Entire waste of money
Absolutely horrible case it did protect the front of the phone well enough for the most part however after going through 3 phones after finding the back glass shattered after taking the phone out of the case to clean it thoroughly for the first time after a few months. Mind you the day I received the phone is the day the case went on and had never taken it out. So finding this to happen repeatedly I will never refer this brand to anyone.

The best phone case you can buy, worth every penny
Awesome case, survives basically any drop or fall I throw at it. Really wish I Had bought this sooner but better late then never, been using otterboxes for years and they have never failed me, the protection is better then anything else out there.

Great case
Always buying thing case. Last for years. However the clip for the defender holder did break off in the six months I owned it. And my son's case is tearing apart and has broken edges. Case still works after its damaged but sucks how easy the plastic edges breaks.

Holster design issues
I don't like the way the holster clip on the phone is off center. I have to flip my phone upside down to put it in the holster. Previous cases I've purchased from OtterBox weren't like this.

Quality does not match price.
The case does protect the phone but the rubber coating peels off fairly quickly, leaving you with a plastic case. They did replace it under warranty but for warranty you have to pay some fees and whatnot, I'm assuming it covers shipping and actual product cost.
Unfortunately this will be the first and last otterbox I will purchase, went with another choice for my S23 Ultra that just came in.

Great case just wish lighter colors
Absolutely love this case. I wish that they had lighter colors like the white/grey that they used to have. Lighter colors help with phone overheating. Will stay with these guys because the drop protection is great

Expensive case, falls apart quickly
These cases are insanely expensive and don't last. After maybe 6 months of use, the phone case was completely disintegrating. The rubber becoming floppy and loose and eventually the hard shell case had multiple cracks. I dropped my phone one day with the case and the case was so dilapidated that my S21 phone actually came out of the case and was damaged. I just bought a new Samsung S23 phone, no warranty to get a case for my new phone. They want nearly $100 for their new cases. It's ridiculous

I've used otterbox for every phone and my wifes phone for years, best product on the market for protection, grip, longevity. I dropped my phone a million times and this case has never failed me. I am a loyal customer for life

Just be better
I agree with TimR on this product. For the amount of money otterbox charges for their cases they do not balance with protection provided. The quality is not great. There are more cases that provide better protection with more options like built in screen protectors, slide covers for cameras, etc and are literally half the cost if not a little more than half of what otterbox charges. I respect otterbox because i used it religiously and are good cases but as options like built in screen protectors used to be an option but to no avail, like these are only available for certain phones. Lately there are better cheaper products, with colors, designs, options. These are facts, and i state it because I have a flagship phone but was not satisfied with otterbox selections and selected a case elsewhere. Just be better!

good case, odd warranty tactic
Case is pretty good. I don't fully trust my phone in really any other case. This particular case stretched out a bit at the top and the rubber backing separated near the bottom of the camera hole.
Went through the warranty process. Shipping and handling cost was 4.99. But the "warranty shipping and handling" is 9.99. They give you a 4.99 discount off 14.99?. Even though when you choose your shipping, it shows it'll be 4.99, you get charged for 9.99. Confusing right? Just another way for them to get more money out of you for a product that failed prematurely, and well within the 7 year warranty period (less than a year and a half. Not hard use at all. In and out of pocket.) Also the varsity blues color is discontinued. So if you really want that color you'll have to search around for it or find one on Amazon.
