Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a techie, but can notice the difference this was installed on the family computer and while the previous drive was a typical "sata ssd" i never noticed how slow it was. after learning about different storage types, i now realize why nvme is so much faster. and it is noticeable! the load times for the initial startup is almost instant now. i don't even see the windows loading screen. pictures are clicked and opened almost immediately. i didn't know that a storage device could make such a difference, but my family has informed me that my pc is more than capable and switching to this drive was the breath of life it needed to be brought back into the 21st century. overall super happy with the drive.

My OS is running this with Main and important programs, with BitLocker enabled. Secondary storage Drive for extra programs and media storage is a Kingston terabyte solid state.
