Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stay away! Poor quality. White dots on screen I bought this projector 2.5 years ago. Seemed to work great until white dots started to appear on the screen. Had to send the product in for repair, which was still covered under warranty, but was without TV for almost 3 weeks. Then, exactly one year later the same issue started happening again. This time the product is no longer under warranty and repair will not be covered even though it is the same issue. Poor product, poor customer service.

I either use it for gaming or for family movie night or to just binge watch shows, we have even taken it in out vehicle when we went out of state to go travel it works great the family definetly loved it, I've debated whether to get a second one or not one for the grownups and one for the kids. This product was way better then I can imagine other products like these don't even compare , I have had other projectors but none like these this was a big step up and I applaud the genius minds that created this there's so man things one can do with it. The design of it is simple not to complicated, it was easy to set up right out the box, overall I'd recommend this to anyone that would listen haha, I can't wait to see the future ideas yall get off of this great product, samsung has never disappointed me with the Samsung product's I have purchased. I definetly recommend this product and can't wit to see if the turn this into a series of products that just get better and better, it would be nice to get different color variations like the Galaxy phones, that I think could catch the eyes or more customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD, CLEAR 4K ( reply to Samsung response) good, clear 4k... the unit is working very good, on a cloudy day shades drawn and/or at night. on a sunny day, in a brightly lit room and the dynamic setting on the picture is washed out to almost invisible. any sunlight on the screen and the picture is invisible, totally washes out the picture. i would not expect any setting to offset direct sunlight. there is probably a screen to help with brightly lit rooms, however the price probably would exceed the returned value. this purchase was basically made to watch 4k movies for which it works very well. it upgrades bluray movies great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture quality good, Bluetooth poor when connecting bluetooth audio devices to projector such as headphones or external speakers, volume is maxed out at a very low level. the volume equates to level 4 when using the builtin speakers. also, the projector doesn't default to your last bluetooth connection but to the builtin speakers only. you have to setup bluetooth from scratch each time you start the projector. when you pause the stream, you have to change the sound mode from bluetooth to builtin speakers, then back to bluetooth to reactivate bluetooth. the picture quality is good. no focus problems. setting up the projector was easy. connecting to samsung smartthings app was quick and simple. it would be nice if samsung would allow blocking off specific live tv stations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential had for 6 months--amazing. 4k movies and video games on a giant screen! picture: no great directions for it. 1st, physically move the projector, line up the picture with your screen. has 2 stands that can elevate the angle height of projector but mine works best without messing with these. 2nd, go to settings, screen adj, advanced, get your top and bottom lines where you want them and then get all of those squares to be the same size. you can move the projector again to get those lines to fit on your screen. 3rd, settings, focus, adjust that until you can see corner boxes in focus. i test it with a game home screen, with small text in corners of the screen, which should be easily read when in focus. if you receive one with issues like some of these reviewers, just return it for a new one

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need some improvement in the product i bought this product assuming that the size of the projector would be similar to other projectors in the market which is small, however to my surprise it is much bigger and heavier than other projectors. quality of the projection is very good and i am pretty impressed with the quality. however the measurements shared in the manual for the display is not accurate. would also like if there was auto image stabilization and more picture settings for various mode. it would be great if there can be a black color for the product. for now i am returning this product and will wait for future new models with some more advance features.would definitely own one in future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once it was up and running, I was very impressed i have been sold on the idea of filmmaker mode for quite a while, so i knew it was worth giving this projector a try. first off, it was a pain in the butt to line it up to my screen. on about my fourth attempt, i just got really picky with exact placement so the "inside menu" adjustments could be minimal. that seems to be the secret sauce. have the right size piece to place the projector on and line it up by hand as best as you can before going and adjusting in the menu. now that it is up and running, i am in love with this projector. it looks amazing with my 90" elitescreen. it works great looks amazing in filmmaker mode and the audio is totally solid. i have a roommate so, i have also used my bluetooth headphones with great success.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Severe focus issues at the sides, otherwise good note that i've spent 4 hours trying to reach a samsung technician and none of them know about their projectors. first the good: 1. vivid picture with good colors for a projector. 2. software platform is rock solid. 3. connection/hdmi stability is great. cons: 1. focus issues at the corners and edges from mid to top. it's enough to be distracting on content with text, lines or other details where sharpness is important. 2. some shadow crushing in live content

