Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Customer Service Ever ordered before thanksgiving. delivered on 12/2. we paid for install and the guy came 12/5. opened the box, tv cracked. called the same day to report the issue. we have made several calls try to get a replacement. asked for a manager they can never find one tell us they will have a manager call us. . called today and we were offered $50 towards another purchase for our inconvenience. we have to send the tv back and we don't have any idea when a new one will be sent. they should send it since none of this was our fault. this is a christmas gift . it is totally unacceptable. we are stuck with an ugly wall mount on our wall with no tv. i have a sound bar that i can't use yet either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 4K 50" TV have only had this tv for two days; but, picture & sound quality are great. setup somewhat easy, problems with getting to stream in local channels in our area. difficulty getting account setup through tv. still have things to work through as we are not used to having a smart tv, had an analog for several years. wish there were more detailed instructions with tv as well as a channel guide(paper)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture, Okay Speakers the picture is fantastic, we really love it. sound quality means a lot to us though so i have to report that the speakers are just okay. i will end up getting additional speakers and an amp for it. it simply does not have the guts you need to watch rock or metal videos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fine TV we bought this to replace a samsung 2009 52" lcd in order to get the "smart" features we did not have on that television. the price point for this tv was truly shocking (low) and the quality is just fine for our use, which is you basic tv and movie viewing. the deficit that really hasn't bothered me was that there are only 2 hdmi ports and there is only optical audio outputs, maybe this is the norm now but i cannot connect this to my stereo system as i did my pervious unit. that said i will be looking to purchase the t-450 sound bar to get the quality sound i am missing. the sound without a sounbdbar is average.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Save your money this tv is impossible to set up. it would not get past the screen where you accept the terms. i tried for 4 hours, gave up and took it all the way back to the store and traded it for a 6 series. no issues with the 6 series at all. set up in 5 minutes. stay away from the 7000 series they have garbage software on them. this is the 4th samsung tv i have purchased. i would give it zero stars.

Save your money and get this one. Remote isn’t as nice as the higher priced one but you will save enough to buy 2 more of these TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not working after 18 months… 2nd Samsungs that broke 18 months after purchase and out of warranty…. Bottom half of tv where the smart bar is stay dim about half the time. Did all of the trouble shooting on my own and with Samsung. They said the display is defective and the cost to have it serviced is more than the cost of the TV. This TV replaced another Samsung tv whose display also failed after less than 2 years. I have other older Samsung TVs that are still goin g strong after 8 years but it seems like quality of newer ones is less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seamless home integration/personalisation options I've owned my TU7000 series 75" for about a month now, and I must say I am so happy I made the decision to go big or go home! This is the biggest, and best TV I have ever owned. Other brands pale in comparison to the Samsung Crystal UHD 4K experience. The HDR color definition is unlike anything I have ever seen. I currently pair my TV with the Samsung MX-T70 surround speaker, and man is it immersive to watch a movie with this theatre of a TV! It really puts you right in the front row. The home is customisable and accessible without leaving an app you're currently using or watching, which I love! When connecting to my speaker, I don't even have to go through the trouble of going through the settings, it connects automatically and prompts you to play from the speaker, regardless of what you have open or playing. When playing from the speaker, I can simply use the volume buttons on my remote to increase speaker volume. The game mode makes the TV respond very quickly and activates automatically, reducing the input lag. The TV has an ambient lighting feature that dims the display according to the light in the room. Overall, the TU7000 series 75" TV has provided me with hours of seamless and trouble free entertainment. Hats off to Samsung on this one, they never cease to amaze me with their product quality and almost non-existent bezels. Beautiful product. I would recommend anyone on the fence about if you "need" this big of a TV to go for it, it was totally worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture, Great sound, Fun features I love this TV for many reasons. The size makes me feel like I'm at the movies - super immersive. It even does well in a sunny room without much of the typical glare thanks to the bright picture. The sound is loud and full, even with bass, something that other TVs this thin generally fail to deliver. The settings menu and apps are easy to navigate and use with the lightweight, minimal remote. The remote even controls my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max via HDMI-CEC - super convenient. The overall design is modern with a tiny bezel so it almost seems like a high-quality picture just hovering in the air with my multi-axis wall mount, which was easy to install given its relatively small weight - if not for the awesome size, one person could easily lift it. While prices vary by region and retailer, I found it to be very affordable given all of its specs and features, not only compared to other brands in its class, but also compared to other Samsung models. I have other TVs in my home and office with similar specs from LG and Sony, but this Samsung is easily the best of them all. I highly recommend it for its great picture, wonderful sound, simple remote, overall design, and excellent overall experience. It is definitely best-in-class.

It has enhanced my families interest in watching movies together since viewing is so much more enjoyable! Although I do not play video games, I cannot keep our teenager away from it every chance he gets and he has said its because the other TV's in the house dont produce the same quality graphics! I highly recommend this television!

I explained that it was for the bedroom and I didn’t need all of the bells and whistles. The Sales rep then directed me to the 75”. He checked with the warehouse to make sure it would fit in the Jeep. Brought the tv home and set it up with help from the wife. Picture and price were excellent. Great experience.

