Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works GREAT and easy set up! Just got this a week or so ago and plugged it in to use with Microsoft Lync soft phone. It paired immediately and the sound quality is great on both ends of the conversation. It beats wearing a cumbersome headset for the calls. Love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems I purchased Plantronics Pro headset for my office IP phone at work, I hoped it would be a step up from the wired headset. It was very unreliable, was not pairing after I un-docked and docked back my laptop, and it was also loosing connection in the middle of a phone call. Plantronics helpdesk was quick and responsive, but could not help. After about 3 months in frustration I took it home for use on my desktop, but it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. Extremely annoying, it goes to garbage. tomorrow. Don't waste your money.

I've been using this (along with the Voyager Legend) for work, particularly with VOIP calls (Skype for Business). The quality of the calls has degraded to the point that I use a cheap wired USB headset - it has much superior call quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved at Last I was having an issue with my Legend when trying to talk on a call that ran through my computer to connect. I called Customer Service and the rep suggested I get the BT300M so that it would be compatible with the program. I have had it for two weeks and it works great! The clarity has improved drastically. I no longer have folks sending me messages that they can't hear me or that I'm breaking up. Thanks Plantronics!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Audio Quality but... I have had this headset for a month now and so not look forward to wearing it on my ear. I have tried all the different size adapters but they all hurt. When you need to mute a call it is quite painful to have to depress two buttons at the same time pushing the headset into your ear. If this headset was comfortable to wear it would be 5 stars.

The audio clarity is great, and when I get a phone call while working I can switch between devices. Again, something that Plantronics has that gave me a great flexibility to work without interruption.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great This item functions as described, plug it in and you are ready to go. I use the adapter with my Legond and it works great with all types of software. The device shows up within windows sound manager so it seems to work with everything. The free software allows for some configuration however one concern I do have is if I leave the adapter plugged in without my headset turned on it seems to time out and I have to pull it out and put it back in. Overall a great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from replaced lost BT300 LOVE the Voyager Legend headset and you need the BT300 to make it work with a computer. It's small and was lost when I changed offices, never to be seen again. Of course, now that I bought a new one, I'm sure it will resurface. I did purchase it through Plantronics website. It was a little less costly than Amazon and I was able to make sure I was getting the correct one as it wasn't 100% clear to me which dongle I needed for my Plantronics Legend. Plus you just can't beat Plantronic's support and customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy with this product I use this product at work paired with Lync/Business Skype and also with my Iphone. Allows seamless connectivity to both. The only issue preventing a "five star" rating, (that I have found) is when in the computer, if the computer is accidentally dropped, it can be damaged. This has happened during overseas travel when I failed to remove it from my laptop, and, a porter dropped my bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Works But Fragile This USB device works great with wireless headset. However, it will break as it is larger. Traveling is a little problem. Find a place to store it instead of leaving it plugged in as it will get broken. This is the second one after a few years.

Although most of the casing was gone, it still functioned great! But it was time for a replacement. It is a tough little cookie!!! Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best way to VOIP I have one of these at work and bought another for working from home. The only issue I had was figuring out how to enable audio. (HINT: Press the talk button on the back of the voyageur legend headset.) Since setting it up it has worked flawlessly.

My intent was to use my Legend BT device on my computer to listen to movies, music etc. so I did not have to be tied to it. Well it turns out there are different types of blue tooth compatibility and this device is for voice apparently not music. Very interesting because I can listen to music from my phone just fine on my headset. I suppose if I ever want to call someone on my computer I am set but for the life of me I can't think of why i would do that given my phone takes care of all of that.

Skype meetings have become my new normal and so having it "plug and play" per say was awesome. I didn't have to read the instructions I literally plugged it into my laptop, paired it and dialed in for my meeting. AWESOME! I am technically challenged so this was perfect!

It doesn't do what I specifically want and research stated it would do (announce caller from 3CX), but it's a good sturdy device. Still looking for one that announces though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is not the usual BT Dongle!! Very compact and does not standout like others - So you can always have it plugged to your laptop. It has light which indicates when it is pairing and when there is data transfer between the headset and PC/Mac. Additionally using BT300 will also let you use the HUB software to control your headset with out being connected with wire. It support HD/Wideband audio so that you can use it for Voip calls ..etc. Top of it you can avoid all those issues that comes up with inbuilt BT transmitters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality! I got this to use with my Voyager Legend that I bought to replace a wired headset that I have been using with my PC and Skype (for business). The freedom of movement around the office without the hassle of wires is great. The only thing bad to say would be that I wish it had a little more range. But all in all it was worth the cost.
