Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointing GREAT WATCH! BATTERY RUINS IT!!!!! After the 1 years mark the battery barely lasts for 9 hours would last 48 hours at first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Massive Upgrade from Previous Samsung Smartwatches Having owned a previous Samsung smartwatch, I was blown away by the innovated changes Samsung made with the Galaxy Watch. Every aspect of this watch was well-thought-out for everyday use. From a sharp display to a right-sized form factor (42mm, the Samsung Galaxy Watch hits the mark for best overall smartwatch on the market. Even before turning it on, you can tell that a lot of thought went into the design evolution. Scalloped edges on Samsung’s turning bezel means it’s easy to grip with bare hands or with gloves on. The thickness, weight, and size of the watch are manageable for petite-to-average sized wrists of either gender. What blew me away was the number of different ways the watch tracks activities. Equipped with a sweet combination of major connected hardware (GPS, NFC (Samsung Pay), and 4G LTE), I can take the watch on a run, stop by my corner convenience store for a refresher, and then go right into the office. Sans phone. The Tizen OS is well developed to keep all the things you need front-and-center. Responsive, lite weight, and well-designed for touch and bezel turning. The battery life is the biggest improvement on this watch. Older models could only last 1, maybe 2 days. This watch kept going all week long. You could even take it on a weekend trip without the charger! In the office, this watch works great. I set up my appointments, reminders, and emails on my phone, and leave the phone in my desk drawer. Then I can keep track of my day on my smartwatch, without needing to pull out my phone. Notifications for phone calls, breaking news alerts, and important appointment reminders come in at the right times, thanks to the always-on 4G LTE connection. This is the always-by-my-side, trusty companion I cannot live without. Always connected, always aware, it gives me important life reminders when I need it. The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a “must buy” for any active professional or individual on-the-go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Smartwatch for far This watch it's lightweight compared to others watches including form the same brand, I love the Rose Gold color I received many compliments about it that it actually looks very feminine. Battery will last me all day even when I have a very busy days and it charges very fast. My favorite app is the find your phone, I never know when I leave my phone and if I leaving my phone home when I leave it lets me know as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features I absolutely love everything about this watch I believe its very user friendly, I am not exactly super tech savvy, but had no problems at navigating my new watch! The feature, find my phone has saved several anxiety attacks already :) my new watch is very comfortable, I wish the face was a little lighter but greatness of all the features makes it worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for working out The Samsung Galaxy watch is really impressive and has a lot of great features. Its comfortable and light yet durable, I accidentally dinged it pretty hard at the gym the other day and have seen no change in performance. Its comfortable and has incredible fitness tracking features. You have all the basics you would expect from a smart watch like inactivity alerts, sleep tracking, step counter etc. but it can also automatically track a bunch of different workouts to help you count reps etc. The battery life on the watch is pretty good, the only complaint I have about it is sometimes the watch doesn’t respond when you look at it exactly as it should but very minor in comparison to everything else it does well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful watch I’m so happy I bought this watch it makes everything so convenient. I can text and take calls right from the watch without my phone in range and I can pay at stores with the Samsung Pay feature by connecting my cards. The galaxy watch is also very distinguished, and I love that it has more of a look and feel of a real watch rather than a smart watch because my everyday style is not very sporty. I can wear this watch to work and still feel professional and polished. If you are considering making this purchase, I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes life easier Being a mom with 2 kids, this watch has been a blessing! First of all, my toddlers just love playing around with my phone, so I try to keep it out of sight as much as possible. The watch allows me the leave my phone behind and read texts on my watch, and sometimes even answer a quick phone call. It's also extremely helpful while running quick errands! I can just pay with this watch while holding my youngest in my arms. If I would have known how much this watch would make my life easier, I deff would have bought it sooner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a great competitor in the smartwatch category. Not only is it nice to look at, but it’s easy to use, quick to respond to commands, and has so many helpful features. The touch screen is very responsive making texting and phone calling on the watch a breeze. It takes no time at all to adapt to the interface and discover all of its features. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Watch 42mm LTE My wife got me this watch as a fathers day gift, and I've been using it every day since. Set up with my phone carrier was straight forward and quick. I can easily take phone calls and reply to messages, pay in all stores that have Samsung pay, get calendar notifications and even use it at the gym. One of the best presents so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not sure what I would do without my Galaxy Watch This watch can literally do it all! My husband encouraged me to get one as he has one too and loves it, but I was hesitant at first because I’m not typically the techiest person and assumed that this watch would be too complicated for me to really enjoy it to the fullest. However, I was so wrong, The Galaxy Watch is easy to set up with LTE service, easy to use, and has so much to offer that now makes my life so much easier. I set up my Galaxy Watch to my phone plan so I can send text messages and call out like I would on my phone but from my watch… which is honestly so cool. But my favorite feature is the Samsung Pay, where I can link my card and pay quickly at the grocery store or when buying a coffee all with the flick of my wrist. With 3 kids running around like crazy this is a lifesaver, as I don’t have to waste time digging into my purse for my wallet. My husband recently showed me how to access my health stats and to my shock the Galaxy Watch can track my sleep patterns, blood pressure, stress levels all in addition to tracking steps etc. I have to admit it doesn’t happen often, but my husband was right and I’m so glad I took his advise and got the Galaxy Watch!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This watch is amazing! I LOVE my Samsung Galaxy Watch! I wanted a smart watch that responded to texts and calls but that didn’t look like a sport watch as that’s not really my style. I loved the look of the Samsung Galaxy Watch but worried it might be bulky when I ordered it, however while it looks very expensive and heavy, its actually comfortably light. I can change the watch face to match my mood which is really cool too. So happy with this watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good device for the price This is a pretty good smart watch for the price, the battery life is impressive. I like that you can control certain functions with the rotating bezel, or the easy touch screen, and responding to texts is still easy, which I was hesitant about with the circular screen as opposed to a square, but that’s not a problem and I have actually grown to prefer the look of a circular screen as it looks more like a real watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great The voice command is very intuitive and catches commands and texts well for a watch. I can use this to respond to texts while I’m busy and can just speak my reply and it catches it very accurately. It also has a decent battery life and I really love the fitness features. I was expecting step and sleep tracking but the Galaxy Watch even tracks stress levels and monitors your general health. I have had a good experience so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice watch if that all you want The intergration of the Samsung Galaxy 42mm Tizen os to my Pixel 2 is not what I hoped. Most of the apps to use on the watch have to be paid for when the same app in the play store are free or the apps do not exist in the samsung store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Smartwatch