Rated 5 out of 5 by from terrible service I ordered the Tab S9+ and Samsung offered a great deal on this keyboard/cover. I had them delivered to Best Buy, only the keyboard was out of stock. So I got my tablet only. Three days later, I got notice that the keyboard was in...only I was leaving town for a week that day. I went through a horrible online chat process to ask about picking up the keyboard at a different Best Buy. Samsung said no. So I got home the last day of the 7 day window pick-up and couldn't get to the store. At 1:00am the next day I got an automated message saying the keyboard had been sent back to Samsung because I didn't pick it up. Short answer...no idea how the keyboard works. Never tried it.

There's no way to adjust the angle of the keyboard, and it's not comfortable to use on your lap because of it. This also offers little in the way of protection for the sides of the tablet, I wouldn't risk dropping it on the sidewalk...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I miss the Tab S7+ Book Cover Keyboard. This book cover is too clunky. I preferred the Book Cover Keyboard for the Tab S7+. With the S7+ Book Cover I can disconnect the keyboard and use it with the stand by itself. The S9+ doesn't have this feature.

I wish the product came in different colors or vibrant designs to move away from the typical dark grey and very professional style. Also, it would be also great if it came with protection for the corners of the tablet to protect it from falls.

It makes typing so easy that my tablet has become my go to for quick searches and not my laptop any more. Only reason it lost a star is every now and then it doesn't make prefect contact and you have to wiggle it into place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke after a day of use. The F key fell off of this just over 24 hours after buying it. It feels bad to hold, and as cool as the magnetizing is, getting the s pen out of the cover is a nightmare. I got it for free with my tablet and it's bad enough to make me want to return the whole thing. Luckily the tablet is incredible, but that just shows how bad this thing is. It makes the whole experience feel cheap.

The angle is too "up" to use the touchscreen comfortably, but there is no trackpad, so you will have to use touch screen or add a Bluetooth mouse or a touchpad. Will disconnect if you lay it flat. Received as a promotion, will probably never use it.

I never had any issues with my very old Tab 10.4 keyboard. I wish there was a better way that they can improve the connection, without cutting off especial how expensive this keyboard and case was. Come on Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty bad! I got it free with my tablet purchase and my god I can't imagine paying for this. It just feels flimsy and bad to use. I sort of want to break it in half just to see if it'll be as easy as I think it would be. I wish it was just a case and not a keyboard, since the keyboard part makes it fixed to a certain angle and position. And it is just not comfortable to type on. Pros is that it prevents the pen from detaching and it looks nice on the outside? But truly no reason you should be buying this for retail price. Maybe they gave it away for free cause no one wants it.

Don't Waste Your Money I pre-ordered this keyboard cover to go with my new Galaxy Tab S9+, which I'm getting to replace the Tab S8 Ultra I bought last year (great device, way too big). I was hoping to get a better keyboard than the version that came free with the Tab S8 Ultra but was quickly disappointed to see that it's literally the same version. It's flat as a board, uncomfortable to type on, the travel of the keys is horrendous, and at $159.99... Way overpriced. Last year, the keyboard cover was a free add-on for pre-ordering the tablet. From my perspective, absolutely nothing has changed to warrant the current price tag. Samsung, please do better.

I'm typing, stop to scroll a bit, try typing again and the keyboard doesn't work becauseits no longer connected. I have to detach from the tablet and reattach it in order to get it to work again. It's very frustrating and not very user friendly.

It is tough to give it a review for functionality because it doesn't function properly. It is quite expensive to have all these problems with a keyboard that is custom made for the Tab S9+. I have many Samsung products and this one is the most disappointing. Getting help with service and support has been extremely difficult, as well. As of now, I'm stuck with this malfunctioning cover.

However, Best Buy is still very new at this whole experience and had to call Samsung directly to help them understand how to help me. They need a bit more training.