I have Spectrum (no choices yet in my area) and the remote numbers, including the pre channel button, are inoperative. It is a huge hassle to change channels!! Spectrum and Samsung both blame each other but will not rectify the issue…….

The quality and clarity of the picture is incredible. I feel like I am on the field during football games. While watching movies, i am in awe of how clear the images are. I can say without hesitation, that buying my Samsung TV was the best decision I have made in quite some time. Great picture Easy to use So many channels Adaptable with fire stick. All of my neighbors come over to my house to watch live sports and movies. If you are interested in purchasing a new TV, look no further. This is the best flat screen on the market!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Processor and navigation I have three Samsungs. however the processor on this model is very very slow. i have followed all the recommendations on how to speed up the response time however it just does not help. From the minute it's turned on it takes too long to load the applications and the channel guides. The TV times out and spins when switching between apps and loading the videos. Overall am not happy with it. The best way to use it is just to get the latest fire sticks from amazon and just navigate thru it. Do not use the built in apps that have been downloaded in the TV including the Samsung TV app which is Really slow. picture quality is good.

Comes with free streaming of Samsung Plus (more than 200 channels). This TV has lots more features and is a great choice for an entertainment center.

The only issue i have is the streaming apps buffer on the tv unless i unplug the tv and plug it back in then the streaming apps work fine.

I like that the TV automatically detects equipment that is plugged into it and identifies the product. The smart remote is great to control all of the console with one remote.

Even though it is not top of the line, we have found no issues with the performance as we do not regularly watch 4k content. Audio is also decent even without a sound bar. It would be great if connectons panel was on the botom or on the side. Device is heavy and once attached to the wall, you no longer have access for new or temporary connections.

This TV has it all and the smart plug in feature that it has is really great too. Plug in your Xbox, Sonos or cable box and the tv recognizes what it is and you can even control some of those accessories with your Samsung remote. I am not sure I will by another brand after this.

And connects to my Samsung app. It also allows Google mini to control it. It even has Ethernet! Light weight yet 75" and several size options. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly Great We've had this TV for about 8 months. We are pleased with the picture and satisfied with the sound. We have a sound bar for it that we were given as a gift, but it is sort of a toss-up whether it is any improvement. I'd say the sound bar is boomier for music, but the TV speakers are sharper and clearer for everything else. Our only gripe about this TV is that we feel too dependent on the remote control, which sometimes gets lost. There is a power button concealed under the center of the TV screen, but it is not something you can see under there, and the button has little or no recognizable feel to it. In fact, my family reports that the button no longer works, and the remote is the only way to turn it on now. We live in a rural/remote area, and the 75 inch TV is too big to return anywhere just for this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV this is my 3rd samsung tv purchase in the last 9 years. the last 2 were 60". the new 75" series 7000 4k is very nice. and the picture is outstanding. the only issue for me is the sound. i wish there was a way to increase the sound so i do not have to raise the sound with the remote to 75 or more that shows on the screen meter. all my other samsung tv,s were not close to that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Picture! We primarily use our Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for watching sports, series, comedies, singing competition shows, and movies. Our main source is a satellite box for networks, but we also have an HD antenna connected. Since it is a smart TV we are able to stream many channels, including several music apps. Our Samsung is connected by a 4K HDMI cable to a Yamaha 5.1 4KHD Receiver running Polk speakers. Since we are retired, anytime we are home and inside, the TV is on playing music when we're not watching a show. We love that when we are playing songs from Apple Music the lyrics to the song playing scroll down the screen. The picture quality is incredible! Watching NFL football on the 75" screen with surround sound is awesome! This is the fourth HDTV we have had for our main viewing in our Family room. Each time we have gone up in screen size and changed brands. This Samsung, by far, is the absolute best one we have ever had! The remote is functional and easy to use, however, since we watch satellite programs the most, we have programed the satellite remote to turn on and off both the Samsung TV and the Yamaha receiver. We are very satisfied with our Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have as a Samsung consumer. I recently purchased the 75" about a few months back. I'm enjoying the experience I have within the Samsung ecosystem. I have a phone and buds that work perfect with it. The tap n connect feature is so convenient. I would like to see a connection feature like this with my buds, maybe a newer model does. My phone has a constant notification for the remote so I always can control it when stepping away as well. I like the overlay of bringing up the home menu and never missing something I may be watching.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great picutre we love the size and picture quality on this tv. we are not impressed at all with its "smartness" we get kicked out of shows we are watching all the time and it will go back to the main screen. other users have also had this issue while streaming from hulu, netflix etc. our older samsung does not have this problem. it is truly frustrating. the sound quality is ok, we hooked up a bose speaker and it sounds much better.

They sent me a team out and they told me that the TV had physical damage. Oddly enough that TV hasn't been touched since it was mounted. My experience with warranty had led me to never want a Samsung product. I went and purchased a new TV because the repairs cost more than the actual TV. I will also replace my phones and watches and want nothing to do with Samsung. ?? FYI I have a friend who's has appliances and told me that all they appliances have trouble.

