The one connect is different, not sure yet if it’s good different or not great different yet, but it’s growing on me. The one negative so far is I had a Samsung soundbar before I purchased this tv and used it on another Samsung tv with no issue. The soundbar is the q70t and I was using it on a Q80t QLED TV, but after installing it on my NEO tv, it did not recognize it at all. So, overall I really like the picture and the sound and the design and I’m happy with my purchase.

I mainly use it to play games and stream content off of my Xbox Series X, and it effortlessly and gorgeously displays 4K 120Hz gaming framers without a hint of choppiness. I would highly recommend this television to anyone looking for a high quality, amazing experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV - Don't buy Samsung TV i have purchased a samsung 8k tv and it has a defect so i raised a request to exchange. after a few days i got my replacement tv. once i opened the box the new tv also had the same screen issue. so i wanted to return and get the refund. my refund request has been approved 2 months back but still i didn't receive my refund amount. i have dialed customer support more that 25 times. each time they say you will get it in 2 days but still i didn't get it. this is so frustrating. samsung customer support is the worst i have ever seen before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THIS PRODUCT HAS SOME GOOD TV FEATURES The new Samsung QN800A is a masterpiece of technology and really brings the concept of a TV to a whole new level. The colors are so vivid and the picture is so clear I feel that I can step into the scene and touch everything myself. I really like how easy it was to setup and how user friendly the menu feels.We tested out the gaming feature on the Playstation 5 and I am just in shock at how far we have come from my day of old school Nintendo. When “game mode” was turned on, the screen looked so fluid that I could have sworn the people on the screen were real.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice picture, terrible device the picture is very nice. no problems there. the gui is very buggy. apps (hulu, netflix, etc) hang all the time. sometimes the system won't load videos and says there is a wifi error even though other apps work. sometimes apps wont launch at all. there is no option to kill apps or reboot the system. the only option to do any maintenance is in the support menu and sometimes that is greyed out. i am unable to remove samsung content from the home screen and often when i turn the tv on it just starts autoplaying random live tv channels. support has no answer. not a good purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful but flawed the picture quality is amazing, but i cannot believe a $3,000 tv does not support dts audio. i don't know if the format is dying, all i know is i've got quite a few movies with dts sound that i can't watch. also there is a flaw in the upper right corner of the screen that, once you notice it, you can't un-notice it. aggravating. installation was ok but my stand with the center speaker and the one connect box was positioned slightly off center, and i'm not able to nudge it over as the installers kind of broke it. it will fall apart if i move it. so, overall i'm pleased with the tv, but the price tag makes the little annoyances that much more annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I imagined My family and I use the TV with YouTube via through connecting the phone or the Xbox naturally, the Xbox which provides the clearest quality ever needed for gaming. I really love how Disney+ is an application for the TV since I use Disney+ often. I also signed into my Prime account to benefit from the free movies and shows which is a plus since there are decent movies on it. The TV is pretty much as good as it'll get in terms of the quality, always providing crystal clear pictures and videos. It's amazing during a family night while a movie is playing. There is no flaw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT Buy This TV the tv has a terrible reflection issue. one light will cause a light reflection that will span the whole screen and wash it out. so multiple light sources will cause the tv to be unusable. there are numbers of examples online. samsung just says its part of the screen then i say don't buy it as they will not stand behind their product. it took them over a month to get to the part where they will not address the issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not for gaming very disappointed with this overpriced tv. samsung boasts this tv as great for gaming but when you switch to gaming mode the screen goes blank and then comes back on with a dimmer screen that you cannot adjust. gaming mode is the dimmest setting this tv has and makes no sense> in gaming mode the screen should be bright like the other settings. samsung please fix this with a software update that allows us to have the same picture brightness and quality as other settings. .and why all the apps that we are forced to have? they take up space and cannot be deleted... why?

The room has a lot of ambient light, with a widow directly behind the TV. The picture on this thing, even in the middle of the day is impeccable. It handles ambient light extremely well, the colors on it are amazing, and of course it has an extremely sharp picture. I would definitely recommend it for anybody who is looking for a very good TV in a bright room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth it. i had the 75 inch 8k tv for more than a year now. spent 3k for the tv and see no worth in it. my 4 year old 4k tv has better quality. first the dark backrounds are very pixilated and has lots of blue color. cant watch a dark movie without complaining. i turned on the intelligent feature and clarity mode. nothing seems to fix it. second is the streaming quality. i have speeds of 700gbps but the tv seems to always freeze and have issues. i need to use my apple tv to get best quality and best streaming. overall i felt like it was a waste of money compared to the lower price, older, but better quality 4k tv. dont buy this tv. go cheaper 4k

The thin size makes this a perfect addition to any home decor. The almost frameless experience makes great use of the viewing size. The 4K picture quality is amazing. I cannot go back to watching tv on anything else. It almost feels like the people are in the house with you. The picture quality is great in high and low light rooms with extremely minimum screen glare. The 33 million pixels makes for a crystal clear picture quality. The game mode adds another step to viewing optimization by creating/ enhancing a blur free experience by upping the refresh rate. The solar powered Samsung remote with its minimum design is nice. The remote is easily programmed to operate other devices such as my soundbar and Apple TV. Finally the one connect box is the icing on the cake of this television by helping to hide the ugly wires of the many devices I have connect to my television.

