesn't Samsung understand???

My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound issues. Remote is lacking. I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Price, Terrible Menu Lag, Worse Wifi the television provides a great picture and the sound seems pretty decent for a 43” television and the appletv app is a great addition! thats where the good stops. for a smaller tv, the lack of a sleep timer button on the remote is unexcusable especially since that feature is buried within a menu that takes 2 minutes to get to because of the menu lag. it’s not just the menu that lags, but even the volume control lags. the worst part is that the wifi in this television is completely unreliable. every time the television starts it can’t connect to the wifi. i got this television so i wouldn’t have to get a 4k appletv but the extra $150 of just getting a new television isnt worth the frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You Can Do Better i decided to purchase this tv because my sister had an older samsung tv and the picture quality was great. so i had high hopes for this tv and i was hoping to ditch the fire stick with the smart tv features. so i was pretty disappointed with this tv. the picture quality is no better than my old non-4k vizio and the smart tv feature are incredibly glitchy to the point that i have up on it and went back to the fire stick. the apps constantly freeze up and half of the time they won't even launch unless i uninstall and reinstall them. and the 7 year old samsung tv actually has better picture quality. this product was not worth the extra money and i doubt i will buy another samsung again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed very disappointed and really angry with samsung. the user interface is very unintuitive-- took ages to find the apps i wanted (sling and spectrum) and it keeps popping up these junk promoted sites like cheddar that can't be removed. i paid for the tv. i should be entitled to set it up with what i want to watch highlighted and not be forced into this promoted content. also very difficult to watch original netflix content which is too dark. (my previous samsung didn't have this issue). tried the suggestions on various sites where other users shared their frustrations and fiddled with the settings. but basically i'll just go back to watching tv on my laptop or even phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works we have 2 samsung tv's and to be blunt a couple of competitors products over the years always failed and gave problems. this is the first foray into a samsung tv and i love the experience thanks. this is the baby the other is near 2x the size. only one gripe is samsung needs a quick online video showing how to use samsung tv controls like changing sound etc. for real perfection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Clarity! replaced a 6yr old samsung smart tv with this one. wow! what a difference 6yrs can make. clearest, sharpest picture i have seen. the remote that operates all my devices; sling, sound bar, amazon prime, netflix and my dvd player is amazing! now i can chunk 3 remotes in the drawer and forget about them. keep up the good work samsung!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality if there wasn’t a bright spot i’ve been a samsung tv owner for many years now, so i was excited to get another for a different room. unfortunately, there is a bright spot in the top middle part of the screen that never goes away! i looked up past reviews, and it looks like this is a common issue and not a defect that went into recall. sad the tv has this spot as the apps all work fine on it and it’s user friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Samsung TV I've ever bought i've purchased several samsung tvs over the years and i've been happy with every one, but this samsung tv is horrible. the response to the remote is painfully slow. push a button and count to 5 before it actually responds. and every time you turn it on, it goes back to a live tv channel, not back to where you left off. it takes a good minute to get back to where you were every freaking time you turn on the tv. this is the last samsung tv i'll buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV for the Money my previous tv was an lg 32 inch set, and there's very little comparison. the color is vivid, but accurate, and the 43 inch screen size allows for more detail, especially in people's faces. my tvs speakers are great for the size of the tv and they sound nice. there are a lot of controls but they are easy to understand. they have presets, or you can tune to your liking. i'm not the most accomplished technophile, but i had my set up and running in less than two hours. i would definitely buy this tv again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture i would give it 5 stars but the wifi and streaming of of other apps is not good. it is slow and does not advance once app is opened. the first week i had it things worked well from wifi stand point. after that have to reboot router or unplug tv to reset. i have a 2 year old element tv that is farther from the router and has no problems opening apps and playing when samsung doesnt. the main reason i bought the tv was for the "smart tv" capabilities and it is not doing a job. picture and sound are fabulous! i would give that part 10 stars if i could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV...horrible OS the tv itself is fine, good picture quality, etc. but the os on here might as well be from 10 years ago. the app is awful. you can't type out a title once you get to the search bar. you can't add other non-samsung viewing apps so the only other way to stream is to use the "internet" function, which is embarrassingly clunky.

