Not Totally Unlocked!
Took the S10e to US Cellular and they said it would not work on their network. I thought this was an unlocked device - capable of working on any network? Called Samsung and after OVER 2 hours of talking adn being passed around from department to department, it was decided I should return it. Look... I like this phone, its size and features. All I wnat is for it to work with my network! I will purchase again IF YOU CAN GUARANTEE that it will work with US Cellular network. Simple request.

Love my phone
I needed a new phone and wanted something affordable that would last. Always a fan of samsung and they did not disappoint, I bought a cpo s10 and I swear looking at it you would never know. It came out of the box looking brand new and I've been using it everyday with no issues. Battery life is phenomenal and the camera is gorgeous

Terrible service, and bad screen
samsung was supposed to get the phone to me on 1/21, but fedex hadn't even received the phone by that date. eventually got the phone 1/26.
i have had the phone for a month, and the screen is already scratched from dust on the ground. i have never used a screen protector in my life, and my phone usually lives next to a wrench in my pocket, which this phone hasn't had to do, and it's the first time i've had a scratched phone screen.

Beware CPO
thanks for making it abundantly unclear that this phone is 'certified pre-owned'. for anyone like me who has no idea what cpo stands for!

Phone received non functionnal with green screen
so deceived to receive this cpo phone with faulty screen
this would have been my first samsung phone, i can only recommend not to buy cpo are they are obviously not thoroughly checked.

this is a nice phone the colors and everything it's the price that's high if the lower it by maybe 80 than that's a good price but overall this phone is amazing