It’s skips from one app to the other fast and easy with no delays or lagging issues, all the streaming apps Netflix, prime ect.. all works perfectly, video games also is a thing to behold in this tv but what steps it up a notch is the discovery programs or animal planet shows is just mind blowing on this television and I pairs and works perfectly with my phone incase I loose my remote or can’t find it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Noticeable difference in picture quality when watching and streaming movies when compared to my previous Samsung LED 65" tv. Easy set up with the convenient HDMI connections that are located on the right side. Easy pairing with Samsung sound bars. Immersive feeling playing certain console games. Remote is not complicated and has one button touches for major streaming video services. Only drawback is the number of HDMI connections available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice tv with a few frustrating issues overall a very nice tv. smart ui navigation is very sluggish however, and very frustrating. i'm constantly selecting incorrectly due to the ui lag time. picture clarity constantly turns itself off and samsung's only wisdom is to factory reset. did this. same problem. when it works it's golden. screen cast from phone is great. alexa integration is ok.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent it is a decent tv…nothing special, but i knew going into it that for the price, it is worth the average picture and sound quality i paid for the large size it is. what os very frustrating is on a continual basis, it completely disconnects from wifi and the only solution is to reset the network and manually enter my wifi password. i tried connecting to three people over the past 30 minutes over customer support chat but none would reply eben though it said i was connected.

I have a bunch of streaming subscriptions and only complaint I have that actually matters is that there's very limited built in storage to support as many apps that I want to install. Just like the Samsung phones the a bunch of bloatware that I can't Uninstall leaving me with very limited options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The remote sucks the remote for this tv is horrible!!! trying to navigate through your apps? oh accidentally pressed the back/home button because everything is grouped tightly together? oh the tv picture is awesome. the keyboard mechanics are up there with the remote. like let me just type my word out not oh you want to delete that selection? so not only do you have to press those small navigation buttons you have to do a few times just to move off the letter you selected.

But for the majority of its use it is best night or day. The quality is incredibly clear! Samsung TVs have always been the best, in my opinion, and this is a great tv for any need. The built in speakers are not the best. A sound bar is a reasonable solution to the problem.

We use use the over the air tuner and if we lose signal on 12- channels some times it deletes the channel out of the memory and to watch 12-1 or other 12- channels we have to scan all the channels again. Happens every couple weeks. We do stream channels from internet and use apps for movies which work great. Very happy with quality. Sound works very weird. When you turn TV on you have to volume up every time for few seconds because it is like on zero when you turn it on. Still a great buy and great picture for the price.

It was easy to set up and also draws very little power reducing the electric bill. The remote is easy to operate and also will function with other electronic devices. Samsung warranty and reliability is probably unsurpassed in the industry.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the remote… small narrow remote with to manny buttons real close together. The four navigating button you have to make sure you hit or you will hit the back arrow button out of the app, then you’ll have to restart the app. Overall the the TV is awesome!! But the remote is meh!

My brother and I installed the unit on the wall right after moving in and having the Wi-Fi connected… it was amazing! The color, the ease of use, the intuitive design of the remote, even the non-amplified sound was great! Unfortunately though, we were not able to bring our old furniture up to the family room b/c the stairwell was too tight, but that hasn’t stopped up from watching that big screen while sitting on the carpet! Thanks Samsung! The picture is nice that there’s little need for a new couch!

The details and colors are so vivid that sometimes, I can actually see the amount of makeup TV personalities put on just to read the news. The details are amazing. And the best part is that the TV connected wirelessly to my Home WiFi, so I can watch all my Streaming services in a heartbeat. I did however, have to invest in a BOSE Soundbar and Subwoofer, because the sound from the TV speakers sucked. Good thing is that the Bose system connected wirelessly so I can watch movies with a Theater experience. This TV was a great buy but next time, I might invest in the OLED line of TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lack of ports Lack of ports. Has hdmi... one I think. And one or two optical. I upgraded from a 55" Vizio to this. Having a few issues connecting my home theater receiver to this. Tried the optical route, but it echos. There aren't any rca plugs on TV. Sure, I'm running an older yamaha theater receiver but it's not that old. If you find one 2nd hand they are still going for $1k. It's a 7.2 and has Dolby atmos, but every setting I've tried so far echos. Weird. Just wish there were more connections. Picture is great. Size is wow. Takes up my whole living room wall.... ok half of it, but it's centered. Finding an affordable TV stand to hold a 75" TV was fun. Especially since the feet of the tv are so lengthy. 13 inches I think I measured. Since there was no way I was paying $800 for a TV stand to hold this monster TV, and my wall of my row home isn't trusting, I rigged a street sign with screws into my existing stand so this TV would have a place to sit. It works. The remote sucks. It's a basic remote you'd find at a yard sale. No back lighting. Can't see the buttons when your in a dark room. Sucks. I was excited about this purchase, but now I'm like, eh... I'm not 100%. I'd give 2 or 3 stars, but the picture is great, so I gave 4 stars. If I can't hook up my receiver then I'll sell this TV and get a Sony or something better for the price I paid.

I use it for just about everything, streaming videos, and gaming is an incredible experience. The music comes out clear and I hear every note, every beat. So, I hooked it up to my surround sound system and it's as if I'm in a theater at home. The clarity of the picture is fantastic.

I have just learned to use the streaming smart tv and I just love it. when there is nothing on cable you can always find something on Paramount +, Net flicks, amazon prime. I am deaf in one ear and the other is hard to hear so I really wish this sound could eliminate the background sound so I could hear the words.

