I love the size, lightweight and vivid screen and displays. I spent quite a bit of time checking out all of the features and used way more data than I expected so I may have to switch to unlimited data.

However if any one knows of the answer to my problem I would appreciate the help. When I send a text and a reply is sent back, the phone will not notify me of any replies to any text unless I clear the text window. So after I send one I will not automatically get an audio notification when the reply arrives.

It's not that much faster than the 4G phones even if you do have full signal with 5G. The one thing that at least like about this phone is you can't hear hardly anything out of the speaker. It's very quiet and hard to hear and that's not good and I wish I could return it.

Its taking me a bit to get everything set up and transferred over but not because the phone is difficult to operate, but because Im getting old and technology supercedes my brain capacity. So far I've had no lag while gaming and no dropped calls. This is why I always buy Samsung. Never had an issue with any of their products. Thanks Samsung!!

Phone also does not have Samsung Pass. No more using your fingerprint to open apps. My three year old S9 has these features but you can't put them in a phone in 2022?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Samsung ever they say you pay for what you get and this phone is a prime example of that. most of my past phones have been samsungs. they are good phones . but this one has been nothing but trouble since i got it. i knew the display was not as good but it was ok - i really just wanted to make calls. maybe i got a dud, but it can't hold a connection to the network, drops calls in mid conversation, has no signal in places my s9 had no issues, and the other day decided to block all calls and not receive texts. i can't trust it. and i got it from spectrum whose main response is try resetting or put it on airplane mode. been there, done that a hundred times already. and it's loud. even when not on speaker a conversation is perfectly audible to anyone.

We had some problems transferring from his old phone to this new one, the phone kept shutting off and not everything transferred, as in app. This is the reason for 3 stars. It took a very very long time and several attempts to get the transfer done and I know it wasn't the wi-fi, it was this phone. I have transferred data on many different phones and not had this problem. If you are looking for a low end phone and at fair price, this would work.

As a person who mainly uses his phone for routine things (i.e. calls, text, videos, the occasional movie), I find that it adequately gets the job done. Battery life and camera leaves a bit to be desired but is acceptable given the price point of the phone. Overall satisfied.

I have been able to do lots of important documents on here without a problem and I've been able to print papers when it needs to be done. I have been able do so much important thing and it has been nothing but amazing. I use this as well as for some games for my kids and just amazing it's still runs very fast and I've only had it for a year other phones that I've had has not last this long with everything that I do with my phone with documents looking up important things for homeschooling it's just wow happy with this phone. The only thing I wish I had known was putting the warranty on it so in case anything happens to it like I got a crack in it but I've been able to fix out of pocket. So it could last longer for things like that cuz I didn't realize how amazing this phone works I'm used to just phones not lasting with things that I do so it never Fades me to put a warranty on it. But thank you Samsung for the amazing phone I have now.

Which than have to transfer into images and share in multiple e-mails. What I like the most is how simple. I can take the picture and to different e-mails and texts in just a few seconds. The camera pixels are just good enough.

From everything like easy to organize pages to the camera quality and on time system updates. Organized and easy to work. The system features were nothing less than a playground of detailed options for individual needs. The camera is probably my favorite with its crisp photos and awesome editing options. Makes photos with my children always a blast. I also love the clear and clean sound it puts threw when we play music or videos. Hardly ever a need for a bt speaker. I'd say the only issue I'm experiencing is with the fingerprint sensor. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find. Unfortunately I'm still not able to use that feature. There are many other fully functional options for security lock on this devise.

All the features are remarkable. He has Whatsapp on there so he can talk to his family in the Caribbean. The video quality is also good. He charges it in the night so it remains for the most part charged for the day. I would recommend that phone for parents who are on a budget and can't afford an expensive phone. It does its job and there's rarely any issues with it.

