Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend I love the light blue color and feel of this iPhone case,(it took a little adjustment to using the Otterbox harder case, after using Pela soft, plant based,iPhone cases for years. But the problem with the soft, plant based, cases is, they begin to stretch, & don’t stay sealed as tight). I love how this Otterbox case has the pop socket built it. When I’ve attached pop sockets in the past, to cases, they usually break off. This Otterbox case was pricey for me, but a thousand dollar IPhone is worth protecting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could use improvement I got my case as a bundle with purchasing a new phone, and within two weeks the pop socket itself fell off my case. They don’t just sell replacement bases and the bottom piece of the base is stuck in the case. Very disappointed with the product.

Neither one will allow wireless charging, I’ve taken off the pop socket to see if this would help, it didn’t. My other two which were for my previous phone the IPhone 11 Pro Max I had no problem with wireless charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the best Otterbox or Popsocket product ever I know otterbox is awesome! I’ve had several different ones over the years. This is my second otterpop case. This case is cracked around where the popsocket attaches. But the 2 main issues are…the sides of the case don’t come up high enough or something. I’ve had so many screen protectors cracked the first time I drop my phone because of how the case is made. And not had this issue using other cases from other brands. The other issue is how the case is made for the popsocket. Because the case dips in where the socket attaches it makes the popsocket itself shorter and less comfortable to use and actually kinda hurts my fingers. But other cases by otterbox and popsockets attached separately are amazing!

I literally just got this case yesterday and the pop socket completely ripped apart and broke apart. So I tried taking it off and it would not in any way possible come off. Completely disappointed and sick about it. Pay all this money for absolute garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not recommend For the price I paid this case it’s not worth it. The pop socket doesn’t hold my phone up to watch videos. When we were at Disneyland my daughter accidentally dropped my phone and now the entire back is shattered. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY DISAPPOINTED This particular case is nothing more than a cheap plastic case. I purchased for $99.00. I was showing a coworker my purchase before it was received. They sell this (yes,it’s an otterbox) at Dollar Tree. Needless to say,I returned it and didn’t even bother buying the same thing for $1.00. Loopy Case is the way to go,much more convenient than a pop socket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regret Purchasing I previously had the same case for my iPhone 11 and it was the perfect case. I never switched, never needed to! So when I upgraded my phone to the 13 Pro Max, it was only right I bought the same. Well, I regret the purchase. The sides didn’t completely come up and the pop socket ripped literally a day after using the case. I figured I got a defective one so I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. I waited to use my replacement until I went on vacation. And yet again.. the pop socket has ripped. Literally two days after use. And I didn’t even pop it out a lot because I can barely even fit my fingers. Another review noted how theirs barely fit either. How is the back of the case so thick that people can’t even put their fingers between the pop socket and the case? That’s literally what the case is for. And then it rips after minimal use! AND it’s not even well protected! It’s really disappointing and frustrating spending a good amount of money for a case I can’t even use. Disappointing, frustrating, and loss of money.

My truck charges is wirelessly but other than that don’t buy if you want to wirelessly charge at night. No one makes one that works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pop socket doesn’t hold up phone Good protection but for some reason my phone falls over when I use the pop socket and try to prop my phone up horizontal. This hasn’t happened with my other iPhone models and my OtterBoxes with pop sockets. This is disappointing to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It And Learned a Trick This is my 3rd Otter Pop Case. I love how the pop socket does not fall off like others I've had and I know it is secure. However, I upgraded to a iPhone 13 Pro Max this year and the pop socket on the case is not centered for the weight of the phone. Normally, I just pull the pop socket fully out and can stand it up. However, I have to push one side of the pop inward and then it will stand up just fine. :

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wireless charging… I don’t think so. I bought this for my iPhone 13 pro max ONLY because it said it was wireless charging compatible. I have a wireless charger and a MagSafe batter pack from apple and neither of them work with the case on such is so utterly disappointing and frustrating. It says you might have to take the popsocket off and I did and it still didn’t work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GO W REGULAR OTTER BOX CASE.POP SOCKET IS USELESS! Ive had this for about a month now. Doesnt really serve any purpose besides something to hold on while carrying. The phone is still too big to be able to have one hand on the phone so the pop socket serves no purpose. Also, the pop socket wont hold your phone to have it propped up on a table. I did drop it once and nothing happened to the screen of my phone so the otterbox itself is good but the otterbox+ pop socket is just terrible for this big phone. If I could return it, I would. GO WITH THE REGULAR OTTER BOX CASE!

Just got the same case for my 13 Pro Max and I definitely feel like I got a $5 case from a grocery store instead of an otterbox.