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Distorted Borders overall, i like it. my major issue is distorted borders (see photo below). they are not perfectly straight. i suppose this could be the wall, but i moved it around in an effort to determine that and couldn't shake the distortion. i don't notice it when i am watching or playing something, but it does show up prominently when you are in a menu. additionally, the lense arrived with markings and imperfections on it (see photo below), which may be contributing to this problem.

DO NOT BUY bought projector the image stopped working immediately. called service repair to send for repair no body helps you because nobody knows what department to trasfer you. after hours and days of calling them finally i sent for repair finally received a shipping lable and got it back and still not working. no body will help you to repair or replace product. if you want to be stuck with a 4000 dollar projector that doesnt work and nobody will help you. buy this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer care!!! Great projector! I’m giving 5 stars because I bought the projector and had an issue out the box. The projector would not line up straight. It had a weird uneven line that caused my screen to be shaped like a trapezoid. I called Support and they sent me a label to ship back. They fixed the issue and ship back under warranty worry free. It upset me that I was out of my new toy for about a week, but that’s technology sometimes it glitches and I get It. I work in the technology field so it happens. What impress me was the hassle free turn around. I got my product back with no issues. That’s worth 5 stars to me. By the way I love this projector!!!

However after just over a year started having a issue with it shutting down due to system error. Thankfully it came with a 2 year warranty. Service was great. Excite to get it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great projector i bought this projector without seeing it in action but going on the reviews and information on the samsung website i decided to take the chance. once i set up the projector and turned it on i knew at once that i had made the right decision. the quality of the picture is impressive and it was easy to setup. my picture fits perfectly on the screen. since the projector sits so close to the screen 2200 lumens is more than enough to produce a nice bright picture. i have a samsung sound bar set that is dolby atmos rated and i have never been able to use it because my lg oled was not compatible. i am looking forward to finally enjoy my speakers. this is a great buy at this price point! i will be recommending product to my friends.

It doesn't take up too much space, and because it's a UST, you won't block the image by walking in front of it. The picture it provides is extremely sharp, and brings watching movies at home to a new level, especially as movies have started premiering on streaming services as well. I'm extremely happy with the purchase and expect it to be the focal point of my entertainment center for years to come.

The built-in speakers is also outstanding. I use this projector almost everyday to watch whatever I want, from regular TV to Netflix,YouTube, Disney plus, everything was already preloaded. I am thinking about buying one for my son. Ok I thought about it I will definitely buy one for Christmas. Thank you samsung for creating product that makes everything better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning picture the quality of this display in anything from a pitch dark to medium bright room is amazing. i had zero problems with setup and the borders are straight as an arrow. here's a tip: you're buying an expensive projector; don't skimp on the screen. don't just use your wall. buy a good clr screen (us$1,000 minimum) - not alr - and you will be very happy with your purchase.