The A13 has all the functions of a higher price phone for a fraction of the cost. It work fast and is easy to navigate. The security functions are easy to use and they get the job done. Call clarity is crisp and clear weather it's to your ear or speaker phone. And there's never any problems playing games. The graphics are clear and precise with vivid colors. The only areas that the Galaxy A13 falls short is the camers and storage. The cameras, both front and back, provide okay pictures. The sharpness and clarity could use some improvements. It might also help if there was a voice command to snap a picture. Finally the storage just isn't much. It does allow for expandable memory. However expandable memory seems so outdated. This is a good phone and worth the money to have the smooth navigation on top of a good operating system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an amazing phone for the price. I recently was in a situation where I had to purchase a phone on a budget. I've always been a fan of Samsung. However I usually have the top 3 model phones. I was instantly surprised just the display itself separated the A 13 from other phone's in the same price range. It was sharp,, clear, movies and sports where watchrd and enjoyed. Next I started going through the settings, rearranging to how I like my phone to run. The more I searched through the more I wanted to compare the phone to an older s7/s8 galaxy. Which is a huge compliment. The phones reactions to my touch were very we smooth. Some phones I swear try to fight your movements. its a struggle. It moved quickly from app to files from files to setttings. It's AI felt like it new what projected my next move on multiple occasions. AI is ridiculous these days The general download speeds or streaming were contigent on what area I was in or how many files we're open. But the operating speed is based on the 4GB of Ram the A13 comes with. Which is an enjoyable experience for someone as inpatient as me . It also comes with some other tools that aren't provided on other phones in its price range . It comes with NFC 4 lens camera, fingerprint and plenny more. Its a solid phone i was really surprised

The speakers on this device is great, quality audio. The different ways to personalize this phone is amazing. It truly makes my phone unique!

The choices in themes and icons without having to download a special app is fantastic. Switching from one app to another is seamless. It's fast and doesn't freeze up. Over all on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a 9 easy.

I actually tried to switch to iPhone after having Samsung for the past decade and I only made it about a week until I returned it and went back to Samsung. Everything is so easily accessible compared to apple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Am So Happy I Switched I had been using another company for years for my cell phones devices. I needed to upgrade last year and the Galaxy A13 5G was recommended. I am so happy I switched! The processing is so fast, it takes no time at all to navigate multiple apps at a time. Especially when using the split screen feature. Speaking of features, the media output options when connecting to a Bluetooth device('s), come in handy. I can listen to music via the connected device while still getting notifications from a different app through the phone itself! The camera features on the phone are incredible as well. The Macro setting came in handy when photographing a ladybug that had landed on my flower print dress. The detail was amazing. I could go on and on about the features of this phone. And my excitement doesn't end there. I love that Samsung does not hold back when it comes to improving the phone and features with updates. I look forward to them. It's like unwrapping a present every time. That feeling of wonder and anticipation is fun when going through and seeing what is new after an update. Keep up the good work Samsung and thank you for your products!

I have good storage space, good quality on media such as mobile games and videos. Good sound on music, sfx, and videos. I've had this phone for years and it still works as well as when I first got it. There's a lot of handy daily life settings like battery protect mode, or eye comfort shield that make my experience using my phone much more enjoyable. Unfortunately I dropped my phone on a walk but the screen is so durable that even though it has a small crack, it still works well. I don't know what I'd do without it and I am very happy with my purchase.

I also use it as my GPS with both Google Maps and Waze on my harley. I use all of the social media apps and also Samsung health. It isn't as fast or have as good a screen then my Samsung Note 8 did.

For awhile, this phone was usually one of the free-phone options that you could choose when switching phone services from one company to another, or when you sign up. Hands down, it is the best phone I have EVER had in comparison to the price. When weighing everything against the price - the picture quality is amazing, the performance speed is decent, and every phone call I've ever made has been crystal clear so long as I had enough service.

Now the stuff I can do simultaneously on the averaged galaxy can have people in awe. Probably didn't even know it was possible. For example, calling ND having a conversation at the same time you are reading something on the internet. That's just getting warmed up. I'm also having another window open via a pop up window. Split screen for two apps was awesome but this is another level because now you don't have to worry bout apps that are full screen apps. All the while I'm playing my game, AND cherry on top I separate the sound. So calls ND certain apps go thru a Bluetooth device while music apps ND other apps use the phone for sound output. People by now are stunned. Even I'm stunned because it's beyond rare for the cpu to crash. This is on the series I can afford I can't even imagine what can be done with the galaxy series I can't afford.(ex. Galaxy fold or galaxy s20 and up) Pictures really ain't my thing although I do take pictures I just mainly use my galaxy for a lot of other things,possibilities are limitless. Weather, calander,gaming,streaming,listening to music,staying in contact with friends family etc horoscopes nd sometimes all at the same time. You can see galaxies in my eyes not the physical phone but the actual galaxy.

