I was looking for something that would last for a long time without getting outdated and had some newer features since my old TV was nine years old. The picture quality is great, the sound is good, and the interface is pretty easy to pick up on. It has worked well so far, and given that samsungn typically makes quality products I hope it will last for several years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has the best features I love the 4k feature, 4K TVs have four times more pixels than traditional Full HD (1920 x 1080) TVs. Even on TV screens of the same size, the 4K TV picture quality ends up being more vivid and detailed thanks to the greater pixel density. This difference is especially obvious in big screen TVs, which in this case is my 60”.

Though sustainable-minded, a possible room for improvement concerns the setup which could include a simple paper cheat-sheet besides the on screen manual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Beautiful picture quality. Really gorgeous. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to turn off the auto play for Samsung tv. Meaning when you turn on the tv, It automatically starts playing a Samsung tv channel and I find that so annoying. I should be able to choose what I want to watch not have something automatically playing. Also that the remote should have a voice control so that I can connect with Alexa. Lastly, The menu isn’t really user friendly. I would think they could really simplify it so much better instead it’s a bit of a pain to navigate.

There are still some flaws in the software that for example when I turn on my TV my receiver will not turn on. However when I shut off the TV my receiver does shut off. Additionally there’s quite a bit of apps not available on the Samsung TV.

Boy, smart TV's have really come a long way in 4 years, the difference is like night and day. I am retired and use my TV mostly for movies and the news but there are so many choices on my new Samsung, with all the streaming and the many apps available, that I find myself exploring and watching other things too. I love my Samsung TV, the picture is amazing, really pops and is so natural looking. If you are looking for a new TV Samsung will not disappoint!

The remote has features that make finding what my son wants to watch easily. The TV is super quick and we never have issues. Finding all the apps and shows are with one button. Changing sources is quick and easy and the picture is crystal clear. We love it.

We used it replace an older different model (of of one of the few 60" then made) and the quality upgrade of the Samsung is substantial. Better picture, sound and "smart" tools. This is just a really good tv fo a reasonable price.

The old TV was perfectly good, we thought, but when we installed our new Samsung we were amazed at how much better the viewing experience is now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All-around great TV, with only minor complaints! This is my first 4k TV. I wanted a 60" tv for the living room that I will use for streaming tv and movies, and video games. I like the options to disable features like LED Clear Motion, because those give my wife a headache. The picture is bright, the colors look good, and the contract is great. Setting up the TV was very easy. The HDMI ports are easy to get to, and it is easy to mount on the wall. Downloading apps and signing in was easy as well. There is a huge selection of apps to choose from! I wish I could delete more of these pre-installed apps, simply because I do not want to use them. I like that the remote has a solar panel. I hope it helps the battery stay alive longer. The remote is simple and easy to use. I wish it did not have dedicated buttons for streaming services that I do not use, they are easy to press accidentally. I have had to re-pair the remote 3 or 4 times in 5 months. I have had little success using voice commands Ok Google on the remote. We really enjoy using Ambient Mode, especially the Cinemagraphs. They are great to put on in the background when company comes over. I have had some issues using the other modes though. The design of the TV is great. The very narrow frame blends into the wall nicely. It is also very thin so it doesn't stick out too far from the wall. This does make it difficult to reach the wall mount behind it to tighten the brackets. The speakers are good enough. I am not impressed with the bass, but they get the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliantly Easy I have had one fabulous Samsung TV for 12 years. It still works as well as the day I bought it but my husband was dying for a 4K TV. Wowza. This TV blew our minds. First, it was so easy to setup. It even registers itself! It connected easily to my phone and my services. The menus are very user friendly. The only problem we had was the super slim, minimalistic remote. It's easy to hit the wrong buttons, but we have found practice makes perfect and we are getting our clumsy thumbs use to it. The picture is beautiful, and fully customizable in the settings. It's bright, crisp and the colors are vivid and beautiful. The Samsung sound bar we paired it with connected seamlessly as well. Fingers crossed this slim beauty lasts us another 12 years. I'm not worried. It's a Samsung.

I am impressed with the quality of the picture especially in sport programs or movies, but the picture is great for other television programs as well. I have also watched DVD movies with excellent picture quality. It is a big step up from my older Samsung television which still operates, but without the same picture quality as the 60A. I love the new Samsung 60A.

