I have never once ran low on storage and I have many apps, most of which I probably don't need and have forgotten about ??. The performance is exceptional, device features are amazing, and price was very reasonable. It's new enough to still receive all updates from Samsung but not new enough to be super expensive.

The software is an iffy sometimes, leaving something to be desired from navigation and update speeds, but it is fast overall. Games run really nice on it, and I really appreciate how open source android is.

The camera isnt crazy, but all the features and smooth running ui made it worth all the money, everything about the phone is clean and beyond customizable. Samsung gives everything and more within their products and i am definetely upgrading next year to another samsung!

Also buggy when attempting to connect with bluetooth earbuds.

I'm a gamer and this thing is powerful enough to not lag when hundreds of others in the game server are complaining about lag and crashing this powers through. The camera... I've never been much of a photographer and used to laugh about people caring about how good their phones camera was but- those days are now gone because of this awesome cameras picture quality. I am now an unofficial photographer for events at the non-profit I work at, and getting paid for that is definitely more fun than my regular tasks, strictly due to the quality of picture this thing has. Actually they are such good quality that sharing them so they can be put on our website and Facebook by the admins has been a minor issue- file sizes are too big to email more than a couple through Gmail which is overly tedious so I send them via text 3 at a time. Watching yt or other streaming platforms is perfect with no buffering ever basically if you have any signal at all. The feature I use the least on this phone is the actual phone function but it works flawlessly also inside a 40k Sq ft building that has been known to disrupt some communication I've never had an issue. Best phone I've ever had. Adding a picture of a dog just because I can lol

My wife has the latest iPhone and is always jealous and commenting on how much more my phone does than hers. The only thing I've noticed about the s20 ultra and my previous galaxy phones, is that the screen doesn't hold up as well as my previous ones. I keep my phones in an otter box and keep a screen protector installed. This phone screen cracked pretty bad after dropping it on the ground. My last galaxy s10 was dropped dozens of times and still looked brand new when the case was removed. Other than that, absolutely love it!

I called Samsung 2 times and both times I was run through a reset which wasted about a half hour of my life with no resolution. I am really unhappy with this phone and the service from samsung.

This S20 Ultra has the worst screen ever. Haven't owned it a year and I was sitting down it slipped out of my pocket and shattered. Got a replacement and have only had it 3 weeks and already there is a crack in the screen and I haven't dropped it once. GARBAGE in my book.

I have had a Samsung phone in the past, this is now my long awaited and first Galaxy S series phone. I opted for the S20 FE 5G UW. It is by far the best phone I have ever used. The camera is incredible. My friends think I was using a 35 mm camera and not a phone/camera. The 120hz resolution is also great. And having a battery that last all day is a plus for me.Thank you Samsung, and keep up the great work!

They are so easy to drop without a case that I dropped mine at least 50 times before I was even able to find a case for it, which was kind of worthless after the screen broke. STOP IT, SAMSUNG.

Tested the camera out today, it is stunning the colours are so vibrant and clear. I viewed it with the new Samsung Dex technology on my Samsung 55" UHD TV and the result is something incredible ! I am an avid gamer, who enjoys excellent framerates and graphics in my games, I settle for nothing less and I can proudly say that this phone has it all when it comes to gaming. A 120hz screen, 6GB Ram and a snapdragon processor makes this phone a piece of art when it comes to smooth frames and ultra fast gaming. Well done Samsung, and thank you for making such excellent products that exceed expectations every time !

Battery life, as a heavy power user, lasts me with over 30% by the end of the day. And handles my apps and multitasking needs without slow downs or fails. This phone is definitely an incredible deal for a budget phone price! Bonus: the in-screen fingerprint scanner is a game changer and incredibly helpful, especially during these times when face ID is unusable due to face masks

Trading in. Don't get this phone unless it has Exynos processor. They wouldn't even give me an option to trade it for that.

I've had nothing but trouble with the text messaging and it's gotten worse with every update. Photos don't go through without restarting the phone at times, and even texts are sometimes failed. I would not recommend this phone. It looks nice and takes great photos like the usual s series but it's definitely not the regular. I wish I would've just spent the extra money on the S20 or gotten a Google phone.

Never had issues with the touchscreen either. The phone is amazing, especially for the price! Photos are great as well and it still received regular updates. Highly recommend.

