There are a good amount of televisions out there that have HDMI 2.1 inputs, but they all cost a fortune. The Samsung Q70A is affordable and plays the new video game consoles at a smooth 120 frames per second. The television is absolutely gorgeous.

The colors were vibrant and it brought everything to life....until it didn't. I started noticing a shadow on the lower left corner of the tv and then after a while I started noticing a other shadowed spot on another place of the tv. It a matter of months i had 5 different shadow spots on the tv. The image quality deteriorated and now all i see is the dark spot on the tv. And they are not small shadows I'm talking about 5 inches in diameter like a size of a small ball. Very disappointed.

Another great feature is the remote controls me turning on and using functions on my gaming console which doubles as my 4k bluray player. For the money this was a fantastic value.

Very thin bezel allowing you to enjoy your tv without having to force yourself to ignore a wide edge. Amazing picture with stunning details be it while watching movies or playing video games and I do both. Even watching regular programming is upgraded with this television. Aside from the picture, it was incredibly easy to set up— it practically did it itself! I absolutely love how it was intuitive enough to immediately recognize my Nintendo Switch and made a tile for it on the user interface (main menu). Even the remote control is great— I have shopped for televisions and have never encountered a remote that will solar charge and/or via plug-in; very thoughtful. And the charge of said remote lasts a long time; it is wonderful that the tv will alert you when the remote needs charged as well. Samsung, this television is the definition of a smart television.

I didn't realize that your Samsung TV and it's channels there was so many channels to choose from until I had the time to sit down and get to know my TV thank you my best friend

Had Samsung repair service come out, cable company come out and still no fix. Finally some one from Samsung called and sent out a software update. Fixed the problem somewhat , but sometimes the voice still doesn’t match the picture. Not happy

Fast cpu and volume is good. Pair it with a sound bar and you are in the picture. Mine is mounted with a swivel and I love that when my nieces and nephews come they play on my t.v. and move the t.v. around. It's a perfect t.v. for any room well almost.

Picture quality absolutely amazing during gaming or watching a movie, doesn't matter night or day it's just always perfect. Smart functions never lag and work as they should. I'm absolutely recommending it to all my friends and family.

The in screen lighting makes the pictures come to life with vivid,crisp and solid color for everthing from cartoons to live sports. The auto image adaptive picture feature automatically manages the brightness and contrast of the screen. The object tracking sound feature makes my new Samsung wireless surround sound system sound like I'm part of the movie. The soundbar also makes sure the sound is harmonious from beginning to ending. Being partially deaf I no longer have to turn the sound up full bore. With the TV set up in our living room, we don't even worry about light filtering in from the windows, since the adaptive picture feature automatically manages the brightness and contrast of the screen. Out of the box was an easy setup and paired with my Samsung sound bar and satellite speakers extremeIy easy and without wires. It hit the right balance with a nice mix of apps. I would recommend this to anyone reading this review

Vibrant color, great contrast and brightness and surprisingly good audio even without a soundbar or additional audio components. We hate the remote. Not enough functions and numeric keys to enter directly from the remote. Are there optional remotes available for this model?

The only issue that I have is the sound can at times be quiet, but in today's world, most people navigate their sound with a TV of this size and quality with a soundbar. Overall, I would purchase this again.

Only issue I had was with its remote but issue was resolved with just a phone call. They were able to replace my remote quickly.

The TV menu is very easy to use and very flexible. The color is perfect and easy to adjust to anyone's personal preference. The TV sound is very good on it's own but if you want to add a sound bar or just connect your wireless headphones to the TV, that too is very easy to do. All of my friends and family also love this TV and my hats go off to Samsung for creating another excellent product.

Whether it's Netflix, HBO, or Prime, the look of whatever you're watching is going to look great. The picture isn't the only thing great about this TV, the sound from the TV speakers projects and fills the room entirely. I'm currently using a Samsung Soundbar and Subwoffer to further enhance this already great viewing experience. Gaming is another reason that continually impresses me about thus TV. Doesn't matter what game I'm playing, this TV improves every aspect, whether it's the graphics, the sound, or frame rate.

But my decision to move on and try Samsung's QLED TV far exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is superb. The blacks are nearly OLED levels. Sometimes I can't tell if my TV is off or on. The sound is amazing! There's small built in subwoofers 5hat gives this TV bass levels I've never heard out of a factory built TV. The ONLY con I've experienced so far is the buttons on remote is super sensitive. It's easy to interrupt your programming by accidentally pressing one of the preset streaming provider buttons built into the remote. Best to keep the remote clear out of range of your arms and hands once you start watching something so you don't come out of it by grazing the remote control accidentally. Overall, I'm definitely not disappointed with my purchase and will stick with Samsung from here on out!

The HDMI 2.1 ports, has the power play for 4K with HDR and have a frame rates as high as 120 frames per second. On top of all that, the gameplay stays butter-smooth, with the consoles and TV playing nice via variable refresh rate, which reduces choppy movement and screen tearing. I also like the Intelligent mode which uses picture and sound along with the Ambient mode for picture adjustment for my living room viewing.

There are some trailing shadows in high paced video, like live sports but you have to be looking for it. All in all I love the TV. Will most definitely replace it with another Samsung when the time comes.

Watching movies or shows is always a treat, can't keep my eyes off the action or even just the amount of detail the TV enables you to see or the smoothness of motion with the 120hz upscaling. Could even say its better than my own eye sight if that makes any sense.

I was able to adjust the ambient mode to a perfect level that it was comfortable to watch television. This is the first time I have never had to adjust the settings. The picture was perfect right out of the box . Colors are vibrant, and bright ! Picture is crystal clear ! The upper right quadrant of the television is visibly darker than the rest of the screen. I verified it by viewing a totally white JPEG the size of the screen. I have my television connected to a home theater sound system, but cannot get the television to output multi channel sound to it. The only option available is PCM format. TV apps that support 5.1 channel sound or Dolby come across as 2 channel stereo.

If you are a gamer then this is the tv for you! Everything will reveal itself on this tv and no one will be able to escape the rampage you will unleash on them whether it be on call of duty or some car game. I like the simplicity of the controller and it’s overall usability. Features like bixby are nice but I don’t really use it much, it also has the ability to connect your other smart devices. 10/10 recommend. 5 stars. Much wow.

But at the end I will say it well worth the money. The first advantage is this one is so bright. When I watch Amazon movies at both TV, this samsung one delivered obviously better visual effects and much brighter. Secondly, this one responds so much faster than the Philips one. Especially when gaming. Last but not the least, it looks much better and slick too. It will be great if this is 75" or larger, but that will cost even more. Will be my next one for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love my new TV I just start to learn how to use all the features in my Smart TV, event hough I am not a savvy person this TV is very easy to use, it shows on screen how to use the remote and it's features, my favorite one is Netflix. it comes with Amazon app, and you also have the option to download the ones you want or you can use pair you phone to the TV. TV remote is small and doesn't need batteries. TV screen comes with a screen protector ( I left mine on) . in conclusion I still discovering my new TV features.

I have the ps5 and xbox series x hooked up to it and they look amazing on this tv. I really like the q symphony and dolby atmos. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but poor app selection i wanted to upgrade from my very old 48" non-smart samsung with a fire stick to a new 65" qled.i also wanted to go from needing four controllers to one and have all my smart apps available directly on the tv. but three of the apps i used most (mlb.tv, pluto tv, and nordvpn) are not available for the new tv. i will now have to plug in the fire stick, therefore back to two controllers and not having all apps integrated within the tv itself. so if you are upgrading, check if the apps you already have are still available/compatible with this tv. otherwise be prepared to use an add-on device. again, i love the tv itself but the weak smart apps offerings leaves me disappointed.

This TV is the fastest switching between different devices and between my different apps through streaming. It powers on quickly and has the best video quality I have ever to yet experience. The smart TV capability makes it extremely easy to customize and have all of your streaming services listed in your main menu for easy access. The only complaint I have is that the smart remote doesn't always play nice with the cable box. When trying to connect to the cable box and open the guide, it can be extremely slow or not want to work at all.

