After reading the reviews of one thru amazon, I decided to cancel my order. Then I went to OtterBox and found the case cover and I have been happy with it., I probably would have liked a brighter color, mostly because when women put them in their purse, they are sometimes difficult to see with a darker color interior of the purse. However, I am happy to have it protected.

I was not happy with receiving only one of the two cases that I ordered and the lengthily time it took to get the first one. I had to call Otterbox to get the second one that I ordered shipped to me. I feel that I paid too much for the cases due to finding the same ones on Amazon for less that half the price that I paid for them through Otterbox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Screen Protection, Case Hard to Hold I have used Otterbox cases exclusively for several years now. Recently changed to a Galaxy A32 phone. Unfortunately, they don't make the Defender series for this phone. This case has no screen protector built into it like the Defender did. Also, the outer shell of this case is hard plastic and VERY slick, which makes it very difficult to hold onto, which actually causes me to drop the phone more than I would if there were no case. The rubber sleeve is inside the hard shell, which is opposite the design of the Defender. In all honesty, after using the Defender series for so long, I really can't recommend anyone purchase this case.

The fit is perfect, and it's easy to fit the phone inside. This is a two-layered case, instead of the single-layer soft covers we had before, so we weren't sure about the extra size and weight, but we quickly got used to it. My husband dropped his phone a couple of times and was pleased to see no damage at all.

There's a large cutout for the "on" button which leaves the screen edge exposed, (probably because it has a fingerprint sensor which doesn't work very well at all and there are no covers for any of the other plugin places that could use some protection.

I had that phone for many years and my phone stayed in pristine shape the entire time. Otterbox is the only case I will ever use. My only complaint is the case only came in black or purple....I would have liked other color choices.

I love that there is both a hard outer shell and a softer inner shell that is more flexible to help add that shock support when you drop your phone to help prevent it from getting damaged; or if you are like me who drops their phone a lot more often than it should happen then it helps to stop the phone from getting more damaged than before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good deal for the phone Have had for a few weeks -- it's slim, gives a good place to grip the device, and prevents direct contact with the screen/edges/cameras when placed on any surface, which feels like a bit of a necessity to prevent scratches and other damage on any device like this. My only immediate gripe is with regards to the indent where the power button is -- that alone doesn't bother me, but I notice that since the right side doesn't wrap fully around, it feels like the top (shorter portion gets pulled up and away from the device, especially when placing into a pocket. Have had to get into the habit of only putting it in a certain way to avoid this. Will have to wait and see how it works in the long run.

Short of dropping it from the top of a tall building, this case, and the phone it protects, should survive almost any typical fall with little or no damage. It also does a great job of hiding an add-on wireless charging adapter.

Otterbix is a reputable brand but this case has made me look at other brands.... please reconsider before spending the $30.... Case is EXTREMELY thin no grip whatsoever and due to it being soooo thin forget about your camera being protected will be returning..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Case for a Phone I've ever owned. I would give this NO STARS if I could. Now, that might be a little over the top. Let me explain it to you like this. This is my 3 Otterbox. I've owned 2 previously. 1 for the LG V30 thin Q and then 1 for the LG V40. And they were GREAT. I really think that you, OtterBox, dropped the ball on the one I own now; the Galaxy A32 5G. And I almost understand. The phone is sub-par at best. And the only reason I have it is because I hated the LG V40 and this phone, A32, was free via T Mobile. With that being said, let me tell you my biggest gripe with this OtterBox. Take Note...... There are NO PORT COVERINGS. What do I mean? Go look at the LG V40. Even though I hated the phone, the Otterbox for it was great. I hold my phone mostly in my left hand. with my pinky cradling the bottom of the phone. With out the Port Coverings and the Not Rounded, slightly sharp edges to those ports, Openings, My pink has developed a Callus? Or quite possibly some dentation from the port opening? Either way, MY FINGER HURTS!!! EveryTime I Use my phone, Your Case, is causing me Pain and Discomfort. I guess that I should thank you, I no longer look at my phone as much as I used to. Anyway, I'm now in a lose/lose situation. I hate the phone and I hate the Otterbox. But, as a company that usually does a good job and provides a good product, maybe, Just Maybe, because the phone sucks...... You shouldn't skimp out on Covering. Just saying. P.S. It's funny that Otterbox was flagged as being miss spelled as I typed out this review. Ha, ha. Nice.

The fit and finish of the case is excellent. Hard shell with a soft rubber interior is the best of both worlds for impacts. I'll continue to use OtterBox cases on all of my future phones.

I miss the extra protection, I had with the Defender Model, especially for the bottom ports and side power button, with my previous phone. Rated 5 out of 5 by from screen edge exposed 1.25 inches of the screen edge is left fully exposed due to the cutout for the power button fingerprint sensor. Other name brand cases that I've looked at provide access to the fingerprint sensor without exposing the screen edge. I do not plan on using the fingerprint sensor and would prefer that it was covered. The case could have been designed with the button covered, and that covered section being removable if needed. If not for this design flaw this would be a great case.
