Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hide the TV and bring life into the room When decorating a room both me and my wife like to bring a room to life, but not at the expense of space and clutter. This tv fill ups out living room space nicely between windows flanked by 4-5’ cacti on each side and frames adorning a top and the sides. When in art mode it really does look like an art gallery display and we love it! We found the picture quality to be above average with decent viewing angles and good enough sound to do away with the sound bar as to not break the illusion of no TV we were going for.

It's amazing and love how it looks like a picture frame and how you can add your own artwork. TV quality and resolution are great. I've been buying Samsung TVs for years and this was a great purchase. Definitely great value to go with the frame if you are considering getting a new TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV with broken hdmi2.1 it's already 1 year hdmi 4 port is not working with xbox series x. i bought the tv in december 2021. install latest fw update. no effect. lots of open discussions in the internet. according to rumors samsung developers already have sw fix for the issue. but it's not yet delivered. even if it's going to be delivered - this is shame to have it broken for so long time. be able to play 4k 120hz vrr hdr - that was one of selling points for me.

Picture's great over the Ir and streaming. If I had a wish, it would run Android instead of a custom UI so it would be more user customizable- my only gripe. That said, there's nothing else like it out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wall mount problem The included TV wall mount structure may not be suitable for the United States . It comes with a special wall mount, but everyone knows that only part of the walls in the United States is made of wood and the wood is often arranged regularly. The 75-inch TV(the frame) did not match the arrangement of the wood on the wall, and eventually I had to modify the wall mount, which took me a whole day( And it may be cost dangerous). In addition, I don’t know if it’s a problem-the panel of this TV is not very flat, it looks like a cheap mirror, but it does not have this problem when it is turned on. In the end, I like to watch the painting when TV is turned off, but if I use my own photo, it can’t be displayed in full screen. I don’t know why.

This tv is terrible. 6 weeks after the one year warranty and half the screen is shadowy and green and Samsung will not do anything about it because the warranty expired 42 days ago. A super expensive tv that is now junk after a year. It is obviously a faulty product since I have never had a tv fail this quickly and notice a ton of other reviews with the same problem. I am so disappointed in Samsung for not addressing this and will never buy a Samsung again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Art Store behind the times. the quality of the sound and picture are great. i have a problem with the "art store" functionality. 1-you can only have 1 "favorite" account. think pandora, napster, or any music streaming service. you can set up multiple playlists, and the "favorites" is in reality nothing more than a playlist. 2- the user functionality is less than smooth. i am somewhat of a died in the wool samsung kinda guy and expected more from samsung

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV looks great, but airplay does not work airplay only works when it wants to. i have tried every single solution found on google - did not have this issue with my 10 year old samsung tv. it is maddening. the tv turns on to the last app used also does not work. im sick of turning on my tv to samsung tv showing baywatch! separately, does anyone know if the one connect box can be hidden inside the drawer of the tv console? im looking to buy new console and prefer not to have box visible

The TV disappears when the TV is off, and it becomes a work of art. Fitting into any room, any taste, and any style, the TV becomes a true focal point.

The amount that came with it allows me to mount it to the wall and make it appear that it looks like a picture rather than a TV coming from people that enter my living room. I thoroughly enjoy that it allows me to switch from Ambient Mode, art mode, and other various modes that I utilize. The picture on the screen is amazing. Definitely would refer this product to my friends.

The ability to have art posted on screen when it's not being used is my favorite feature of The Frame Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV. I highly recommend it. Just the pricing of it is a little on the high side. Other than that GREAT WORK Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faulty remote i purchased the 2021 75" frame tv, which has a wireless remote. samsung doesn't specify how the remote communicates with the tv, but it doesn't work properly at a distance > 10ft. i get multiple or missed keypresses - one click of the volume control instantly going to zero, or the app selection running all the way to the far end of the menu. the manual says "use the samsung smart remote less than 20 feet (6 m) from the tv. the usable distance may vary with the wireless environmental conditions", but i am definitely not getting good performance at even 15'. support is quite poor - e.g. i was told to change the batteries - there are no replaceable batteries in this remote. they directed me to use a camera to verify the ir signal - it is not an ir remote. bad design, not a faulty part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why aren't all TVs like this? Had Multiple Samsung TVs in the past, most recently a QLED. Samsung TVs have always had great, bright colors & picture quality, excellent "smart" features, and are usually a good value. The Frame is no exception, but the design is unmatched. Freeing up the space a TV stand takes up + displaying artwork or pictures rather than a blank, black screen completely changes the feel of a room. The main way the TV is streamlined is a small-ish (think DVD player) console that houses all the ports, power cable, & fiber optic wire that connects the box to the TV and will easily blend into most rooms, but you will need a place for it. I ran it through the wall, & it couldn't have been easier. This hub setup makes it easier than normal to attach multiple devices. Also can't say enough about the improvements to the "smart" features - intuitive, responsive, & setup is maybe the easiest/best out of box experience I have ever used. I bit the bullet & paid for the art - it's a subscription which is a little annoying, but also worthwhile for the added convenience of having access to beautiful artwork. Note: you can upload your own images to the TV - while it's a little complicated, the smartthings app helps. Only small complaint is that this TV doesn't have the RF remote that my previous QLED TV had, making the remote a bit more directional than we are accustomed to, but not a big deal. Great design, included wall mount, "always on" screen with great artwork and images... simply unmatched.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Look, but Expensive for the Specs Overall we are happy with our 75in Samsung Frame TV; it's nice to have ART Mode and not have it be such an eyesore on the wall, and can add some elegance to a multi purpose space. With that being said at 75in, it's clearly still a TV on the wall, so it's not like you're fooling anyone. The specs of the actual TV for $3000, are the only thing that aren't awesome. You can find TV's from other brands (or even by Samsung) with comparable or better specs for a lot less. Im not saying the picture quality isn't great on The Frame, because it is, it looks awesome when watching a movie or gaming; but keep in mind you're paying a premium for The Frame features, which to me is worth it. My only other real gripe is that for $3000 it does not actually come with a Bezel at all. One of the customer service reps from Samsung informed me that the regular Black casing that is attached to the TV is not actually a frame, and an additional one cost $200 more, separately. At this price-point they really should include a frame of choosing.

We are not the most tech savvy, but love the picture and sound quality as well as the available picture galleries. We also bought a white frame for the TV and it matches our living room decor perfectly. Have had for almost 6 months, no issues at all, love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was great... Until it wasn't We bought this from Samsung in March 2021, and it was delivered end of April 2021. We loved it. Then in December 2022 (20 months after buying it) it developed a giant green spot right in the middle of the screen. Contacted samsung, and the warranty had run out in April 2022. They directed us to someone who could fix it and we were quoted $1500 for the repair. We are very loyal Samsung customers, and to have something like this break before we even owned it for 2 years is incredibly disappointing. I expect better quality and better customer service/warranty coverage from them. We won't be purchasing another TV from Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DONT BUY! LARGE DARK SPOT ON SCREEN AFTER 1 YEAR! TV is hardly 1 year old and there is a large dark cloud/spot in the middle of the screen. This is a high-end TV that cost me >$3,000 (including install) and it is broken after only 1 year.... This is incredibly frustrating, especially after researching online that this is a VERY common issue. In order to get the TV repaired it would cost >$2,000. Customer support even told me this is a common problem. Since this is the case, I believe Samsung should offer free repairs for this known issue beyond warranty, particularly given this is such a pricey TV.
