Rated 5 out of 5 byRykM from Gets the job doneThis is my first time not getting a Defender series case (I decided to finally forgo the holster.) So far this case has performed well. It was pretty easy to get on and has done a good job of protecting my new phone so far. I wish it was a little more "grippy", like my wife's older Commuter model; it hasn't yet slipped from my hand, but I'm sure it'll happen at some point.

Rated 5 out of 5 byLilMike from great buy!When I first bought my phone it felt fragile and the need for a case was a must! Searched online and picked Otterbox due to reasonably priced and great reviews. The case was easy to install and now my phone feels "beefy." Definitely would recommend.

The case I got for my first pixel was awesome, a hard protective shell with built in screen protector and a soft rubbery outside for shock absorption. I thought this one, for the google pixel 3 would be similar but it's not. It's a hard shell, no screen and no rubbery shock absorption. So much less for around the same price. On top of that, there are barely any color choices for cases. It's not pleasing to look at and it's not very functional, at a *very* high cost when you factor in the need for a screen protector to be bought separately. I expected that by buying one that didn't say "screenless" I would get a screen. Why have that distinction in some of the product names if none of them have screens?

Resigned, when finally made my mind to return it I tried to put the phone in one last time and it went in somehow! no, I don't think I can take it off easily but hey now the phone is protected. I like it and I can charge and use all my ports though I may need a longer Aux-out prong...but it does work. The power key is a bit too hard but I'm getting used to it and hope with some wear it may relax a little...hopefully.

I was disappointed when I bought my Google Pixel 3 because I had to leave the Verizon store with an off-brand case. I quickly remedied that by ordering an OtterBox Symmetry case as soon as I got home.

The only thing that I can add is that I wish OtterBox wouldn't make a version of the Symmetry that had just a bit more grip. I can't add a photo because it's on my phone right now, Lol. I would recommend.

It adds quite a bulk to the phone, but since it's very slippery without a case, that's just what I need. And it can fall off the bed or my desk without me even flinching. Great protection!