This phone was the best decision I made when choosing a new phone after breaking my Motorola! The only down fall to this phone was the camera. In pro mode it was okay but other wise you can see it's dated and a budget phone. As for everything else the phone is quick, easy to use and feels nice! For those of you who don't know what a VPN is .. it's a Virtual Private Network. So in other words my phone is protecting my personal information as well as everything else I find important like the many memories I have been lucky enough to catch on camera or video. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very basic and laggy I do not love the A13 5G. It is definitely a very basic model. The device lags a lot and force closes out of apps. I use it for everything. As a mom I take a lot of pictures and the camera is disappointing. It's very slow to take a picture, not great quality, super super basic. There are not any features that stand out to me.

When I stream it works it doesn't buffer really and the screen allows for big picture which is really great for me. Also for school I use Samsung notes to write down reminders for things that are due and to just remind me what I have to do. I also play games on my phone as well and the big screen works well for my gaming and the clear screen as well.

One of the best features I use is the pop up view and split screen. I usually use my phone for messaging,shopping and surfing the web. It also tells me when a app is using my microphone or camera which is cool. It has all the new features out for its time. I like it but not as much as I loved my S22. I love Samsung and would love to be a tester/reviewer!!!

I bought this in January as my old phone's battery would no longer take a charge unless you put the phone charger in a certain position. Since buying this phone it has done wonders for me. The battery works well and can take a charge. I also found that I can take calls while in game, something my old phone didn't have. This feature is awesome. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied with this phone.

I don't need to replace it every year and its still get updates.

I can't play some games others have but I got this phone when I switch cell providers so since I didn't pay for it necessarily I can't complain. I'd definitely recommend it for others because it's also not an expensive phone. I'll eventually upgrade when I have the money but Samsungs are always my tried and true.

I've been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and the one time I had any technical issues my device was still under warranty and they sent me a new device within a week or two! My phone is super fast resourceful when I'm on the go all I have to do is speak into my keyboard mic icon and it searches what I need. Library at your hands in less than a minute is amazing! I love I can connect my device to others so they all communicate. The accessibility features help in and everyone I don't feel like I'm struggling I feel equal to every other tech savvy person lol which I am not that advanced. I love the find my features I lost my phone and found it in no time exact location and all. The battery life is crazy I can charge my phone today depending on how active I am I won't have to charge at least for a day in a half or two! It pairs so well with my smart watch as well! IM TEAM GALAXY FOREVER I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY??

Games work fairly well most of the time, but games with better quality are a little glitchy. Also compatibility isn't the best. There are some games like Genshin Impact that are incompatible. But for the price, this phone does a very good job with streaming and gaming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It gets the job done the functionalities work enough to not warrant an exchange but it does tend to be slow when you are trying to get multiple things at once and it can be infuriating if you are trying to swiftly move from app to app. and I notice it tends to really get stuck on the camera app. I don't know if it is because I have gestures on instead of the buttons but it takes forever to open the app and especially when you are trying to leave the app. The display is fine but I notice om YouTube it tends to automatically go to 380p and slows down a lot at 1080p. and a lot of apps don't utilize the full screen at the bottom and at the top bezel.

You definitely get fast speed, great storage and memory that is better then most phones. The camera is very poor. The quality is comparable to the A50 series, it says the pixel rate is supposed to deliver, but most my pictures and videos are grainy, blurry and have to be retaken to get a decent shot. I appreciate the storage and speed but if you like to take photos/videos, this phone is not for you.

My only criticism is that bug resolution needs to be quicker . For several months there was a bug where it couldn't access 5g or 4g networks it felt like it took forever to fix. So basically more frequent system updates and patches.

The screen is very fragile and one there is a small Crack it makes navigation very difficult. I wish it had a little more memory. It slows down a lot when multi tasking. The basic services on it work well. It does has a light fragile feeling to it which worries me. In conclusion it is a decent phone for the price.

The phone shuts off for no apparent reason It reboots and works fine. Just a little annoying because there isn't any warning when it's going to happen.

The actual computing power and memory could be better but for what I paid I wouldn't complain too much. It is a little unweildy for a phone of it's size and I wish it would have had more peripheral support (cases, screen protectors, etc.) closer to launch as mine got a little dinged up in the first few months. But all in all, it's a good little (relatively) cheap phone.

I had to get a new phone when I changed carriers. It does keep up with my needs for a phone. I wanted a phone that could do some of the features of my old phone. The Galaxy A13 has done that.

