I bought this about two weeks ago put it on accidentally dropped it didn’t phase us thing in the least in fact it just laughed at it ..put a pop socket on it sticks great...super durable definitely worth the money delivery and quicker than they said all in all good job otter box great products great service ( here in 2 days was told 8-10 )

Durable and pretty!
I bought this maybe a month ago and the main worry was the design chipping off or fading but it’s still very much intact, almost like the design is under a layer or two of the material the case is made of. I’ve dropped my phone a few times since putting this case on and it’s survived with no scratches chips or breaks on screen or the case itself!

This is not my first OtterBox for an iphone. Before I fit the iphone 11 I was pretty satisfied with my iPhone 7 and with this the OtterBox Waves it several times!
So I, of course, decided to get an OtterBox for the iphone 11.
After the OtterBox finally arrived I first was sceptical because it seemed to be more a piece of plastic than ever before. But then I decided to give it a chance.
Now I am thinking it is ok! It perfectly fits to the phone and seems secure. All buttons can be pushed perfectly well, too. So I decided, it is worth the money and a lot cheaper than Apple Care... ;

One Week Shipping
I bought this on May 3rd, it shipped on May 6th, and I believe I received it on May 10th, so it only took one week to arrive. It's sleek and covers the edges of my front screen. The case is also raised by my back camera for protection, which I like as well. I never had to contact otterbox for questions about my order because they kept me updated through emails. It's a pretty nice case I ordered it because I needed a flat case to stick a phone wallet so hopefully, when that comes in, it will stick!

Better than previous Otterbox cases
Bought this case a few weeks ago. I like that the silicone part is darker than the harder shell, so it does get dirty looking as fast since silicone is very hard to clean. The easy-to-press buttons are my favorite addition. Older symmetry models, such as the ones for Iphone 6, have very hard silicone buttons that are very hard to press, but this one has plastic ones.

Great Case, Inaccurate Color
Online, every image of this phone case appears as a purple-ish blue. In reality, the case is a solid blue. It's a nice color, but it isn't the color I ordered based on the online appearance on multiple devices.

Not as good as the old Otterboxes
I loved the Otterbox I had for my iPhone 6 so I got one for my new iPhone 11. But it's really different in 2 ways. First, the case is not as bouncy as the old one, But even more, this one doesn't have protection for the face of the phone. So not as good as the old version.

Otterbox are simply the beat when it comes to phone protection. I have wrapped every iPhone that I’ve owned in an Otterbox. The are very well made and stylish and offer protection second to none. Over the years I have purchased in excess of ten cases and all of them have been first class. Whenever it’s time for a new phone I just order the latest Otterbox. The products do exactly as advertised, and despite numerous drops and bumps it has never failed me.
My latest purchase for my new iPhone 11 is no different. It fits perfectly looks amazing and is clearly going to protect it and keep it safe.

Poor selection of manufacturing material. Total junk. Stains from just about any clothing pocket. I hate it, looks terrible. Won’t come off. They won’t replace. Not worth spending premium price.

This is my fourth Symmetry aNd sixth Otterbox overall. If you don’t like the bulkiness of the Defender, this is a great option. It has the Otterbox quality and protection in a more graceful, streamlined design. The raised lip provides good screen protection. This color option is just lovely!

This is a wonderful product.
Sometimes one pays a lot of money for a product which doesn’t live up to ones expectations. This is the opposite. I can’t imagine not having it on my iPhone.
I fitted the the Otterbox glass protector as well and while it seemed expensive at the time, I am delighted with the result.. BTW the glass was a doddle to fit.

Otter Box should be ashamed! I purchased this from a Quebec store. The top part is falling apart after 2 years. I wanted to get a replacement under the warranty but they do not ship to Quebec because of language issues (bill 96). Really?! Do better!!!!!

