Rated 2 out of 5 by from Constant WIFI connection issues. Overall a great looking TV, when it stays connected. We have to reset the WIFI settings daily, sometimes twice or more a day. It doesn't make any sense. Every other WIFI device works fine on our Google WIFI mesh network. There's even a mesh router in the same room as the TV. Our XBOX, PS4, and Firestick have no issues connecting and they are all next to the TV. Why, then do we have to reset the TV's WIFI adapter daily? I cannot recommend this "Smart" TV for that reason.

I liked the smart apps and the 4k resolution but after those 4 months the t.v. is on a constant boot loop. It will turn on then back off continuously. I can't even use a product that's not even a year old. Worst thing I've spent my time and money on so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lacks several of the apps showed on the packaging! Overall a good Smart UHD TV, given how inexpesive it is. I was impressed with the sound quality of the speakers. And the picture quality is also good. What I found dissapointing about it is that IT DOES NOT COME WITH SEVERAL OF THE APPS SHOWED IN ITS PACKAGING BOX, I felt misleaded about that, and there's is no way to install them even if you search for them on the TV's App Search.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy Bought this in November had it 1 month it went out Samsung sent a repair service out to get the tv they kept it about 3 weeks got it back my apps don’t work and sometimes the remote doesn’t work.....if I wanted a refurbished tv I would’ve bought one but no I paid money for what I thought was a good brand

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won’t play anything on amazon prime I’ve had this TV for several months and it seems great until I try to stream from Amazon prime, which only works about 10% of the time. I’ve spoken to my service provider, done speed tests and other services stream fine but I get an error on prime that says my bandwidth is insufficient. Boo. Lame. Seems to likely be an issue with sansung’s Prime app, since it works on my other tv, fire stick, laptop and phone. Tech support with my ISP said that they’ve heard this complaint from other people with Samsung TVs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great starter 4K tv, but.... Have had several samsung products, including a tv from 2008 that still works perfectly. I have had this tv for 2 months and it is unwatchable. Picture will constantly flash, and at times show vertical colored lines. Waiting on service request