When the navigation system in my car stopped working, I listened to music on my phone when I drive. Now that I have my Smartwatch, I can listen to music while I drive without the added risk of a car accident. It has really made my life much more easier. I love to make voice memos that helps keep me on top of things. It removes a lot of hassle out of my life having access to my photos, emails, and documents on my wrist. My smartwatch has filled my life with so many more new effective tools that I love to use every day. My favorite feature is the ability to watch movies and music videos on YouTube. I was very impressed with the quality of the picture and sound. I love listening to music on YouTube, using the heart rate monitor, and pedometer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Top Contender for Best Smartwatch So far so good, even though I have only had this watch a few days, I am very impressed. The convenience of having LTE is a nice touch. I am no longer tied to my phone, I can go on a run and listen to music while not having to worry about if my phone is still in my pocket or hand when I am running. Samsung pay is another great feature that has already paid dividends. The benefit of not having to carry around your wallet on a run and going to your local gas station to pick up a drink is just so easy. Just tap Samsung pay app on the watch and “booom” watch the magic happen as you put the watch next to the credit card machine. It’s easy as shooting fish in a barrel. I was enjoying the watch and then I got a notification stating my watch got a new update. After the new update I was very impressed with the new Samsung UI, maybes it’s just me but I am a sucker for its new look. Still so much to do and so many features to learn about just today after going for a bike ride, the Galaxy watch already knew what activity I was doing. I have yet to test how accurate the GPS is but I am pretty sure it will amazing. Hopefully, in the next few days and upcoming weeks, I hope I can fully test this watch and provide a new update. But what can I say Samsung made the Galaxy watch, the champ of all smartwatches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome watch This watch goes perfect with my Samsung phone. It is not a heavy watch but has a little weight to it. It is very easy to use and set up. The watch face is just the right size. The band is easy to change if you need a different band. I will definitely be getting an ungraded one when they come out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a really nice watch This is a really nice watch. I love how sleek and sophisticated it looks. The watch is bulky at all and its overall presentation is nice. I love that it has everything I need in one place! I am able to text, make calls, check my heart rate, and so much more! It was pretty easy to pair with my Samsung Galaxy phone and I was able to download additional face plate designs to suit my style. The touch screen makes it easy to swipe between the different apps. I have have had no issues and I am pretty pleased with this watch. It's so convenient for a busy person like myself and I definitely recommend this watch to others who are always on the go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another masterpiece from Samsung I've owned quite a few samsung smart watches like the Gear fit, 2 x Galaxy Gear S, Gear S2 (LTE, Gear S3 Frontier (LTE), Galaxy Watch 46mm(LTE) and now the Galaxy Watch 42mm (LTE). And with every new iteration, I've always seen a nice improvement of some type over the last, and the latest Galaxy Watch series is no exception. When I went from the gear s2 to the gear s3 fronteir, it took some time getting used to the big increase in watch size. And now, going from the Galaxy Watch 46mm to the Galaxy Watch 42mm, again, it's taking some getting used to. You'll find that the Galaxy Watch 42mm is actually the same size as the Gear S2 was, even the tempered glass screen protectors I had for the Gear S2 fit nicely on the new Galaxy Watch 42mm. As a matter of fact, the screen protectors and bands that I have for the Gear S3 work perfectily on the Galaxy Watch 46mm as well, I've already tested it the Gear S3 fronteir accessories I own on the Galaxy Watch 46mm and found they work. If you're like me and owned previous versions of the smart watches, you might also be happy to know that the chargers for both the Gears S2 and the Gear S3 work with the latest Galaxy Watches, both the 42 and 46mm versions. Although the 42mm Galaxy Watch model does fit the S2 charger better than the Galaxy Watch 46mm model does since the 42mm watch is essentially the same size as the Gear S2, but it does indeed work. As for the Galaxy Watches themselves, the increase in battery life, even by a day or two, is a VERY welcomed improvement. Another improvement I'm thrilled about is the ability to swim with the watches on and not worrying about damaging it. The Galaxy Watch is rated to be water resistent for water pressures up to 5 ATM. If you translate 5 ATM directly, that would equal 50m or about 165ft. However, they state it's not for scuba diving and it's water resistent for just normal swimming. The reason for this is because when you swim, you are actually exerting more ATM's of pressure/force as your arm crashes down while swimming. Just remember, swimming ok, scuba diving not ok, and you'll be fine :) I do use this the Galaxy watch (and it's predecessors) extensively when I exercise, like for tracking my walks/runs, weight lifting and other exercises. The Samsung Health integration and sleep tracking are features I'm constantly using to track my general well being. I have a world clock setup on my watch with times from different areas around the world that are relevant to my needs as well as weather forecasting apps. I tend to change my watch face and watch bands regularly to fit what ever i'm wearing that day or my mood for the day or to fit some specific purpose. One feature I've had to use was the find my phone and find my watch :) I just hate it when i set my phone down (or watch) and forget where i put it, luckily i can use my watch to find my lost phone and vice versa. Samsung pay integration is another nice feature of these watches. I frequently use my Samsung S10+ to pay at stores, but recently I've started using my watch alot to make payments as well. Although, unlike the Samsung phones, which can use NFC and the older magnetic swipe techonology to make payments, the watch only works with NFC payment technology. Which is fine, I tend to use the watch on the vending machine at work a lot since it takes cc's and uses nfc. In all, I love these Samsung Watches and with every new generation I enjoy them even more than the last. After years of owning various Samsung smart watches, I can no longer imagine not owning a Samsung smart watch in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Verizon (-1*) and Uber (-1*) Negligence verizon seems as though the device imei's aren't being natively added to verison's device management datatbase (dmd). i had to walk verizon support through adding the imei to their dmd after they originally told me it wouldn't work with their service and having to do my own research. it works fine on verizon now (bought in july 2020) for everyone with this issue, and there are several per this site's reviews. i believe this is samsung's failure. uber the uber app, one of the reasons i bought this watch, will not authenticate as the site the app routes you to seems to be broken, so no uber on the watch. i don't believe this is samsung's fault, but from reviews i've read this has been an issue for about a year now with no resolution. either pull the app from the market or have uber fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst of the worst i had all samsung watches from the beginning.love them all and of course was so excited when new galaxy watch came out. i got it ,1st couple weeks were very good.after 1.5 month sensor cover came off.i fixed it.it came off several time, very awful design.glass cover just glued on the back of the watch.after 1 year watch started over heating and turned off automatically. so i paid more then $400 for 1 year watch.i looked at all new watches and they all have same design. ironically, i still have my frontier 3 and for 4 years this watch is till working until ,i guess samsung will kill it when stop updates.i do not recommend this watch ,only if you want to spend $400 for 1 or less year. i am very sad and very disappointed.if watch has same design i am not going to get it.