The case is good but I really wish that if would come with a built-in screen Protector. I purchased this case and it does not have a screen protector so I purchased the screen protector and the screen protector already cracked in 3 different areas. I owned a case for 3 years prior to this and it is still 100% intact. Not a happy camper because what I really purchased the case for is to protect the screen so it defeats my purpose

Nice but color is deceptive
I have the Wish Way Now Graphic. Although it says”clear case”in the write up it sure doesn’t look clear in the picture provided. I have a black phone and now ALL of the nice design is invisible except for the gold dots. Very very disappointing. In the future, please show how these cases would look with a black phone.

Overall good do not buy a light or clear color
The last Otter Symmetry I got, lasted close to two years so I can safely give it four stars. It is still fine but the rubber part on the side, started to get lose. When that happens, it is time to replace your case. I like the Symetry series because it is not bulky like the defender pro series, yet it still offers protection. I dropped it several times, and the otterbox did its job. If Every couple of years, I have to pay $40, then it i worth it because it will protect your phone, worth over $1,000. Personally, I do not care if it is clear or astatically pleasing, which it is nice, I care about overall protection of my phone. You can get cheaper cases but I heard horror stories of people dropping it and the screen cracked, even with a protected screen cover. What you pay for is what you get however, I cannot give it five stars for two reaons.
1- They are not as durable as one would hope or think, for the price that they are paying, which is a Segway to
2-It is over $40 out the door so they are not cheap. There are other bands more expensive but Otterbox is on the higher end, on the price because you can pick up a case for $10-15.

My Favorite iPhone case
The Otterbox Symmetry is just the right balance of form and function. It offers excellent protection from drops (I’ve proven this many times but is is not bulky or clunky so your phone fits in your pocket or on the charging stand easily. Add an Otterbox tempered glass screen protector and your are ready to go. This is my third Symmetry. When I remove it from the case my previous iPhones have been like new after years of use.

I’ve had this Symmetry on my phone for a year and have not had any issues. Recently was in a motorcycle accident with my phone in my pocket and a car hit me, and my phone. After contact with the car and rolling on the pavement for about 40-50ft, there was no damage to my phone or case.

I like the case but the color is not what I thought it would be. The color said that it was red/orange. When I received the case the color is more orange than red. This is the third time I am buying an Otterbox Symmetry Case. They're really good! They don't add much to the size of the cell phone, nice feel in the hand and, best of all, over the past four years I have probably accdientally dropped my iPhone about four times - with no damage to the phone at all.

Very disappointed! Will avoid in future.
I bought this cover for IPhone 11 & have in use less than a week and the rubber type surround at front of phone has become very dark and discoloured. I’ve submitted an enquiry to customer service before returning it but have yet to receive a reply. Unsure I’d accept a replacement and will be looking for a refund!

Awesome case, easy to install. Durable. Tough for dirt. Black case is best in my books. No dirt. Easy to remove. Works on wireless charging with no issues. Downfall is not much screen coverage life defender but works and protects phone in case.

Me and my husband are so freaking happy with the purchase , we are pretty darn bad when it comes to breaking phone screens & this here as you all know is a lifesaver ! Truly Worth the Money!
I drop my phone a lot. Like, a lot. So much so, that I have to buy a new smart phone almost every year because it just can't handle the pressure alone. Well no longer! After fastening my new bright yellow Symmetry Series Otterbox case over my iPhone 11, I immediately felt a weight lift off my shoulders. It was as if my cellular device now had a brilliant guardian angel looking after it at all times. However, as much I already trusted my new golden saviour, I couldn't entirely relax until I put it to the test. Would the case be able to shield my phone after plunging from a height as immense as 8ft? Would it be able to preserve the near flawless condition my phone currently sat? Lots of Options and Levels of Protection
I've been carrying an iPhone starting with the first one released. I've heard of OtterBox cases but had judged them as very protective but too bulky. That opinion has changed. I got a clear backed case for my iPhone 12 Mini which is very minimalistic but still provided the protection I need.
When my better half dropped her iPhone 11 (naked on the tile kitchen floor it cracked the back glass and left a gaping opening on the back bottom corner of the phone. Because of my delight with the case on my mini I immediately thought of Otter Box to cover the damage and protect the phone. So we ordered the Symmetry Series case. It's a solid non-transparent case with more than adequate protection and she loves it.
The Symmetry is still not bulky but wraps the phone securely providing the protection agains drops that she needs.
Excellent cases - I am now a fan.