Upfront, I have to say this is a GREAT TV which has given me no problems at all. The display on the screen is super colorful, HD, and just makes everything look more vivid. There's a large number of features available and you can download many apps. The TV is easy to work around and there is no lag or glitches, which can often be an issue with a smart TV. However, this TV doesn't lag at all which I always put as a top priority with any device. I also play video games with this TV and I'm very content with its game mode which makes video processing better. Overall, this TV is great for anyone since it supports so many apps and you can watch anything. It also doesn't weight too much so it wasn;t very difficult to put up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound and picture!!! this truly feels like something ive been missing for yours! we had a regukar 32 inch before we got this one. i wanted aomethign with better sound and picture. i dont even need a soundbar, sound is just that good!! we are coming into the holiday season and i find myself singing along to the tunes, it truly feels like i’m in a theater. our one remote controls everything from roku to the home apps. i would reccomend this tv to anyone!! bravo samsung!! you have outdone yourself!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great choice! i chose this tv as a replacement for a vizio that i had bought just two months earlier. it took forever to register commands from the remote and kept losing wifi connection. i have been very satisfied with this samsung. it has great picture quality, good sound, responds quickly, and i've had zero issues with the wifi connection. one of my complaints about 4k tvs is how dark some shows are, but switching to "movie" mode solved this problem. only thing i wish it would do, but doesn't, is allow me to rearrange or remove apps from the list, so that the ones i use daily are at the beginning of the list, saving me scrolling. i would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The Samsung TV Plus channels are great. The picture quality is exactly as advertised. If 30 years ago I was told this is what TV would evolve into I wouldn't have believed that it would happen in my lifetime.

The picture is so clear that I could almost swear I'm on set while they're filming the movie I'm watching. Gaming is awesome, the tv makes it a more enjoyable experience than I've ever experienced before. My favorite thing about my Samsung tv is the endless amounts of free services through the app store. I find something new every day. This is by far the best tv I have ever owned.

Smartthings connection to my Samsung galaxy S10 for screen sharing have been unreliable, which is unfortunate.

This TV is light years ahead of that old trusty TV. The Apps are easy to use and configure, the configuration can be backed up and pulled back down if you ever have to reset the TV. Also Samsung TV is fantastic! They have a Bob Ross Channel Fantastic product, will buy a bigger version of this TV in the future from Dell.

It is very complicated to set up (at least it was for me) and the sound comes out of the back and bounces off the wall and causes an echo. I'm still trying to connect my cable. A person has to be really good with technology to figure this one out. Don't know when I'll find someone to help. At least I have Netflix, Hulu and Britbox. The quality of the picture as I said is excellent, it's just that everything you want to do is so complicated. I can't recommend this TV to dummies like me.

It's light weight and easy to install on your wall or tv stand. My only compliant is the remote. The navigation buttons/Netflix/Amazon Prime keys are too close together. It's nerve racking when you accidentally hit the wrong key.

She loves it because it has streaming capability, a great picture and wonderful sound. I actually love it too. To me, the Bluetooth audio feature is priceless. Bought Mom some bluetooth headphones and now I get a good night's sleep. I have been in heaven ever since. GREAT TV! Would definitely recommend it and definitely would buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great even if it is a Smart TV. I hate smart TV's, I prefer an external smart box because I keep my TV until it is dead. With that said I could not find a dumb TV that wasn't from a certain country of origin. So I settled for a smart TV. This is also my first truly HDTV. I don't really like the setting to auto load the Samsung TV app (every time you exit and app it takes you back to the Samsung TV app) or the auto detect device feature. They both slow down the function of the TV at times. I have had the TV lose functionality once which was fixed by unplugging the TV (This is a real support suggestion. I assume this dumps the memory). It has worked great with all of my devices (PS2, Wii, Xbox 360) with required adapters (TV only has HDMI ports). Other than this the TV has worked fine for a little over a month. I'm giving the product 5 stars because it works fine and meets my needs even with all my grumbling.

Also scanning for local channels was counter-intuitive - had to figure out that you have to scan and then set favorites in order for the new channels to show up in the list when changing channels. Also there is a lot of built-in samsung content that we may not use, but pretty good overall.

I recently had my first one fail due to a power board, I only had the TV for about 2 months. I got a new one with some hassle through Samsung and this one is alright. I have to reset my network every single I turn my TV back on or else it won't connect to the internet. Other than that it looks amazing and is pretty thin.