The tv also comes with Samsung channels and is easy to toggle. You can adjust your apps and your “favorites “ will pop up even before you select the appointment want to run. You also get a great view even when looking at the screw from an angle. The bad: Has moments where it lags during fast transitions and looks a bit swirly In order to utilize the “casting” feature, you’ll have to use a usb and download the update onto the usb and then manually plug the usb into the tv to process the update

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has great features. We use our model for both business and pleasure. Gaming for the kids, relaxation for our pets, and focus for our work. The best feature is the home menu allowing access to all the apps you have and the ability to add more. The product home screen allows us to conveniently switch from one input to another with the exception of switching to an outdated game system such as a Wii which does not connect via HDMI. UNFORTUNATELY, we have to use a seperate component box to connect it. And in doing so not all the time does the TV recognize when we are trying to connect it because it does not easily switch from TV to Component. I love that it has more than HDMI port. I wish it had at least 3. With the Component issue above It would be useful if the TV had more than 1 TV input sources. Such as TV1 IN and TV2 IN that uses the older component cables (RCA audio, video cables) so connecting the older game systems would be easier. Would also be great if when the older model game system is selected then the TV would recognize the lack of image resolution and adjust to that setting so the video quality still looks good. As it currently is, any older model connected to this TV has poor video quality and everything is completely blurred making it very difficult to enjoy.

Extremely responsive, access to all of the latest apps, and able to stream from Samsung devices AND Apple devices via Airplay. I really enjoy the feature where you simply tap your Galaxy device on the side of the TV to initiate Smartview. Great picture as is the case with all Samsung displays. Don't miss out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome picture quality. This TV was placed in our family room and now nobody wants to leave it. The picture quality is crisp, the colors bright and the blacks deep. It did take some tweeking on my part to get the color just right for me, but it was all just personal preference. The factory speakers are a little lacking but it was hooked immediately to a Samsung sound bar and it automatically recognized it and turns it on when the TV is turned on. When you raise or lower the volume on the TV it does the sound bar instead. The app interface is streamlined and user friendly. No lag in switching from one app to the next. It processes fast, I used wifi at first but now have it hooked up with an ethernet cable and it is extremely fast. And it's large enough to see anywhere in the rroom.

We do a lot of streaming and binge watching our favorite series, and we can’t tear ourselves away from it. It makes us feel like we are close to the action! The picture is so clear and vibrant, I feel like I could reach out and touch the actors. The remote is easy to figure out, and the features are easy to access. I absolutely love this TV! ??????

I didn't think it was possible to get a better picture than what we had on the 65" inch, but I was wrong. Nature shows feel like you are in the middle of everything! I have sound bar but, never needed to hook it up to the television. The sound is great all on its own. The remote is not complicated and easy to use or you can download the Samsung app and have a remote on your phone. The app works great with not glitches. I would highly recommend this television to anyone looking for a large screen television. Samsung has always produced the best picture quality and I have always been very satisfied. I refuse to spend the money to buy a television unless it is Samsung!

Of course there is better Samsung TV with new and powerful technology and specifications but I can't afford them yet. This is a great alternative for a TV on a budget. Default settings are good but you can definitely personalize them to your liking wit a little work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, remote crappy tv is great! well worth every penny we spent on it. the remote? its worth about $1.00. why throw in a crappy remote with a quality television. there is no weight to it, my husband says hes worried he will crush it in his hand, its tiny and it doesnt even light up. i figure the remote will last 9 months, if we’re lucky. come up samsung, you can do better than that!

Not the best but good for the price. The menu is a bit slow, there seems to be some lag between when I press the remote buttons and when the action is executed which can be frustrating. The sound is a bit weak also. Sometimes I have to bump all the way to 30 or 40 level to be able to really enjoy the experience. Overall I am happy with it. It's not a premium product but then the price reflects it.

Like having a movie screen in our downstairs lounge. Only complaint is the UX when you turn it on. There are too many things going on with too many visuals to know what is selected. Big pro – bluetooth connectivity to my stereo is seamless. (now I just need to sell my old sound bar). Had no desire to spend 4 digits on a TV. So this was a perfect solution at a good price.