This is my 2nd Otterbox and, hard to believe, I like it even better than the first one. Its an incredible warm but not shrill yellow and I can spot it in the depths of my purse and even on my cluttered desk.

The power button inserts fell off. The case is showing signs of cracking. The rubber structure thats between the left speaker and charger port is deteriorating. Overall I love the case and how slim it is but it’s a bit unfortunate to have it deteriorating at such an early age.

I really like this case because it shows the purple due to the see through gradient. However I wish that the gradient ended about half way compared to as high as it does, but it’s still really cute : plus it protects my phone very well ?? I drop my phone a lot and o know that it’s perfectly safe

I love the color! I didn’t want to just get a standard black one. I love bright colors. But, the only downfall with this case is that the orange rubberized part gets unnecessarily dirty right away. I’m a very clean person. I place it in my pocket and I’m careful where I place my phone. The color is amazing but know it does get dirty and dingy right away if you’re not careful.

So far, so good. I like the design and the colors in the back. I don't like the front because it's too pink and not purple how I expected it. Otter box sent it via UPS and then USPS so I never got it on time before my trip. It was delayed for a few days. I found it sitting on my front door after being away from 4 days. We are happy overall with Otterbox, disappointed with color. We received an orange case but thought it would have been “red”. Seeing that wife has a red phone, she wanted a red case. When we purchased her new iPhone 11, none were available. So we purchase a clear case and didn’t think it would protect her phone in the long run.

This is one of the first otter box cases I don’t feel safe using. The inside usually has tpu to better protect the phone for my past symmetry cases, this just has plastic of the backing with some stripes. The color also looks red online but really it’s orange.

I must have ordered the wrong thing. I expected a case that offered more protection for the iPhone but this is simply a shell for the back. It sells for $50.95 which is way more than it's worth. Even if it's discounted it's not worth it. I'm sure you can find a comparable shell for a lot less than this one costs.

Fantastic quality as always
I have bought Otterbox products for years now and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of them. The cases for the latest phones are no different. They are comfortable to hold and they feel robust.
My only advice would be to avoid the lighter colours if you carry your phone in trouser pockets... as the rubber around the screen discolours easily. I’ve had my yellow case less than a month and the rubber is pretty much black from my work trousers...
Despite that, it’s still a great purchase and offers great protection!
Beware of fakes... I’d only ever by them from Otterbox themselves as even amazon can’t be trusted.

Love Otterbox, hate the pattern on the phone
I love otterbox cases however the pattern is different than the picture shows. The case is shiny and glittery, I thought the edges were black and turned out to be blue. The symmetry cases are fantastic just disappointed with the pattern on this case.

Excellent case but not this particular color
I had this same case for my previous phone and I loved it so I didn’t hesitate to get the same one for my iPhone 11. The case fits perfectly and I already dropped my phone a few times with absolutely no damage on the phone. I chose the bright yellow color because it is easier to spot if misplaced and the color does work for that purpose. My only complaint is cosmetic: the yellow in the hard part of the case is bright and clean but the yellow/mustard color on the rubbery rim is darker and it looks dirty in comparison with the rest (which btw is the only part I see when I am using it. I would not return the product just for that but I would not but choose this color again.

I actually ran my phone over with a forklift and this case had no damage to it at all. The only thing that was broken was my screen which I was highly surprised by because its a forklift!