Button feel on controller feel stiff and hard to push the right button. app A&E make my tv crash everytime. I was going to call samsung because of that. Because I just bought it and just started to use the features and apps. A&E app made my tv go black. I was scared because the only to stop the black screen was to turn my tv off everytime it does that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture, Terrible Interface i got this tv to replace a 10 year old television that stopped working. it seems liked a great option, and it has really good reviews. i understand with any newer tv model there's a learning curve to adjust to menu layouts and quirky brand features. however, the awkwardness and confusing design of the app menu layout; the incredibly slow, lagged and often over compensated menu scroll speed; and "smart" features like the one to reopen the last app didn't work. i gave this tv over 15 days to convince me it was for me, but i eventually decided that i couldn't handle the laggy menu and traded it in for a different brand of tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's "OK" I guess the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dumb smart TV highly agitating! there are apps that are on the home screen that i dont want to see, deleting them is not an option. there are apps that i like to have first on the home screen, tv makes it highly difficult to move apps around, you’re left wearing out the remote. there are apps such as a cbn news that are not available at all. when scrolling the home app using the remote sometimes the remote keeps going, apps you don’t want. plugged a mouse into one of the usb ports, it was like i didn’t do anything. went to settings to move the apps there, but the home screen had no difference. i don’t like how it opens up on the samsung tv and sometimes it plays inappropriate stuff like people having sex. we bought this tv so our family could enjoy wholesome movies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2 things you should know 2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True garbage television. upgraded from off brand tvs thinking samsung wouldn't let me down. wow, was i wrong. this is the biggest piece of junk tv i've ever had the unfortunate experience of owning. within a few months, i've had it crash, freeze, apps stop working and i have to reset the entire tv to get them functional again, it randomly loses wireless connection and won't reconnect even though every other wireless device in my house is running fine. also, the volume is a joke... you'll be able to hear music thumping away while watching something, but you sure as heck won't hear the voices. try the amplify volume feature? louder thumpy music, still can't hear talking. the only good thing about this tv: the picture quality is pretty nice and has good color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing experience an even better investment. First time trying a curved t.v. let alone a smart one. So I was a little skeptical about the technology but it was not very long before I realized what a great decision I had just made. Long story short covid came to be . I had lost my job and ideas of entertainment going out having friends over were forgotten now we (brandy my wife) were in "what's coming on cable tonight" mode. Samsung 43" curved TV helped us through. As time progressed I couldn't afford to keep and wifi going I was heart broken we were no longer going to be able to cable then Samsung 43" curved TV being a smart tv that has an app store was able to provide us with not only free perfect quality tv but way more entertaining channels and movies then what we at one time paid for so Samsung 43" curved TV was now paying for our cable our entertainment. Wow such a great purchase. Well we moved the TV from the bedroom to the family room and in the process of being careless i damaged our source of smiles my heart sunk I thought for sure I damaged it beyond repair. Glad was I when I realized Samsung 43" curved TV was probably the most durable well built TV we ever purchased it ended up with only 1 bad pixel which because it was curved it cause the other pixels around it to I guess blend bleed into the bad pixel so you couldn't even tell it had a bad one even up close u could not tell. Over all best purchase I ever made and I'd give it a curved 43/10 instead of. 10/10 BTW currently watching it as I write this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to set up i am 70 years old and am somewhat technology challenged! this tv was easy to set up, register and program. i found it as a great price too. the picture, colors and sound are all wonderful, and access to disney plus, etc. is simple. i am sure this tv offers so much more, but i especially appreciate that accessing the basics is uncomplicated for someone like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Board was replaced, now working as expected out of the box, it worked normally, until it was powered off for more than 1 hour. then needed cold boot (unplug) to work properly. phone support was good, but email and online was not. after 2-3 weeks i got a tech to replace the main board, and now works ok. nice set, nice features. has some annoying software, always wants to return to samsung menu, vs where you left off. have to press return or exit a few times, and there's a delay in remote. but for the price, i like it. time will tell how long this board lasts. (owned it 1 month now). =also note samsung wants to flag a non 5 star review with a chat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wifi sorry, one big issue i seem to have is my tu7000 is having is staying connected to the internet. my internet company upgraded my wifi. still gets knocked, this week 2 times. then i have issues with trying to reconnect. i find this unacceptable. my last unit lost it's picture, within 2 years. my first samsung, a non smart tv, still works, with no issue. i will never buy a samsung tv, again. i will go back to sony or may be panasonic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV picture was fantastic! unfortunately, that's not the only thing i was looking for. there were 2 things that were a must have for me and after buying even though it had the two things, they were not conveniently accessible. 1. bluetooth for headphones -- very hard to connect complicated 2. sleep time on remote. to get to the sleep time which i use every night, you have to go thru 12 menu keystrokes not very convenient. sorry i returned for an lg same type model/size with everything on the remote. it's not all about the picture. you need convenience too. sorry guys