My wife has wanted a smart tv for a while and she thought it was a good deal too. I ordered it online and left for the store to pick it up. It was ready when I got there. Loaded it up, came home, into the house. Next day, my wife and I moved out the old one, dusted, set up the new one, got on to the menu (easy setup), then started watching tv! While the picture is great the software is garbage. It’s slow, the remote in my opinion has entirely too many buttons when thinking my other 3 TVs (Amazon fire, Roku) remotes are so seamless. I hit the button on my remote and it will shift 3 times to my one push. I’ve also noticed maybe a refresh issue on the TV. It’s like there is a delay at times in processing whatever is on TV. Also do not like that you can not add additional apps or that Alexa is very limited in what she’ll do with the TV. I will just be plugging a fire stick into and going back to that remote and software.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed it didn’t work I bought the 75 inch Crystal UHD (TU model) in May. I was not able to get it up and plugged in until a few weeks ago. After mounting the TV and plugging it in, I got nothing. No picture, no strips of light, nada. Called to customer service, and they don’t have a service technician in my area to work on it. Luckily I can get a refund, but now I have to buy another one, and the TV model and size is no longer in stock. I was happy with the first one I bought over a year ago same model just 70 inch, but now it keeps dropping from the WiFi network which is annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not particularly sharp and dim backlighting i replaced a 60”, 1080p tv with this 70”, 4k tv. about the only difference was it’s larger. the native backlighting is dim and if i had this in an area that received a lot of sunlight, it would be difficult to see the screen. i’ve also switched between standard and 4k streams with this tv and have not seen much of a difference in sharness or detail. 70” is a really nice screen size and thr native smart functions are great, but it’s unlikely you’ll get the visual quality expected from a 4k label. at this price you really can’t complain, but if you have the extra money, i would recommend a model qith higher contrast ratio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks greats but has some issues. i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible HD and SD. the picture quality is horrible. and worst of all there’s not many ways to fix the picture quality all the settings of the picture samsung has change the backlight setting to a contrast setting instead and it does not work and you cannot unless you’re watching ultra high def get the picture to look like the tv has promised on the packaging. i am very disappointed the first tv came broken due to an employee at walmart. second tv is working fine has no issues other than the quality of the picture. everything about the tv is great but the panel itself was a big bummer and let down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the price and clear picture this is my 1st big screen...a few things i'm not keen of is that the legs are not very sturdy and the tv can tip over if bumped or moved very hard for dusting..also it does have a green overtone to the screen which is hard to adjust thru the menu...and there are not enough connections on the tv for additional devices and there are no rca jacks that a lot of devices still use...i like the sound of the tv..even tho i have a theater surround sound system which i can't hook up until i get a cable with hdmi plug and rca jacks...it takes a while to learn the screens but like the selections....i thought it was suppose to have roku in it too??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You can do way better for less. this tv just feels cheap. the ui is weak. streaming looks noticeably choppy compared to a ps4 stream or roku. the backlight is the worst part about this tv. its terribly dim. with all the settings cranked up it's still dim and you have to boost things like shadow detail after the brightness has already been maxed out. and yes even in darker rooms and even at night with the lights out. i have an old samsung 55 inch smart tv 1080p and it doesn't struggle to get bright enough. i feel like i wasted my money by jumping on a black friday sale without doing my research. samsung has obviously moved on to putting out junk and coasting off of its brand at this point. i thought this tv was a steal because samsung used to make good tvs. that was my go to brand. now i will never buy a samsung again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Internet Issues will not stay connected to the internet. when i turn off the tv and turn it on it disconnects from the internet and the only way to correct it is to reset the network on the tv. i exchanged it for another tv and the second on did the exact same thing. i read online this is a common issue. had no idea and regret buying this tv. should have stuck with vizio products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV won't stay connected to WIFI i have switched routers, reset the tv, done everything to troubleshoot the tv not staying connected to my wifi. all of my other devices work just fine. i have to unplug the tv every time i want to use the internet features. it's so ridiculous that this is an issue with a tv that i purchased in 2020... i just want the television to work as advertised. is that too much to ask?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tired of seeing the troubleshooting screen. i like the crystal uhd screen. sound from speakers are just ok. my problem with this 7 series is the with apps. i have a 6 series and i replaced an old toshiba that i had to use a fire stick to get updated apps on with this 7 series since my 6 was so reliable. evryday, after the tv is shut off, when the tv is cut back on, there is a troubleshooting screen about not being connected to my wifi. causing me or my family to do the soft reset, (hold power button down), or unplug the tv for 10 seconds, (tedious!!!). my 6 is standing the test of time & the fire stick with old tv was flawless. do i have to plug the fire stick into this 7 series, or is there a software patch that will be sent...soon!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality picture and quality price i purchased both a 50 inch and a 43 inch and a seven series of this product. so far my experiences with both of been very positive. i would highly recommend this television for anybody who has the newest gaming consuls as well such as the new xbox series and the playstation five the graphics are really amazing that are displayed on this television also as well the tv pairs with other technology seamlessly with no problem like for instance i have a sony sound bar that is hooked up to the samsung televisionand the tv instantly recognized what the product was same with my 4k dvd player it is well worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sadly disappointed i went to a larger screen tv, due to me having a larger living room. setting up this massive tv, was very simple. the only issues i see, is the quality of the picture itself. to me, it’s like watching a soap opera, it doesn’t have the usual display, meaning it seems the picture is fake. hard to explain. plus, the brightness adjustment isnt more defined. just was expecting better for the size and price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture went black after a week! the picture went out 9 days after purchase, we could hear audio, but no picture! we found plenty of forums online discussing this very issue that has been happening since 2016, with little help from samsung repairs that either don’t or only temporarily fix the issue. so disappointed, we thought samsung had better quality tvs than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear picture nice picture but power cord and ports should be on the same side. also, it only has 2 hdmi ports and should have 4 ports. my older samsung 46 inch tv does have 4 ports. that was disappointing on the 4k 58 inch set that i bought. i had to buy an additional hdmi cable and an rca adapter to connect my blue-ray player at a cost of an additional $100.00.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV one great addition to this fine product would be if you had voice activated searches as part of your remote. i have several other streaming devices such as apple tv and roku and they both offer voice activated text. once you’ve gotten used to being able to input words in search engines it’s difficult to go back to typing in every letter on a search and if you make a mistake having to go back so on and so forth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This has been a worthy upgrade. we did not need a new tv! we picked up this tv on a whim partially due to price and honestly just to see if there was any discernable difference from our plasma tv. once in and running, side by side with a very high-end, older samsung plasma tv there was no going back. everything was an upgrade! we had used rokus and firesticks to stream our tv; the ease of using the functions of the "smart tv" was more than expected. there is definitely a difference in the picture quality. we had what we thought was the best and this new tv proved to be so much better.