The picture quality is amazing. Sound quality is absolutely perfect too! The description of the TV saying it ultra-high contrast 8K with unimaginable picture details is spot on! It really does do that. I also love the feature of the Attachable Slim One Connect to help prevent clutter from cable wires.

This tv is the perfect upgrade I do not get the same enjoyment of watching other tvs. The frame rate upscaling for gaming is amazing. This tv was super easy to connect and the one connect box helps to hide my cables. The first movie that I couldn't wait to watch on this tv was the new Mortal Kombat film and it looked spectacular. After watching Mortal Kombat I couldn't wait to see how Mortal Kombat 11 looked on this tv from my Xbox series X. Crystal clear and smooth action from beginning to end. Now I can't wait for Xbox to allow 8K on their systems. Im sure I'll be blown away. Rewatching the Avengers movies on this tv made it an even better experience. The thin design makes this tv elegant. The quantum pixels makes for perfect clarity. I have this tv attached to my sound bar which it is also able to control. The simplified solar remote is cool.

The screen is really big and playing 2 player games on the same screen is great. the stuff isn't squished together and is pretty easy to see everything. works great. I also went back and re-watched the whole Mandalorian series. It sounded amazing and looked even better that the first time I saw it. This tv is awesome and i am constantly fighting with my brother to see who gets to use it. The 2 player games we really like are Minecraft and Rocket League. On my old tv, Minecraft tended to be a little dark when exploring caves and stuff, but with this new tv, it's easy to see everything that is around and I have been able to get tons more loot than I ever did before. We also use the tv to watch sports. I am a huge hockey fan and love watching the Boston Bruins. We have been watching all of the regular season games and are looking forward to the playoffs that are starting this weekend. The whole family gathers around the tv with some of our favorite appetizers and watches the game on the big screen. Its so much fun! I can't wait until football season so we can do it all again watching the Patriots! There are a ton of speakers on the tv too. They sound amazing. We can hear so much more of the hockey games, its amazing. Also, the creepy noised in minecraft are so much creepier wit this tv because it sounds so realistic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serious concerns on the technology. Overall picture quality is great. Sound quality is ok, but no where near as good as through a separate receiver. But that is nothing unusual about the sound from a TV. There are three significant concerns; 1) The backlight LED's are very easily visible in areas of solid colors or bright scenes. It's an incredibly distracting grid of bright dots. 2) Fingers! what is it with this TV and people's fingers? Every person who talks with their hands or is walking, their fingers get turned into digitized blocks. It's a huge distraction from what you're trying to enjoy on the TV. (and it's not just fingers, but that's the single most frequent occurrence of this digitization effect) 3) Blackouts, I've had the TV installed for barely 2 weeks, and there have been several instances of the TV going black for 1-2 seconds with no sound and then coming back. Most of the time everything picked right up where it left off, but there was one instance, while using one of the streaming apps, that the video and audio became out of sync by a solid 30 seconds and the only way to resolve it was to power off the TV and restart the app. It's happened on multiple apps and video sources, so I don't believe it was that app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge and amazing! My family and I really like to have movie nights at home as well as to play video games. So Screen quality is something super important to us. When we got our 75" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV we were in awe. For starters this TV is MASSIVE, it's amazing and the fact that it's ultra thin adds to it's aesthetics. Even though it's thin this TV is heavy and it comes with a heavy duty Tv stand (vs getting two legs). We ended up mounting ours to the wall.) You'll need two people to help carry and lift the TV for sure! The screen quality is always clear, crisp, precise, and you feel like you're on set of any movie you're watching. The sound is incredible as well! It really makes you feel like you're not going to miss anything; it's very clear! Set up was fairly quick and easy. I am not for one to have cords running all over (usually) and being exposed so I was very please to see this TV has the slim one connect feature. You have one cord plug into the TV and all other cords plug into a little box that you're able to mount on the back of the stand or on the back of the TV depending on how your set up is configured. We really like how the "home" feature includes a bunch of Samsung apps; however we do wish it supported non-Samsung apps as well. Perhaps there will be an update on that in the future which would be awesome. Alexa or google assist being built in is an awesome feature, we tend to use Alexa to turn the volume up and down when we don't want to reach for the remote. Speaking of the remote I love that it self charges via light! (and if you need a little extra boost you're able to plug it in to charge it up as well.) I love this because now we don't have to worry about changing the batteries all the time. The settings are awesome, straight forward to figure out, and not too crazy but they're enough for you to really customize the TV how you see fit. There's no lag behind the TV either, everything happens in real time and when you're waiting for something to load or pop up you barely have time to blink. If you're on the fence about purchasing this TV I promise you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend it.

It has very small bezels so there's more screen and less distraction. The Atmos sound quality is like nothing I've experienced before.