This one topped my last on with the Samsung Pass and Samsung Pay(NFC) capability and the 5G network. There isn't a whole lot I can't do. The only thing I don't like is it don't come with a charger box. When Samsung switched from a USB to C cord to a C to C cord. It didn't have a box's to plug my phone into to charge. The only cord I had was a C to C charger. So, I had to go buy one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great budget phone I have started my quest with galaxy devices. I now own an A13 5g phone, a 7 tab lite and my Tu7000 smart tv. With that in mind you would think smart veiw would be the way to go to connect all these amazing devices lol wrong. After starting my quest I shorthly realized that the A13 and 7tab lite do not have this option leaving me scracthing my head in confusion. Then I realized I am not rich and these products are all budget devices. So needless to say even thought these were a produced by samsung they are still cheap budget devices that do not have smartveiw capibilitys. Well lets just say I am very sad l. On the plus side my 5yr old iphone can airdrop and screen mirror with no problems. What the heck is going on???????

I love the microscope feature, it helps when I am pulling splinters out of my kids hands. The sound quality is very clear. I also get reception pretty much everywhere I have traveled in the U. S. I have already recommended this phone to everyone I know.

I love how nice the quality of the pictures are and how much storage space I have on my phone. I listen to music every morning so having a loud speaker on my phone is amazing. I'm clumsy and have dropped it a million times and it still fully works. I use my phone for everything text talk email and of course Google. I'm terrible at erasing things on my phone and even with a 100,000 emails it still runs fast....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Options For A Budget Phone Bought this phone while I save up for a another Galaxy Note since mine broke. I'm honestly quite impressed. I thought I was going to hate it but it's pretty much the same as my Note8, pretty much closest you could get. I miss certain things like the stylus which is why I'm going to continue saving for the best Note I can get, but performance wise, there is no difference. I honestly haven't noticed a single issue with streaming, size, updates, nothing. I did crack the screen but that's user error from dropping it and it IS a budget phone. So don't expect it to be foolproof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, except... The Samsung Galaxy a13 is a great device for someone on a budget. Unfortunately, the fingerprint scanner is a bust. I cannot keep it working. There's no dust, no scratches, no film, no nothing. I've even gone the lengths to factory reset my phone, which really stunk because I used my fingerprint scanner to log my password for my Samsung backup. It keeps a decent charge. The camera is mediocre, but it's everything that someone on a budget would need.

The settings change periodically to random settings, and network randomly drops or dissapears, and I have to reboot the device very often. The screen is much bigger, and clearer than what im used to, and that is a plus. Speakers are very good quality, the calls are very clear when i receive them. Many times when someone calls the phone does not alert me, nor show when i have a missed call. It is a big upgrade from my Iphone that i switched from. I love being able to customize the phone for me vs what the Iphone has to offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed Well I like to use my device for gaming for pictures for video and to keep Vital Information on now storing Vital Information with locks and security and codes it's great everything works perfectly I love how easy it is to pull stuff up also when researching websites or joining apps the autofill is perfect I don't have to have everything written down and I like that but here's the thing when it comes to gaming it's slow it bogs down you get that little hiccup where it's trying to catch up it's like it's not processing fast enough and for the money that it was paid for it I'm just disappointed in Samsung I even used to work at Samsung telecommunications back in the early 2000s and ever since then I've Loved Samsung Samsung TVs Samsung cell phones Samsung tablets everything that's all I buy but unfortunately this time I have to say I'm disappointed

It hasn't given me any issues at all and keeps on working well no matter how many apps I download. Believe me I have downloaded more apps than I ever thought this phone could handle and it still performs like it's brand new. I play several games, I have a ton of photos and documents and it still performs at lighting speed. The camera makes excellent photos and the preprogrammed apps are easy to use and make my life easier. You can't go wrong with this phone.

Its really nice that samsung has their own galaxy store I love the themes and fonts that I can't get on the google play store. I also love the samsung health app it helps keep me on track with my fitness and the amount of water I need to be drinking daily to stay fit & healthy. I plan on staying with samsung forever definitely a repeat customer.

It has been a great assistant while conducting real estate business. I am able to capture awesome photos and video of subject properties. The clarity while conduct conference calls is unparalleled for a phone in this price range. I have recently returned to online school and the A13 has been wonderful. The video quality is very good and it handles apps quite responsive. This is a well priced and functional phone. A mini computer in the palm of my hand.

