I just bought this phone and traded my Ultra S21 and one thing I am disappointed is that the discontinued Dex for mac. I used that on my S21 and it was great. Now I have a better phone with less features.

How you guys are losing track of what you do. I have the Galaxy S22 ultra and you are offering the exact same device, with a minimal change to one of the cameras and a new processor. This is laughing in the face of customers. What a disappointment, you turned into Apple, without creativity and offering more of the same.

I purchased the S23 Ultra without hesitation. Premium build and incredibly powerful internals made it an easy buy. The 200 megapixel camera was just the cherry on top. The only thing holding back this phone is the Ads. For the love of God I already bought your phone you don't need to cram ads down my throat.

Very Nice
I have had this for about a month and I have really enjoyed it. I was afraid that it would be hard to use a new phone, but it has many of the same features as my old phone, so the learning curve was not as steep as I thought. The screen looks great and the phone is very responsive. The cameras are very intuitive.

A Phone Deserving of the name Ultra
Got my new S23 Ultra on launch day. I have always liked the large Samsung flagships but though the feature set was rich, the battery life was lacking. I always would need to hunt for a charger midday. This phone is powerful, snappy and a battery beast. Samsung has finally made the trifecta. Plus with their long support policy, this phone will be my work and play companion for at least 2-3 years.

The best to get on the android side of the fence
Samsung hit it out of the park with the S23 Ultra really good battery life, beautiful screen, great haptics, good sounding speakers. I like oneUI better than stock android and the customization software Samsung offers is top notch. My pictures and video come out great. Things that could be better Samsung please improve the stock weather app animations for the widgets don't always work. Would be great to have a dedicated podcast app

Gobs of features and excellent customization
I had an S21utra for two years obtained through Samsung pre-order (S10+ earlier) unlocked (no carrier bloatware) that was starting to lose battery (note: first thing I did was to get into battery settings and set charge limiting; I want to keep this for a good while). So far, so good. Using smart switch, I transferred the system over and had to do some setup settings. I also have Secure Folder which came over fine. So far, only app problems are Gloryfit for my watch and Malwarebytes, which seems to think the email app is adware (no problem on the S21utra). Cameras excellent. Recommend case as phone is thin and added grip useful to avoid drops. All sorts are out there, so think of what you MUST have and like for car mounts, for example. Definitely a keeper.

Not work for the money
Cheap glass material, Samsung is going even worse with the glass material. Only 1 day using the phone without screen protector because it failed itself. I never dropped the phone or hit something. And the glass broke and I saw couple scratches too. What that heck @samsung. Yall improving in cameras but not in the durability of your materials. Cheap phone after all.

Forever iPhone User Perspective
As someone who has only used an iPhone before the Android platform became what we know today, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a wonderful device and I have had no issues using it over my iPhone.
Having said that, I carry both. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max as my UK carrier device, and the S23 Ultra as my US phone with Google Fi. Point blank asking me which device I prefer, I have to say that I’m evenly torn between both! That’s saying something for me, again, who’s only known iPhone and iOS.
Concerning the S23 Ultra on its own, it’s snappy, it’s bright, the screen is incredible (1440x3088 resolution), it’s as smooth to use as the iPhone, the camera is incredible in basically every way, and Samsung’s One UI Android OS is great.
I highly recommend checking out MKBHD’s review on YouTube for the lowdown.
If you are someone who is getting board with iPhone (as I was), then the new Galaxy S23 series is a great jumping off point to get into the Android OS.

I bought this phone from AT&T and regret it. I go to a lot of concerts. I love taking video and pictures. Photo quality of the S23 isn't as good as the S21. Video/Sound quality is way better on the S21. I feel duped.

Love this new S23 Ultra
I purchased an S23 Ultra directly from Samsung. I will never again use my carrier to purchase a phone through, I will always buy directly from Samsung. This phone is the best Samsung phone I've ever owned, and I've owned 7 different ones! This is not just a beautiful looking phone, it is incredibly fast and the photos are amazing. Samsung gave me more dollars on my trade than my carrier was going to and the Samsung Care+ is far more affordable and covers much more than the carriers insurance program does and its much cheaper!

I have been with Samsung my whole life and I was very skeptacle at first considering the s22 was absolute trash. So i kept my 21+ until i saw improvements. In comes my desire for the S23 Ultra and im absolutely blown away. Never mind all the negative reviews. Those people remind of Karen like critics. So what theres no SD card. Buy a USB-C SD card reader. Problem solved. So what there isnt any headphone jack. Its 2023 get a bluetooth. People will never understand why manufacturers remove certain features. It so they can add and improve on others. Everything takes power and ram. Everything they removed can be purchased aftermarket. Every area of concern about Samsung for me was aleviated. Awesome camera. Awesome batter power. I can go 2 days on power save mode which is insane. Of course thats with moderate use. I can definately go a whole day and more with or without power save. Awesome display. Awesome speed. The only thing that hinders the phone is the network your on. Verizon is trash with 5g. Tmobile 5g is better. As soon as i pay this phone off i will be going back to Tmobile. Other then that. Flawless. Oh and the S Pen is better then ever. Me personally I love it and ive always been critical of my tech but I take the time to understand why they chose to make things the way they did before i complain and I assure you they made the right moves this go around.

This was worth the upgrade from my s22 ultra. I upgraded because I broke my phone, but well worth it mainly for the battery life improvement! So much better and efficient I guess because of new chip set. Also upgraded camera was nice too!

Samsung wallet doesn’t work
Problems to add Visa card to Samsung wallet on all different ways. For 1300$ you have to have card with you all time. On S22 ultra Samsung wallet works fine, the sam software and app is on both phones.

Eminently configurable
I've had three Samsung Notes over the years. The last one was the Note 9. Then my children, who all have iPhones, forced me to try Apple, so I bought the iPhone 13 Pro Max. One year later, I'm back with Samsung and have the S23 Ultra. It's good to be back!
What I'm enjoying (and missed on the iPhone):
- abundant useful widgets
- screen-icon positions fully customizable
- convenient notifications, where and when I need them
- more usable screen space
- the stylus (what I missed most with the iPhone) and note-taking ability
- quick-to-create screen shortcut buttons (so great for quick access to docs I use all the time)
There's a lot more, but those are some of the best features for me. This is just a well thought-out device and a pleasure to use (but not to pay for!).

AMAZING (buuuuuut...)
Best device I have owned. The last time I was this excited about a new phone was with The Samsung Galaxy Note 9. If I could change anything, it would be the lack of external storage. That's a huge bummer. Other than that, this device is rock solid.