Tougher than titanium
I bought this case around three years ago in a design they don't even make anymore, but it has been through so much and still works! I've dropped it more or less 3+ times a day onto an array of hard surfaces (concrete, wood, garden pavers, etc). It even once took a 6 foot drop and there wasn't even a scratch! The screen has remained undamaged with this case due to the lip as well. I wanted an otterbox, but one that would look nice and fit into a pocket easily and this was the perfect comprimise! Would buy again and again.

Great protection & Awesome warranty service
I have Always bought Otterbox cases they have the BEST protection for my iPhones....dropped my phones LOTS I don't panic because I know my phone is gonna come thru with NO damage...I love the Strada cases my strada case was looking rough so I went thru warranty to get it replaced, unfortunately for me there weren't any in stock (I would of waited till they were stocked) Otterbox is sending be a Symmetry case I hope I love it as much as the Strada...But I trust Otterbox and have read soooooo many good reviews on this case.. I'll let you know what I think after if arrives and I use it for awhile Thank You Otterbox

Smooth, sleek protection
I bought this about a month ago now and I’m still happy with my purchase. Nice design as well as the case does what it is designed to do, protect.
My only con is that it took incredibly long for me to receive my case after ordering.

Volume buttons cheap
Volume buttons can easily pop out. Once they fall out, good luck finding them as they are small pieces of plastic.

Ok kiddos, story time!!
About 2 weeks ago, I had gone into my firm's office building in my city for a region wide event. As part of the event, our firm sponsored all of us to go to lunch, and so a large group of friends and I all went to lunch together.
On our way back, I was showing a friend something on my phone in the elevator. We got to our floor (the 14th floor and went to exit the elevator when I bumped into another friend, accidentally dropping my phone in the process. But when I dropped it, it didn't fall into the elevator, nor did it fall out into the lobby of our office. No, instead, it somehow fell perfectly between the elevator and our lobby and into the elevator shaft, plummeting over 150ft to the bottom of the elevator shaft below. NIGHTMARE SCENARIO.
The friend I bumped into and I went back down to the building's lobby and asked the front desk attendant if they could have maintenance send someone to recover what we assumed would be just pieces of my likely obliterated phone. We waited about 10 minutes, having a good laugh about the accident in the process, until someone from maintenance came and gave me my phone back.
Unbelievably, not only was my phone in once piece, it had sustained almost no visible external damage (including the screen and my screen protector!) aside from a dent to the power button that made it essentially flush with the side of my phone. But perhaps the even more shocking part was that the phone was still ENTIRELY FUNCTIONAL! Now, there was certainly damage the screen (it had multi-colored lines down the power button side and a black pool near the power button). However, other than that, it was still completely useable. I was able to receive calls, send texts, navigate the screen, listen to music, and connect to my bluetooth devices, all without issues.
The case itself was also almost entirely undamaged. The only wear was the rubber on the power button had been ripped off, and there was a gash in the plastic right above the "O" in the Otterbox logo.
Ultimately, I ended up needing to replace the phone because with the damage to the power button, they wouldn't have been able to replace the screen. But honestly, I can't even be mad at that. My friend and I split the new phone 50/50, and I was luckily able to go to the Apple store and replace it that day, problem solved.
All in all, I would recommend this product to absolutely ANYONE and EVERYONE. I don't think I'll ever buy phone cases from another producer because of how utterly impressed I was with this case. It went so far above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have been more shocked with how well it performed. Absolute 10/10 product that I have already ordered for my new phone (hopefully this time it doesn't suffer the same fate).

Fun and Classy Case
The design is subtle and classy. The color is a little bit lighter pink than I expected but it's still pretty. It's held up to so many drops already! This is my 2nd Symmetry case and very pleased with the product.

large and slippery
I asked the chat line when I bought this if it was slippy or grippy, and they said grippy. Within a week it slipped out of my hand and cracked the new Otter screen protector. The Iphone 11 is so large that unless you've got sticky fingers, you'll want a Defender series case.