Use it all the time when I'm running around town or at the gym, i don't need to care my phone around. I also use it in the water everyday, really an amazing watch!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big mistake I have had nothing but problems. The battery is terrible, doesn't track sleep correctly, won't connect with its line so the features I bought it for (using without my phone) is useless. I'm really regretting buying this overpriced junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Watch - minus the battery life. I have been wanting a Samsung watch for years, so I finally sprung. After being with Timex, Polar, Fitbit and Garmin I was stoked to pick this up. Primary goal was to use this to it's full functionality. Sleep, HR, Workouts, connectivity, emails, calls, text, with and without my phone with me...etc. However, battery life doesn't support that. I get maybe 8.5 hours out of it at full capacity. 13 hours if I have the HR on manual. If it had a quick 15 minute full charge - it may be different, but after 3 months of use it is going up for sale and going back to another brand as that is what stays on my wrist mostly anyway. I literally sleep, wake, workout, shower and get ready for the day with the Garmin - then swap watches to start the work day. By the time I head to bed I am down to about 15% on the Samsung, so I swap it back out. If your day starts at 4, 5 or even 6am and you head to bed about 9 or 10pm, I would not buy this. Even with it on power saving, I can only get about 30 hours out of it, but then I am not using it for what I have it for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Really Enjoy it Now!! Had the Gear Frontier ..had a separate data plan and loved it even though it wasnt as accuarate when leaving phone at home or office but at least I had some communication. The new galaxy watch was a nightmare because it was suppose to utilize the same number to your phone and work in real time.. Well that wasnt the case ,,almost 3 months of having a expensive bluetooth watch on my wrist and I was so disappointed!!!! no answers from samsung ,,no answers from tmobile ..The watch needed to be connected to the network in order for it to work and it wasnt!! I gave up until today 4months since and,,,ITS WORKING!! I was told that someone o n the tmoblie side had things screwed up even after I had sooooo many eyes on this issue...The watch is faster,,looks good!! I have the crazy watch faces with you cannot do with the YOU KNOW WHO!!..when i work out it picks up what type of exercise im doing and for how long..I work 2 jobs so I can monitor my sleep hours for my overnight..No complaint about battery life as I can get 2 good days and thats including my crazy watch faces that take up battey life,,LOVE THIS WATCH!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trendy ..but problems with battery capacity I have been using this watch for about few weeks. I am happy of the features that are at present. But it is better to increase the active widget sizes. For some applications, the keyboard does not properly respond such as you tube. one major drawback is the time it takes for battery charge. I have observed with the original charger and the cable, it takes over 2 hours from 0 to 100% full charge. Also, the battery life is not too good as advertised. I observed that with full time blue-tooth connection and with health check (heart rate at 10 minute interval) the battery gets fully drained in about 20 hours...!! This is pretty low point for a good device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not buy again This is my second Samsung watch. I prefer them over Apple for aesthetic reasons. I like that it looks like a normal watch. But I’ve had this for almost a year now and I’d say the vast majority of it, my phone will not stay connected to it. The whole point of me owning a smart watch is so I can look at text messages or phone calls without looking at my phone. It never stays connected. It holds up great to being banged around and I’m able to wash it in the sink (I work at a hospital). Those reasons plus the actual look of it are the only reasons for the one star. Otherwise it’s just a super expensive watch for me...not smart watch. I won’t be buying one of these ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Functionality - but not durable i have loved having this watch from the beginning - but after less than a year the rose gold color is rubbing off and is looking horrible! the watch looks old and discolored - not appealing at all . although i love the look of the rose gold, i should have gone with a silver toned watch so that i could have gotten more life out of it :( disappointing for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Here for a good time not a long time! This is my second samsung galaxy watch I've owned, I should've learned from the first one... the watch performed relatively well within the first 6 months I bought brand new, when it first was released and had some minor issues that are expected and were fixed for the most part through updates. However I experienced some issues that persisted and were never fixed or covered by warranty. After about 6 months, the top right button stopped working and at this point I don't remember what it does (samsung would not cover this under warranty it was going to cost like 50-60 dollars to fix, i experienced technical difficulties that never went away but seldom happened so I lived with it, the watch and phone (also samsung) would fight over which one would take/recieve calls and i would have to restart both in order for it to stop. The most upsetting issue is the "water resistance" i never submerged the watch EVER, only splashed water on it to clean it off or it got wet because of rain, well after falling in a body of water and my wrist going about maybe 6 inches under the water the watch no longer worked. After placing it in rice and allowing it over a week to dry it will not turn on but won't hold a charge. After contacting samsung they will not cover any physical or water damage to this product even though it's advertised as "water resistant". Their warranty is useless and only cover manufacturers issues. My previous samsung watch lasted about the same time as this. They're decent watches just don't expect them to last after spending 300ish dollars both times only for them to last about a year, not going to make that mistake again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch but battery life is horrible!!!! I have had this watch since October of 2019, meaning I have had enough time to play with it. It is not bad, however what ruins the experience is its battery life; when it is connected to my phone, on very basic use and mode, I can get 1 day and a couple of hrs of use, now again this is with everything off which kind of ruins the whole point of having it. On stand alone mode I can get 5hrs of use, maybe 6 but I have to keep putting into saving mode, which again, turns everything off! I wouldn't buy it again, too much of a hassle, especially when you can't use it for what you want to use it and the convenience of not having to always carry your phone; not an apple gal but apple watch has the win on this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT I love it!! I wouldn't change a thing. I can place and receive phone calls, text messages, alerts, reminders, you name it! The first call i received, the caller couldn't even tell we were having a conversation on my watch! The battery life is GREAT. Charges fast. I have had it for a month and I am still discovering new surprises! Fitness tracker exceeded my expectations. The bands are easy to change.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features. I bought this watch in December 2018 and yes I have tablet, phone and camera all from Samsung. In March of this year noticed that my battery was not charging; took it to the place of purchase and found out that the cost of replacement of the better will be over $100.00......I nearly lost it. I was not looking forward to replace battery on a annual basses at that cost therefore I recommend finding out beforehand about the cost of the battery. I would not recommend this to anyone based on that experience with the battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive You wouldn't think that was a smart watch at 1st glace, but it is and it is worth the purchase. Left your phone behind and your running late, no worries because the Samsung Galaxy Watch is there for you. Everything right around your wrist! You are still able to make and receive all incoming calls and messages. I had to download a browser and even a couple of games just for fun. The browser is a tap bit small on the 42mm of course, but you can zoom in a bit. All data will sync with you phone once your back in range. Of course, batter life depends on display, apps, sleep monitoring, and Bixby but overall I am very satisfied with its battery life span. Love swimming and other outdoors sports - Samsung Watch is still there! Even better you can connect with either Android or Apple and still function seamlessly! So, guys if you are looking for a nice gift for her - this would be an option. The rose gold is just what Samsung needed for the ladies since all the previous watches have been black. I have to say that its the perfect touch for a woman's wrist. Pros: - Excellent build