It has all the health features I want and need to help deal with my multiple health problems. Sounds and specialized watch faces are varied and more than I thought would be out there. The fact that I can either use Bluetooth or put an extra SIM card in it to use is an agreeable option. I can either pair it with my phone or use it separate as a separate device. This is the first watch that I have purchased like this and certainly will not be the last. Battery life last 24 hours which is way longer than any others that I've seen. The sound is very crisp and sometimes better than my Samsung Galaxy A32 5g. The volume is absolutely outstanding. I love everything about this watch and would recommend it to anybody.

I no longer wear my Fitbit Versa 3. The watch is big and shows off brightly colored faces and bands well. Its ECG reading even literally saved my life by detecting abnormal and even absent heart rhythm only to learn after being discharged from the hospital that I had suffered three heart attacks caused by my blood pressure dropping too low. Had it not been for the watch, I would've waited to call 911 and go to the ER and would've been dead.

It constantly alerts you that you have voucmails, even when you don't, but if you try to delete it... guess what? You have a new voicemail. This watch is horrible. I'd rather have a refurbished garmin!

The updated health features are awesome! There is as snore detection that records clips if or when you snore! It also provides blood oxygen levels.

I had a few issues with the watch at first but it wasn't because of the watch itself. I work in a salon and needed something I could keep with me in case of an emergency or to set timers for clients hair color. I can't always have my phone on me so this is perfect. It is my first watch and I'm hooked. I also love the feature of writing out a word on my watch and being able to text someone that way. I love keeping track of the weather on it, my steps when walking, and the fact I can personalize my watch face. Thank you Samsung. Yall are doing great.

It's comfortable on my wrist, the display is plenty bright during the day and at night. The battery is amazing, I can get 3 days of use before having to charge it.I couldn't ask for a better watch. I've had the apple watch 5 and the Galaxy watch 4 blows it out of the water. I bought a different more rugged watch strap and housing for it as I'm in construction, to protect the watch it's self. I can't wait to see what Samsung does with the next watch. Keep up the great work.. I'm now Sumsung for life.

Pros: faster, lighter, more storage , and most importantly galaxy ecosystem ready. Cons: screen feels cheaper and less durable, paint chips off, came with a silicone band, and issues with auto switch and recieving notifications. Also the switch from tizen to google, I had to learn a while new operating system .

I want my watch to tell me what time it is, count my steps, show my heart rate, and last a few days between charges. My Active 2 did that. This watch does not. On paper every specification is better with the 4. In real life every feature is less effective. This watch was offered as an upgrade at Verizon and was nearly free after trading in my old watch. I wish I'd kept the old one. Battery dies after a day and a half even with all connections turned off. Wifi, bluetooth, and LTE disabled...battery still dies in 36 hours. Cannot use my paid [WIN-Classic] watch face because....compatibility. Or something. Not sure what OEMs have against decent leather straps. Easily replaced, and I understand that it's my preference, but I can't stand plastic or rubber straps. If you have the Active 2: keep it.

It has alot of the key features you would want from a smartwatch and alot of options. The only downside to this watch is the bpm sensor is more of a throw of the dice as to the numbers it gives. If that part of the watch can be improved. I would say this could surpass apple watches.

Here are the pros and cons after 8 months of use. + GPS + Display + OS is smooth - The watch is heavy - lack of in depth stats - 8-10 hour battery life - step count and calorie counter are way off over long distance runs. I would recommend for people who are looking for a dedicated fitness tracker or casual users. I personally did not feel the value for the money.

Previous watches I've had just didn't compare to the versatility of this Watch4, let alone comfortability. With the standard band, I have zero issues and my skin can breathe, which wasn't the case with the other ones I have owned previously. In addition, the new features and upgraded speaker are just extra boons. Honestly, other than showering and charging, I almost never take it off.

Searched around the internet , went to the Galaxy store and didn't see the app there. Found out it somehow deletes if your phone does not support. Went to several Tmobile stores and FINALLY someone was able to tell me that my phone did not support my watch. There needs to be some kind of information that tells people about this situation. I already bought my watch assuming all of these features were available on my Samsung phone. The watch is great. The lack of communication is horrible.

I love the circular design compared to other watches on the market. I use it all of the time to check my heart rate, exercise levels, sleep cycles, etc. It's super convenient to read and respond to text messages and to answer calls. I especially love it when I'm using Google Maps! 10/10 would recommend!

Other than that it is a great watch with lots more features and options. Please keep the classic version with the turnstiles around for future watches~

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel pretty nice on wrist! light and good size the only think i miss is the ease of using the galaxy store for watch faces!! which compare to Galaxy Watch is super annoying i have to download the watch on my phone in order to use it and there aren't a lot of faces! hopefully this will get resolved soon. secondly, it has much more things than my Galaxy Watch, but more things came with more complexity to find and configure. i think the interface is fine but some of the functionality i miss like not having it auto detect swimming and auto water lock, plus not showing the number of laps instead showing in miles which is super annoying.

I am forever leaving my phone places. with my Bluetooth phone I'd have to drive around and hope I remember which store I last remember having it. Now I just use my watch and go right to it. Plus I am disabled and my whole house is samsung I can run my house between my watch and phone. My watch even tells me when dinner is ready from my Samsung oven. Also the voice from the speakers are much clearer and crisper. Love this watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Classic look and how light it feels. So when comparing to the iWatch from apple (owned previously), i think the Galaxy Watch is much more versatile. My Watch 4 even with the 4G on, lasts about two days at full charge. Using Power save mode, I can get about 3-4 days depending on my activity. The sleep data is also muchhhh better then the iWatch. Providing Blood Oxygen, Recording snoring, and tracking sleep activity was really top notch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't do quite as much as my last watch I bought this as it was on a free promo with tmobile and switching from apple and Apple watch, I was accustomed to a watch and needed one. It does mostly all the same things. Maps could be a bit better. And ok Google would be nice.