The buttons aren't intuitive, and the volume/channel controls are difficult to get used to. 2) The Smasung Smart TV interface is not as easy to use as the Roku player. The wireless connection locks up on certain channels requiring a reboot of the TV.

Some of the operating system could be better such as needing the ability to force close apps that misbehave. Most of the apps work great except YouTube TV which is horrendous and crashes every time I use it. Gaming is spectacular. Love that it turns on my console when I click on the shortcut. Also love that I can easily connect my Bose Bluetooth headset as well as my Apple AirPods seamlessly and it even asks me to connect again as soon as it senses my AirPods.

Pairing the tv with a Samsung soundbar was an easy task and it also mounts better than expected with it's size. My only complaint is that the sound isn't consistent causing me to increase or decrease volume frequntly. All in all. I would recommend this TV to a friend.

We looked for some reviews but since there wasn’t much info on it we took a gamble and purchased it. We are very happy with our decision and enjoy using our TV daily. We love the universal remote and that we can connect it to our cable tv. This allows us to store all the extra remotes and only requires the use of one. I also really like the game mode feature when I’m playing video games. There are several settings you can adjust to make the picture fit your personal preferences. You can also control smart devices from your TV such as a smart thermostat or a robot vacuum. These new features are something I’ve never seen in a TV before and it makes turning smart devices on super convenient. Overall, the picture and features are excellent for the price of the TV. Super satisfied with the product and would buy it again.

I also noticed a significant difference in graphic detail while playing cal of duty on my console. The colors are vivid. We spent a lot of time analyzing other brands and models. The clarity of the picture is spectacular and we often comment on it while watching a program. We have our TV hooked up to an outdoor antenna also incase we temporarily lose internet for any reason. We love having Samsung TV Plus that comes on the TV as it offers so many channels all for free. We bought the Samsung Sound Bar so with that combo, we turn up the sound, turn down the lights and we feel like we are at the movies. Love it. We found the set up to be simple and straight forward and we were up and running in no time. Very very pleased with our purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid 4k TV experience would recommend I use the Samsung q70a primarily for gaming and streaming. Overall the TV has been solid in all categories. The picture is vibrant and clear. The UI is easy to navigate and user friendly. I bought the 65 inch, which is more than enough screen space for my living room. I use a sound bar, which I believe is critical for this TV. The built in speakers do not produce much sound. The only other issues I have experienced is the remote stops working and needs to be reconnected occasionally. Also, there can be a screen flicker when playing video games and the VRR setting is turned on using the Xbox Series X. I would not let these issues deter you from the Samsung q70a. It is a solid mid tier 4k television that I have enjoyed thus far.

Adaptive refresh along with AMD Freesync Premium Pro and fast response time makes this perfect for shooters. But beyond gaming, the Q70A offers ultra deep color, excellent contrast and brightness and an operating system that goes toe-to-toe with the best set top streaming boxes on the market. The most underrated feature of all of the new "A" sets has to be the AI upscaler. Older HD and Full HD movies look incredible and give off that crisp 4K look without artifacts. Samsung knocked it out of the park with this set.

This is by far the best TV I've had. I primarily game and the picture is crisp. The solar panel on the remote is also nice but I just wish the panel was on the same side as the buttons( maybe samsung will do this on the next iteration). The stand is also really conveint since I didn't need to upgrade to a bigger TV stand to accommodate it.

The TV is good for watching movies and gaming (I didn't notice any issues when connecting the Nintendo Switch system). About a year after purchasing the TV, we decided to add a sound bar because the TV audio was just OK. It was a Samsung sound bar and the integration with the TV was straightforward.

Display offers many options and it looks incredible. Perfect to pair with the Xbox Series X, even without HDMI 2.1. Highly recommend directly connecting console to TV then use optical out from TV to surround sound, this enables all video options on the XSX. If you are a competitive gamer and want a huge display with a PC feel then this is it.

Attaching a sound bar via wifi was simple using the Samsung app. The built-in apps are perfect. Downloading and installing apps is a breeze. The motion quality on the movies is excellent. Using the universal remote was easy once the functions are learned. Great value for the picture quality. Highly recommend.

The smart control remote that came the the tv is very well organized meet all my needs to navigate. The manus are easy to understand navigate. The multi feature comes in handy when for viewing more than one source. I love the brithness and resolution on this tv. I love that I have access to Mircrosoft 365 directly on the tv. I can use Mircrosoft Word to write my letters, reports wich will con vey much in handy when I return to school. It includes access to PowerPoint and OneNote and other apps that are part of the 365 bundle. I haven't experienced gaming yet as I am still waiting to get my hands on a new Xbox Series X console. I can use my cell phone as a remote control and stream directly from my phone. I can also mirrors directly to the tv. I've only had this tv (on which I am writing this review) for onlly a few months but so far love it. I am pleased with my purchases (I bough 3 samung tv). I've waiting for several years for the right moment to purchaces them and I am happy.

The overall design and picture brightness is what stands out to me. Also, the full suite of smart features makes connecting with the various streaming apps really convenient. This model also has sufficient number of ports and types for connecting to peripherals. Overall, a terrific value and very happy to have this!

I do not like the preloaded vevo and Samsung tv menu options on the homescreen which cannot be removed. For these two reasons it receives a 4/5. Other than that the picture is clear, surfing and browsing is easy, and setup was smooth.

I enjoy that I don't have to use a streaming device like a fire stick anymore, and I can just install the apps that I want directly on to the TV. Another thing I appreciate that just works in the One Remote, at first I was thinking oh its only for the TV. But I recently got a Nvidia Shield for streaming and the remote even works to control it. No setup, it just works. The only real complaint I have is that I do use it for gaming sometimes and I wish it had Nvidia G sync or AMD free sync available through either HDMI 2.0 or a Displayport connection.

If you have other Samsung devices you can sync them with your TV and get updates and notices on the TV. We have a Samsung Range at it lets us know when the over is preheated and when it is finished cooking. I also have a Samsung phone that is sync'd with the TV.

I came from a cheap 6 year old Vizio LED TV so I already knew that anything I buy today will be an upgrade but I was plesently surprised with the picture quality and features this TV offers. The image is bright and vibrant making it possible for me to watch without having to close all my windows and shades. Reflections simply don't bother me anymore. Game mode works well and performance is smooth and stutter free. The universal remote feature allowed me to control my optically connected soundbar including powering on. Once I upgraded to a Samsung soundbar with atmos, things were even better. You can enable qsymphony as well as control everything on the TV itself. HDR and SDR content both look good. I had to turn of many of the picture clarity settings off to remove the soap opera effect but that needs to be done on any other TV as well. The contrast and black levels are pretty good as well and I could not find and glow or panel imperfection. The smart OS has all the apps I need and don't need and the solar remote is pretty cool as well. I wish the stand was a better quality and not an eyesore but it dissapears right below my soundbar now so I am not bothered. Overall I am very happy with the product.

This TV does a great job with reflections. The picture quality is fantastic and it handles video from watching football to playing PS5 with ease and make it look great. I love the high refresh rate capabilities. I would absolutely recommend this TV, it's worth every penny.

Don't get me wrong it is a great TV and the image quality is great; however, compared to my 7 year old Samsung the blacks aren't as black. I have attempted all of the picture settings to remedy fix it but nothing gets rid of the white showing through. The rechargeable remote is a great feature and it is nice to be able to use the Samsung apps again to stream! For reference I have had this TV for about a week. I needed a television for my bedroom so I purchased this to replace my living room 7 year old Samsung so I could move it into my bedroom. The blacks are so black on the old model that I have high expectations in that area. Overall I would recommend it but if the white clouding will get to you.... move one.