Terrible Remote we really like our tv. the clarity on the screen is great! we have many samsung products and are pleased by the quality of each one. but the remote that came with our tv is almost useless. the number buttons rarely work and i have to press them several times. if i want to change the channel to a 3 digit station the channel changes before i can get all 3 digits pressed and working. fortunately our cable remote works with the tv. otherwise, its a good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did not expect this TV to have issues so soon i bought this tv few months ago. we loved how the picture looks and the options it has. however, one of the things that is annoying is the inability to delete some apps that we do not use from home. the tv worked great for 5 months, that i bought a smaller one for another room. unofortunately, all of a sudden the screen started to frickle and went almost black. i tried all the troubleshooting options; i plugged in the tv in another outlet, reset it to factory settings, checked all the pictures settings and everything looks normal. the screen is still very very dark. i called samsung support and they are supposed to send a technician. we'll see what they can do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The quality of the product. i just bought this tv to replace my old one. it was a toshiba plasma screen. i thought that it had one of the best pictures that i had seen until i plugged my samsung tu7000 uhd tv in and set it up. when i started to watch a movie the picture was perfect. the colors were brilliant and crisp. it looked like the people could walk right out of the tv into my living room. i try to always purchase samsung electronics for my home. thanks samsung for the great tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HDMI Headaches i purchased this tv specifically to connect to a laptop computer via hdmi. i have been using it for only about two weeks and have spent hours troubleshooting the hdmi connection. i foolishly passed up another tv brand for samsung because i thought i was getting a higher quality product. if the tv wasn’t so difficult to box up and return to the store, i would have returned it within hours of purchasing the tv. since samsung obviously knows that the software is bad, i cannot believe they kept selling this model. i will never purchase another samsung product after this experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strange noise when changing channels when we received our first samsung as a gift from our children ,we heard a thumping sound which sounded like you hit a microphone everytime we changed the channel. tried working with support but nothing helped. the tv was replaced. we hooked up the second tv and the same noise occurred when changing the channel. tried to work with samsung but nothing could fix the loud noise when changing channels. best buy was very accommodating and we finally purchased a sony. no noise when changing channels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What they don't tell you... we bought this wanting to use the apple screen mirroring capability, in which photos and videos on your iphone or ipad can be displayed on your tv. we could not find this application on the tv and two calls to samsung support did not help us. i was ready to take the tv back when i decided to play with it to see what i could discover. it turns out you have to register you tv on-line, then log in on-line with the tv (obviously you have to have wi-fi in your house) and search for apply air play, which you then download to the tv, and presto! you can now do screen mirroring!

But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent picture with known defect in the remote this television has a decent picture for the money but there is a known issue with the remote. after about 10-12 days the remote stops working as a universal remote and cannot be updated or fixed. the remote stops working with the cable box. you are then forced to use 2 remotes to operate the television. samsung is unable to remedy this issue. very unfortunate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from screen stuck in dark mode at box opening we got our tv tonight at a sams club here in arkansas, and as soon as we plugged it in, it was stuck in the darkest screen mode.(we learned that it was light adaptive, so we darkened the room to see if it would brighten up more. it didnt.) even if we wanted to try to get through set up so we could adjust it manually, we couldnt because we cant see anything. we are having to return or exchange it tomorrow. to be honest, it was really disappointing because we never have issues with samsung products. hopefully tomorrow we will get one that works properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Quality i have had a samsung tv for over 6 years, so when i decided to upgrade to a 4k tv - i went with a samsung. this was a good price. however, unlike my older tv, i found the picture keeps needing to be adjusted. it was either to bright or too dark. any motion created ghosting and drag. i looked up the manual, seached for help options and nothing is fixing the problem. i have had several software upgrades. that has helped, but not with the motion drag or dark colors. a few months later i bought a samsung qled for my bedroom. like my 6 year old samsung, i loved it right out of thr box. no tweaking needed. i updated my modem that handles 4k. i have 4k hdmi cables on both my 4k tv’s. this did not help the quality of my tu7000 at all. if i could return this tv i would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 65'': Blank Screen got this tv today, plugged it in and all i see is a blank screen. i only get audio. i can barely see the text on the screen using flashlight, but that's about it. tried troubleshooting and even managed to reach the color, brightness and contrast settings, but it didn't help at all. awful product, will be very skeptical buying another samsung product. will return the tv tomorrow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Televison does not power on consistently if you enjoy removing the power cord from the back of your television to try and make it turn on each time you use it, this is the television for you. if you thrive on living in constant fear of whether the television will turn back on the next day when the big game or tournament is on, then this television is for you. if these things do not sound enjoyable to you, buy something else. this television has been a disappointment since the day we brought it home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Picture & Doesn't connect to Family Hub Fridg i have other 8000 series samsung tv's and this picture is horrible compared to those ones, i've seen other peoples different brand 75" screens and all their image quality is better. then a couple months go by and i try finally connecting to my samsung family hub refrigerator to mirror image onto it and won't connect, after speaking with tech support for 30 minutes they tell me that "smart" tv model does not connect to my "smart" fridge, i was told the only difference on this tv was it didn't have the speak control and that all new model samsung smart tv's connect with the family hub fridge. (which ice box doesn't work) i would've gladly paid the extra $250 for the 8000 series tv and i would like to upgrade/exchange mine, what can we do to resolve???

