Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional, Convenient, Useful addition I've had this device for a year and it has made my phone easily accessible and very functional. I found it to be so key to my use of the phone that when I misplaced the belt holder of the case, I purchased a whole new set to continue having my phone operate at it's maximum benefit to me. FYI I walk about 12 miles a day and use the phone as my pace-location indicator as I walk.

Being older and needing readers, I use Plus or Max phones to be able to see without readers when possible. These larger phones sometimes give me trouble when I reach into my pockets to retrieve and more often than not, I drop the phone as it catches on my pocket. The Otterbox Defender cases have prevented ANY damage to my phones! My family's phones are being repaired annually due to breaks and mishaps.... 2 have switched to Otterbox when they got tired of paying for repairs! Keep up the great work!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love m Otter I got a Life Proof for Christmas and my iPhone has shattered on the back cover twice with the LP. I just got my Otter Box in the mail and I am so thankful. My last Otter Box I had for 4 years and my phone was safe and sound. I will never change again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otterbox’s Best Case I’ve own the regular defender cases for my Apple gadgets for a long time. Now with the Coronavirus I decided on getting the Defender Pro with the antimicrobial cover. Along with the Bar Soap device I’m thinking that I have a winning combination of defense. The case is a better fit than the regular defender case. A little thicker and heavier but that’s not a bad thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I dropped my phone at a landscape store back by the bulk mulch pickup. The phone was scraped up by the front loader when they cleaned up the service area. Sure enough at the end of the day they finally found it sticking out in a mulch pile. Excitedly I went to retrieve it. Mulch was sticking out if it and the glass was shattered. Slowly I took the Otter cover off and picked out the mulch. One tiny crack at the bottom of the hard plastic case. Amazing! Next I took off the film on my face of the phone. I’m astonished! The protective cover handled the beating! My phone was pristine! Thank you Otter!

I have purchased Defender Pros for my previous iPhone in the past and thought they were excellent, but have had to cut the plastic out because I always use a screen protector, which I prefer. The new Defender Pro now comes without the plastic screen protector built into the holder. That is a big plus for me. The defender Pro is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to protect their phone and I highly recommend them.

Sadly, my phone fell of my car and was run over completely crushing my protector screen, phone screen, and back of my phone. The case cracked on the inside. This will NOT deter me from continuing to buy otter box, it just tells me I need to check the roof of my car before I drive. Sadly, I have to use a new replacement case which is not in my favorite color. Love otter box though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I expected much better I had purchased this case, and was super excited to be able to fully protect my iPhone XS Max, case comes in, and it’s definitely defective! The case mostly fit around my phone, but it also constantly pressed down on my power button, either activating Siri over and over again or going to the slide to power off screen. Returned it instantly, and tried to see if they can provide a replacement. Still haven’t received it almost a month later. Guess I’m officially done with OtterBox.

They have save our phones over, and over and over. It makes no sense whatsoever to invest in a high end phone and install a low end case. Chooose Otterbox to protect your investment, it is the only logical choice to make!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did it’s job Been using otter box defender series for 2 phones now, dropped 7+ 20ft while working only damaged belt clip. Dropped my current phone, the phone has no defects. The only thing that happened is the hard plastic on the inside broke. Planning on replacing it with a symmetry series, for good protection without the bulk and with more customization options.

Was surprised that a screen saver was not included . Seems now how to buy separate. Keep in mind when ordering .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best protection for clumsiness As soon as I purchased my new smart phone I knew I needed to protect it from my clumsiness. Otter box offers many choices and I chose this one. So totally satisfied! It feels good in my hand, no slippage of the phone out of my hand. The front edge is raised so if it is dropped the screen is protected. The buttons on the phone fit perfectly so no problem using all the functions. Totally happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, I just wish it would last I’ve owned Otter Box cases for almost every phone I have ever owned. They are the best designed on the market, in my opinion. However, I have now gone through my third Defender case for my iPhone XS Max. The first one’s belt clip broke in half. Otter Box promptly sent me two to replace it when I called and reported it was broken. I didn’t expect two, but appreciated them doing that. The first replacement broke the small retention tab that holds the case in the holster about a month after I received it. The next one lasted much longer, but recently broke the part that holds the belt clip open so the phone can sit horizontally like a small TV. I use the phone to host and participate in Zoom calls for work, so this is a feature I need to have. I truly like the case and holster, and they do a great job of protecting my phone. I just wish they lasted longer. Today I tried to contact warranty through the support on the website, but was told the warranty system is down. By the way, I am not tough on these cases, they are never abused or subjected to harsh or extreme use, so I can’t understand why they have all failed. I really want to give 5 stars, I just can’t.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Disappoints I have used otterbox products for years never been disappointed. Recently ran over my phone with my tractor had the otterbox on it cracked the screen but it’s still usable. When I got my new phone first thing I put on it was a otterbox!