quality - Attractive design with a truly round screen and sizes to fit a variety of wrists - Rotating bezel is an outstanding way to control a smartwatch - Outstanding OLED screen helps watch face designs look their best and provides strong visibility even in sunlight - Strong battery life – even the smaller 42mm design manages to last 2-4 days depending on usage and settings - Solid suite of built-in applications cover all the smartwatch basics, including a rich implementation of Samsung Health - Works with almost any smartphone and can connect over WiFi without needing to be in Bluetooth range Cons: - If you want to use the watch for phone call audio, the require audio Bluetooth connection can conflict with other connections such as in-car handsfree systems [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and functional Can I just start by saying I love my galaxy watch!! I’m constantly on the go for work and home activities and I often forget my phone, the lte option has been a lifesaver. I can make calls, send text messages and get all my important alerts without having my phone in my hand. As far as activity tracking I am also extremely pleased, keeps me from slacking on my workouts and lets me know where I am as far as my daily steps goal. I love how it can sense when my heart rate drops low or too high and it alerts to that as well, it can also sense when I’m too stressed and reminds me to breathe and helps calm my nerves a bit. Overall I am extremely satisfied and definitely recommend to everyone! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Watch! First off, this watch is amazing. It's a great extension to my Samsung phone. I have purchased almost every version of Samsung's watches, and this is by far the best. It's very sturdy. I'm very rough and expect my watch to be rugged and last. The watch is very sleek and appealing. The 42mm is a great size. I can use the Galaxy Wearable App to customize my watch face. There are so many choices. There are also plenty of bands to purchase if you want to customize it even more. I have my watch set to automatically track my activities. After 10 minutes of the activity, I will get a notification about my activity. Sleep tracking is also a useful feature. It's very comfortable to sleep in, as well. It only uses about 1% of the battery while I sleep. It also has the capability to completely sync up with the features from my Samsung phone. I use it to snooze my alarm on my phone, which is very useful, especially when my phone might not be nearby. I connect with my music apps, and I can seamlessly stream my music. You can even download music from your phone to your watch and sync it up with bluetooth headphones. You don't even need your phone nearby when working out. It will all sync up Samsung Pay is an amazing feature. It is so easy to use and secure. It sets up with a pin, so it doesn't activate on its own. I hold down the top button and it activates. I just flip my wrist to the kiosk's sensor and the payment is secure.  You can set up multiple cards and swipe to which one you want to use. I have never had an issue with keeping my information on my watch. Also, you can earn points with Samsung rewards with purchases, and exchange for items or prizes. The battery life is great. The battery lasts for days. I've decided the best time to charge it is when I'm at my desk, when I'm sitting and not being active.  The magnetic charger is great, it attaches well for charging.  LTE connectivity is great. I don't need my phone. I've had my phone die and I can keep connected with my watch, even with maps and directions I would 100% recommend buying this watch. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch! Perfect for working out The design is nice and sleek, I was afraid at first that it was going to be too bulky, but at times I don't even remember it's there. There are many awesome features on this watch that I wasn't expecting. Such as the parking spot saver and the ability to stream Spotify from it. I mainly use this watch to track my heart rate, it's very accurate. Often times I'm rushing out of my house, only to accidentally leave my cellphone at home, which is frightening because of possible emergencies. This is certainly a great back up for scenarios like that. I've also used this watch for working out and hiking, it sure beats lugging around a giant phone. I would certainly recommend this watch to anyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Watch Was very easy to set up with my samsung phone and easy to use. Immediately after setting it up I was able to figure out all the features. Love that I can have my phone in my purse and can see who is calling and who is texting me. The other features on the watch that i love is that is tells me how many steps I take and when I make my goals. I can see the weather where every I am even when traveling and I don't have to reset it every time. Battery last for two days so I don't have to charge it so often. I haven't set it up yet but I can leave my phone at home and use the special feature on the watch to be able to get calls and all my email and text just on the phone. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heat I got this a few days ago and its honestly love it but whenever I use Spotify on speaker for a few seconds it starts to overheat on my wrist and slightly burns it doesn't leave a burn mark but you can feel the metal part start to heat up. Is that normal or a malfunction?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish durable smartwatch This Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm is an excellent smartwatch! It is an all around beautiful watch to look at and to wear. It comes with a long-lasting battery and has all the smartwatch features. I love the fitness tracking features so you can keep up with your basic health data like heart rate, daily steps and calories burned. It comes with guided meditation and breathing exercises when the watch notices that you get stressed. This smartwatch is not only great for fitness and sleep tracking but can be used for daily wear. The elegant design makes it sometimes difficult to tell if you are wearing a smartwatch at all. You can even customize the wristband if you want to. The watch is easy to set up with the app on your phone. When you pair it with your phone you can use your watch without having your phone with you. It operates on its own and you can receive calls and text messages and download music. All the things that you normally do with your phone. It gives you the freedom to have only the watch with you when you are exercising or going on a run. It is easy to customize the applications and you can also customize the face of the watch. The battery of the watch lasts for up to five days when fully charged. You can also make a payment with this watch with the Samsung Pay NFC compatibility and you can even control your connected home devices with the watch. The watch comes with the wall charger, USB cable, quick start guide, charging dock and an extra strap. Overall, this watch is stylish, convenient, the rotating bezel is easy to use and it is a great size and feels comfortable on your wrist. It is a great way to stay mindful of your health and track your fitness and sleep combined with all the features your smartphone has in one stylish watch! I highly recommend this durable everyday smartwatch! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Laughable fitness tracker and no app support As a fan of samsung products, I was excited when my girlfriend gifted me the galaxy watch for Christmas. However, I could not be more disappointed with this watch. The fitness tracker is terrible. The watch fails to count roughly half the number of steps taken each day and rarely counts any flight of stairs. I have compared these numbers while also wearing my fitbit and using the google fit app on my phone. At the end of the day, my fitbit and phone will record nearly the same number of steps, but the galaxy watch will count anywhere between 40%-60% of the total steps. In addition, the app support with this watch is dissapointing. There is a clear lack of widgets and apps that are compatible with the watch. Hopefully samsung addresses these issues and fixes them in the near future. As of right now, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A WATCH FOR A NEW ERA Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm A Watch for a new Era Originally this watch wasn't very useful to me because I don't wear them. I believed that it was faster to get your phone out to check the time rather than use a watch. This watch has changed my mind on that however, I discovered the always on feature in the settings and now i don't even need to pull out my phone! The battery life is affected slightly but for my use that's totally worth it! Also because this watch connected so we'll to my phone I love being able to look down to see notifications! It's just so convenient! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super cool watch!! I have been a Fitbit wearer for many years and held off from buying the Samsung watch mainly because of the price. But when my 2nd Fitbit, in less than a year's time, died, I was ready to make the jump to Samsung. So glad I did!! I'm still learning all the features, but so far I love it! I don't think it tracks my steps very accurately but other than that, it's so freaking cool! I would definitley recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Smart Watch for Android! Received my Galaxy Watch earlier this week. My initial thought when I was unboxing the watch was, the watch build quality is superb! I love the mechanical border that allows you to navigate the watch OS. It's very satisfying to turn and hear the clicks! I like the included the second counter on the borders if you chose to have an analog watch face. They really try to make this feel like a real analog watch with a great touch screen! The screen is nice and bright with a crisp image! It has a ton features for fitness people that love to track their fitness progress! I really only use it for step counting and sleep tracking. I was able to get around the software for the watch super quickly! Which is great for something needs to be a quick use type of product! I love that I can customize which widget shows up first when I scroll the border to the right, in my case my media controls. I can quickly swipe to the right when I'm working or busy and change the track, turn up or down the volume. Those where pretty much my pro's of this watch, I do have some con's however. The Samsung pay app is a little unintuitive. You have to press and hold the back button to launch and enter a pin, which the numbers are aligned on the edge of the screen and a little small. So you have to hold a button, enter a pin on small buttons (or with the bezel wheel, which is a little slow) then touch the watch to the NFC contact. I wish they had different options to use this that speed up the process. I know this is just a security feature to protect your card not being used if the watch is stolen. My watch did randomly shut down and restart on me. After some research found out that it could be due to low battery, which it was at 30% when it happened. Hopefully it's not a recurring problem. My last con is, the LTE function with this watch doesn't work with my current phone, a Pixel 3 XL, or a iPhone. I was really looking forward to being able to leave my phone behind on my desk when I'm working and still get texts and phone calls through my watch. Not a deal breaker for me just thought I would share that. Overall the watch is solid with a few quirks that can probably be resolved through software updates! I have owned cheaper smart watches in the past and they felt cheap! This feels well built and looks great! I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a smart watch that doesn't look like a cheap toy on their wrist and is super powerful! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the Upgrade!!! I'm in love with the Galaxy watch. I bought the Galaxy Watch 42mm Bluetooth + LTE about 2 weeks ago and it replaced my Samsung Gear S2 watch. What an upgrade! The Galaxy watch is so much better. The improvements they've made since the S2 makes the Galaxy watch a must have for any Samsung phone or Android user. The first thing I like about the Galaxy watch over the S2 is the improvement to the the watch band. The S2 had this slide clasp thing that attached the band to the watch and it was horrible! The band would randomly fall off. The new Galaxy watch has a standard roll pin design, but with a quick release, which makes changing the bands a breeze, and they don't fall off! The battery life is really good too. I've been getting about 2 days on a single charge, and that's with very heavy usage. My S2 watch didn't even last a day. So great improvement on the battery life. The user interface tizen is pretty good and simple to navigate. I would like to see Android Wear running on it, but with the new One UI update for the Galaxy watch it makes the experience even better. It shows Samsung is listening to their users and that they are going forward with their "one UI" platform across all their devices. One of the best things about the Samsung Galaxy Watch is the crazy amount of watch faces you can get in the Galaxy app store. There are so many different watch faces that you can find the look and feel you want for any occasion, outfit, or mood. I'm a "Samsung fanboy" so I own the Samsung Note 9 phone, Galaxy watch, and Galaxy buds. The thing I love the most is how seemless they all work and communicate with each other. If I'm in a hurry, rush out the door without my phone, it's nice that don't miss a call, or text. With the LTE feature I don't miss an important call or text. Speaking of texting, that's the only small complaint I have about the Galaxy watch, texting on the watch can be a little tedious, and challenging at times. But it does have the speech to text feature which works pretty well for the most part. I wish it had Google assistant instead of bixby but bixby is slowly getting better, but I think it still needs a lot of work. Calls on the Galaxy watch are surprisingly very good. The speaker is plenty loud enough to hear in an out door environment and the microphone seem to work well too as the people I've talked to had no problems understanding and hearing me. One of the biggest features I like about the watch is water lock mode or the water Eject option. If you wash your hands, go swimming, or take a shower with your watch on and water gets inside the speaker port and sounds muffled, you use the water Eject option and it plays a series of tones, beeps, and other sounds to vibrate the water out. It actually works very very well! An awesome feature! The Galaxy watch comes with 2 size bands, small and a large. For me the small fits the best. It's comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Their are some really good 3rd party watch bands too if you want a different look other than the stock ones. But I think the stock ones are very well made and comfortable. The watch itself is sturdy and seems to take a beating pretty good. I work in a rough environment and I bump my watch all the time on steel and so far it's not even scratched. Compared to my old S2, the Galaxy watch doesn't seem to scratch as easy as the S2 did. The rotating bezel is what makes the Galaxy watch the most amazing and easiest smart watch to navigate. Samsung took an existing part of a watch and gave it a smart and very useful function. Using the rotating bezal to navigate through menus, scroll through texts, ect just feels natural, and the way a smart watch should function.  The Samsung Galaxy Watch also has a very good fitness/health tracker. I really didn't think it would be a feature I'd ever use or enjoy but I have to say I like seeing how many steps I've taken and try to out do my step count the next day. I'm averaging about 18,000 steps a day. I also enjoy that if I've been sitting watching TV too long it will alert me and remind me that I've been "too lazy for too long". It reminds me to get up, stretch, and move around which has helped my joints in my legs not be so stiff. Another nice feature is the sleep tracking. It keeps track of how much sleep you've gotten each night. It even knows when your in a deep (rem) sleep by checking your heart rate or something like that. I don't know how it all works, which is the beauty. You don't have to know, it just does it! So if you're looking for a smart watch loaded with useful features, the Samsung Galaxy watch is a must. If I had to pick my number 1 favorite thing about owning the Galaxy watch, it's that I don't have to pull my phone out of my pocket at work to read, or reply to a text message. The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a stunning looking, work horse, loaded with helpful and useful features. It's a great addition to add to your Samsung eco system. I'm enjoying this watch and if I lost it today I'd have to run out and buy another one the same day. I don't think I could live without my Samsung Galaxy Watch. To put it simple, it's become an important part of me. It's like I was born with it in my wrist and it looks amazing too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does well but drops connection to phone I bought the newer version for waterproofing to use while swimming. It works great. Periodically (4 times in 30 days) when the watch drops bluetooth and goes on standalone mode, I am not able to connect to Gear program. The phone (LG V20) shows BT connected but when Tapping Connect in Gear it tries then shows error "cannot connect to watch at this time" Only solution found to date is to reset watch and repair to program then restore from backup. This is, I hope some thing corrected soon in an update as the other feature work. This would go along with the sleep program not properly recognising deep sleep patterns I have read about. Annoying but not enough to trash the watch at this point, if these are not corrected down the line in say 6 to 9 months, then it could be a problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch and accessory Week one of having this watch and it doing great. My only complaint is the band, they are sized a little small, I have large wrist and the large band is almost too small. But not to big of a deal, that's the only reason for the 4 star rating. The battery life is I would say as described, I have noticed if you don't keep your phone with you and connected via bluetooth, it dramatically shortens the battery life. I can only get 1 day out of it, when not connected through my bluetooth. But it still works great, no change in features, Calls are clear and loud, no complaints on the other person hearing me. I love using the Samsung health app, it updates your phone and you can keep track of everything right on the watch with ease. I really like the smaller size, I didn't want the 46mm, I think its a little too big, this feels like a normal size regular watch, comfortable to wear. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cause I Had High Hopes Maybe if you're a female with smaller wrist and like Rose Gold. Female, I am and I like Rose Gold. However, this watch is lacking all sorts of potential. I wasn't that impressed with the battery life. After a full charge, the battery dropped to 96‰ within one hour and I haven't enabled any features. I had high hopes using it for exercise and that was an Epic fail. I did 30 min of HIIT and the sensor didn't recognize I was working out, but when I did yoga it was telling me, "good job". I wasn't impressed with the texting feature. It's a bit too crowded and I guess because of the screen size the letters have to be tiny and difficult to read. I wanted to love this I'm so fancy Rose Gold Galaxy Watch, but maybe I was expecting perfection from being a superfan of Samsung. At the end of the day, I'll continue to wear this watch over my other one seeing as it fits my wrist beautifully and the color goes so well with my skin tone. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly useful timepiece There are so many wonderful features that the Samsung Galaxy Watch offers. It really does make your day more productive. First thing that is impressive is how long the charge lasts, and you can change the battery saver for even longer charge. There are so many different widgets and customization features that I won't be able to list them all. Lets start with the Samsung Health app that not only keeps track of your steps but lets you know how many calories you have burned and also reminds you to stretch and move if you have stayed still too long. It is also water proof so you can go swimming with it. The speakers are really good and being able to link up to your phone's music or a music app while you do housework is great or you can pair it with some Bluetooth headphones. You can use the Find My Phone feature and even if your phone is on silent it will ring. You can customize the Quick Settings panel as well as the order for your apps when using the bevel. There is also a Theater Mode which turns all the alarms, notifications, sounds and lighting off while in the theater. You can even take a screen shot on the watch and send it to your phone to share. By default if you double press the home key you will be taken to Bixby, and if you want to change that you need to go into Advanced Settings and choose what you want. There are so many watch faces to choose from as well. Some charge a small fee and others are free. There are just so many great things about this watch and I could go on and on! I totally recommend the Samsung Galaxy Watch! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving my new watch! I recently received my watch within the past two weeks. I have yet to add it to my account with cell service (trying to lower my bills) but I've been using it on bluetooth. On bluetooth the range is awesome. I have left my phone several feet away and been able to come back and it connects seamlessly. I love the reminders to walk and get to moving especially the little exercises it offers if I cant leave my seat or have been standing too long. I have timers at my job for the safes and I can set a reminder by voice when to go back and open them. Lastly it looks so nice. I opted for the gold 42 and purchased new bands for it. The face looks classy and even with the included band it looks nice too I'm excited for my purchase. I have also washed my hands with it on with no issues. I use it for my gym, jogging and other workouts. It keeps good track of my workouts and steps. The battery life is longer than I thought. The other features like messages, calls, and notification are fasters and quick. I got an extra strap with the watch. That's so cool. I have been more active, all thanks to this watch. Love it !! Rated 5 out of 5 by from LTE Doesn't work People from every carrier have reported the same problem that they can't connect to their LTE Network. First I thought it was a isolated problem with AT&T, and their Number Sync, but I read the reviews on the other Carrier sites, and learned others had the same problem. Honestly, becase of this, and the poor battery life Samsung should issue a recall for the Galaxy Watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Watch with Samsung Note The Samsung Galaxy Watch is one of the most refined smartwatches you can buy today. It has Impressive 1.5 days battery life (turn Wifi and Bluetooth ON). It looks like a real wrist watch compared to the Apple Watch. The circular screen and rotating bezel make it stylish, and easy control. The 1.2 inch Super AMOLED screen is bright and color-rich, it full utilities the Samsung Technology. It can automatic measure heart rate and auto tracked run. The drawback is 1) no Google Map, WhatAPP or WeChat, 2) only support NFC Samsung Pay, not MST anymore. 3) Bixby is not good compare to Google Assistant or Siri. The phone is working great with my Samsung Note 9, it seems not working well with iPhone.

I am pleased wiith the wide range of watch faces available to suit and soothe my mood so every time I look at the time, I am put into a good mood ^-^. I also love the auto workout and gps tracking so I can just run without much fiddling on my watch. I got the LTE version and it was liberating to be out without my phone and still be connected to things that really matter. And with samsung pay, I dont even have to take out any catds or my phone to pay. Every time I use my watch to pay, people around me will be amazed and deep down inside I'm saying, "yes, my watch is smart enough to do that!" I really really enjoy my watch and I usually can go for 30 hours before I need to recharge as I customized its setting to keep me connected without having to constantly charge my watch. I loved my Galaxy Gear then, I am smitten my Galaxy watch now! Galaxy watch gives me so many convience than what I imagined. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first Smart Watch I was so glad to finally get the chance to work with the "Insiders". The initial watch I requested was the 46mm, but they were out, so I got the 42mm. I DEFINITELY need to 46mm or my glasses. LOL Like most reviewers I had to charge it right out the box. NOT a big fan of that Samsung... But once I started poking around, I actually like this watch. I was surprised when I received a call and I was able to talk via my watch. My sleep mode and time were tracked. I even tried it out in the shower.. This watch is really making me wonder why I waited so long to try a Smart Watch. My band is a little too tight for me, I only have one hole left on the strap. But I'm sure I can get another longer band. Overall I am excited to try new faces and apps and explore deeper into this watch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Watch! I received the watch about a week ago and I was impressed with the ease of setup and use. The battery has lasted for more than 1 day with failry normal use. I wish I got the larger version but the watch is a good size and the screen is bright. I am looking forward to running with the watch and seeing how it holds up in the heat. Overall I am impressed so far. