Rated 1 out of 5 by from I've had nothing but problems with phone calls I've had this phone for less than a year and have had so many issues with making a phone call, or receiving a call. People cannot hear me speaking. I've been through countless self helps for this issue and none fix the problem for good, I'll go a few days and then the problem will resurface. I'm now trying a factory reset, and guess what the S9 seems to have issues with that too. Worst phone I've ever had, who cares about a camera is making and receiving a phone call is so darned hard? It is a phone after all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good phone but Dont get me wrong the phone is great and i do love it but the brightness of the screen is not good. No matter how high i put the brightness i still struggle at times, especially in the sun to see anything. Ive changed the settings multiple times but even then to see anything properly i have to be in the shade

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Multiple windows and pip I would like to compliment you. Thank you.I drive lyft. I open up the google map and the lyft app. I navigate with ease between them I am soon also going to drive uber. By tapping three lines a driver can move between them nicely. The pip makes it nice to go somewhere in between rides. Thank youI do have a suggestion. Is itca possibility to ask google to activate the app without pressing the thress lines. It would make ridessharing safer by not taking eyes off road. I just want to say please dont take that away ever. I dont know what i would do.The bixy thing. I think you know.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SO LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING ONE OF THE BEST HAND We got our phones in early May. They were awesome. A couple of days later we recieved an update from Samsung (that APR 1st update). Our phones began roaming, the "pending email" icon is stuck, most of our app notification updates popup but don't make a sound. I'm thinking of returning them and try to find something more suited to our needs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many glitches. Should have kept the S7 This phone cuts off and back on ALL the time. Drops calls A LOT. Freezes up and I have to shut it off. First Galaxy I've been disappointed with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Earphones Sucks!! No idea why samsung gives low quality earphones with their high end smart phones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like it, but it could be faster I like my s9 but Samsung, could you please fix bugs in "multiple shot" mod:1. Last 4-5 months after an update, s9 hanging usually after 25-30 shots for couple seconds. It is not possible to make all 100 shots in a row.2. Some of photos in this series mode are rotated. In general S9 making great quality photos but my wife's iPhone XR and Google Pixel 1st are multiple times faster.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from s3 to s9 surprises Porting data is a mess. The Amazon versions of apps for music and images that replaced those on my good old S3 are inferior with my new S9. I need some user doc to transition to the S9. Where is it?