It has a low input lag that makes it very responsive, but unfortunately, you have to sit straight in front to enjoy the most accurate image due to the poor viewing angles, as is expected of most VA panels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An overall beautifully moving viewing experience My TV gets a great amount of use, being that the whole family and I gets our fare share of turns using the TV for various reasons fit to each of our individual likings, for example, personally, I use the tv to mostly stream my favorite music videos throughout the day whenever I need some motivation, my little brothers, GAMERS, which this TV has "changed their life" in the words of Carlos after becoming accustomed to playing their shooting games on our new TV. Then theres my mom, she just loves to watch her handpicked tutorials on learning new crafting techniques and styles while she sits in front of the TV and goes along with her canvas or whatever medium for the day is in front of her. We were in awe upon initial unpackaging and setup, the crisp and vivid picture on this TV, I cant even begin to rave to you. Its basically overwhelming how great the display is. The picture when my brothers are gaming, ive caught my mom jumping as if she was going to get shot in real life while they were playing whatever shooting game they play. Lol. While watching her tutorials, my mom says she feels as though shes right there in a classroom with the individual, more able to mimick what they are teaching than ever, my mom also loves the fact that her readers are not required with this tv, she can enjoy the full picture without wearing glasses comfortably. Thank you Samsung, we couldn't ask for a better tv!!!

In my opinion tvs now require some sort of sound enhancement, and for our home we choose a sound bar. Unfortunately I haven't cared for the Samsung bars we've tried, so a Vizio has taken its place and is a nice pairing. Bluetooth works great as well as wifi, we never have issues with speed or connectivity. The worst part about the TV is the remote(and possibly the signal between them). There always seems to be a delay that you can count on messing up the app/movie choice you've made, and countless spelling errors while trying to use the on screen keyboard. Also the game consol connected tends to turn out unprompted, but only when the TV is on. Overall we're very happy with the purchase.

Feels like I'm in an actual theater especially since I recently got surround sound. The many choices of apps make it easy to just go to. Netflix, Amazon, etc... Great sound with great (awesome) picture is a must have for me.

It just blew my mind when we got it home. I have had five star rating with Samsung. Customer service is top notch . I am very pleased with my experience and product and CS. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent television I love this Samsung 65’’ Q70Aa QLED 4K UHD TV. The set up was very easy. This TV is almost ready when it comes out of the box. The smart things app walks you through the whole set up process. The picture quality is amazing. The colors are very vibrant, bright and crystal clear. The design of this TV is very sleek and looks great in our family room. The remote is easy to use and is lightweight. I love that you can talk to the TV with Alexa and how it responds with the proper prompts. There are so many options and apps available and the apps are very easy to download. It is easy to use the personalized recommendations like YouTube and other favorite apps with the Google Play Store and with Google Assistant it is easy to change the volume, choose your favorite channels or even control our other smart home devices. The settings are easy to understand and very accessible. Streaming works great and without interruptions. Watching movies and tv shows has become a whole new experience with this TV because of the clarity of the picture and the clear sound. This TV meets all our entertainment needs! I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Immersive Cinematic Experience! I upgraded from a 55" UHD model to the 65" QLED 4K Samsung and it was definitely the right decision. The image quality of this TV is beyond anything I have seen before. The colors are rich without looking overly saturared and the videos transition smoothly from scene to scene. I was very surprised by the sound quality from the build-in speakers. Since I own a samsung soundbar I was able to use the Q-Symphony feature that combines the build-in and soundbar speakers for the best acoustic experience. I feel like I'm in the theater when I watch movies and at a concert when I play music. I am new to the Samsung TV interface, but it was super easy to navigate and very user friendly. I love that the TV remembers the last app I used and launches that one first when I turn the TV back. I also find it useful that it has voice assistant integrations, so I can use the remote's microphone to command tasks or ask it to shut down when I'm done watching TV. I like playing videogames so I tested the "game mode" and the picture and sound enhancement were amazing. Overall it's a stunning and stylish TV full of features to truly customize it to your needs and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for gaming The 2021 model handles 4k 120hz amazingly. It has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, so I can get the most out of my Next gen Xbox. It also has a dedicated game mode built in with what seems to be the lowest input latency available. This was a huge upgrade from my M-Series Vizio, and a great price for what you get in my opinion.

Also you can link you cellphone with the Samsung TV that makes it really useful to set up your personal profile. My last TV lasted more than 10 years before I changed it, for sure that this time I'll enjoy my Samsung TV for even longer

From smart technology to deep rich color and an advanced remote everything comes together seamlessly. The set up was easy and flawless in the integration of smart home apps was also relatively straightforward. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family as the display itself is very thin and beautiful on the wall without being turned on, But while being turned on the 4K content is absolutely stunning and I can only compare to other high-end gaming displays. The refresh rate and the clarity was overall surprising to say the least and does not leave you wanting more, leaves you feeling full and revitalized. This is my favorite TV I've ever owned I could see any size working out well for any scenario it's easily mounted on the wall and the foot stands work well too. The remote itself is amazing, sleek and futuristic, It has solar charging and a minimalist design which I love. The Netflix button is PERFECT, although i do miss my youtube button for my last TV. The built in speakers are surprisingly decent for how thin the tv is. Overall I would have paid retail and been happy with this TV. All the settings and display changes make personalization amazing.

The smart feature stack, and overall ease of use makes the dynamic picture quality that much more appreciated. I also have some other brands in use but I always go to my Samsungs whenever there's a choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV! The Samsung Q70AA QLED 4K replaced a competitor brand in our family room. USER INTERFACE: Samsung's user interface is seamless and paired with the simple remote, makes our viewing experience very enjoyable! We love how smooth the interface runs with zero lag when requesting apps to load, volume to adjust, etc. I really can't say enough about how well Samsung has done with their software for the TV. SOUND: We paired ours with an existing competitor's soundbar and wireless sub (2.1 system). It was as easy as connecting the HDMI (ARC - Audio Return Channel) to the soundbar and BOOM!, the samsung remote now controls the competitor's system. Flawless! PICTURE: So, of course, the picture is incredible! But, the test was watching NCAA basketball. I wanted to see how the TV handled the dynamic movement of the players and the ball. Was there going to be blur? Or maybe jarring? Or even tracers? .......NOPE! I'm not tech savvy but I will say this, at no point did this TV miss a beat the whole game! Almost as if you were courtside watching LIVE! Great job SAMSUNG! FIT and FORM FACTOR: Paper thin....enough said. Fit right up to my existing mount. I think if I timed it, I had it mounted in 15 minutes or less. Light enough that I only needed myself to mount. The other mentionable, the remote is solar powered! No more remote back popping off, or breaking and having to use tape to keep the batteries in. The remote is steardy and responds really well when requesting any operation. All in all, if you are looking for a really good picture and not wanting to break the bank, I would highly recommend this TV. When comparing to other similar priced TV's, Samsung always wins in software interface and picture quality hands down!

The new AI has taken a great leap from the previous years, as the directional surround it has built in is great for living rooms and the like, the only downside I had to it, is that my bedroom is very large, with my bed being 24' away from the TV . The quality of pictures is fabulous with the new ai on intelligent mode. I have saved the best for last, as the new tizen ui, it now has replaced my streaming dongle, now that I have all the apps I use and pay for on 1 device that connects to my smart things hub refrigerator, wifi pucks,all my doorbells,cameras and devices are all accessible from the TV. Samsung even syncs to my s21, my galaxy watch,and my s7 tablet for quick connections, smart view and It shows a notification on the TV for all my sensors,range done cooking, and doorbells. The new Samsung health app now allows for a USB camera to connect to the TV for a work out that corrects you when your not doing it correctly, you can watch yourself workout while watching your favorite work out videos. The camera also can be viewed from your smartphones camera as well. Watching games is a plus now that you can watch live TV and stream games on split screen. The new ai also allows for an awesome gaming experience, with a game mode, dedicated hdmi for gaming, game bar and several other awesome gaming tricks. So far , samsung has knocked it out the park with their 2021 Q series tvs. Can't wait to purchase the soundbar, and wall mount they have planned for this TV. Definitely a recommended TV for 2021.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Three years makes a BIG difference! This is a definite upgrade in picture, weight and thickness from my 2019 Samsung Smart TV. With all the new features and technology implemented into this television make it definitely worth upgrading. I put this TV on my wall where my old 2019 Samsung used to be. It is so much thinner and so much more sleek. It is a 25 mm thick design and looks like it is practically built into my wall. The viewing angles are amazing and I can see this beautiful antireflective antiglare screen from every spot in my living room. One of my couches is at a very sharp angle from the front of the TV’s and the picture looks just as crisp and sharp. The new dual LED background is definitely an upgrade from the previous versions. The color volume using the new quantum dot technology is noticeable when I placed them side by side. It blows my mind how much better it has gotten in just three years. The sound is way better also! (before I hooked it up to my surround sound system) the new 2021 versions have something called object tracking sound which makes it sound like you are hooked up to a surround sound system even when you’re not. It tracks sound so you hear a vehicle to your right when the vehicle is on the right side of the screen… Don’t know how they do it. One of my favorite parts is also the fact that it has native support for 4K 120 Hz. This is great when I play video games that have a high motion rate. So far I have seen no screen tearing or blur when I’m playing fast racing games. Everything is smooth, fast and crystal clear. Bixby, Amazon Alexa and Google assistant are all built in. This is awesome because I have all three assistants in my house. I was able to move around some of my speakers and strictly use the built-in assistance on this TV. Brilliant color from every angle, great HDR, great color contrast, great backlit dimming and 4K 120 hz picture are the best qualities in this TV. It is definitely worth the upgrade if you have any older televisions or any different models. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends.