I had a ceiling-mounted projector previously, and I enjoyed it, but when I moved, I really saw how frustrating it was to have to tear down all of the wires that had been run and to have to patch holes in the walls and on the ceiling. I was prepared to re-mount it after moving, but then discovered this projector and gave it a try. It was definitely a great decision. The picture quality is outstanding (I'm projecting at about 100") and it maintains most of its quality in bright light - something I definitely can't say about the old projector. The refresh rate is outstanding, even while gaming, so I have no concerns about any kind of lag impacting gameplay. I'm using a surround sound system, but I have used the built-in speaker and it's surprisingly good and has a pretty impressive dynamic range. I there were some kind of feature that would help level out the adjustable feet, because there was a lot of guesswork in getting the angle right. But the setup mode is easy, much easier than manually adjusting the keystone in other projectors. Overall, I would strongly recommend this to anyone who values the best picture at a reasonable price. It has been fantastic in my house so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this projector!!! best projector for the enthusiast that historically loved projectors. i've had almost all generations of projector technology since the late '80s. i can toss anything at this projector, gaming (retro & current-gen), media players, various components, and so forth. this projector auto-detects for easy setup. so amazed at the ability to work in ambient light. i went to home depot, purchase a thin hardboard for $12 and a can of premium light gray paint, works great! the configuration of the screen was a temp and cheap for the purpose to validate the setup before the investment of a permanent solution. just amazed at the performance of this thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it but torn to give it a 5 till I know more i just bought it this week and had high hopes.its amazing when it comes to set up, ease of use and colors , brightness , contrast etc , and then comes the hiatus . 1.borders on the screen is never straight. does samsung has a flaw in this product - samsung team please answer it , if you know or can suggest to make my display a perfect rectangle.i am projecting on a wall(with the grey screen paint) from a fairly sturdy table, at the said distance and height etc.table is placed on a carpet floor. 2. and then i saw something that i bet i saw. i turned off my projector from the remote and i saw the flickers - colored streaks displayed on my wall. is that normal? when the projector is turned off , why would it send any display to the screen. is everything ok with my product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overdelivers on Picture Quality and Sound pros: * delivers better projection than listed specs * sound is better than most smart tvs * solid construction with beautiful looks * tizen os for smartapps * antenna cable, usb and hdmi inputs includine one e-arc cons * larger and heavier than expected projector is solidly constructed from metal and has a beautiful curved white chassis. overdelivers with a 147" image on a clean white wall with absolutely no color, brightness, sharpness or focus issue and is much brighter than the listed 2200 lumens sound is quite room filling and has a surprising amount of bass. it is much larger and heavier than i expected and does require a table or simply placing it directly on the floor as i did.

Spent more than 3 hours with technical support and they barely are knowledgeable. I've been made to run around from one department to another. Technical team created a ticket and was transferred to e-commerce department and they are unable to view the ticket. Tech department tells me I can get a replacement while ecommerce department tells that is not feasible. Day1 I received is a when I printed the return label too. The product that samsung calls it premier is an ABSOLUTE DISSAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS SUBPAR PRODUCT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Failed after less than 3 years - Terrible service I bought and it worked until shortly after the warranty expired. The unit would turn on and look normal but would give the message "system error projector will turn off automatically in a moment" and then shut off every time I tried to turn it on. I shipped the unit to the Samsung service center for $400 (their minimum fee). The unit is supposed to have a laser source that is good for 20000hrs per the specs however they indicated that "The Engine" of the projector had failed and the center told me it would be $2600 to replace the engine. When asked for more details on the failure or what the define as "The Engine" they could not provide an answer.

