I love the new Samsung remote with the solar charger. The remote home button with access to all our apps is also a great feature making it very easy to go between sources and apps. The picture and brightness of the new tv is wonderful. Very, very happy!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This new outstanding technology named Samsung Wow; so where do I begin , well first and foremost I am proud to say that I am proud owner of my 85" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV. I've actually been a long time Samsung owner, as well as my family members, and Samsung always keeps me amazed with the wonderful technology; that still til this day ;always takes my breath away. Of course with not just the Samsung wonderful brand name as well as the technology and high end customer service. But just for something so simple and very difficult at times for me to do , which is the ability to gather the whole family together in one room. With all of our busy schedules and diverse life's, what I have always put pride in and made sure was a family tradition is family time. Samsung has a wide variety of features to fit , virtually anybody, in every common household. I am very honored to say that my 85" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8k Smart TV is part of our family. With not just the vibrant colors and unique abilities to adjust its colors while my kids are playing thier favorite game, but while I'm watching my favorite football team Arizona Cardinals, I find myself looking for batteries at times to make sure my TV Remote is charged. With the none battery but USB charger and Solar panel in the back of remote to give it the ability to charge up to a year life's spam from just our living room light its just amazing that our TV has a life of its own. My beautiful wife also has her own business that's gives her access to any wide variety and all social platforms , and her clothing company is booming. I can honestly say that I will and always be a proud owner of any Samsung product. I've never been let down and I doubt that Samsung will stop anytime soon, they will be in our family for generations to come. Thank You Samsung

The one box is so easy to set up and hiding one cable is fantastic! The abilities of this tv are super cool. Being able to watch multiple programs, screen mirroring from your phone, the workout app, entertainment screen while listening to music. I pared this with the Samsung 950A and it rocks! The symphony surround sound is no joke. This setting utilizes the TVs built in speakers to provide even more surround sound!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grid of dots when the picture looks good, its amazing. but, as a previous reviewer mentioned, there is a very distracting grid of bright dots (presumably the backlights) visible on any low contrast background. it’s like s stab through my heart whenever it is noticeable, which is frequently. to samsung’s credit, they have tried to solve this problem. got a full replacement, and when that tv had the same problem, the tech has done a full panel replacement twice. they all had the same problem, so obviously this is a design flaw. my prior samsung tv was 10 years old and never once had an issue. after investing $6000 in this one, to have to accept so glaring an issue is disappointing to say the least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Failed After 3 Days Ongoing Issues 1. brand new qn800a 85" tv wouldn't power on after 3 days; took several days to get on site service and parts for a $$$$ tv not acceptable! 2. bluetooth issues started after a couple of weeks requiring a second onsite service and parts. 3.location information in ambient mode isn't correct and no way to set it correctly. 4.clock auto set doesn't work. location defaults to eastern and cannot be changed. i'm in central time zone. 6. day light savings defaults to auto and cannot be turned off. 7.switching apps causes a static noise to randomly occurr. when using bluetooth. 7. after two on-site service visits and removing the tv pedestal twice the tv leans back and not vertical as it is designed to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO MANY PROBLEMS we bought this and had nothing but problems with the sound and we could not get any dvd player to work with this. one thing we had to do was have a fan blowing on the box to keep it cool. we first had it on our tv stand in a in closed area and it was so hot it smelt like it was burning, so we bought a fan. it also had major sound problems and when we played our dvd's it would skip through the movie. we ended up going through 2 tv's before they bought it back and so we then bought the 950 series and its so awesome.

When I'm either playing games or watching some Hulu the picture quality never disappoints and the amount of settings it contains allows me to adjust everything to perfection. Rated 5 out of 5 by from DEFECT with the NEW TV had a technician came out to check on the defect that's coming from the back of the tv. bubble popping sound? i mean not a sound that you want to hear from a brand new tv. purchased $120 additional wall mount installation. they aren't going to refund the $120 because it's "outside" of samsung service. then why include it on your website? why partner with handy and have it available for your customers to purchase if this isn't going to be a "part" of samsung product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Picture, Disappointed in Multiview This is a truly fantastic TV. It was easy to set up (less than 5 minutes) and is also very easy to use. The picture is out of this world, especially when you watch 8k content. There's very little of that out there currently, but I'm hopeful that it becomes more and more common. 4k shows / movies / sporting events also look great. Everybody that's watched something on this TV has been "wow'd". My only gripe for Samsung is something that is unlikely to impact very many people, and that is in the multiview. This TV is advertised as being able to watch 4 things at one time, and while that is technically true, you have to watch 4 very specific things at once. And only one of them can be an external input. I have 3 Apple TVs, and planned to hook all 3 of those up, and watch the 3 of them along with a built in app on the TV. Nope. Can only watch 1 external device at a time. Very, very disappointing and extremely limited multiview. It's the only thing stopping me from giving this an unabashed 5* rating. I'd give it a 4.9* anyway. It's really great, but the multiview limitations bummed me out big time.