I love the macro function on the camera being able to see things in a new lite its like seeing into the world of the bugs and Beatles. The price is right to you can't beat the inexpensive ness. I think it's a great phone worth while to have.

Have had their phone for almost a year now and my only issue is I use alot of space and will freeze at time. Other than that the navigation and features especially my notifications can be customized with lights and sounds. I won't miss another text message!??????????

It has a good hand-feel with or without a case and the fingerprint reader in the power button is weird at first but very convenient once you're used to it (as long as you use your thumbprint). My main issue is the storage capacity. It's quiet low compared to my last phone, the Galaxy A51 4g, and many others I've had through the years. Despite my personal experience, I feel like it would make a great phone for someone who just needs the basics, maybe even a teen getting their first phone.

Actually this feature is terrible! Also, the finger scan is pretty much pointless if you have a phone cover because you can't get your whole finger print like the phone would like. I have to take my phone cover off every time asked for a finger scan.Less

Good screen, compute power, RAM, memory, expandable storage. Though over the past year it has lagged behind. For example Galaxy Watch 5 considers this a lower end model and won't turn on the advanced features such as remote camera controls.

I've had issues with my phone or the apps on it crashing constantly. The battery sometimes drains fast as well. I'm not in love with my phone e and cannot wait to upgrade it.

I have to keep trying to connect everything I go somewhere new. Plus it will not download any multi media texts, which is so frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, great value, long lasting A decent device for the price. 7 dollars per month where as the a14 5g is cheaper at 2 dollars per month. Relatively quick for its tier, the a13 5g can keep up with updates and still run smoothly. Camera quality is nothing exceptional as the sensors aren't necessarily bad more as the camera photo processing software is basic and sub par. Multimedia messages and phone calls are sub par with pixelated photos and videos are still sent, even on decent wifi connection. Storage isn't much of a problem as I never run out but reception is. The reception issue is based on a manufacturer defect and is being replaced with a properly functioning device. Games like minecraft and candy crush saga run fine based on the hardware. Build quality Is somewhat inadequate as it easily scratches and dents with an otterbox case on and fingerprints ruin the smoothness of the phone screen, no matter how frequently its cleaned with lens wipes or alcohol. Overall the device is fine for what it is but I would recommend the a14 5g for anyone who wants a more pleasant experience as it better suits most people and comes in a variety of colors where I could only find the a13 5g in black.

For me galaxy means quality and reliability. I use my phone for everything. It's my camera, my memories book, my calendar, alarm, GPS, and so many other things. My phone is very vital to my lifestyle and ability to juggle all the many hats I wear. It's the one thing in life I don't even check the price on. GALAXY has more than proven itself to me therfore loyalty is a no brainer. I don't know that I have ever had a single problem with any of my phones from galaxy. Frankly I hate upgrading because I grow so attached and why fix something that isn't broke? But upgrading is always a very easy transition and never comes with a new traumatizing re-education process lol. Thanks galaxy for your attention to quality and detail.

The big screen allows me to watch my videos and movies with such great quality I sometimes bypass watching my TV in order to watch movies on my phone instead. I use my phone for calls, emails, calendars to prioritize, streaming and Bluetooth and especially pictures. The camera isn't what expected. It doesn't take great pictures in my opinion. Other than that I really enjoy having enough space to store files, pictures and the Hotspot that's built in. I upgraded from a Samsung 9 a year ago and overall I enjoy all the features. Holds a charge for more than 24 hours as long as I'm not on social media or streaming shows/ movies for more than 8 hours.

I have not used this for gaming at all since I have a game console for that. Battery life is great and I can get at least five days out of it if i stream short videos (5/6 per day) . The one issue I have with this phone that keeps it from receiving that fifth star in the ratings is the animation between actions. I've disabled them through developer options and there is still an animation and slight lag when closing an app or selecting the three lines at the bottom to reveal open apps. Other than that, I highly recommend this phone.

I'm all about researching to no end especially when it comes to phones. Only this time I went a Lil further into the future on making a decision as to what phone is gonna be best for what and how I use my device and for the price , I now have a galaxy A13 5G. I am very pleased and happy with my new cell, so much so that I have talked my mother into purchasing one for herself. So far so good, course I've only had it a short time but I can't see that I would change anything, yet that is. It still early and I still have some learning to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A13 5g galaxy The Bluetooth doesn't work properly like you make a call and then try to make another and then it goes through your phone not the device that it is connected to, sometimes it gets disconnected from the device that it is connected to. When the phone is locked it won't let you type your password in to unlock it you have to push the lock button twice and then type in your password and then other times it locks while you are trying to unlock the phone. I had a galaxy s10e and it was a much better phone and everything worked properly on it but it couldn't get 5g on it so I bought this one and I am very disappointed with it.