Our cell phone provider notified us that they were no longer supporting 3G phones. I really depended on the blinking light notification for texts and missed calls. It was so helpful when the phone has to be silenced or if I am away from it and miss hearing the one time audio notification. It also helps people with hearing loss to be able to see a notification that there is an unread text. It is so disappointing that the blinking light notification was discontinued. Another thing, the Galaxy S7 had very nice good sized emojis that this phone does not. I wish Samsung would make a 5G phone with the features that the Galaxy S7 had. I regret purchasing this phone.

What is the point of making a glass screen and you can't protect it because it doesn't work? or they will tell me not to use the fingerprint....more than 10 years using Samsung phone and it does this to me.

Now I have to charge 2 items, gee thanks! I love spending all this money to double my workload. Half my phones memory, 3gigs, is made up of undeletable bloatware!!!! And it ate half my contacts!! This will be my last Samsung of any kind, the last product I purchase from them. Hello IPhone, I hear y'all have done much better at eliminating bloatware.

I like the fingerprint scanner an fee the face recognition. I am able to get a full day and then done out of the battery. However, sometimes the software is a bit sluggish when coming out of standby, which can be rather frustrating.

Let's count the ones we have on this below standard product. 1. Speaker Problems - this is a phone, try using the handset without a headset and good luck hearing the whomever is on the other end. An update came out to address, it still isn't ideal. 2. Phone was stuck in a reboot loop that wouldn't end. This lasted over a year. 3. Wi-Fi randomly slows down 4. Overheating 5. and NOW it vibrates randomly and makes a static noise This is beyond comprehension how Samsung has not recalled these paper weights.

It is constantly predicting off the wall words and correcting sentences that make perfect sense! Putting in words that make nonsense. When I typed it, it was correct. The phone will change it to some crud before I realize it, I've already sent the message. Because, you know, of course the phone is "smart", right? I don't think so. And I don't think machines will be taking over if it is constantly correcting my "correct" mistakes. I literally have had multiple instances of incorrect spelling. Seems like the keyboard gets stuck, too. It's done it 6 times since I've been writing this. So not happy with this piece of crap. Doesn't matter what I say. This phone is a disgrace to the Galaxy name. The s8 was way, way better. Way better. Would chose that over this "upgrade" any day. It doesn't correct when needed and it correct when not needed. It's aggravating. So aggravating. And the word prediction is absolutely horrible. A smart phone is supposed to get used to your writing styles. This one never has and never will. I have big hands from working in a kitchen. It never, ever corrects "ypu" to "you". Ever. My hands are big. But the s8 would fix it. This one...nope. always ypu. Always! I do not like this phone.

I wanted to love it after watching all the videos, researching the phone, and seeing hyped up videos of how good the camera is. The camera is NOT good, it takes forever to take a decent photo. The camera over-exposes light areas and you lose details. Color is blown out, exaggerated colors, details lost. I did a side by side comparison photo - one taken on a Pixel 2 compared to the Samsung. The Pixel photo quality was WAY better. Without saying which was which - I showed the two photos to several friends asking them to say which they thought was best - all of them chose the Pixel photo. By the time you fiddle with the light feature on the Samsung, to make the photo dark enough to capture details, you've lost the best shot. On top of that, the phone is not receiving calls or allowing me to make calls out. Even after several hours of troubleshooting both with my carrier and Samsung - it still does not work, and it's just 2 months old. I want to return the thing, and go back to my old Google Pixel. Very. disappointing phone in several ways. Samsung says the only way to fix it, is to send it in to be repaired which leaves me without a phone for a week to 10 days - and even with my monthly care plan, I have to pay to have the phone fixed. NOTE: from day 1 I have had my phone in a case and had a screen protector on it. I take good care of my phones. Support is not great. Customer service is TBD. I know I will never buy another Samsung phone ever again. Don't do it to yourself. Buy a different phone.

