Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Terrace on the terrace I purchased this TV and mounted it to a cart for use in my garage and outdoors. It says it’s for partial sun but it looks great regardless of the lighting inside or outside in direct sunlight. It’s Absolutely beautiful. I do highly recommend adding a sound bar if using outside though. Very happy with the purchase so far.

With the addition of the matching soundbar watching movies in the pool and sports on the patio are great times! I love the fact that the ports are sealed completely and that compartment is large enough to fit our FIOS box in a completely waterproof environment. Honestly the only negative is how much and hoe fast the cover ($200 dollar cover :( ) faded and turned purple.

In my previous home I had a cheap led model but decided to upgrade to the Terrace. the brightness of the picture an less reflection off the screen is awesome compared to prior TVs. I also added the terrace soundbar and the sound quality is much better than from the native tv sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Anti-Glare spent about $5,000 (with protection plan) on this tv and installed in a covered tiki (approximately 1,100 sq ft in size) and the glare reflection of the deck and pool is unreal. cannot really enjoy the tv during the day. the claim of reducing glare, is not true. will not recommend to anyone that will install where sunlight glare will get to it. i am a samsung fan (for now) given i have 15 samsung tv's at my house, but this tv let me down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality TV/Poor customer service wish i had read the reviews sooner. my husband bought this terrace tv through a highly reputable tv/audio dealer. before the installation, they came out and inspected where we wanted to hang it. they assured us it was in a great spot and the cover for it was exactly what we needed. we had no idea that less than six months later a black spot would appear on the tv screen. the tv is covered and in the shade. he's spent hours on the phone with them and had bond's opening tickets to get it repaired/replaced. they continue to decline it and say it is our fault. truly the worst customer service and a giant waste of people's time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Terrace 65" beast look this tv is by far the best outdoor tv i have had in many years. the nit brightness is off the chain. the clarity and contrast is great. i have this next to our pool running misters everywhere and it just performs. running sonos speaker set-up and hdmi from inside receiver. flawless connections. i'm a huge sony tv guy, but this is samsung's first intro to outdoor, and they did not skimp on anything!! pull the trigger, you will really surprised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ok tv. tv us not full sun as initialy stated. had cec control issues with my cable box. even though my other samsungs work fine with the same box. tech support and techs thet sent out are horrible. could be a great tv, not yet. fix the cec issue with optimum cable boxes. returned it, stinks because had a great price. dissapointed. maybe i need to spend sunbrite money for a true outdoor tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 weeks old i had a 75 inch terrace tv installed on oct 21st and i used it once and it was great, but we took the cover off on oct 31st and the screen had a line running down from the top and it looks like it could be water damage. trying to get samsung out to look at it. got a call today and they told me that the tv needs to be unmounted before they come. we cannot take the tv down and would have to pay someone to do it, why should we pay when the tv seems to be a piece of trash? if your tv would not be totally out of the elements then don't buy this tv. an outdoor tv is going to be outdoors and it will see some elements, this one was totally cover with their cover and it still gets damaged. beware!!!!!!!!

And My husband uses it for gaming. The picture quality is amazing I could not ask for anything better. The money I spent on this TV was well worth it. And watching football games is almost like I am actually their. My family loves this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed repair twice in a month received tv on 7/23. the i/r sensor went the first time on 8/11. they repaired that which took 2 weeks then after rhat repair, the screen was full of condensation. i havent been able to use my tv at all and it was fully covered. samsung coverage is a joke. repairs are conducted by a third party and only out in the area on one day a week. so one day to order the part then wait howevee long for part... 2 weeks or longer. absolutely horrible. of course they want to repair again. they wont offer a replacement even though its a brand new tv with all of these issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great outdoor tv ultra bright and easy to see in the sun. made a great addition to my backyard. sound could have been a little better but i guess that’s why they want you to buy the sound bar. for this price it should have been better. i ended up hooking it up to my sonance mag 6.1 surround sound system outside via hdmi arc port and it’s amazing now. just wish it wasn’t so heavy because there aren’t many outdoor tv mounts on the market to hold something this big and heavy. maybe samsung could come out with their own mount for it. also wish it had some sort of security latch on it to make it harder for someone to steal. i ended up finding an aftermarket wire cable that screws into the vesa mount to help secure it. other than that i wouldn’t change a thing. but let’s see how long it lasts outside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicely Designed Outdoor TV finally an outdoor tv that is not visually ugly. no ugly logos here! the remote is superb! only two complaints on this. first, samsung help is clueless about this product. they did now a mount to go with it, if you are going sell a tv with no mount, you better have a recommendation ready. second, there are way too many screws for the back cover to access the ports, very poorly designed and 3 of them did nor screw back- they were too short - very poor design for this part. the cover for the tv has already started fading after 3 weeks!