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High on Looks, Low on Features The watch is really, really nice looking. It was definitely one of the biggest reasons I swapped from my Apple Watch. Regretfully there isn't much else really all that great about the watch. Here are my chief issues. -If you are looking to integrate with other apps for health data, this is not the watch for you. It can only send data to Samsung Health which in turn can't send it to other apps. Even to sync to Google Fit you have to have a 3rd party app on your phone. -Inaccurate Fitness Data. The step tracker is off compared to most other devices. It shorts you a couple thousand steps a day. I've also noticed the flights of stairs metric is really bad. I've done 20-30 flights before and it picked up 2. - Lack of actual apps for Watch. There are very few actual non workout apps out there. Sure Samsung Pay on the watch is amazing, but not really much else. I don't use a whole lot of apps, but this is just a bit off putting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy looking smart watch I always had square face watch and was not too excited with round watch, but I decided to still try them out. I was really impressed, I have the rose gold color watch and have to say they look very classy, elegant and yet great features for active person. Set up itself was very easy and intuitive, settings are also very intuitive and easy, bezel is a nice feature and tremendous helps in scrolling up and down through individual screens. I loved the multiple options for watch face - can make them classy / sporty / geeky depending on your mood and activity. I have been having a lot of fun just changing them every day and surprising friends. I also love how great they are for tracking workouts, when swimming it was nice to have vibration noting each lap. But during the run, each mile is announced by a voice, which will tell you your speed, distance etc information. That way I don't have to look at the watch to get stats, but can keep on watching my route. I'm questioning the tracking accuracy, as I climbed more stairs that the watch recognized and when I put them side by side by another set of smart watch, calories burned were off as well as steps and distance. I will have to do some more research and playing around as I just scraped the surface of what the watch can do. I love the durability - I can run and swim in them without worries. I can get soaked during my run or bike ride without worries! The only con I had encountered is the life battery. For a very active person, that may be a deal breaker. But I'm thinking of really active person, as in one day I went for a 5 mile run outside at about 5am, after that 35 mile bike ride, workout and swim in the evening. Unfortunately by mid afternoon my watch was running out of power and yet it was fully charged in the morning! Battery life for me is the only drawback. Rated 5 out of 5 by from The New Watch Upgrade I upgraded to the watch from the Gear Fit 2 and I'm glad I did. I have had the watch for about 1 week now and so far i really like it. I have already banged it around at work several times and it still looks new. As far as features, I was concerned about the 42 mm being large enough. I am happy to sat it is the perfect size for me. It is big enough to see but not too clunky and cumbersome. I like the different watch faces, some look really cool. The health functions are similar, to the Fit 2 so pretty good there. The jury is still out on the 4G LTE feature as I usually have my phone on me so the service has thus far been redundant, but I can see the benefits of it if you are exercising and the phone is too bulky. So far this watch has been excellent and I will update this review with any future useful insights i glean from my experiences with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sporty and smart!! This watch was awesome. Very sporty and easy to use. Pairing and tracking was flawless btwn my devices. The audio quality was great. The battery life is a bit short if it's not on power saving mode, I usually charge daily. Otherwise it was a very nice watch and set up took less than a minute! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time and Fitness Management I took my new Galaxy Watch to my phone provider for easy installation. I have a Galaxy phone and it's fully compatible with Android and offers everything my phone offers. I like that it has a fitness app and constantly reminds me to get moving. It applauds me when I made my daily step goal and lets me know when I'm close but need to start stepping. I like that I don't need my phone on me in order to receive calls so I don't need to bring my work and personal cell phone into customers homes. I like that I can read my text messages, see photos and there are easy responses pre-programmed in the watch so I can answer quickly. The interface is easy to navigate with all my favorite apps on my watch. The rotating ring on the watch makes it easy to find the apps I'm looking for. I like the size and solid black color. You can change the clock face with the Samsung app on your phone. I like the silicone band, it's comfortable and looks nice. The battery life has lasted me 3 days between charges which is a huge plus. I am very impressed with this watch and find myself looking at my watch much more than my phone which has helped me connect more with my family. I like that it has the capability to pay for items with Samsung pay. You can use Bixby to schedule appointments which is a huge bonus when I'm out running errands. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't get the lte version So this watch looks great! Nice size and design. The problems though. Lte drains the battery. Alot. So go for the none lte version. Problem two is it should have an android wear version. So much more app support. Problem three is Bixby. It is trash. Google assistant would be a lot better. If you can try to find a nice android wear watch. This watch isn't bad at all but if it just had another os it would be 100x better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features but too small for me This is a awesome watch. I loved how it would connect to my note 9 and i was able to look at text, calls right on my wrist. Only downside is for me being a big guy and watch being small i dont think i would wear it often. It is nice but looks like im wearing a womens watch. It is an amazing watch and loved how a single charge would get me 3-4 days of usage! I loved utilizing the answering calls and texting. Made my life so much easier! It helped me conserve my phones battery life as well. I wasnt pulling my phone out to check since i could do that on my wrist. I wouldve loved to keep this but i think i might be getting a bigger on so it looks presentable on my wrist. This is a perfect size for females or if your wrist is small. If they had a camera on this, i wouldnt even need my phone haha. The lte feature is VERY useful. I could receive calls and text even if my phone wasnt near. This is perfect for being at the gym and being able to utilize your watch to its max. Its a beautiful looking unit and very very eye catching. I had many people ask me what kind of watch is that. It looks much more expensive than one would think. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is due to the size and im reviewing this exact watch. Beautiful watch but small in my opinion. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps me informed! I am so happy with this watch. I was going to buy an exercise tracker but decided to buy this instead. I love that it counts steps, measures heartbeat and even tracks sleep. I have it connected to my phone but I didn't set it up to make calls or send texts, however I can still see who is calling and read my texts. It even shows picture texts right on my watch! I have fun changing up my watch face every few days and I will eventually get a different watch band. The watch is very lightweight. I haven't worn a watch in years and I was concerned it would be too heavy. It's also military grade and waterproof. The battery has an impressive life too. Very nice watch, if you are on the fence about buying it, just go for it. You won't be disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A watch smarter than me! I love my new Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm. Besides the fact that I can view email, txt and call notifications on my watch, not being as obvious checking my phone during a meeting, I love all the Samsung Health apps. It reminds me to get moving throughout the day recommending simple things like a torso twist at my desk or a quick walk down the hall just to keep moving. The watch faces that are available are really useful - so many different options to show my steps, my water or coffee intake and even my daily schedule. The LTE ability of the watch is great - it means I don't need to take my phone with me on runs or to the gym and I don't miss anything important. There are even games on the watch - I hadn't held out much hope for games on such a tiny screen but the few I've tried have been pretty good. The quality of the watch is nice. It's not heavy on my wrist and while it's a little bigger than I would like, it's not obnoxious and looks "normal" on my wrist. I love the band - it's soft and comfortable and can get wet without getting smelly and gross like my last leather band. The Samsung Pay option makes life so much easier - my credit card was easy to add and works at a lot of places. The battery life lasts a full 3 days which means I can wear the watch at night and track my sleep. I don't even have to do anything, it just does it