Makes my ShoreTel SoftPhone feature a breeze!
I use this on my Windows 10 x64 PC in conjunction with the ShoreTel SoftPhone feature from within the ShoreTel Communicator along with my Plantronics Voyager Legend headset and everything is so much easier to answer the phone now and to make calls.
Never going back to picking up the receiver on the physical phone unless I have to. Awesome product and very each to connect. Just plugged it into an available USB port and Windows recognized it immediately.