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 4k Crystal UHD TV This TV is amazing, I absolutely love it..takes a little getting used to the home screen and maneuvering through it, but its worth it..love the Samsung TV plus app...picture quality is amazing..the remote is hard to use in the dark but it will take time to 'know' it...steaming is awesome..lots of apps to use....my boys are begging to play games on it..but its MY bedroom TV..LOL..I would recommend this TV to everyone!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wifi the only issue i have with the tv is that it disconnects from wifi a lot. my last smart tv, i believe the 7100 did not disconnect. the picture went on that one. not happy with that. however, everything else is great on the tv. it was easy to connect to my samsung sound bar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV but has issues with Remote Control we really like this tv. the picture is great and set up was fairly easy. the only issue we have is the remote control. it was able to control our local cable box when we bought it. about a month ago, it could no longer bring up the guide from our cable provider. i am looking forward to samsung's next firmware update when they will fix this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed with screen mirroring. i have a brand new note20ultra... screen mirroring is important to me. i had a crappy tcl - 32" i figured...buying a samsung would get me unparalleled performance with screensharing... it works maybe...15% of the time? it connects... freezes.. lags... glitches... throws this "connection unstable, try reconnecting " message every couple mins. extremely disappointed. for the money i spent on this 43.. could have gotten a 55" tcl... and still had my screen mirroring. try talking to customer service is like talking to a tree. just beware... if screen mirroring is important to you... look elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would return if i could not user friendly. the remote is the worst and software is extremely difficult to maneuver. great picture, great orice but i will never buy another samsung. the salesman at best buy recommended it. btw, if you are gaving trouble turning it on, having to unplug it every time, just hold the power button until the correct scrern appears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Disappointment even after reading the concerning reviews, i decided to move forward with this purchase because of my past, positive experiences with samsung products... a bad call on my part. 4 months after purchasing and something goes wrong with the display. i can’t see a thing on the screen with the very dim lighting. adjusting the brightness did nothing at all. i had noticed other glitches in the 4 months prior, but chalked it up to an unstable wi-fi connection (which was not the case). i guess that was foreshadowing glitches to come.

Returned to store. this tv stopped working 3 days after we got it. mid-episode, it just cut off entirely, then wouldn’t come back on. we called samsung, and they scheduled a service visit. we had to wait a week; when the repairman arrived, he didn’t have the right parts with him. he offered to reschedule the appointment a week later. we decided to return it to the store instead. malfunction and repair issues aside... the layout of the home screen is bad. the apps are small, with most of the space featuring previews and ads that play continuously. i couldn’t find a way to turn this off or to change the layout to make the apps easier to get to. the lag time with the remote was also bad; it consistently took about 2 seconds for every command.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture - bad TV the tv initially worked great - everything i wanted. then it stopped working altogether and i started the first of three visits by the tv repairman. by now the entire tv has been replaced. the remote that operated all f the functions on the tv when the tv first worked now has to be used in tandem with my remote for the cable. the most recent problem is that there is a screen that comes on when the tv first starts that says to go into service mode and set something about local color and modes. there is no way that i can find to get to service mode. i have called samsung three times to figure out what this is and they do not know either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture and sound i would give five stars except when viewing the screen from the side the color is very faded. this is only when viewed at an extreme angle which is not common. other than that we love this tv. the smart universal remote control was a very positive change for our household. now we can operate everything we use and view with one remote. we are very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult setup-not easy after a couple days of trying to get past error message, googling, how to fix, etc. finally working. then you have to add apps, login etc. what i do not like at all is the row of apps at the bottom of the screen. you/i can't tell which one i am on and everytime you turn tv on it doesn't go back to what i was watching/app before. then i have to search for hulu all over again. getting use to it now, but not an easy tv for a non-electronics person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Last Samsung Television loved this tv for the first few months when it worked. first it stopped responding to commands via the remote. after a factory reset it worked briefly. took it in for a warranty repair that took two weeks. got it back two weeks ago, and now i can no longer connect to my home network even after doing multiple network resets. had this device for 9 months... not worth the headache. i'm out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not work with Hulu Live tv This tv does not work with Hulu Live. When viewing Hulu live, the tv constantly freezes and its getting progressively worse. I have gone through all the suggested trouble shooting, but it has not solved the problem. Tech support defaults to suggesting it is a connection or wifi issue, however I have an older tv connected to a hulu express streaming player and have no problems at all.

I tried customer service and they could not fix. Very disappointed. I use this TV infrequently in bedroom and it is hung on the wall and now I need to replace. Warranty has expired.

Otherwise the picture is exceptional & the sound is great too when it doesn't freeze. I love all the apps too.