I ordered a new one for my iPhone 13 max pro and it is not made out of the same materials - it’s not horrible, just not as good. It does not feel as protective. The pop socket will not hold the phone up to watch in landscape mode either- it falls down every time. So while it is not a bad case I expected more considering the price of the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy case, but the pop socket can't hold it up. I previously had this phone case for the iPhone 12 pro. I decided to upgrade my phone to the 13 pro max, and since I loved the case on my old phone; I decided to buy it again. However, be warned, the iPhone 13 pro max is heavy device, and because of such the pop socket cannot hold the phone up. No matter how I arrange it, and no matter how far back I pull it; the phone would just topple over on its back. My main reason for buying this case is the popsockets ability to be used as a stand, and for the extra security when holding your phone. However, as I stated before the stand ability doesn't work properly. If you are looking for case with a stand capability; I recommend you look elsewhere. However, if you want it for that extra security when holding your phone then this case is right for you. This case needs a heavy redesign if the company intends to market this case for Iphone pro max's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waste of $$$ Sorry I spent so much money on a case. I rely on the cell’s GPS for travel. The built-in pop socket looked like it would be more flush to the back of the case when closed, therefore making it easier when placed into my car mount. My cell is in my hand constantly, so I need a comfortable grip. Unfortunately, I didn’t know how uncomfortable the built-in pop socket would feel to hold. A significant functional fail. For reference, I’m a person of a very petite build. IMO changing the look of the pop socket is a gimmick. I do not recommend this over priced case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can I give ZERO stars? I bought this for a built in popsocket because that is an awesome idea! But thats all this should have stayed at, an idea. The popsocket does not hold my phone up unless I take time to balance it, then it falls over with any movement of the table or phone and the WORST part, less than 3 months later the back of my BRAND NEW phone is shattered. I have NEVER had this problem with Otterbox with any phone I have had a case on. I am SO disappointed.

Smh I like otter box that’s what I had with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. But for some reason this case does not fit properly for the 13 Pro Max. And when I received it the package was opened. They sent a replacement the box still looks like it was tampered with and it just doesn’t fit properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Butt Garbage Had the Otter+Pop for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and loved it. The Otter+Pop for my iPhone 13 Pro Max however, is terrible. Doesn't stand on it's own and you have to try and maneuver the pop socket to get it to stay. A $60 product shouldn't need to be maneuvered in order to work and thinking otherwise is asinine. You never go full I am Sam.

My old phone, an iPhone 11, had a pop socket that I installed on my otterbox phone case, which I loved. So when I saw that I could buy both as one piece I was sold. Well it arrived today and it sucks. The case is extremely difficult to put on and take off and the pop socket won’t support my phone when it’s opened and I try to place it on a hard flat surface. The quality of his case feels subpar compared to the previous otterbox I owned as well as all of the ones I’ve seen friends and family use now and in the past. This one will be returned. I’m extremely disappointed. For the pros - it does extend out around the camera, so it seems like that would offer more protection and I love the color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Popsocket Doesn't Support Phone I was excited to get my otterbox with popsocket in time for my new iPhone 13 pro max to arrive. Took a bit of force and manipulation to get the case on the phone. When I received the case, the packaging stated iphone pro max 12/13, which is slightly concerning since they are not identical sizes. The case is on the phone, however not as protected as my previous otterbox/iPhone combinations due to the lack of space between screen and lip of case. The popsocket is essentially pointless when it comes to using it as a stand. The weight of the phone cannot be supported by the popsocket as implied by the description of the product. Even with the "tips" given by otterbox to place the phone a specific way, the phone is still not propped up at the angle popsockets usually provide. The whole case is very frustrating, with the cost and reputation of otterbox, it should not have the above flaws that are occuring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It does work, just not well I was worried about the pop socket stand as well, like other reviews. The truth is, it does work, if you bend it a certain way. Not as convenient as the one for my Samsung Galaxy S20+, but it still works and offers some support. The colors could be a LOT better. I like the pink and grey color that my Samsung Otter + Pop case came in. I haven’t dropped my phone in this case yet, but it seems kinda sturdy. Don’t like how the volume button side of the case pokes out a bit. But that’s just cosmetics.

I also noticed that some edges especially near the buttons do no fit snugly to the iPhone (you can see gaps as in the picture

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delightfully Otter Tranquil Waters iPhone 13PM I love this case! The tranquil waters color scheme is very pretty. Changes it up from the classic black cases. I love the built in pop socket. I feel more secure while holding a bigger phone. If you have large fingers, the pop fit might be a little snug, but overall not an issue. The pop folds down and is nice and flush with the case, so it won’t get caught up in your pockets or bags. The case overall is nice and secure and feels solid. You can feel that it will with stand drops, and this coating on the back will do well against scratches and finger prints. It is also anti microbial which is another great bonus. The case is easy to apply and remove without much effort or force. Another A+ job by Otter Box.

Only problem is that the phone tends to tip over using the pop socket in the horizontal position. This happens particularly on one side. May be this particular case is not balanced properly. But still Love the case and get lots of compliments.

The only way I can charge with the case on is by plugging it in. This needs to be thick because other than that it is a nice product. I am going to buy a different case and this one will go in the drawer along with the PopPower.

My phone got dropped and the back of my phone is shattered. This is the only case I’ve ever used and it has stayed on it consistently. The inside of the case protrudes out where the pop socket is and that’s what has caused my phone to shatter.

The rear glass shattered completely and the case itself cracked in the middle. I do not recommend this case AT ALL.

Accidentally left my iPhone 12 pro max on the roof of my car it obviously fell off when going 90kmh down the road…to my surprise when I found my phone it had survived ZERO damage. The case took all of the impact and saved my phone! Definitely recommend
