I can leave my phone in one room and get notified from my watch of a text or an incoming call. Also, this watch tracks my steps and heart rate. The face of the watch is great, when I look to see the time it glows back at me the hour that's easy to read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun watch to have I had Galaxy Watch 4 for a week now, and it is definitely a cool watch to have. I wear it to gym, work and pretty much everywhere. It has good design, and feels just fine on my wrist. The touch sensitivity has little more room to improve. The lack on compatible apps is a little dissapointing, but hopefully it will get better as the watch with android os become more common in public.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience I've had this new watch 4 for about a month. I haven't had a watch since the Moto 360 version 2 which has been many years ago now. I thought maybe I would dive back into where OS and I've always liked Samsung products so I thought it would be a good mix. I'm glad I did the only downfall is I made a mistake I should have bought the larger watch for battery life. The battery life is not great but it does work okay as long as you have power saving mode on at all times. I don't like having power saver mode on at all times because it defeats the purpose of the watch. I knew I should have bought the bigger one that's my mistake. If I had to do it over again I would buy the larger one and I would repurchase. Samsung what is your return policy can we do a swap if it's been less than 30 45 days? Maybe I will email them and check it out and see. Thanks for the great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent after the FDA approve the BP app As an 80 years old fan who owns all kitchen appliances, an 8k TV, Tablet S7+, S20 Ultra 512gb, earbud Pro etc etc I was expecting to use the Galaxy watch 4 to keep an eye on all my physical conditions. I know that the watch has the capability of checking the BP but unfortunately in the US hasn't yet be approved. Of course at my age it is very important not for the majority of the people. So I sure recommend this watch that is a state of the art like all Samsung products.

There was a few complications right at launch but that was more of a minor software issue. After the updates that I needed to do it has been working flawlessly since.

I've noticed though sometimes my notifications aren't coming through like they used to via Facebook or text messages. And it disconnects from the phone within a short distance compared to another watch that I had previously. But it's pretty nice.

I'm a cross country runner so this watch makes it very very easy for me to track my pace, heartbeat, and overall time all at once. it is one of the most convient devices I have ever owned and will 100% recommend this to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Watch I chose the smaller version of this watch and am glad that I did. Anything larger and the bezel would be digging into the bottom of my wrist. In terms of features I would say there are many of them. Recently catching Covid the oxygen level was really nice peace of mind. The along with tracking and steps the water reminder and EKG help with maintaining a healthy life style and reduce stress. Furthermore, the batter easily lasts the entire day but does requires charging overnight. One issue is that the physical bezel is gone which can make it difficult to scroll through the apps, and it easily is scratched so I would highly recommend getting a cover for it.

I pre-ordered this watch and as soon as it arrive I was excited, it was very straightforward to setup and link to my phone and instantly started using it to track my health and stay up to date on my important notifications. Battery life is great I use my watch to listen to music at work all day to preserve my phone life. There really isn't much I would change other then not being able to use Google assistant but everything else is perfect!

When I use other apps it records even a 30 minute nap during the day Samsung app does not. Also it stops tracking hearth rate at the gym in the middle of the session. Comparing to watch active 2 - no BP lab 2.0 available :-(

I've spent at least $100 in a two year battery life spam for 20 years, that's crazy. This year my battery watch died, OMG enough is enough I wasn't going to purchase another battery I decided to purchase a smart watch instead and I'm happier for it. I really like this watch for example it let's me know when I need to move even when I don't, also I get texted notifications which is great I don't have to check on my phone all the time. I'm enjoying my new watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I bought the watch 4 when it was just released, I did have some ruff beginnings with it with battery life and some measurement errors but those have been resolved with software updates, I really like it, it's comfortable to where all day and while you sleep, for sleep tracking. The exercise tracking is really responsive to auto pauses unlike fitbit, 10/10 would definitely recommend for smartwatch newbies and intermediates.

It has a lot of features that your phone can do but it's on your wrist so it's a lot more convenient. While at work it's easy to check my watch to see a text or notifications while I'm in the middle of a task. Also tracks your sleep and tells you all of the exact details which is definitely my favorite feature. Turn on track snoring for a good laugh!

I never have to worry about taking it off when I go swimming and I love being able to go back to see my heartrate history. Also, the sleep tracking and coach and helped me get better sleep and develop better habits. The only caveat with the Watch4 is that the battery doesn't last quite as long as the Active2 that I had before this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch, sloooow charge times I upgraded from a Galaxy Watch Active 2. I love this thing to death, but be aware that the battery life seems to be hit or miss. I can get a full 20 to 24 hours on a single charge with all features enabled, but it takes almost 2 hours to charge back to full. Not the end of the world, but I hear that the larger versions will go for 2 or even 3 days due to the larger battery Samsung was able to fit inside. Overall, this is a huge upgrade and I'm very happy with my purchase. If Samsung could push out a software update to help slow battery usage (or a fast charger upgrade so I could top off more quickly in the mornings) then it would get a perfect 5/5 from me.

Unfortunately I do not have a Samsung phone, so I can't use the ECG feature. I look forward to updates to be able to do so. I have only ever had watch fitness bands before. This is my first foray into smart watch territory. I don't know how to compare it to other smart watches, but compared to fitness bands, this is a vast improvement. I don't love the battery life, but this is coming from fitness bands that can last for several weeks on one charge. Overall, this watch has the features that I have been looking for in a smart watch: SPO2, ECG, changing the HR frequency of measurements, GPS, detection if a sudden change in movement or direction to send an alert to a predestined phone number (this is great because I mountain bike), and the price isn't awful. :)

The only problem would be the battery only lasts a day and you can't get some apps on it other than that it's perfect! The size is just right and it's super customizable and the different variety of watch bands are great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect gift for the techie I have never really liked smart watches, there have always been some sort of compromise that I was not OK with. The Galaxy Watch4 fixes a lot of my gripes (except for battery life). It does everything I needed a smart watch to do, without any lag or hiccups, and does so with the same speed as my Galaxy S21. Setup is seamless and the features are rich. There's no need to write a full review, there are plenty of youtube videos, and they all say the same thing. GET IT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great companion....needs a little tuning up! I am pleased every day with the performance of the watch. Screens update quickly, animation is smooth. I didn't like the band, so I swapped it out for a leather band, but I have never liked any oof the bands that came with my smart watches. The only disappointment I have is the battery life should be better. I can barely get through the day, ambient screen is off, touch and twist to wake, brightness is set on auto. The last update, September 29th, seems to help. Hopefully it will get better with future updates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit! I tried out the Buds2 and they kept falling out/were very uncomfortable. Switched to the buds live and haven't had a problem since! They are comfortable and stay put all day. Definitely recommend if the round tip buds don't work for you.

I think the sensors on it tell me a lot, my body composition, blood pressure, heart rhythm etc. A few warnings though it gets sort of laggy when it starts up and to not use metal bands with this because in my experience it messes with the sensors causing it to not work correctly. I just switched though so everything is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smart/fitness watch, decent battery I bought my watch 2 months ago and I've been pretty happy with it so far. I've only had a Fitbit versa 2 before and I would say that this watch has a much better display, is way more comfortable, and is much more customizable. After some time daily driving this, I have a few gripes about it, though none too serious. For starters, I was able to turn my Fitbit's display off by placing my palm over it or by pressing the home button when on the home screen, but this feature is lacking on the galaxy watch4, also the battery life for a watch marketing sleep tracking (which is equivalent or better than that of Fitbit as it is also completely free) is a little worse than what I would have liked as it requires frequent charging and it is hard to find times to do so.
