Great protection option!
I recently purchased a Google Pixel 4 XL phone. I had the Otterbox Defender on my original Pixel XL and loved it. The protection it provides gives me a great sense of security. We all know that these smart phones aren't cheap!! I love the OtterBox Defender but I wish there were more color options. I like to have a brighter colored case so it is easier to find my phone when I misplace it. The purple is pretty and much better than black...so far, so good in being able to find it!! This purchase is definitely worth the price...peace of mind!!

I love OtterBox
I had previously purchased an OtterBox pixel 2 xl case which has served me awesomely over the past 2 years. I have recently purchased a pixel 4 xl and when I removed my old phone from the it was in Brand New Condition. I was blown away with how well the phone had been protected, BRAND NEW! So when I needed a case for my new Pixel 4 xl there was no other option! I operate heavy machinery in the civil construction industry for a living so I can't rely on a flimsy phone case. Especially when the average phone cost $1500 - $2000 aud these days. OtterBox is the best phone case I have ever used/purchased and I wouldn't rely on any other brand. THE BEST!!! Keep up the good work guys and girls!!!

Slammed the hood of my explorer on the phone
I've always gotten OtterBox cases because they've always done their job perfectly, just now I put some windshield wiper fluid in and was having trouble closing the hood to where it would latch, it wasn't till I was mid slam on the second try that I noticed my phone just sitting there, I went and popped the hood to see that the phone and case were perfectly fine, much to my relief. Keep making these amazing products because you guys know what you're doing and they help tremendously.

Watch that you don't snag it something
The swivel joint on the holster is very weak in is prone to breaking. I have gone through two holsters in a month from snagging it and breaking joint on chairs or doors

great case....twice as much as my first in 2016....case one price...the shield for the glass another price....and I could not put shield on..T mobile had to install.....

Fit the phone without issue
I always buy Otter Box Defender cases because I drop my phone at times and nothing protect better! I received the case one time according to the emails. It fit the phone perfectly protecting it completely! I've already had one of my kids knock it down and it didn't even phase the phone. It fits securely in the belt clip with no wiggle room. This is important because it means no one can easily remove the phone without my noticing it. The case sits firmly on your belt or pants without any slippage. I could use it on my right or left side without issue! I recommend this can to everyone every time I am asked what they should put their phones in once they arrive in the mail. 10 years of no issues with Otter box cases and counting!

Don't buy a holster
I was happy to see the Defender being available for the Pixel 4 XL at close tothe time the phone was available. I made the mistake of ordering a holster, not realizing that the Defender already came with one. Unlink the holster for the previous two Pixel versions, one doesn't have to flip the phone backwards to insert it - now I just have to break two years of habit when inserting the phone :-

Case is fine - But missing a critical component
Every phone that I've ever had has been protected by an Otter case. I have always considered them to be the best product on the market. I recently ordered a Defender series case for my new Pixel 4 XL at the unreasonable price of $60. It came without a protective cover for the glass screen. The only option was to pay an additional outrageous $40 for a separate screen protector. The Verizon store where I purchased my Pixel no longer carries Otter products. Considering that I would have paid a bit over $100 for the Defender case and screen protector, I can see why they dropped your product line.
I am pleased with the quality of the case, but extremely disappointed with the cost of these two items. I seriously doubt that you will post my review.

I like it but...

Great protection, no Qi
This case definitely offers the most protection you could ever need. Unfortunately, Qi wireless charging does not work with it. I have tried several chargers.

Solid Case
Very Solid case. Already had a few decent drops and now damage. very good non slip material easy to hold onto and weight is balaced. dose make the phone very bulky. and you will notice in pocket. but protection is work it for me.

Good bumper protection, no screen protection
The phone sits in a plastic cage that is then shoved into a rubber/plastic bumper. It appears to be well protected and solid, and buttons all function fine putting in the case. Rear camera is protected by being inset from the outer casing.
The one thing I wish this had that was on a previous otterbox case I had for the Pixel XL is the screen protector. My previous case had a plastic screen protector in the plastic cage part that your phone sits in. This one does not. I'm not sure if that's because it messes with the sensors or what, but either way, the screen is open to the environment at this point, so be aware.