I paid 5k for this projector and I regret it so bad! Samsung is fighting me to not give me a full refund! Very unfair to a customer that spend thousands on a device that is not 100% functional!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Expensive - Pink hue after 3rd use... was excited to receive my projector. after several hours of trying to get the positioning just right to make the image square, as big as possible and without any blurry spots, i ended up with an 80 in image... despite what the description says, the image is completely washed out during the day but looks great at night time. on my 3rd use, the image had a pink/purple hue. after calling samsung to trouble shoot (basically unplug and factory reset, which did nothing) i was told i would need to package it up and ship it to their tech team. they have my projector for 7 days and i just received a message that due to high volume, they have not been able to even look at it yet... for $3200, i am really regretting not just buying an 80in oled...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Viewing Experience Ever! i love this projector. it's my first projector but being in the samsung eco system makes it the perfect device for me. i got a 100" grandview ust ambient light rejecting screen & now the lsp7t truly stands out! color and clarity are superb. using the projector with my tab s7+ or my z fold 3 in conjunction with the smart view app is super convenient. during bright daylight hours the images are not quite as sharp as they are when it is in a darkened room or at nighttime since i'm using this projector in my living room, not a dedicated and darkened theater room. family and friends are stunned when they see the picture. if you love watching sports, movies tv shows i totally recommend this lsp7t projector. it is just astonishing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing right out of the box this projector has amazing color and contrast right out of the box. after unboxing, we had a 110" movie playing in amazing 4k within 10 minutes. set up is easy and everything works with the remote similar to all our other samsung video products. we cast to a pull down screen that isn't tensioned and it is still amazing (tensioned screen comes next). placement of your screen and having something stable to set the projector on is key. plan this out ahead and you will have a great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth for money and locked in first of all i had bitter experience because it wasn't delivered on promised time. it came on the day when we went family vacation. after we back configured projector. quality is worst, letters and images are blurry even after 3- 4hrs spent on all adjustments. thought it could have been projector screen but i bought expensive screen too. but no luck, still the quality is very very poor. there is a louder noice when it starts operating, we have to increase the volume to beat that devise sound. by the time i realize all these happen, i missed the return window. it's clear trap that you have to keep. overall its not worth for the price even it on best deal. worst image quality and immature technology, have been using tv for about 6 years but this projector is total disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when it works, bad support just got this projector a month ago and had problems from day 1 .it is a great projector when it works , worked for a couple of days and started turning on/off intermittently. Can't fix the focus issues. Tried resetting to factory settings, talked to multiple people from technical support and nobody had a clue with what's going on. planning to return the projector.Dealiing with support team is a nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Lsp7t Very nice projector I use for gaming tv and movies sounds great but I use it with my anthem mrx 540 elite clr 3 screen picture quality very nice easy to setup would like a a better way to focus but it’s not a big problem . My only problem it only comes in white I prefer black to match my equipment but no pain gain. Menu, AirPlay and everything else nice and simple highly recommend 6 months no problems thx

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so great very good experience with 4k 120" projector. i have been using this for the past 5 months and it is flawless. i never face any problem, initially, i struggled to adjust the screen but now i learned and how to adjust it. it is not that great bright daylight but it is awesome in the evening.

I LOVE ITTTTTTT.!!!!!!!!!!!! Words cannot describe how much I love my projector. Best thing I ever bought plus its even more amazing with the samsung soundbar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has clear resolutions I use it to project movies onto my living room wall for fun activities I do with my husband and kids, like have movie nights like we're at a drive in film and I use it when I'm doing my school work for college because it's easier for me to see. What I love the most about this product is how clear the resolution is for the images. It makes the display look more enhanced and, with my vision being bad, that's the most important and best feature to me!

I use it mostly for Gaming and movies and occasional sports events. Gaming are smooth and it projects an awesome 4k image. Sound quality is leaps aheads of other projectors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture quality in 4k and sounds good too I have been using the premiere LSP7T as a TV for over 6 months now and I can never go back to normal TV again. Great picture quality, overall good sound output in-built in the projector. I wish samsung adds auto focus and auto sizing to it, as you have to manually move the projector bit by bit in order to align and straighten the projected picture. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and waiting for next version to upgrade if there are good trade-in deals.

My ability to go through the settings to find what I need and to go forward with it is so valuable. I watch sports 90% of the time, movies the other 10%, and the picture is crystal clear, as if I was actually sitting in section 110 row S seat 23. Furthermore, my children are gamers and love the new TV and the picture, sound, and ease at which it can be changed. Ad far as the settings. All- in- all, I give it a 99.9999 out of 100. ??

After that started looking more on what I can do and what I can view. We love it and use it when kids have their friends over for the night otherwise we use it for Football and other sports with friends over!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly stunning! we decided to replace our aging 48" tv. 4k didn't make much sense unless the picture was very large, but huge tvs are a pain to move around. i also didn't want the hassle of mounting a projector to the ceiling or having the image blocked by moving people. solution: ultra short throw. i expected that the picture quality on our light gray wall would be good enough until we saved up for an alr screen, but right out of the box, the image was very impressive. after tweaking some settings, it's truly stunning, even during the daytime or when we have some lights on in the evening. i honestly didn't expect to be so amazed by the picture quality of this thing! i think i can watch pretty much anything in 4k hdr, no matter how mundane, and be completely entranced by the image.