I have had and have currently Samsung tvs with good result but with this particular model I hate the remote. Other Samsung models have better and simpler ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screen and speaker distortion Good picture quality until the distortion started. TV is two years old and has a vertical stripe near the center of the screen. Very annoying. Also, the speakers produce strange audio occasionally. Sounds like someone speaking through a voice changer at a slower rate. Can’t recommend this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWFUL SETUP! These TV’s are all the same. This one though, makes you not only create an account with Samsung which not to mention takes forever. Then it makes you register your tv to your phone. Makes you accept a million different terms. Takes about 20 minutes. Might not sound like much but given it’s more expensive then TCL and VIZIO and takes an extra 20 minutes and just really frustrated you, don’t buy Samsung.

Over the years, I have owned several Samsung TVs so I've become familiar with the manufacturer's internal software & the general options it will have. The primary reason that I purchased this particular model is b/c of its price at Best Buy. Yes, I had the option of picking a TV made by another company, but decided against it b/c of my already established familiarity with the brand. Now I want to be clear about something up front... as long as the quality of what appears on the TV & the sound quality isn't HORRIBLE then I'm happy. I'm far from being one of these techie guys that knows enough about TV technology to talk about the quality of certain things & know their stuff. If you have a soundbar or speakers that have Bluetooth, you can easily connect them to this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Be aware that YouTube TV is problematic Bought two of these….43 and 55 inch. But YouTube freezes up on both. It appears the Samsung doesn’t work well with YouTube. I bought these 30 days ago. So now I have no idea what I am going to do. Watching tv and having it freeze up is so frustrating. Did all the troubleshooting with YouTube. It is the tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inadequate input ports I had to return this TV because I discovered that it only had 2 HDMI ports. After using 1 port for my cable box I was left with only 1 port for a soundbar and any other peripherals. Before purchasing a replacement TV I researched the number of HDMI ports and discovered that most TVs have 3-4 HDMI ports (including an ARC-HDMI port.) The picture quality of the TV was certainly good but in this day and age, it is disappointing to find that Samsung is so far behind in offering input ports.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for not so bad price I have had this TV for almost a month now, and I have been very pleased with it. You can't go wrong with a Samsung. The picture quality of the TV is excellent. Yes there are better options available, but if you don't need the latest and greatest the picture is very good. The menu system for the TV is a little clunky, but it does get the job done. There are great apps available, all my favorites was listed so I was pleased. It seems to work seamlessly through the wi-fi which is great! The stand for it is a little cheesy, but hey they are legs... Perfect sized TV for a bedroom which is where I have mine. They say the brightness isn't as high as it could be, and that is true. In direct light it washes the screen a little. So... Close the blinds and the screen looks great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This model 2020 firmware cannot be updated After 4 hours with support, a Samsung tech replacing the board, the Tech support person from Samsung who thought I couldn’t hear her, told the tech that this tv was produced in 2022 but is a carryover model from 2020 but has a different chipset and cannot auto update it’s firmware or be pushed via USB. She said Samsung has no solution for this. There is no disclaimer for this on the website. On their own website, Samsung tells their customers to update the firmware to ensure that the apps work correctly. This is a smart tv and shame on Samsung not to support this tv. Stay away from this model.

I especially don't like "yet another app" for features I DO NOT NEED. Y'all have enough tentacles into my private life, enough already.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pictures, terrible menu I bought this TV because it was highly rated and a great price. To my dismay the menu and navigation of it is absolutely dreadful. I was previously using a Roku and was hoping to use the built in Samsung apps to navigate the various subscription services we view. The menu set-up is clunky doesn't really work and number of buttons required to push on the remote is unbelievably high to navigate from one app to another. Samsung says the apps menu is able to be modified but that is only partially true. I've found no way to delete the bloatware on the TV. I gave up and went back to the Roku. The Roku is not super easy to navigate but is 1,000 times better than this useless software installed on this Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV, terrible remote i've had this smart tv for over a year now and i love the features and ease of setup. however, the remote control is a disappointing inferior version of the one that came with my last samsung tv, a 50" mu6300. the lack of a voice search feature is sorely missing and would enhance the experience of this tv, even if it had to cost a bit more as this unit is an entry level and a great value for the price. another irritating feature of the remote is the pre-installed netflix and prime buttons which get pressed unintentionally all the time. come on mr. samsung, give us the better remote and i'll give you two more stars. thanks for all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Loving this TV so far. I have it a couple of weeks now and it’s been brilliant! The picture quality is great and the sound :) also the stand is very sturdy so no worries if putting it in a TV stand and not a rack. Would definitely recommend.