The picture is amazing and the sound quality is better than I imagined. Games have never been this good. I play for hours and with absolutely no issues. Also I might subscribe to every possible streaming service there is so you all see how important having a great TV is. Tizen is way better than I ever imagined. I'm an Android guy but I think it's time to switch. Thank you Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hardware, Sucky Software tv is great. the samsung smart tv needs an overhaul. it is an annoying menu thing that is half screen that was poorly designed. why you couldn't make it a full interactive os like apple tv os or a roku or whatever. you can barely see the apps you have. it disappears and is not easy to use. do what everyone else does in a market and copy who does it best, any make some tweaks. i was going to try for awhile but got very annoyed in the first 5 minutes of use that i switched right back to my apple tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent clarity and crisp colors I loved my Samsung Crystal UHD 75”, before bought, I went to many stores to saw and look many brands and so many TVs, at the end The quality of the screen and the sound of the Samsung was way far the best over the other brands, that was decisive to buy the Tv, because online or in ads, all the TVs looks the same, but I recommend going to many stores and look at them, see the details the sound and the guarantee, I soo in love with my Samsung Crystal UHD .

TV reception is great, channel search is relatively quick and sensitive, even finds the low power stations. The HD channels are clear, bright, and intense action looks remarkable! The price?? Even better, truly outstanding quality, and value!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large picture frame who ideas was it to only have 2 hdmi ports? naturally with a tv this big i want surround sound 1 port. but what about cable tv, fire tv, roku, apple tv and others, with this tv pick only 1. 1 port for all my entertainment experience , really? everytime i have to unplug something from that port to watch i want to send it back. the picture is good at least make a three port hdmi connector that will work with the tv and remote.

You can actually connect your phone to TV and see everyone on your zoom meeting. Talk about mind blowing. And let's not talk about Cromecast. My husband loved this. My TV has the Facebook watch app on it. My God today. I'm still learning my 5v and all of its features. I could be here all day learning all the feature. But one more thing I'm a zumba instructor and this TV has been a life saver. Why? I'm glad you ask. I can take this TV one the go with me. Love, love, love this .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tv bad remote we would rate the tv as a 4 but the remote seems complicated compared to the other tv system we have. it was more difficult to initially set up and i have to say we are still struggling with the remote for locating shows and specific episodes the picture on the tv is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality my husband and i bought this tv brand new have a similar tv still working from 2003. however, the quality of the screen is absolutely horrible. if you have kids, watch out for them touching it or anything that barely touches the tv! the screen of ours was cracked entirely from the inside due to the remote accidently being tossed to it. which is crazy if you have a toy or something that could barley knock the tv, its done. our old samsung 2003 tv survives everything. wish they made more tv's like the old days with more to handle. everything nowadays is so thin and cheaply made. very disappointed that we have to get a brand new tv because warranty doesn't cover it, know we wont be getting this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Streaming We are retired and watch TV any evening we are not with friends, usually 5-6 days a week. The very first thing we noticed is the brilliant color that brings the picture alive for us. I can't stress enough how beautiful the pictures are; people, buildings and most of all nature are beautifully vibrant Secondly, I need to use closed caption and on most TVs I have trouble with this feature. The closed captions on this TV are perfectly visible and have never interfered with the picture. The are not sometimes this color and this size or sometimes that color and size. I have actually stopped watching amok shows because of colors or sizing that are not visible against the background or are too small. Given our age and experience with electronics, we are not at all intuitive with things like the remote. However, one of our grandsons divided the lessons into two parts and after we were accustomed to using it we feel like geniuses. It is so easy to operate and we learned so quickly. We are your happiest clients! Thanks for the opportunity to let you know!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 75" of Pure Amazing Entertainment i had doubts but as soon as my wife and i got this 75" samsung 4k smart tv hooked up and fired it up.. omg we noticed the picture quality from the get go awesome.... we had a hisense and that tv is not worth it... you will not be disappointed. in fact your going to want one for your other rooms / man cave..... we enjoy our movie date night at home during this time.....

