Rated 5 out of 5 by from CS55 Headset Phone with HL10 Lifter- a Godsend I began worrying that my wife was going to suffer permanent skeletal damage as she spent hours each day holding the phone between her head and shoulder. I bought the CS55 eight years ago as a gift to her, and it now allows her to talk to the kids and grandkids and friends comfortably as she goes about doing her housework. The battery life has never been a problem, and we have only replaced it once. She uses it extensively every day. I have been amazed at its durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null When the foam cover is put on the headband earpiece it makes it to large to seat and connect for charging. The earpiece has to be taken off in order to slide all the way down and charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my headband! This purchase replaces my original headband purchased with my plantronics system more than ten years ago. I was unable to wear the over the ear or behind the head type headset- they just never seemed comfortable. So I was absolutely thrilled to find that my old faithful was still available. I thought the price was reasonable and the headset arrived quickly, for which I was grateful because the old one was being held together with duct tape!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uniband headband I purchased this item for one of the partners in my firm. Lasted around 8 months and broke at the connection with the CS55, as mentioned by other users. I am buying another, but the quality needs an upgrade to correct this flaw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! We have used this hands free phone headset for years at our office and just recently purchased 2 more. We have 4 phone lines and it answers whichever line is ringing with no problem. The clarity is good and we never get static. The only problem we have ever had is that the lifter will sometimes knock the phone receiver off the base, but we solved that problem by putting a little piece of velcro on the receiver and the base so that it lifts, but won't fall off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD FIT POOR QUALITY I AM PURCHASING MY 3rd HEADBAND. THEY HAVE ALL BROKEN AT THE HEAD SIZE ADJUSTMENT WHERE THE 2 SLIDES COME TOGETHER. I USED A WIRE TIE TO REINFORCE THE LAST HEADBAND. I WILL USE MORE WIRE TIES ON THE NEW ONE I'M ORDERING.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from headband This is a replacement part for something that literally wore out over time.....I use my headset from 7:30 to 4:00 five days a week and simply do not function without it....while waiting for the replacement to arrive, my broken one was literally taped together. When we ordered our "sets" they came with a number of options, but this particular headband is the one that works best for me

The only complaint I have after using the headband for several years is that it broke at the top (I taped it and it's been working for several months...lol) I'm pretty sure it's because it gets caught in my hair. Even still I love the wireless headset and I love the head band.

Unfortunately I could not wear the over the ear device for very long without allot of pain and headache. It seems with the over the head mount, I forget I have it on! VERY VERY comfortable.