The panel is colorful, with good response time, and it's therefore suitable for both gaming and streaming movies. At 65 inches, the TV is already very sizeable, but the thin bezels provide an even more immersed experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning & gorgeous, yet to simple to use I have been using Samsung TVs for the last 10 years or so and there's a reason I continue to do so. TLDR: I am very happy with the TV so far. Beautiful graphics, easy to use remote, simple smart TV interface, easy to use voice assistant (Alexa & Google), Free cable TV like channels, seamless integration with external devices, sleek and slim and no complaints. If you are not ready to spend on the new Neo LED series and this Samsung QLED is the way to go. Details: Unboxing & setup - The TV comes in a easy slide out box, and you'll need two people to open up the box and assemble it, to ensure you don't risk any damage. After unboxing, it took me less than 5 mins to attach the stand (instructions are simple, and everything you need is included). Within 10-15 mins of starting to unbox I was ready to start setting up the TV. Set-up & smart features: As soon as you power on the TV, the simple guided instructions make the setup a breeze. I choose setting up through my phone. I have a samsung galaxy phone and am already a user of Samsung Smartthings hub and app. If you are the same I was impressed with how easy it was to go through the initial setup and wifi connectivity It imported all key information from my phone and I did not have to deal with navigating a whole lot on the TV for my setup. This process probably took <10 mins and I was ready to start using the TV. It comes preinstalled with some of the major streaming apps and services and rest are easy to find and install. I was surprised to see a cable like Samsung TV feature which allows me to watch TV and some live news. Plugging in my Soundbar (of a different brand), it immediately recognized it and the external devices already connected to my soundbar. I could easily change source and navigate to those external devices, and control volume etc. from my soundbar just using the simple remote that comes with the TV. I like that the remote can charge with just the light in the house and I don't have to worry about batteries. Since it came in the box, after initial usage the remote did die out and I had to charge it 100% once with USB C (not included). But since then I haven't needed to charge the remote. I like the dedicated Netflix and prime buttons. Display Quality & Other Features: The 4K content looks stunning with Samsungs vivid color look that has been standard for many years. The ambience mode is a cool feature to let the TV blend into the background and become and art piece that this truly is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TV My home is and always been a Samsung TV home. 5 sets total and the oldest still works flawless which I bought back in 2008 for 1500 bucks. Got this 65" QN70 to replace a 49 QLED. Moved into a bigger home and the 49 got lost in the TV room. Right out of the box I did the required update, cat5e to the TV and the apps and browser super fast. I haven't fully tweaked the picture yet so it's on auto. The picture is still amazing. Lots of apps including Samsung TV plus. This doesn't have local dimming as the prior 49 but the edge lighting holds its own. The blacks are black and not cloudy or bleeding. Haven't used my Xbox in over a year, tried it on the new screen and man what a huge improvement. I cannot comment on the speakers as I use floor speakers for surround. Got it on sale from Samsung for 899 and was able to pick up same day at my local Best Buy. The set isn't heavy and a a big plus is the stand in the middle of the set so it was able to fit on my current entertainment center (needs an upgrade). Overall I am happy and satisfied again with Samsung.

Lots of available apps. The tv works perfectly with my Samsung smartphone with smart view. Also, the Samsung tv to Samsung soundbar is a match made in heaven with HDMI ARC. The processor should be stronger so moving through apps and guides is faster.

Has all the streaming apps i need. The movies and sports are So crisp on this TV. I also use it for my PC monitor for gaming and this TV handles gaming extremely well. The remote is easy to use and the overall navigation is easy as well. I use my TV for watching TV, movies, and streaming. Anything that comes in 4K looks great! The trouble with the connections prevented us from enjoying new programs. Our new Samsung easily connected to our soundbar and immediately found all our streaming apps and we have been enjoying all the shows that we have missed.

The only problem I ran into is connectivity on both Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SmartThings app. Sometimes the network is unavailable even though the rest of my devices are connected to the network and internet. Additionally, the audio will sometimes mute itself and I’m not sure if it’s somehow related to the Bluetooth issue. I only have headphones connected to Bluetooth and it is rarely actively connected to the TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for the price Was looking for a good tv for our bedroom and we didn’t want to spend over $1,000 USD. In November of 2021 this TV dropped bellowed $900 so we pulled the trigger. We have 3 other Samsung TVs in home as well. I like the fact that it has a 120hz refresh rate and how bright the TV can be. Color do really pop. I have a 2020 Q60 in my office and this tv puts it to sleep in terms of imitating quality. I also have a 2020 Q900 and I dislike the fact of how sluggish the operating system is on the Q900, the Q70 OS was is much faster and responsive. Over all I give this TV a 10/10 because it checked all the boxes I was looking for.

Picture and sound is crystal clear and the best I have owned. Only problem is that the TV its self can be a little laggy on the home screen when I first turn it on but that is my only complaint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive, one of the best TVs I've ever owned. I use my TV for everything. The picture quality is superb. Streaming is great and there are loads of features. I do wish that you could see the actual frame rate information for every piece of content no matter the source. It would be nice to know that you're watching something at as it's highest quality without having to do anything. That can probably be solved through a software update. Other than that, I do like how the TV seamlessly integrates between other Samsung devices, i.e. Samsung phones, tablets,and even my Galaxy watch (through the Smart Things app) . The TV remote also controls my Samsung soundbar. Samsung Dex is great as it adds a great desktop experience on the TV (it works in my phone and tablet too). I've since went all in on Samsung as I think their innovations are intuitive and make having these technologies user friendly. I'm no tech expert but I feel that Samsung has something that is useable.

Almost every time I use the tv within 10 minutes of startup the remote disconnects and most of the time will not reconnect for days. The only issues I’ve run into are that I had to do a hard reset 1 time due to the TV freezing and the xfinity beta app freezes from time to time as there hasn’t been another update pushed out yet.

We love the direct tuning features to Netfilx and Prime. It also easily synced to my Xbox and my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. There are several ways to tune this TV to your liking. We also added a sound bar and now we don't feel a need to visit a theater! I would strongly recommend this TV!

When my kids get home and want to play games the TV automatically switch over to whatever source it's plugged into which makes it better for them not to complicate things. Anytime we stream from our phones to the TV is easy,simple, and awesome get to show videos and or pictures of the kids, playing games on the phone and competing with my kids is fun that way we can all watch. We use AppleTV, Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBOMax and Amazon Prime. Cons: The frame appears to be pushing out some foam. Not sure why this is happening but it isn't a huge deal. The network connection is not always reliable even though we have it hard wired. I don't think this is a network issue but a TV issue. The operation of flipping from applications to application is a little clunky. I wish there were more smart buttons to flip between apps more easily.

