I have a iphone 11 Pro Max and 18watt fast charger that charges super fast with apple 1 meter cable. I wanted longer cable is the reason I bought this otter box cable. I plugged phone in with new otter box cable and after 30 minutes it had not charged at all, even though phone showed it plugged in and charging. I left phone charging for 8 hours with otter box's best cable and it lost 15% battery in the 8 hours. Not only does it not charge fast,. IT LOSES BATTERY CHARGE! Either you sent me a defective, brand new out of the box cable or your cable does not work with apple 18watt chargers and iphone 11 Pro Max.

This cable is top notch. Very sturdy and fast charges my devices at break neck speeds. I'm glad I spent the extra money up front for one cable instead of buying a cheap one or two or three that will go out and end up spending more in the long run buying cheap cables.

Somehow I have dropped my Otter box/Phone six times. I then ran over it. I weight another 180lbs. The phone survived all six times with out a scratch. To me Otter box is an insurance that my phone will keep functioning not matter what I put it through. Thanks for a great product. You keep making them, I'll keep buying them. Sincerely Chuck
