Rated 5 out of 5 by from A loyal customrer of OtterBox When I upgraded my Samsung phone the first thing I did was to puchase an OtterBox. For many years I have bought an OtterBox because I know that if I should drop it, I have also never had any damage to my phone because I know it's always protectected. It's a great product; although it costs more than other cases, I consider it equivalent buying a small insurance policy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good protection but huge design flaw I've used symmetry cases for my previous phones and was expecting to do the same with my S21. For some Otterbox decided to put a seam on the raised edge that goes all the way around the screen. It's sharp and comfortable. It's already started to irritate my fingers while holding the phone. Seems like an easy fix with the production mold but it's a huge mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the best value I usually buy the commuter series but got this for the smaller profile. The reduced size is nice, and it slides into pockets easier without the rubber layer. However, that also makes it a little more slippery to hold. It also provides less protection than the commuter series, which is somehow cheaper. My biggest disappointment is the color. It looks awesome in the picture, but in real life the lighter color is closer to a sky blue. As far as protection I'm sure it does its job fine. I'm also still very disappointed Otterbox prices have remained high and they no longer include screen protectors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is it? Kind of shocked the cutout for the camera doesn't even match the phone. At all. Also, the price is more than a little insane. I didn't recognize the symmetry name, but for the price I assumed it would be roughly analogous to the defender. It is not. This is pretty much a jumped up Incipio case with a much less grippy material, the one aspect of the case I actually enjoy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is a nice case, but..... I previously had the same model case for my Galaxy S10 and absolutely love it. When I upgraded to the S21 I had to get the same case of course. It is a nice case, but the material is not the same and the top of the case that makes contact with your ear is a bit rough and makes my ear sore and uncomfortable when on the phone. When feeling both cases, the previous one is more of a rubber like feeling where the S121 case is flexible, yet has more of a hard plasticy feel to it

I had my last phone and the same Otterbox that I bought for it on day one for 5 years - and it really held up - it looked as good as the day i bought it. I wanted something more sleek and this really fit the bill. It doesn't have the "thickness" of my last one, but that actually made it more comfortable for me to hold. And it is even prettier than it is in the pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean and durable I had one of the Symetry models for my old galaxy s7. It worked great. It took a few accidental falls and took them like a champ. So I got one for my s21+5g. I've had it for almost 2 months now. It looks good, clean and just as durable for as my old case. The symetry case I believe is a great choice for a phone. It protects your phone, is fairly streamlined and looks great.

It's not completely smooth on the back so the phone won't slide off of objects and other surfaces, and I like that the sides are kind of like rubber grips so the phone doesn't slip out of your hands. This is my 3rd or 4th Otterbox case and I like that this one matches my phone. I highly recommend this case. FYI this case DOES NOT come with a screen protector.

All my cell phones have Otter Box; I like the new slim down designs; and choice of colors; and I like the special features of the edging that helps protect the screens if dropped.

Otter has an excellent replacement policy and an easy customer service department. When my case got lost in the mail, they instantly sent me another case. Otter cases have protected our family phones for years. The last phone I purchased for myself was only available in black. So, I ordered the Symmetry Series case in a beautiful pink. It looks and feels beautiful and sturdy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It does not fit correctly. This case is definitely the right one for my phone, but it does not fit correctly. The lips do not catch at the edges of the phone and at the top there is q gap big enough I can see light through. It as if the phone is printed badly. The backside also does not fit the camera cutout at all; it sits on top of the camera cutout rather than around it, leaving a ton of room for any debris to get between the case and phone. I will be returning it as soon as I get another option to protect my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too slippery I personally feel that the Otterbox cases are the best in protection, and that is why I purchased this one for my new Samsung S21 5G phone. Sadly, there were very few options even available for this particular phone and even less colors. I wanted something bright in color so that I could easily find it in my purse and to prevent me from leaving it on my desk at work when I leave for the day. Black cases don't work for me for that reason. This style is the only one to provide a "bright" color so I purchased it. It is waaay too slippery. It has slipped out of my hand multiple times already, so I will end up having to purchase a different brand of case that has more grip to it. This really needs to be offered up in more colors in the Defender series, which has a much better grip to it.

In the past, I've had a 2-piece Otter Box for my previous phone, and it protected the front edges very well. At this point, I'm not using the Otter Box for my S21 phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Necessary for the Klutz! I spent hundreds on a phone, and I'm a total klutz that could destroy an anvil. No way am I going to leave my phone unprotected. I have already dropped my phone twice: onto concrete and onto ceramic tile. The turquoise colored otter shell cradled my phone both times. Essential purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough case I have always used otterbox it definitely protects your phone only defect is the belt clip holder. I always seem to snag it on my seat belt and they break off. The courner edges that hold the phone are break points. Good thing is they will replace for free and the process is easy but delivery takes a least 2 weeks or more.

Also. When I tried to call otterbox, I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I gave up. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because when my phone fell, it didn't break. Yet.

But this is probably my last otterbox case. The price is way too high for the quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Probably the worst case you could buy for the S21 I purchased this case directly from Otterbox and it looks more like a prototype or counterfeit case rather than a production or genuine case. The camera cutout on the back of the case is too small from top to bottom and sits on top of the S21's camera bezel rather than around it. This creates a gap around the camera cutout that will collect debris. This is not what I expected from an otterbox case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the thing! My new phone (a gift turned out to be the S21+; so I had to return this case and order the larger size. I love the thinness of it and the fact that it still offers impact protection. I also like that it is all one piece, so it is easier to remove and refit, if needed, than a multi-piece case. It is just grippy enough not to be slippery, but not so grippy that it is hard to get into and out of slim purse or beltpack pockets. It is screen protector friendly as well as camera lens protector friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from another great OtterBox case I loce the feel and the shape of the case it doesn't add much bulk to the phone either, my only con of the case is the back camera cut out. Unlike the Commuter case the cutout is the full camera length and not just a smaller cut out for the flash.