After an extensive search I needed to decide between a lower cost TV that may last a year or two or a larger investment but the confidence that I have may a INVESTMENT in a higher cost option. Great decision, TV is absolutely amazing! Day sun, dark night it doesn't matter the TV performs beyond expectations.

We use our tv for dad to day life, morning is always news in personal quality, we are always excited to stream tv show to catch up, the picture is very vibrant, and beautifully clear. With the large screen we enjoy playing games of all sorts, often when cleaning, the music apps are conveniently wonderfull with choices that are perfect for everyone., the streaming apps are wide on variety, so the choices are endless for relaxing alone or entertaining a crowd, I love the speed of the apps for loading and navigating what to watch, play or listen to, the internet browser is also very responsive with speed, the device connections are excellent, they help set everything up with you and guide you for proper connection, the smart hub is convenient and makes access to everything easy. The intelligence of the tv is amazing, no matter what I'm doing the tv guides me. I must say of all the smart TV's samsung smart 65 in. Is the best tv I have ever imagined even having. I speak a command, the tv does it with voice command at its finest I never have issues with having to repeat myself. This tv makes things easier and satisfying.

This TV also includes a series of modes one being game mode, and by doing so it brings down your response time by a far bit, and overall gives you smoother gamplay which is a must have in the family. Great TV overall really needed to upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV AUDIO NOT FOR OUTDOOR TV the outdoor video is great. the speakers however sound like they are the basic indoor tv tv speakers(not nearly loud enough when people outside are talking) samsung knows this so they push the sound bar at $1200 yes if you bundle you can get a deal but i thought i wouldn't need the sound bar cause it is a outdoor tv and it should have better built in speakers. so if your buying the tv just know your gonna need the sound bar so a $4k tv becomes a $5k+ tv( i did reach out to samsung about honoring the deal after i had already purchased and they said sorry you have to bundle the sound bar same time you purchase the tv so buyers beware. i would add that sound sound bar to the price when shopping cause you wont be happy with sound the stock tv speakers provide.

Tubi TV, and to play my Playstation 5 I love that I can use smart things and use my phone as a remote. I can tell Google to turn it on and off turn the volume up or down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer beware Four months old and full of water. Bought the $200 Terrace cover and kept it covered. Still, full of water. Beware, Samsung will not honor the warranty if water gets in, even if it may be due ti their manufacture defects. They wouldn't even come look at it. Plenty of friends have these tbs and have had no issues, so clearly mine was not properly built. Samsung wants me to pay $2,600 to have it fixed. Buyer beware. Samsung does not honor warranties.

I bought this outdoor TV with the peace of mind that it has a warranty for 2 years , well over 1 year after we purchased the terrace two big horizontal lines were on screen, Samsung said they had no one to fix problem or replace the unit . I am now out over $3500..

One lasted just under two years and the other lasted 2. 2 years and out of warranty. Samsung covered the part and sent one of their repair guys out. The repair guy cracked the corner of the screen and now the tv picture isn't clear and turns off and on. Samsung will not cover their repair guys work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad Warranty Experience Rating is based on my warranty experience. My 65" Samsung Terrace is IP55 rated and described as water resistant. It has now developed what look to me like water spots on the screen. The Samsung tech indicated to me that they will repair it one time, but I have to put up an awning over the TV or future warranty claims will be denied. I don't want an awning - why buy an outdoor TV? There is no mention of the awning in the user guide or warranty materials. Now I wish Samsung would buy it back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screening Bubbles Despite Replacement My experience with Samsung and this product is nothing short of disappointing. I purchased this TV for my private outdoor terrace in NYC. I purchased the Samsung cover as well as a custom made cover to insure it was protected from the elements. The picture and quality was excellent. After 4 months I noticed bubbles on the screen that increased in time in both size and number. I contacted Samsung and the TV was under warranty. (Note-I did purchase the extended warranty as well). They sent out a repair team who deemed the problem as manufactures defect and replaced the screening and encasement. Once again the picture was excellent until 3-4 months alter when the bubbles reappeared. Samsung refused to replace/repair stating it was my neglect. I went through the extended warranty insurance and the replaced the TV with a new unit. This worked well until 3-4 later when the bubbles reoccurred. I now have a rather expensive TV that is clearly flawed and Samsung's customer service refuses to assist in any manner.