I have watched so many movies on this, played games ranging from intense graphics to pretty simple ones (switch-ps4..etc.) and honestly I couldnt have made a better purchase. Only downside is that at times it lags , bit this is extremely rare. It has probably only lagged 3 times every in the course of a year that Ive had it (and yes I use my tv almost everyday). Overall amazing purchase and it is a very user friendly tv, it even changes the screen on its own depending on what devices you have connected to it. For example, if I turn on my ps4 the tv will automatically change to that hdmi port. AMAZING.

I feel like I am at the movie theater sometimes. The only thing I don't love is the sound. We have a sound bar and everything is perfect, but I definitely prefer the soundbar over the default sound. That is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

I enjoy the instant "on" feature and the ease of connecting to my cable-provider's universal remote. The picture is exceptional. There is a depth of image that makes me feel like I am there - in person! The colors are vibrant and stable! The skin tones are so lifelike, and the clarity is wonderful. The only thing I would like is more volume, so I am adding a Sonos Soundbar.

I did want an OLED though, but my dad was like “here have this one for free”. Perhaps a Samsung OLED will be my next pick. In terms of having a Q80T it doesn’t seem like the best decision when in fact the Q70T was picked for PS5 gaming. All round great gaming TV for YouTube, Netflix, etc.

Also make sure you turn off all lights around the screen because it will create a weird rainbow streak. It gets annoying. Other than that it does what it's supposed to.

The picture and sound quality are great, especially when coupled with the Tizen Smart TV system and all of the apps that it offers. It's easy to navigate between apps via the solar powered remote. If you watch sports that are broadcast in 4K, you will feel like you are there. Movies come in great, although I would make sure you create a theater like setting and keep glare to a minimum.

STUNNING PICTURE! ...and so many great features not available on a cheaper low end device like sync/mirror image a phone, tablet or laptop via Bluetooth, browse internet directly from TV, display 2 inputs simultaneously (great for sports) and customizable free streaming channel guide. Others have the free streaming channels, but there are so many that finding what you want is cumbersome. Samsung allows placing your favorite free streamers in 5 different custom guides to allow easy access. I have only bought low end smart TVs before, but my living room TV (highest use) has had to be replaced twice in 3 years! I'm confident that this Samsung will provide the long service I expect from this trusted brand, and all of these features that I didn't even know I was missing is just a great bonus. OK sound, not theater sound. I have no regrets spending the extra money that I did to get this TV.

If you're just looking for a good tv that covers everything well, I definitely recommend this. I do have a few gripes below over my year with this tv, but nothing earth-shattering. First, I had issues with my Xbox Series X flickering the screen whenever bright-white was displayed. It got pretty annoying, especially if I was playing at night. Took a long time to find a solution but unplugging the tv was all I needed to fix the issue, however the issue still appears from time to time. Second issue is with the Samsung tv app guide/search. It is pretty poor for finding where movies/shows are currently streaming. For example we searched "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" to watch, Samsung only showed a few paid options (Vudu, purchasing on apple, etc.) to watch the movie when it is on Netflix which I am subscribed to. So it doesn't display where to watch movies on apps I am subscribed to while Roku for example will. My last issue is more of a mini-complaint. I don't think there's a whole LOT more this TV offers other than it's screen quality and high-frame rate. The app-guide and menus I found to be a little lacking for a tv that costs $500+ more than a Roku or other budget options. Overall it's well worth the upgrade price for a higher-end TV and won't crush your bank account if you find a good deal/financing, however I would have liked to see more features for upgrading.

I love having the access to all the apps via this smart television without having to have an extra device. I was also able to save some money on my cable bill by downloading the Xfinity Stream app and getting rid of the set top box! The living room is full of windows and a lot of bright natural light. The TV handles it great. Can see the image no problem during any time of the day. Overall the picture is beautiful and great for watching 4K movies and content. Only negative is there is some motion blur during sports. But still an improvement over my old TV. We have greatly enjoyed adding this to our family’s hangout spot. 9/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great TV under $1,000.

Have quite a large number of pixelation occurrences but only on cable (Dish Network). Volume level (Numbers shown on Left Side of Screen.) is really non compatible with volume output. Maybe too loud on a lower number but maybe this is related to individual channel being watched Worst feature is length of time “Banners and Apps” on bottom of screen remain on when TV initially switched on or when changing back from App or Streaming Services to Dish.

You get the quality you’d expect from a name brand. For the money, I’d say there is nothing better. I’m a big gamer in addition to being a movie buff, it it looks great for both. Highly recommend. Lastly, I just want to say from my customer experience, Samsung is hands down the best out there. They have a next to none warranty and have always stood behind their products on the two(2) occasions I’ve had issues over the past 15 years. Both times they replaced the tv with a new and updated version at no cost to me. You won’t be disappointed in this TV or the customer service should you need it.

It has an specific HDMI port for sound system and another for game consoles. I would highly recommend Samsung QLED TVs.

The only drawback Is that the remote is really light and easy to lose, and and the Is solar panel on the back broke quickly. But we love that we can reach hardship with the USB.

I live in a very remote location so streaming is often not an option - I own a great many DVDs. Most are of movies that I know and love. This is the first TV that actually replicates the theatre experience. I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best upgrade in history This tv was at first just an upgrade for the PS5 when I finally find one but it became so much more once I discovered all the features of it that I now can't live without, so many ways to do picture and picture: YouTube and TV side by side Mobile phone and TV side by side Picture inside the picture at any location on the screen Giant screen and small screen On top of all this the screen is just perfect, so bright and clear, also the smart things app literally works with just about everything, I'm even finding my neighbors Bluetooth fan, I highly recommend this TV because it's the most fleshed out TV on Earth and I love it for that, lastly 4 HDMI ports and two USB ports, Samsung health built-in and USB camera for training, etc...etc...

Although it's not OLED picture is quite clear and brilliant about it doesn't have Atmos it has an Atmos capability button but it doesn't work on reverse sound back to Atmos soundbar only if direct source AND its a Samsung soundbar. I have the 120 refresh rate and really good picture but I've never tried a PS5 on it either. All in all, I wish it had a close up feature, love that on my others but I'm really satisfied with it.

I’ve only ever had problems on occassion with the TV zooming into my shows on certain apps weirdly but I could’ve also accidentally hit the remote on accident, hasn’t happened in months but happened frequently around the time I bought it. I like being able to really do anything from this TV. I’m big into sports and the live action plays are fabulous to watch. I also love to game and there’s no lag and the quality remains great

Great colors, mostly smooth and great for gaming! In love with it. Might have to pick up a second one for my room. Only con that I have is that there is some ghosting issues here and there while playing games on my PC.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best tv’s I’ve owned I use my tv mostly for watching regular cable tv channels. I stream movies occasionally and watch the Samsung TV Plus. I really like how many choices I have to adjust the picture. You can perfect it to your individual taste. The color is so sharp and clear and downright beautiful. I’d say that’s what I like the most about it. Previously we had a 55 inch tv but i bought this 65” this time. So glad I did. One more thing I really like about this tv is the type of stand it comes on. It’s a pedestal type. I’ve bought Samsung TV’s for years. The one that this one replaced was 10 years old and we absolutely loved it. We have two smaller Samsung tv’s in the bedrooms. I suspect we will always buy a Samsung when it comes to tv’s. Thanks Samsung for making such a beautiful product.

First and foremost, the quality of the picture is great - I can't find any complaints and generally feel like everything is popping more beautifully than our last TV. Furthermore, I would say there is a marked improvement to the general UX versus our last Samsung smart TV. While it's generally easy to setup and use, this one has been significantly more user friendly. I even prefer the menu navigation.

The research wasn’t clear, but I’ve had good success with Samsung in the past. We’ve had the tv for a few months and aren’t disappointed. Scream colors and clarity are excellent; the refresh is excellent. We really like the Samsung channels, the clean interface, and solar charging remote. Well done with that innovation.

I enjoy going thru the different channels finding all kinds of shows , from the old movies /shows to the latest in news . I ask my friends hey did u see this show? They I say no I then say you need a Samsung My favorite is the Dove Channel . Also another feature I really like is the setting app , easy to access and to move around . I only buy Samsung TV’s , had bought another like 6 yrs ago I hated it gave it to the grandkid (8 yrs old ) Went out and bought another 36 inch at the time , saved up money and them purchased the 65 that I now have moved the 36 to my bedroom . If I move and have a bigger living room I will save up and get a bigger one !!