The picture is so precise, clear, and vividly accurate with the overall view, and just exceeds any other brand by the way they propell the colors and contrasting features of those colors, and blend it all together to create the top of the line picture on a telivision that you can buy anywhere. The features and accessibility of those features are also top of the line. Very visible and organized correctly for ease of understanding for even the least tech savvy people out there. Overall I would grade this TV an A++ any day of the week, and would definitely recommend this TV and this group of Samsung series to any and everybody.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung has a forever customer in me!! This is now my 4th Samsung TV, and I refuse to ever buy a TV from any other manufacturer! I originally checked out their TVs way back when smart phones were just making their debut. I was lucky enough to have chosen the Samsung Vibrant when I had no idea even what to expect! My favorite thing about it was of course the beautiful AMOLED display. When I heard their TVs had an equally gorgeous display, I went to check them out. Back then, and still today, the difference between a Samsung TV vs all other the brands showcased in the stores was (IS) ASTONISHING!!!! They stand out so much that there's just simply no question as to which TVs are theirs! I was sold on that alone, bought one then and there! Got it home, and even though I was sure there had to be something that would make other people choose another brand, I was only more impressed by the ease of setup, ease of use, great audio quality, seamless integration with everything in my home, and the stack of extra features, most of which I was unaware even existed!! I was their loyal unpaid salesman after that, I convinced pretty much everyone I know to buy a Samsung TV! As far as durability, I have yet to see any problems whatsoever. The only reason I'm on Samsung TV #4 is because of some new, latest and greatest feature I wanted to have - as a matter of fact, I still have the other 3, they're just used in other rooms than my main living room! I just cannot say enough about their TVs as well as everything else they sell, they have a loyal customer in me FOR LIFE!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why just 2 HDMI ports. this is my second samsung tv and i'll admit price was very influential in my decision making. i should have done more research! why in this day and time are there only 2 hdmi ports. i have one for my fire tv and one for my cable so i can't connect my soundbar. it's connected via bluetooth but i have to turn it on every time i turn on the tv which means i have to have the remote out! on previous samsung there was a place for an optical cable, which is the preferred method but the optical port is different. wish i'd done more research on this area.

This limited me to a 60" TV which is not a standard size (they jump from 55" to 65") This was one of the few newer technology TVs that was the right size. I bout it out of necessity but ended up loving it. This is better than the previous Samsung that I had in that it has a small frame, great picture, and they simplified the remote significantly (my previous remote was two sided and required a gazillion batteries) I think the current remote recharges with light....

The picture is fabulous, the brightness, the contrast, the smart features...I threw away my fire stick because the samsung interface is just so much faster/easier to use! I mostly use it to stream some shows and channels when I get back from work and it's pretty relaxing to watch it. I love all the environment that it has with my smart hub and I can control it with my Google assistant. Also is very compatible with all the streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kids also love it because it's pretty simple to manage it and as always you can set some parental controls. Has great volume for the movies that's a big plus. I think I'm pretty satisfied with this awesome Samsung TV.

It has never glitched or buffered once, and we use at least 12 devices on our network. The picture is the best I've seen on any TV I have ever owned! The colors are vivid and stand out, the back-lighting provide true black and white, and the clarity feels almost 3-D. The TV is only a week old, so I am still discovering great innovations and interactivity. I will check in again after we've had time to enjoy this amazing piece of technology!

Care because you can actually flex the tv!! It's that thin! Bezel.......maybe 1/8" around the TV. It's a sight to behold. The picture is that of what you see in stores. As for expert settings, they are limited because it's not the flag ship model.... what ever.. it still looks amazing. I'm on the fence with motion. I'm seeing signs of that soap opera type motion that I don't care for..... but the jury is still out on that. Remote, solar recharging... love it.... no batteries to replace. Incredibly responsive... finally. Sound..... is very immersive...in debate if I need this cheap soundbar I have anymore. But, it's a full sound that broadcast dynamically. Samsung has really been doing their homework... Again I tip my hat to the company

The clarity of the picture, the contrast/saturation, and the natural color spectrum are unparalleled. Anyone looking to spend under $1,000 should not waste their time looking further - this is probably the best out there - in this price range, and even beyond. Even with 'old' content, you are never disappointed with the image quality.

The picture is clear when playing games and make the scenery look beautiful. When i stream from my roku, the picture is so good it makes me feel as if im there. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Persistence pays off At first I was disappointed at the color accuracy and washed out brightness. I kept tinkering with all of the settings in seemingly infinite combinations and after about a month I've finally got the colors, contrast and brightness perfect. At times I would think that I had the color perfect until I changed the channel or another show came on and the color /brightness would just fall apart, but I persisted until the image quality is perfect now no matter what I am watching. 4k content rivals that of OLEDs. I am also very pleased with the screen brightness. The controls are very responsive with zero lag. The home screen is just a little unclear because the selected item isn't very prominent and not as well laid out as roku.

