I’m honestly surprised
I’ll admit I put an otter box on everything I own. I was surprised when shopping for a case for my Surface that no one mentioned or endorsed the otter box. At first I didn’t think they even had one for the Surface. Granted, their listing isn’t great and makes it sound like it is only compatible with the first generation but surface pro 1-7 have the same form factor so I took the risk and it’s a great case.

Best case for my surface pro
This case is so much better than the others I have tried as it allows the original kickstand to be used. The keyboard sits inside the edges better amd the strap to hold it in place is larger than anything else I have tried.

Otterbox does it again!
I purchased this case for my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and I couldn't be happier! I had my SP for a few months and was constantly nervous about dropping it so I began shopping around for a protective case. All others were less expensive but shared a common problem with weak spots breaking with gentle use. This Symmetry Studio case does NOT have that weak spot and thus is super durable. It made sense to go with an Otterbox case since I've used this brand for many devices over the years.
The Symmetry case is thick and adds weight to the SP device, but I actually feel my SP is super protected. When I actually did drop my Surface Pro with the Symmetry case on, it just landed with a bounce on the corner. There wasn't even a scuff on the case! I also appreciate that it is compatible with the Surface Type cover and surface pen!
This has been such a worthwhile investment to protect my device and I highly recommend it.

Good case, money well spent
Purchased this case for wok. I use my surface pro on construction sites. I wanted to protect it, but also not be too bulky. It's been perfect so far. It was easy to put on. I like that now I can carry my SP7 without having to put it in folio & I worry less about damage. I haven't dropped it yet, but it seems like it will offer reasonable protection.