A cool thing about the remote control is that it is super light and it doesn’t require batteries! It can either be charged under the sunlight, or via usb. The battery life of it seems to be extra long since we haven’t had to charge it at all since we got it. The only thing we were a little disappointed about is the integration of the Alexa voice control. It does not recognize the wake up word the way the Amazon “TV box” does. We have an older Samsung TV model in our room that is hooked to the Alexa tv box and it’s control via voice remote even when the tv is off. We wish they are able to develop an update so that our new tv has the same capabilities as the Amazon tv box. Overall, it’s a 9 out of 10 purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I want to like it more but I can't. First and foremost let's get this out of the way. This television is an excellent value. However getting to that value I feel compromised to TV in certain areas in comparison to last year's model R. Unfortunately the way that Samsung has set these televisions up for the 2021 year is that you have to compare them to the series below them from last year. For example this 70 series has to be compared to last year's 60 series. This is the procedure for Samsung's entire mid-range television for this year. The television itself is relatively thin for its price point. It is a very attractive design overall. The overall picture is pretty decent however I feel that it doesn't get as bright as it should. Overall picture quality it's fairly decent for this price point. I do however wish that Samsung would have continued to use a middle pedestal so I bought one and it makes the television overall more usable and small spaces. As I've said this is not a horrible television but it appears to be lacking in some features compared to the competition. I wish I could afford to have bought a 90 series Samsung as this would been it more in line with my viewing demands. So I would say that if you can afford the 90 series skip past the 70 60 and 80 and go with the 90. In my mind the 90 series is far more competitive against the likes of Sony and LG. And if I could afford it I would buy it. However this will serve the purpose

What this means is that I have a 65 inch Samsung TV mounted to the wall in my 14' X 14' bedroom. That along with Samsung's Accessibility Features has allowed me to enjoy TV watching again to a great deal.

Both program sources provide an outstanding experience on the new Samsung. I replaced a 12-year old plasma 54" with a 65" Samsung Q7 and couldn't be happier. The simplified remote works well, but I went ahead and bought a spare Samsung remote with "all the buttons" which I find a bit more convenient. I was especially impressed by connecting an antenna and seeing all the local stations added to the Samsung guide along with the free streaming shows.

I have found nothing that equals the picture and the clarity that I get out of this so . I have a little bit of trouble seeing and this helps me immensely I no longer have trouble seeing my television. That’s a great TV I would recommend it to anybody of any age . Thank you, Barry Roland

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best! I have owned Samsung televisions for close to 20 years. In all of those years I have only had one set that didn't last at least 12 years. Our 46" still works but has some bad solder joints so we bought the Q70 65". It has the best picture of any tv in it's class, in my opinion. If you compare pictures with all of the other televisions in a showroom, Samsung is the hands-down winner in it's class. The HDR performance is outstanding as is the contrast. Nothing is as good as OLED but until Samsung releases the new Mini LED format, this QLED set is tops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a smart tv that is actually smart I've had a number of Smart TVs in the past, and when I bought this TV I knew that I'd skip the Smart features as usual because they are always too slow, clunky, and generally frustrating. Before I had a chance to hook up my Apple TV box, I went through the Samsung general TV set up and realized that this was a much more sophisticated system than those I've had before (Sony, Vizio). That made me explore the Smart features. So cool! Very glad I did. Really easy to use and set up. Responsive and intuitive. I never bothered to plug in my Apple TV at all since I have the Apple app ready and available on the TV. I can control Alexa devices through the remote which is really nice and convenient. A few things I don't love. You can't delete some of the apps that you'll never use from their primary list. No little kids in my house, so I don't want little kid apps clogging up my list. There is no Apple Music ability, so I can't play those tunes and playlists through my TV and speaker set up. Maybe I missed something, but pretty sure I can't. A few surprises that I like. Samsung Health. Huh? An awesome little app that has great workout videos. I've done the yoga ones and a few of the HIIT ones. Maybe there was a sign at the store that mentioned this feature, but it was news to me when I started exploring. It's actually really nice. I'm a dedicated Apple user, and I liked my old Apple TV interface. This Samsung Smart TV interface is even better, and I haven't missed my Apple at all.

This is my second Samsung within the span of a year, and I loved it so much I bought an even bigger one for my room! Price is reasonable, from others who recommended this to me I can tell it lasts a while, and it's easy to synchronize settings with other Samsung TV's in the same house for a convenient viewing experience. My only complaint is that we use Hulu streaming and the app is not updated on the tv! Had to hook up my roku device to watch the updated version!

When staring at the screen in the typical tv environment amongst other tvs makes you double question how to tell if the pictures on the screen will be as clear when you take it home. From streaming on YouTube to Hulu, the picture quality is amazing especially with the different settings options. My sound bar is cool but these speakers on hear do justice! Theres a few settings The amplify option is great for music. The options for swapping through different apps is very responsive and not sluggish which is also a plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv, poor components. I used this tv for about 6 months. It started acting wierd (random input changes, power cycling). After awhile, it just decided to not show the display, audio still worked but display was gone. Couldnt get a technician to even look at it because I live on a military installation that closed its gate to outsiders because of Covid. When it did work, it was great. It handled my computer, xbox and streaming like a champ and look amazing doing it. I didnt like the software, however. It feels like it is overloaded and clunky, even to the point of force quitting apps like Hulu or Netflix unexpectedly. Being the second Samsung tv that failed in the same manner within a year, I cannot recommend any Samsung tv's, regardless of the price.

The new Samsung Health app now pairs with my Samsung tv camera so I now can do daily workouts correctly as the tv software watches your movements and let's you know when your not doing them correctly. The new ai works great with the all around surround sound that follows the movies your watching from one side of room and tv to the other. Samsung has now made them as slim and bezel less than ever . Great job Samsung. Keep up the innovative developments going

I love this TV, it does it all. at the time I got it I couldn't have asked for better. you can download any streaming service you want and do it all right on the tv without the need of a streaming device. the only draw back I now have is that on a PS5 you can not do 4k at 120hz but that is a newer feature for newer sets so I can't complain. I love the picture and how well this tv does. even the speakers are good

Was a definite must have for me because I have upgraded to the latest Xbox Series X and needed to run 120 frames natively. This the does that and more and looks super smooth. Also upgrading from a 40 inch Samsung 4k to a 65 inch which is also thinner, brighter and clearer is great. Actually the TV is so bright I winded up getting gaming glasses so as not to mess up the settings I had and keep the picture nice and smooth. Speakers are ok but I pared it with my Samsung soundbar so no problems there. Remote has suble changes but they add up to a revolutionary change, solar panel means no more batteries and that basically removes power consumption for rechargeables and money saving on disposable batteries. Game mode is great and settings as well. Can't wait to see more updates down the road and would definitely recommend this new TV.

Not a huge deal but one downside I’ve seen. The option to pick a smart assistant to work with your smart home is very nice. Additionally selection of apps is sufficient, with Apple TV included and Airplay ability makes for a well rounded device. Overall I’d say I’m satisfied wit it. The solar powered remote was a nice added feature I wasn’t expecting. Picture quality is great as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 65" Q70AA QLED 4K UHD TV I doubt the delivery driver was back in his truck before this thing came out of the box. The physical setup was quick and easy. I was able to get the TV mounted to the legs in place without a second person. The software setup was simple, quick and easy using the Smart Things app. Because this was not my first Samsung product, I already had the app installed and configured. Having services like Spotify already connected to my Samsung account brought everything over to the new TV with having to sign in again. The newer home screen is much cleaner than the old setup. Software wise, the only thing extra I could ask for is some sort of screen time limit and a way to disable TV plus or at least prevent it from starting when I turn on the TV. The first things I watched were a few 4k were a handful of Marvel movies. The picture quality is amazing, much clearer than my older 4k UHD TV. All of the sound is going through a sound bar, so I don't have much to comment about there.