automatically and lets me know the results. There are multiple apps available to give me more details which are great. Overall, I love this watch. It makes my life much easier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Watch and Phone in One I bought this Samsung Galaxy watch around a month ago and was really excited when it arrived. The watch looks really nice in the black color and easily blends with the customizable watch faces. Setup was simple in pairing with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and I easily connected it to our wireless plan which allows me to leave my phone at home at times. The features on this smart watch are amazing too. Samsung Health makes tracking activities a breeze with a heartrate monitor and built-in GPS. I love that my calendar is easily accessible and can add new events with reminders without needing my phone. I was eager to try out the Samsung Pay feature after setting it up and when I finally got the chance I couldn't believe how easy it was. I can go out for a walk, run or bike ride without my wallet or ATM card and not have to worry if I need to run into a store for something. Making and receiving calls and texts with this Samsung watch is super easy. The microphone and speaker work phenomenally with plenty of volume. Texting gives you the option of talk-to-text, keyboard or physically writing the words on the screen. Customizable sounds and vibrate patterns let you know what is coming in without looking. The battery lasts for about two days of constant use. I found that restarting the watch every once-in-a-while helps to keep the battery from draining unexpectedly. Charging is quick with the included wireless charger stand. I am extremely happy with this watch and I am still exploring all the new features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoying Galaxy Watch I was excited to unbox and start using my Galaxy Watch when it first came! I chose the Rose Gold option. Setup was straight forward since I have the Galaxy Note 9. I was able to activate on my Verizon plan as well. I believe there are a lot more options for customization on this watch as is typical with Android products. I have enjoyed having the alerts so far that keep my active and moving throughout the day. I have a desk job so this helps to ensure I don't sit for too long. I'm just getting into more of the features so I'm sure my rating could go up as I find more things to do with the watch. I've had other watch brands in the past and so far this is my favorite for options and I love the dial. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish durable smartwatch! This Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm is an excellent smartwatch!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointed Bought this so I could use Samsung pay, turns out the new watch doesn't have MST for payment so it's essentially the same as apple pay which is worthless. Very few retailers have apple/samsung pay set up. Had to return it and buy the classic galaxy s3 so I can use it to pay at stores without having to get out my phone. If the classic didn't have it I would have returned my watch AND phone so I can get the apple watch which is much less cumbersome and actually fits on my wrist. Even this new 42mm is way too big and bulky for my wrist. My advice to Samsung is to bring back the MST payment technology and make a much smaller watch otherwise I might be switching to Apple in the future, at least they have the EKG app. I don't use any of the fitness stuff so the only reason I would even buy a watch is for the option to use it for payments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice screen quality, good features i really, sincerely wish i didn't have to charge it every 28 hours. i don't use the aod, i have a 10 sec screen timeout, no gps, light/short vibrations, etc... the battery life is just utterly horrible. then, there is a huge gap in the availability of high quality apps between tizenos, wear os, and watchos. name your favorite app available on your phone. 98% guarantee it is not available for your galaxy watch. so you get stuck with push notifications and "show on phone" only. bummer. overall, i ordered a cheap wear os smartwatch to see if i'll switch over. i'm a long-term samsung fan. but have been disappointed overall with the galaxy watch. i would recommend it, but with extreme caveats like do not pay full price and don't expect the battery to be anything like advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, Little Warnings The product is excellent, the LTE version being the perfect replacement for the minimalist like me. The downside is that Samsung does not tell you that you have to manually activate a remote function. This function is what allows you to find your watch if it goes missing outside of pairing range. I'm extremely saddened and disappointed that this feature isn't automatically on upon first use, as I've lost a watch and do not have the funds for a replacement at this time. TL;DR: It's a fun excellent product, DON'T FORGET to turn on remote pairing. You'll thank me later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed for payment technology but too big I bought this watch so I could be hands free with my kids plus we aren't allowed to have our cell phones on us at work. The biggest factor I needed was the credit card payment ability. Had to return the new galaxy watch to buy this one because most places don't take samsung pay and the new watches no longer have mst payment technology, but this one does. Now I don't have to dig around in my wallet while my little ones are grabbing everything in the store and don't have to carry my credit card around in my pocket at work. One huge problem though is the size is really too big for my wrist. Tried to add photo but it doesn't work. Also- I keep having to constantly reset my watch face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best design and features yet!!! Just got the watch this weekend and samsung got it right this time. I've had a few Samsung watches and the one thing that always gets me is battery life and sound quality if available. This watch has it all the battery last almost a full 2 days no b.s. and the speaker for phone calls is great. You can listen to music and actually hear it. Its water proof of course I tested it I shower with it on to see and submerged it. The only thing it does drain power when listening to music I'd roughly guess 7 or 8 hours of non stop play it seems. Samsung pay works good and all around it's a beautiful piece of tech. If you can buy the thing it's worth it I promise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Choice for Moms! This watch is awesome for moms! i have a 4 year old and a 5 week old. The number one reason i bought the watch was for safety. Most women's pants/shorts don't come with pockets, so i found i was having to use one of my very necessary hands to carry my phone around when we went for a walk or played outside. now that i have 2 kids, i can't forfeit a hand any longer. and when my kids want to play outside, i don't want to drag my phone with me. i honestly prefer they see me without my phone as much as possible so they feel i am spending time with them uninterrupted. But how do i do that and still get messages or have the ability to call someone in an emergency? Well, this watch is the answer! This watch does it all! there is an SOS feature to contact someone in case of an emergency with just 3 clicks of the home key. it automatically turns on your location for an hour and records audio. you just select who you want it to contact. That was the selling feature for me. But there are so many bonus features. Everything is customizable. you can track eating, drinking, caffeine intake, steps, workouts, sleep, heart rate- everything! and i love that it has automatic workout detection. i don't have to tell it that i'm going on a walk with my kids, it already knows. in the past, i'd be halfway through the neighborhood before i realized that i forgot to turn it on. i love the sleep tracking. It tracks your levels of sleep- light, REM, deep. i can even take a screenshot on my watch and send it to someone! how neat is that? i never take this watch off. in the shower? wear it. at the pool? wear it! i have done both and i only take the watch off to charge it. i will say, i don't think it lasts 4 days- more like 1.5 for me. but i am using it constantly! this watch is a lifesaver. even if i had my phone on me, by the time i dug it out of the bottom of the diaper bag, i would have missed whatever call i was getting. not anymore! i know that most of these wearable devices are targeted at young adults, health buffs, men and technology wizards, but don't forget about us moms! we need it just as much! It saves time and is reliable- which is all we really want. it packs so many features and benefits, you could call it the minivan of watches! If only it had arms to help me carry stuff...
