Looks well built, still loses connection
Definitely looks well built at first glance, but has been losing connection randomly with my phone while it’s on CarPlay which then freezes the whole system up. Usually this happens with garbage cables but I was hoping for better with this one. Ugh.

My first ever Otter Box purchase
I bought this to replace the Lisen cord I bought on Amazon that wouldn’t stay connected. It seems to work great. I hope it lasts a ling time.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I had a great deal of respect for the Otterbox brand until I ordered 2 charging cords that did not work. I returned them. I thought I could trust Otterbox but, maybe, they're only good for cell phone cases.--Not charging cords.

Not worth the amount it cost
It’s not worth it I paid more for this cord then I should have thinking it’d be alright. I’ve only had it for 2-3 weeks and it’s broke not to mention it took 2 weeks longer than normal to get here. I prefer a cheap dollar store cord that I can easily replace if it shorts because at least it ain’t going to break in my phone. I had to remove my case and use tweezers to remove this thing not once have I had a cord break in a device until this one. So sorry otterbox but I’m not ordering any cords from you I’ll order a case of I need it but never again will I order another of your cheap made cords that break faster then a dollar store cord. I would appreciate if I was reached out to by y’all over this faulty cord, being the situation but I know for fact that won’t happen. This whole situation makes me not trust this brand and idk off I want to trust my phone won’t get broke in this case at this point because if a cord that is supposed to be a better quality cord breaks how do i know my phone won’t get harmed in this case and that it won’t break that and the fact I can’t send the cord back and get a new one due to there being no warranty is also aggravating.