It is full of features with a standard excellent Samsung app store. The picture is stunning with a great refresh rate and vivid colors. Not much to say on this unit other that its a great purchase. If you need a great set with top line features a d mid grade price, dont pass this one.

After reading reviews of multiple TVs, I was looking at three different brands in my price range. I have never owned a Samsung TV but I am not disappointed in the ability of the tv to handle multiple functions and meet the needs of my entertainment interest. The picture is high quality, clear and enjoyable. Last night I watched the opening of the Olympics and was impressed with the range of color and clarity. I am glad I decided to get my first Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PS4 connection issues are heavy. For a television that was marketed on great playability with game consoles, it's connection issues with PS4 are pretty severe. Other than that, this is a great 4K Smart TV and I would recommend it to anyone. Display is beautiful, apps work well enough, but bear in mind that this is not a standard Android TV powered device. This runs a proprietary OS and cannot sideload Android apps.

One it is very user friendly they have no trouble at all navigating the options for the many different selections for movies and their video games. I love watching sports on it, Sunday football games are amazing and I look forward to watching the games on it all week. Overall it's one of the best products I've ever purchased. Also have a PC connected to HDMI 3 so I can zoom and connect with ease to the internet. I even have my iTunes remotely connected. And the remote from my cable box controls it all. Picture quality is wonderful. I'm a happy customer.

I mean.... honestly how could anything feel like work once you power up this television. It's almost like a 3d experience when watching in 2d. Not to mention the dummy proof experience while experiencing all the features this machine has to offer. I call it streaming eye candy meant for a future which already present. Playing my play station is a whole new experience for me. The intelligence that has been put in to this 60 inch....well flat box is quite incredible if you really think about it. You would think it should be bigger to think someone actually managed to stuff all that genius into such a thin machine is remarkable. Samsung keep it up. If that's a possibility I'm sure you will continue to lead us into the future.

I got a ps5 and play my games on this TV. In the beginning I had to get use to what I wanted to get out of it. I finally found the balance in colors that I LOVE! I have different settings set up for gaming and TV and my movies. Speaking if movies. OMG I love the 4k on this one. How sharp and crisp everything is. Now it's not a OLED so the blacks could be darker. I still love it. My next TV I want it to be a 70 or 80inch. I wanna go big!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problems with YOUTUBE TV i did a lot of searching for a 60 inch tv that would have the picture quality and options that make watching tv fun. but i have been having a problem with getting youtube tv. it will load up but then stop working when i select a channel or program. i called the support number for samsung and the tech guy tried to make some adjustments. then stated it must be a youtube problem. he game me an 800 number to call for youtube and it turned out to be a fax number or something as it only squealed in my ear. i have an amazon firestick and it works just fine in a hdmi port on the tv, but i didn't buy a smart tv just to put a firestick on it. i'm about ready to return it unless i can get some help to fix the problems.

When I contacted customer service they told me how to fix it ( press and hold the remote off button until the TV turns Back on.

Screen quality is just awesome, very easy to use, volume when watching cable is somewhat low but with other apps as Netflix it is perfectly fine. Super easy to install with the Samsung account and connected to Alexa as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. I love the built-in abs. I no longer need to use fire TV or Apple TV. It looks great. I will wish I could’ve gotten a larger TV. However, the 60 inch was the largest that would fit above my fireplace. But without another one next to it for reference I can’t imagine it looking any better.Currently I still have an lcd from 2006, plasma from 2009 and lcd from 2012. All of the TVs still work well. It’s funny to look at my 32 inch from 2006 that I paid over $2000 for. I still remember the guy telling me that it had 2000 to 1 ratio.

One thing that is actually amazing... is with 2 of our televisions they have the greatest features for watching different things!! As well, adjusting color and balance and shadows and sharpness etc. So even if something is on that does not look great.. you can personalize it!!!! With the sound settings, as well.. if you are watching a movie the have a dynamic mode that is phenomenal! I think that the features that come with all Samsung products for personalization is just unbeatable!! EVEN WITH their fridges, washer and dryer and microwaves!! I am definately ONE of Samsung's biggest fans.. I would prefer this brand over any other out there!! They have very classy, feature rich, top of the line, durable.. unbelievable electronics. I will continue to recommend SAMSUNG to everyone on the world!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible lifespan. Bought this tv at the end of 2021, so have only had it a little over a year and it's already dead - of course just after the warranty expired. Black screen with an occasional low light flash. We've rebooted, reset, etc. and nothing helped. This is probably our 4th or 5th Samsung tv and we've been happy with them until now. This is probably the last one.