It does pretty well during the day unless there is direct sunlight, but even then you can still see the picture. The projector has a good refresh rate and picture quality. The apps it comes with cover most of what we use as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointment or maybe hopes too high? I needed only a day to make a decision whether to return this projector. The colors were good but not better than my 5-years old Acer projector. The main issue came from digital artifacts present around any logo(see screenshots). I tried it with my 4K TV stick and the result was the same. I played with the settings extensively but could not remedy this issue. Also, I noticed the pixel size, which was very noticeable compared to another 4K unit I tested in the past (Wemax Nova), so I'm not sure what is the case here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from disapoint i a samsung fan, everything i have is samsung, but this time, i made the worst investment i have ever made, 1 month ago i bought the 120" class the premiere lsp7t 4k smart laser projector, i received it on october 30 and i had to return it because the laser bulb did not work, i have not yet received the refund, however i bought another one, i received it on november 8 and i will have to return it for the same reason, the laser bulb does not turn on. coincidence? i, bad luck? bad quality? i'm very disappointed because i really wanted to have this projector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Permanent blob on screen there is a permanent white blob on the top left quadrant of the screen. see photo and video. it is not dust on the outside lens cover. it is not user error. i can see the white blob on the inside mirror before it even hits the mirror, therefore it must be from further inside the device. i have tried different walls/screen surfaces. i have tried different source inputs on hdmi. as for support. it is broken. on windows 10 google chrome. i goto the request service option for this projector, it just says "select a symptom" on a blank page unable to continue. before i typed this review, it gave me a button for chat that does not function, nothing happens when i click on chat. samsung, your support website is conveniently broken everywhere that matters. wow...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome with 1 issue it has been great. i have only had one issue and that is with alignment. when i first bought it, it was great no concerns. i have it paired with a elite screens aeon clr 120" screen and love it. however, the screen slowly started moving out of alignment? the projector now has to sit about 6in to the right of the screen for the image to be centered? which is weird since the projector has no lens shift that i am aware of. and now the projector when i have the adjustable feet all the way to left, the screen is now slanted at the top? i have submit a request to have it looked at for defects and will update review after i get it back. hoping it was just a defective misalignment at the factory, but i love the projector otherwise.

The same behavior, i what was facing from last one year whenever I contact Support they asked to send it to repair center. It’s been five times. I have shipped this device to Samsung repair center every time they return back didn’t find any defect. It works for 10 days and we see the same behavior again, such a worst support and service Samsung is providing it is a defective product and of money spending on this device. The customer support is not at all supportive to resolve the issue. i’m very disappointed with this device hardly few days I have used from last one year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance Issues. haven't had the unit for a month and i am constantly having issues with it cutting off. constantly, like the unit is overheating eventhough the system hasn't been on for more than a few minutes. i've contacted support about the issue and the only fix was to do a factory reset. that fixes the issue for a couple of days then it goes right back to cutting off randomly and constantly. maybe it's my unit but i would like another unit without having to refund this one and buy another due to the price difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the projector. the big image makes it feel like a movie theatre. i am not getting any weird distortions that people are talking about (or they are too subtle to bother me). the intensity is a bit low such that i need to put up curtains to make the room as dark as possible during the day time or the picture is not bright enough to have a good experience. with curtains closed it is okay. works excellent at night. i have been trying to project to it (through bluetooth) making it an extension of my computer monitor so i can watch medical conferences and lectures. this works okay at first but after a little while, it seems to just disconnect from my computer. the disconnection always happens between 5 min and 20 min or so. i do not know why samsung is unable to stay connected to my computer (win 10).