I was very excited on getting it as I have 2 kids that use it as well even tho it doesn’t have a slot for a extra memory card(which it should have for the price tag). They had nothing but good things to say about it. The first few days went great with service that I didn’t have before with my note 9 (that I absolutely love) than after that it’s all been down hill after that. I’m restarting the phone constantly because it has no service. It will be good for a bit after the restart than right back to being a paper weight. I have 5g turned off it and it still doesn’t matter it just always searching for service. Restart the mobile service that seems to do the trick for a bit as well but it just wants to keep searching for service. Than the kids also are starting to have the same issues with theirs now to. It also will not stay connected to android auto no matter what. My thoughts on this phone to others, I would NOT BUY IT!! Unless you are want a very expensive paper weight!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It started off great... And then, I don't know what happened. Apps crash all the time, my Watch4 has trouble connecting to it. The camera is okay, I wish the back camera was the beefier camera, since I don't take many photos of myself. Lately, when I get text messages, I can see the message in the notification, but after pressing on the notification to open the message, it's just a blank space. I have to close whatever messaging app I'm using and re-open it to see it. And that's annoying. When it's locked and I have multiple emails, I try and press the down arrow to expand the notification and typically it tries to open the app, making me unlock the phone. Annoying. And don't get me started on battery life. I take it off the charger and head to work with 100%. By around lunchtime, it's at 50%. If I don't plug it in to charge at some point after that, it will be entirely dead by the time I head home. And that's with the 120Hz refresh rate turned off! I like a lot of the features, when they work. Samsung pay is pretty nifty, but if the phone doesn't work properly then the features mean nothing. I absolutely loved the phone when I first bought it. Now I can't wait to pay it off and get rid of it! I want my OnePlus back.

It has been plagued by touchscreen issues that took months to partially solve. For that reason, I could not install a screen protector - it hindered the touchscreen performance. A while later, I took out my phone to discover that the screen cracked. I do not recall any fall, and it was in a good phone case. Turns out the screen is thin and prone to crack for many users. Also, do not be fooled by the 5G claims. I get the same or worse connection in the middle of a city in California with my S20FE than I had with a 4G phone. Just... do not buy this.

They do not fit my ears in any arrangement and after weedeating with them for 20 min I ended up placing them on the ground and weedeating them too...Why send an inferior product with an awesome product? Also, if you use the quick charger you will get a quick discharge. Think quick chargers in general have not arrived. Love the phone!

I'm extremely careful as to what apps I download and which websites I visit, and yet my phone was hacked. They gained access to my camera and my microphone and eavesdropped in on my life. I bought an expensive case and screen protector directly from Samsung and 6 months after purchase the front screen cracked as I was placing the phone into the holder for the car. I've never had a phone get hacked nor have I had a screen crack.

It was suppose to be a good upgrade from Samsung Note 9 but indeed it was bad decision. The worst things about this phone is the screen colors are bad and colors are washed and not crystal clear. The front camera is the worst, bad colors an not good for selfies at all. Back camera is good, battery is fine, wifi 6 is good upgrade and 5G is a plus. Overall is good for general use but old note 9 outperform it in many options and quality wise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problems I bought the Samsung 20s fe 5g phone a few months ago. I like it but I have to keep restarting it. I had the card replaced, but I am still having trouble. It also keeps dropping calls, and I can't always get the internet to work.This phone cost too much money for it not to work well. I really want to turn it in for a better phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the phone overall but The battery does drain relatively fast unless you keep the brightness down most of the time, use battery saving mode, and male sure to close apps you're not using. The other issues I have is the lack of Cades available for this phone which wouldn't be an issue if Samsung didn't seem to make this phone with different specs on purpose. It may not seem like a big deal to some but I like to have a variety of cases to switch between. Other than that and the battery life, I'm happy with the phone. I've had it for a few months and am a longtime Samsung Galaxy fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Phone I've had the phone about a week and it is a very good phone with a few things I don't like. You have to hold two buttons to power off and it's a real pain to do with one hand. Previous phone was LG V30 - one button was all that was needed. Also when I swipe the main screen to right I get Samsung TV. I don't watch it and there is no way to disable it, very annoying. Strongly recommend a good case such as Otterbox because it will not hold up well if dropped. As far as functionality it is a very good to excellent phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone with Low Quality Glass The reason this phone comes with a screen protector is the glass underneath is low quality and scratches very easily. A little over a year later and the screen looks horrible. If you are going to buy this phone make sure you have it in a high quality case that also has a screen protector. Also, Samsung customer service is worthless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Save your money and buy the main stream phone The glass on this model is thinner than most and will crack with just thermal shock. I bought 2 of these phones and they had cases from day one. The one my wife has cracked in her hand from playing a game and the phone was only about two months old. I would just stay away from this phone and just save a little bit more and get one of the flag ship phones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy! I'm quite happy with my s20 FE 5G Navy blue. Got it 6 month ego it has upto 1T micro sd storage so I like that, it's a big selling point aganist iphone. (SONY did not take away micro sd fr their's) Samsung please bring back the micro sd slot just for the storage not to be shared or confused with sim slot. we want to use sim slot for the physical sim. Thank you.
