Rated 5 out of 5 byMimiliver from DisappointedI've had nothing but trouble since getting this phone. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support, only to lose all of my files and contacts! Calls are still dropping and voice fades in & out, texts are sent & received sometimes. Frustrated!!

I love how easy Samsung products are use and this has met all my expectations. The camera takes nice photos. Everything runs smoothly and at a fast speed. The screen has good picture quality and the battery lasts a long time.

The J7 is a perfect fit to my needs...I'm not a high-end user, just need basic functions, speed, storage, etc. With the trade in allowance of $50 for my old J3, this was an outstanding value! Rated 5 out of 5 byRfcoz65 from Not great and frustrating issuesI've had for a year and it has done ok, one thing I have noticed is it scratches and there is actually gouges in the screen. Almost like it's a plexiglas screen. The speaker for music is lousy, pictures are ok but biggest thing it does not like the upgrades and it doesn't like to find new towers constantly have to turn it off and back on. Have had Verizon reset it and set it up and still hasnt helped. Soon as I've paid it off getting new brand. For a $200. I have had cheaper ones that do better.