Not Great Quality, Not enough ports. i was so excited to get this tv but was quickly disappointed. i had the first one delivered which was broke. samsung support had me return it which i had to do myself and take it down to the store to get a new one (if i didn't have help this would have been impossible). i bought a samsung 10 years ago and the speaker blew just two years afterwards. i swore i would never buy another one. i've used surround for the old one ever since and finally had enough. it was too expensive to get fixed and i already paid $1500 for it. that 10 yr old tv has way better picture than this 4k tv. so i am really disappointed. i just pray this one lasts long and the speaker doesn't blow in this one too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Electronic device Ive ever owned. this 75" samsung tv is hands down the worst electronic device ive ever owned. i bought new 4 months ago. repair man had to install a new power board. i have installed 2 apps...hbo max and Magellan now i get errors "memory full". i have auto updates turned off to save memory. i will never own another samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!! horrible tv!!! i bought two and both were defective. i have the best of everything and the picture was still awful. sound kept cutting in and out. frames would keep freezing. picture remained pixelated no matter what i did. samsung was of no help and kept blaming everything else when they were the ones that suggested the set up i had. i returned both and will never buy samsung again. nothing but bad experiences everytime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great and is perfect size, BUT... ...i am rather disappointed by the apparent lack of a typical, normal audio out jack (by which i could run sound through my beloved old kenwood rack system — like i *did* with my previous samsung 36-in smarttv... it was an amazing combo.) i guess removing the audio jack is considered to be "progress"? (coz they take up soooo much space? ha!) i suppose maybe i could stream my services through my old ps3, running sound from it to the kenwood, but that kinda defeats the whole "new smart tv" thing... sigh.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV and service i had to replace my 47 inch tv, so i bought the samsung 50 inch. it was super easy to set up and get my cable and streaming services ready to go. the whole process took about 15 minutes and the directions and the tv made it really easy. i had a little problem adding a streaming service to my tv once i had already set it up but i used the samsung customer service messenger chat and they were able to assist within a minute or two. i just had to look in the apps section on my tv to add the streaming service i needed. the one thing i do find is that i have to turn up the sound a little louder than normal to hear properly (but that could just be me and my ears).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meh i have only ever owned samsung tv’s and i wasn’t completely satisfied with this one. it has an amazing picture, but terrible audio. of course they make it that way so you have to buy a soundbar. im not a fan of the tizen add on, i prefer my apple tv setup. they’ve done away with connecting cords to setup dvd players, etc so you have to upgrade your other electronics or buy an adapter. i wish the overall quality was better, they definitely don’t make them like they used to. electronics these days are designed to be replaced every year or two which is lame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture quality, terrible UI the features are great. the picture quality, design, it builds up to everything it promises...except the user interface. it’s a true pain and is one of the most worst interfaces i’ve ever dealt with. searching up apps and tv shows is a real pain because of the built in keyboard, so i find myself looking through apps and the universal guide. but sometimes even the apps are a pain in themselves. overall, i do really think it’s a great tv and lives up to everything it promisies (except the ui of course). if this gets fixed i’ll bring it back up to a 5, but if this isn’t getting fixed anytime soon it’s staying here. overall, it’s a really great experience, has a lot of features, blends in with google & alexa, and holds up it’s value well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Viewing Experience We purchased this television in order to upgrade from a 65 inch to a 75 inch. We moved our smaller TV to another recreation room. This is now our main display TV in the living room of our home. It has very nice sound quality. No sound bar is necessary. The viewing experience is top notch. The TV is capable of displaying the smallest of details in movies and shows. I really enjoy it most for sports. It is basketball season now but I cannot wait until the NFL season starts. The image is adjustable for games, movies and sports. You can alter the level of contrast, tint, aspect ratio and other variables to you liking. Overall it is five stars. I attached it to my wall by myself but I would recommend two people do it for safety reasons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money! Bought this tv August 2020 and it was THE tv my friends and I have been using in my apartment. Software / Interface isn’t great, but gets the job done. My problem is the past 4 months the apps and Netflix have not been great with loading and I’ve had the same internet plan since 2020. This past week the tv turns on but it’s just a light flash of a black screen then off real quick and the red light at the center bottom flashes twice then nothing. My tv is under a three year warranty plan but I can’t get any help on a replacement. I have the receipt and pictures of the original box with the 3 year warranty label but I can’t get any help here. I wouldn’t even mind credit back towards a new Samsung TV but TVs should last 5-6 years on average not 2-3 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good features Just bought the tu7000 75" to replace my Vizio P75-f1 ($1400) that died after 4 yrs. The tv's picture is excellent after some minor tweaking, even better than the Vizio. Setup was easy. I was able to transfer all features easily over to my Inteset remote. I have the Nvidia Shield for streaming and regular cable tv. Problem is there are only 2 HDMI ports, so I have to connect my soundbar with optical cable instead of the normal hdmi connection. But, I understand having less features, having sworn off of expensive tv's. So, I purchased an hdmi 3-port switch with remote to accommodate additional hdmi ports. But, with all that said, I am happy with the tv.

I was a bit dubious about this model being the entry level for Samsung brand but was I wrong. This TV has great picture quality. I am totally satisfied with this TV! Once again, Samsung rocks even in entry level TVs. If anyone out there looking for a good and reliable big screen TV without breaking your bank, look no further.. I would definetely recommend this model. Thank you, Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Let down Loved this tv when I first got it and within 2 months it kept flickering. Had the screen replaced with Samsung and it’s still flickering. I had to buy a whole new tv and even when I turn the tv on it will work for a few minutes and then begin to flicker. Never dropped the tv or anything. Spent $1,000 on this tv when it first came out. Any solutions? It’s a great tv but can’t even use it.