From the multiple rotating background pick to the customing of each app. I can have my home screen be clear as day and swipe up to see full catalog of apps is nice, not cluddered. Pictures are good I do find myself using the phone camera over snap more often.

I have a few things I think can be better. 1-the time it takes to fully charge the battery from less than 10% to 100 should be faster than 1 hour...it takes up to 2.5-3 hrs some times. This is the 5 generation of phones and software. 2- The fingerprint reader takes 5-7 tries to accept approved user finger. If it's not perfectly straight up and down it won't read it when the older circle model on the rear of A3 models can accept it sianted, upside down, horizontal and vertically. 3- the phone come with too many unwanted apps that take up yo 8-10 gigs of space that can't be removed so we really don't get the said amout of memory/storage advertised Last but not least it would be nice if the phones came with better media compression software cause pictures and videos is an important tool used my 98% of users and without buying expensive external storage products our phones stop being able to auto update, use applications and even send/receive calls/text. Let's try to give to customer a.lil bit more control over a few options offered in upcoming models and software upgrades.

Email, social, text, games, etc. The phone was sold to me with the guarantee that the battery lasted a full 24 hours before needing a charge and has a fast operating system because i needed a phone for medical reasons. This phone is what allows myself and close family and friends to view and understand my type I Diabetes blood sugars. At first the phone worked fast and the battery lasted almost a whole day, which is good considering it's constantly running my diabetes app in the background, but after a couple weeks the games began to lag, my phone calls, including service areas, were slow and scratchy/cutting out and the battery lasts about 1/4 of a day. I like the size and options but it's too slow and battery dying so quick that I have a hard time keeping up.

When at work, the timer and calculator, and the camera for pictures and video as well as the flashlight are useful tools I can reach easily and quickly throughout the workday even on a 24 hour shift without worrying about battery power. If you know about 5g; imagine what will happen when I change my account to a 5g account.

The first time it's activated, it transfer data from my old phone into my new Samsung 13A 5G and I can see old history from my text messenger and my apps. It's biometrics make my online accounts more secure for I add an app called Microsoft Authenticator. As the device have a fingerprint reader and helped me to log in quicker than I usually do and it's really useful when connected onto my laptop. While the pictures are pretty good and can give an interesting 360 like view with the panoramic function. It's not the most perfect device for apps are getting larger and larger and 64GB may not be enough but it's still a good device to have.

Needs more ways to addaptevly use sd card to consider make it into a small amount of ram. In order to take other task much faster to load and prossess.

The camera quality is superb, it's Ram is amazingly fast, and storage capacity at base is perfect for someone like me. There's nothing more I could ask for in a phone! 10/10!!

The only opportunity is the life of the battery on a daily basis. Since I use it often, it needs to be charged everyday. I wish you can work on a better battery. Thanks.

Overall best phone you can get for the amount of money. Samsung offers Samsung free and a separate store so those are in my opinion the best who doesn't want free anything with todays inflation. Sometimes it bogs down, and I can't have as many apps as I would like to on here, but the benefits far outweigh the negatives. The price was great, the camera on it is awesome I'm kind of a clumsy person so obviously I've dropped my cell phone multiple times but the durability is well great. Also the camera the size the accessibility I love it it a perfect it is a perfect fit it helps me with my work and went on my free time it helps me try new things with its different apps and workout programs that I love to use but above all those the price on this is so good it would be ridiculous to not buy this if you are a consumer that is Frugal with their money this is the Best Buy ever.

Stream Videos daily on this phone using the various service I subscribe to and Samsung has a free TV service. Streaming pauses automatically if a call comes in. We shop and and order food easily from the phone. We listen to a lot of audiobooks using the A13 . and use it as a sound machine with app while traveling. I haven't found anything I needed to do with the phone that could not do. I was even surprised to find I could PRINT to my Wi-Fi printer at home from my phone which is great! I do not have to send pdfs to my computer in order to print them.

I write documents on it, on Microsoft Word and print them out directly from my phone to my printer which is very convenient. I watch music videos on this phone. I clock in and out of work from my work app on this phone. The battery lasts all day. It charges very fast. I love this phone.