I am very happy with this purchase because the TV we previously had was an older technology (just UHD) and although the image wasn't bad we didn't know what we were missing until we got the Samsung 65" Q70AA QLED 4K. I used the smart things app to connect and set up the TV, it was really easy to connect to all my accounts and connect it to WIFI. Picture quality is definetly superior to my old LED 4k TV. Tv looks stylish and is very thin for a low profile sleek look. Even looks nice when turned off. The remote is an upgrade from my old Samsung remote as well, intuitive software makes using apps and new features very easy. Having Alexa and google built in was great and worked well with both. I personally use Alexa more and connected it my other devices. Cycled through several 4k videos to test it out, the sharp pictures and smooth refresh rate looked great. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I am not at all regretful with the purchase of the Q70. It is much faster turning on and getting right into what ever app you want. The old cheap one, you had to wait a couple of minutes for it to warm up before entering an app such as Netflix, not anymore. The display is bright and has a sharp image, I am very impressed with the picture overall. My only complaint is the speakers, they dropped the wattage on these newer ones and they lack low end completely. I plan on getting speakers in the near future.

Did notice some flickering on rare occasions when a bight solid color comes up on the entire screen or sometimes when i switched the the ps4. Also the tv doesnt seem to proccess fast moving objects across the screen however changing the settings might help.

Most reviews pointed to Samsung, and after various debates settled on the Q70A serie. Found the Q80A was higher than my budget allowed. Upon purchasing it discovered a world of perfect viewing. This model went above my expectations. Thought that the 65 inches would be too big ( didn’t want to replace my beautiful stand) and since the television has a center mount, it makes it easier to place on any stand , large or small. Since It has a minuscule almost invisible frame, it’s big screen looks good in any room. This television comes equipped with many great features, and it is great for users who are interested in playing games. (The Q70A processes a smooth gaming capabilities). I personally prefer to watch movies and sports. I highlighted recommend this Model . It has a high contrast ratio, great brightness and fantastic mixture of colors, as well as a potent sound System, that gives user a Unique experience in television viewing.

This is my first Samsung Tv and it is by far my favorite tv I’ve ever owned. It also pairs perfectly with my Samsung sound bar. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very High Tech TV Extremely capable TV for streaming services. I needed my smartphone and laptop for setup. Nevertheless, the setup was relatively straightforward. The free Samsung streaming service offers a large variety of alternative programs. I was particularly impressed by the solar-powered remote. But the remote kept finding its way between the couch cushions because of its slim construction. The television has deep and rich colors, but flesh tones become too bright in outdoor scenes, especially Caucasians. Their skin tones appear bright and reflective. I tried to lower the contrast but had no success. .

I feel i could reach out and touch the tv and feel real objects. The remote has bold lettering and nice colors to accent features. I also can program my dvd player and my stereo with the remote. Was extremely easy to set up everything.

It exceeded our expectations for Smart TV features. We watch Verizon Fios TV on it, use the built-in apps to watch streaming, play Blu Ray discs, and use it for my daughter's Nintendo Switch. Among our favorite features are the Samsung streaming channels, which even include a Bob Ross channel. It is incredibly easy to switch between different sources. We have the TV hooked up to the Samsung Q60T sound bar and it sounds great.

The updates Samsung has made since we last bought a TV are noticeable and very much appreciated. Picture quality is much better (with the exception of one dead pixel). TV actually lets us make the most of HD shows and higher pixelated console games. The controller has a voice command option which we found pretty cool and straightforward. TV also has a split-screen feature which we're still playing around with but we like the fact it's even an option. Like most newer Samsung TVs, our TV allows us to easily pair our Samsung phones through smart view.

The colors are vibrant and crystal clear. The tv has a nice sleek design. The remote is easy to use and it is easy to control the tv with Alexa. Easy to personalize the tv with apps. The settings are easy to understand and navigate. Watching movies and tv is so much fun with this tv and really a fun experience with the clear sound and big screen. This tv has everything and I highly recommend it.

The inbuilt speakers are better than my previous TVs and the object tracking sound a cool feature. The third party apps work seamlessly and set up was pretty easy. Using it as our primary TV in the living room, satisfied with this purchase!

It is big enough to where everyone can see it from every angle of the room and the set up was incredibly easy. You can set it up manually through the screen or you can use your phone which makes it even easier to set up. Using your phone allows you to add all your streaming channels as well as a antenna to receive all the local channels. The remote is small and simple but has all the features that you need. We hooked up a sound bar and not only is the sound incredible but Samsung allows you to work with the sound bar which automatically muted the TV sound so you only have to control the sound on the sound bar which works through your remote. Samsung also has its own TV network that gives you free TV shows and free movies also allows you to purchase the latest movies and TV shows. Finally the picture is amazing and this is the fourth or fifth Samsung product I’ve had and I only do they get easier to use but the picture, sound and overall experience continues to get better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect! The Q70A is almost perfect. Here are the reasons: Pros: 1. The price is hard to beat for this quality. 2. The Contrast ratio is excellent. 3. Supports VRR (Variable Refresh Rate). This was a must feature when I was looking to buy my new TV. Great gaming experience with my Xbox Series X. 4. Dedicated Game Mode. 5. The TV is very thin and sits flush against my wall (my TV is wall mounted). 6. Supports eARC. This is an excellent feature as I have connected an external soundbar to my TV for pass through audio. 7. Excellent brightness. This TV has excellent brightness when viewing in daylight. 8. App selection is good. Now, the cons: 1. Okayish HDR. Not the best HDR I have seen on a TV. At this price point, I was expecting better. 2. Sound Quality is abysmally poor. Lot of muddling heard during dialogs. Highly recommend using a Soundbar if you can afford it. 3. Black Uniformity on my TV is not great. I see clouding in dark scenes. Samsung please improve your Quality Control. 4. Only 1 HDMI 2.1 port. Again, at this price point, I was expecting at least 2 HDMI 2.1 ports. My gripe is I can't have 2 gaming systems connected to the port if I want VRR. Have to manually remove the HDMI cable and swap.

The picture is so clear, I compliment my Samsung everyday because I do have other TV's in the house where they don't measure up to my Samsung 65". And, I like the Samsung TV plus smart television channels. I got 6 Tv's in the house and only one Samsung because it's in the living room. I wish all my TV's where Samsung. For a retirement at 62 this was my gift to me. I play a lot of games to and I like how it can be adjusted to my satisfaction. I own only Samsung products my next goal is for the biggest galaxy entertainment product on the market. I like a man that if you have a Ford vehicle then all my vehicles are Ford and not just because of it being a Ford its always because of performance like galaxy produces.

This TV fixes those two issues. One thing I'd like to see are more local dimming zones since other brands have that feature and more in this price range.

I decided to save a bit on this purchase and go with this QLED 4K. It’s not the NEO QLED, or even an 8000 series, far from the top of the line, but the picture and sound are amazing. The operating system is easy to use allowing for easy app download of your favorites (my wife had to have Discovery+). The remote is sleek and minimal and also charges itself with a small solar panel. Highly recommended this TV.

The first time my wife saw me playing Madden 21 on it she asked why the NFL was on this time of year. It is a great TV and I could not be happier. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV I am very pleased with the purchase of our Samsung QLED TV. It shipped nicely and was quick and easy to set-up. It supports all the streaming services and apps that I frequently use. I have had no trouble accessing Netflix, Disney+, Vudu, Roku, etc., and the interface is easy to understand. With a quick click of the home button on the remote, I can toggle between apps seamlessly. The remote is slick and smooth, fitting nicely in my hand. It has Netflix, Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus quick links built in which is a nice feature. The solar panel on the backside of the remote is an added feature, to help charge the battery. I’m not sure yet if it will be able to charge since the panel is on the underside of the remote, but if it does, that’s a nice innovation. The added feature of Amazon Alexa voice interaction is nice, but honestly, it will take some time for me to get used to that feature and remember that is an option. The TV itself is thin and sleek, and has beautiful picture quality. The contrast and color vibrance are everything promised of QLED technology. I have had no problems seeing the image from all viewing angels. I am pleased with the brightness and color output when watching a movie and while video gaming.

I have a Bluetooth sound bar that’s connected to my TV but an additional speaker isn’t necessary. I only use it for streaming apps or watching YouTube and no matter the app I use, the picture is fantastic.

Pared with the Smart things app on my phone I can control everything off my phone and sync my TV to my Samsung smart refrigerator and watch my favorite shows while in the kitchen. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung QLED = TRUE BLACKS I purchased my QLED 7 series about a month ago. I replaced my 2 year old Samsung UN65RU7100 which I moved to my garage. This unit is no doubt a major upgrade. I use it for watching mostly sports and movies. I love that the blacks are true blacks, not grey. The true 120 HZ refresh rate is a nice upgrade from the 60HZ 7100 series. There is no lag or judder when I watch action movies or sports. I love how thin the tv is front to back and around the screen. There is virtually no bezel around the screen. I have been a fan of Samsung for the last five years and will continue to buy for all my tvs! Well done Samsung!!!

Then I saw the controller, it is a solar charging controller that can also be charged via USB. I never saw anything like it before - so neat! Once we installed the TV, I could tell the difference in the picture from our previous TV right away! The colors are just bright and vibrant. I hooked up my gaming consoles (I am a gamer!) and the fact that when you change the source, it turns the console on, it blew my mind! Maybe I am impressed with the little things but wow. Ever since I started gaming on this TV, I do so much better. Not sure if it is because it can handle the upgraded console more so than our last TV (PS5) but it has made my game playing time so much more fun! I would recommend this TV to friends, family and strangers on the street. What an amazing TV!

Everything about it has impressed so far. 1st, I didn't think TV's could get much thinner, yet here is Samsung with this 1/2 inch surprise. Even as thin as it is, it still feels sturdy when handling. Combined with the thin outside frame, the TV looks stylish even when turned off. The "smart" remote really lives up to the name. Long gone are the days of entering codes to program and even having to switch batteries. The minimalist solar powered and USB rechargeable remote literally connects to other devices by simply turning them on. But we ultimately buy a TV for the picture, right? Samsung delivers with the clearest and a fastest picture I have ever seen. Fast moving sports and video games have flawless framerates. Movies are clear and detailed beyond believe. All of the preloaded picture adjustments are fantastic. I still cant decide which is my favorite. The preloaded and downloadable apps are really convenient. Getting to your streaming apps is as simple as changing the input source. I have even been impressed by the integrated speakers. Usually these flat TV's don't put out much sound, but this one has been loud enough to fill our oversized living room no problem. I'm glad I no longer have to turn on the surround sound just to watch a sitcom or the news. I highly recommend this TV. Great value!

The only thing that could be be better is wifi connectivity. When I turn the TV on in the morning, the first thing I see is a message "no internet connection ". It is easy to get away from, all I do is unplug the TV an plug it in back again. But still, it would be much nicer, if the connection restored automatically.

Multi-window view is great to have for multitasking. The customization options are plentiful and available apps is a plus. Voice control via the remote and other home smart units make use easy when busy with life.

It has amazing features so I can watch youtube and netflix on there. I always am watching youtube and listening to music so it is very nice to have around. When I'm playing any videogames it has top tier sound and I can hear so clearly where people are coming from or just to hear them talk. I highly recommend getting this tv and others of this brand as well.

The screen is bright, the blacks are pure dark blacks, and for gamers with the latest and greatest gaming consoles with enhanced graphics. For my next gen gaming console though it makes the games pop and they’re so clear and fluid. Streaming services that have shows in 4k they are even more detailed and crisp. The pictures seemed even more detailed than my 4K TV from 2019. 120 Hz is a game changer and should be mandatory on all TVs. It is such an improvement when watching sports or playing video games. Reduce motion blur is also a huge plus. Such an upgrade! The local dimming features displays both bright and dark colors and white and black is pretty amazing. The biggest thing that surprises me is how truly black the blacks are. I’ve already watched several movies on it and every scene in every movie has been absolutely beautiful. Sound quality is also impressive, you can clearly hear a lot more detail going on the screen. Once we hooked up the soundbar, sound quality was on a whole different level I'd definitely recommend this TV for streaming, gaming, you name it. It can handle it. And be prepared to get tons of compliments!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV we’ve ever owned We use our tv for steaming, movies and sports. The 120 hz refresh rate is amazing and the 4K picture quality is second to none. We paired it with Samsung’s Q70T sound bar and all I can say is WOW!!!

I use the tv for mainly streaming and gaming, but it also very nice to be able to fall back on the ambient mode when I have company over. It helps to enhance the setting. I love that my tv will automatically switch inputs when I turn on my gaming system. Also, the setup was very easy and everything is mostly programmed for you ready to go unless you prefer extremely specific settings. I plan to buy a sound bar but for now the built in speakers do a fantastic job of really sending out the sound in such a way that it feels more like a hybrid surround sound system instead of your basic set of tv speakers. Very very pleased with this product and will definitely stick with samsung on future tv purchases.

Beautiful clear picture, great sound and easy to use. I am able to stream multiple streaming services to further enhance my viewing pleasure. It even comes with a remote that has a small solar panel to keep the battery charged. I am extremely pleased with this television and highly recommend it.

This tv is very futuristic. I also love the tv remote being solar powered very nice touch on this tv model. The gaming mode is mainly what sold our family and all the hdmi ports that it has I don’t have to constantly unplug one gaming system for the other. Everything is hooked up nicely to with all my plugs and then some extra for those real gamers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture with a few adjustments We initially bought a model down from this one from Sam’s Club. The shudder was bad with Spectrum cable. After reading, we returned it and ordered this TV as the reviews were better. The shudder was much better and almost non-existent after making some manual adjustments that were recommended online. The remote does require some getting familiar with as it’s very condensed. The rechargeable solar feature is nice. We’ve added a swivel stand for convenience and to get a bit more height in our entertainment center.

The QLED line was super impressive to begin with, and they've gone and made it even better! The packing was secure, the install was great (we didn't use the stand), and the utilization of the set up with the HDMI ports was simple. It's a captivating and beautiful experience on such a large screen. We have this mounted on the wall in our great room. This is my favorite spot to watch Netflix originals in their 4k format. Ladies, I encourage you to view Bridgerton on this TV... I promise you will thank me later! Samsung has ensured we will stay loyal customers. Highly, highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality Ever since I got this TV it's been great. For gaming the VRR and Auto game mode and auto HDR are so good and makes it easy to just play without messing around. Watching or streaming shows is great as well with the sound matching with soundbars and object tracking. Brightness is great, actually had to reduce it a bit to protect my eyes lol. Samsung never disappoints.

So glad that I went with Samsung as the performance was the same and u have no worries with burn-in! I usually use it for streaming and gaming and what vivid colors it has. I do see some bleeds during near black scenes, but its pretty unnoticeable if you don't pay attention to it. The anti-glare layer also helps out a lot with sunlight and lights! What a great purchase and glad I went with Samsung.

I ultimately chose the Q70a and am I glad I did. This mid tier QLED set is a powerhouse with so many features that are enough to sell you on it. However, it’s real ace is the screen. All I can say is it’s stunning. It is definitely worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely TV with a few glitches I've had this TV for about half a year now and the graphics are great but I also come from having an older Samsung 45" TV so I can't compare with higher up models/quality. I did not have any issues installing it, it runs with my gaming consoles just fine. However, when watching any shows on Samsung TV Plus, it randomly freezes or mutes itself. Sometimes it'll resume back to normal programming after a few minutes, otherwise I have to turn off/on the TV to "reset". I'm not sure if this is the TV itself or the TV Plus app. Another thing is that the TV responsiveness to a remote click is not always instantaneous. Sometimes I click the remote and have to wait a few seconds before it registers my click. This doesn't happen often, it's a minor thing and I've always experienced it with all my previous TVs but just note that it is not always immediately responsive with the remote clicks so you may run into over-scrolling or double-clicking.
