The phone case is awkward to use and I tried to exchange it but since I ordered it directly from the website I can’t exchange it. I have to return it and get refunded and then wait for a replacement. I should have bought a cheap knockoff on Amazon. Or at least bought it from a store so I could exchange it for something else. Cost me $170. Total waste. I have buyers remorse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive! I'm a walking disaster with my iPhones. I've cracked the screen of nearly each one with them falling out of my pocket and dropping accidents. THIS screen looks like it will be the one I should have purchased all along. Yes, it's expensive but has a whole different feel and look. It seems stronger, stays amazingly clean and clear and although I have had a drop or two already, it's just fine. Hoping it continues to protect my phone as well as it has so far and as anticipated. Well worth the upgrade!

The wife had put a few slight scratches on glass waiting on the protector to arrive. The protector covered the scratches and sealed completely. Great product.

The screen cover did its job and cracked. There wasn’t a scratch on the phone itself. I thought I’d have to buy a new screen cover but when I took the phone and broken cover into the OtterBox store in Fort Collins, they told me their products are guaranteed for life and happily put a new screen cover on my phone! Not only are you my local company, but you’ve won a customer for life! Thanks OtterBox!

Only downside is it makes the screen darker and I sometimes have difficulty seeing the screen in pure sunlight!

Once installed, you’d never know it was there. This protective glass equals the live screen, not to the edge of the phone, so there is a small channel between the product and Apple’s phone case, but I do not consider this an issue.

The application was easy and they’ve made the steps work to ensure there’s no bubbles, dust stuck underneath, and aligned properly. Haven’t had a chance to really test the glare reduction in really bright situations like a sunny day (live in the NW but seems to be sufficient. The only con is the price. Does seem like a lot for this film even considering the application tools.

I CALLED OTTERBOX WHO WAS GREAT AND SENT ME ANOTHER PROTECTOR. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS TRICKEY SO TO TAKE IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS OFTEN. I HAD A VERIZON STORE INSTALL IT AND THE SAME THING. WE CAN NOT GET RID OF THE BUBBLES ON ALL CORNERS. I PAID $50 FOR THE FIRST ONE AND THEY WARRANTIED ME ANOTHER ONE AND I STILL DONT HAVE A PROTECTOR ON THE PHONE. I AM DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE OTTERBOX MAKES GREAT CASES, BUT NOT SO MUCH ON THE SCREEN PROTECTORS. I JUST WANT TO HAVE THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR INSTALLED WITH NO BUBBLES.

I was expecting a front piece on the case, but I should’ve read in more detail. As long as this bumper type case protects my phone from dropping and water and dirt primarily, then everything should be fine. Here’s to day 1!

But when I placed my screen protector on my phone in the exact way that the company suggested, I found a crack in the screen. I have emailed customer support and received no feedback. These screen protectors are a quality product, but I would expect them to arrive intact for the price.

Once there was even a hair under the protector, so, unfortunately, it was NOT exactly easy to put on like the instructions suggest. But we finally managed to get it MOSTLY dust-free. It still has a little bit of dust underneath. Hence, my 3-star review.

Didnot notice that a fiber floated in between screen saver and actual IPhone 11 so now I have a fiber under screen saver. a

I bought it to replace the screen protector I had, which after a year, was significantly separating from the phone's screen all around the edges, allowing dust and pocket lint to get trapped in between. Even though the Otter cost was > 2X what I could have paid for a replacement screen protector, I was gambling that the cost was justified if product was good quality. Time will tell - but so far, so good.

He carried the phone and same case for over 3 years. His old phone is without a scratch. Not bad for a teen boy! My 4th Otterbox purchase; all previous were Defender models which provided proven protection from drops and rugged use. However, you sacrifice sleekness for bulk and a plastic screen cover which compromises screen visibility and tactile execution. Given all this I opted for the non-glare glass screen protector with the Symmetry case protector, a match suggested by Otterbox that is attractive and comfortable to hold.

It worked like a charm. The screen went on exactly right, no struggle to get it aligned correctly. I also like how smooth the screen protector feels. I’ve only had the screen protector for a few days but so far I am very satisfied.

At first glance I thought screen was cracked. Then after inspecting the phone only the screen protector had been cracked. I have purchased otter box covers and screen protector for last 3 phones they do the job. New screen protector is a little smaller than previous screen protector but looks good.

I was sad that my gf was holding the peeled screen protector in the air and waving it for fun. It has some air bubbles in the botttom, but for the main display area, I have nothing to complain. I would strongly recommand if you can afford it. I don't change my phone often, so it should be wothy.

Also, my new phone is much larger and he knew it would be important to have a good product protecting the phone as I became used to the size differential. It has really proven its worth multiple times already. It has a great rubber-like grip to it all the way around the phone and the added inbuilt pop out allows both extra hold and the ability to set the phone down in a view position. One small difficulty I had was overcoming my arthritic fingers to insert the phone. I also purchased the screen protector which gently attached itself in slow motion from bottom to top with nary an air bubble. I am so pleased with both products. Thank you Otterbox.

I followed all the instructions, but still there is dust underneath the screen. Makes you crazy because no matter how much you clean it, anything underneath the screen isn't coming out. I tried to remove it from underneath and now the screen is unusable. Now I'm out $65. I guess I'm the fool for paying that much for a screen protector. I'll definitely be going with one that can be installed in the store next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like it was made by Apple The Edge2Edge cover fits perfectly with my Defender Pro case. It's as though the cover fits and looks like a part of the original phone as though made by Apple. I am happily surprised at how thin the Defender Pro case feels in my hand as I have shorter fingers for a guy and was used to the Defender case on an iPhone 5. I have not had any issues with how the touch sensitive screen works with the Edge2Edge installed. Also, I have zero bubbles under the new cover. Beware, install in a dust free area, no wind, and go slow and be precise. I cleaned my phone surface carefully and gently blew on the new cover to be sure no dust was anywhere. I also watched an install video on YouTube by some lady--twice before installing. I would not want to perk this cover off--you must get it right the first time. Costly but factory quality, no better solution with my Otter case, and lifetime warranty. Must have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best screen protector I've owned! I've used other screen protectors in the past and aligning the screen to the phone had always been a huge issue. With the template provided, it was extremely easy to get it in the perfect position. It laid down nicely and by following the instructions, the bubbles can be worked out easily. I have been using it about 2 weeks now and haven't had enough time to review it for protection but I can say that it looks great, there are no problems with the screen response and no scratches.

I wanted total coverage of the phone glass and these protectors are as advertised. Installation was easy and looked great. My only issue was some small bubbles along the black band that won't go away. not noticeable when phone is on however.

I’m on my 2nd replacement of the screen protector since my September 2020 purchase. Each time you replace it costs almost $8. I might was well buy a new one at Walmart when they break. $40 for this one just is not worth the hassle. I don’t know how many times the warranty will replace these in a year but I still think it’s worthless. And I hardly ever drop my phone. Very disappointed

I’ve dropped it a couple of times with the Otterbox on it and it still looks like new. Very impressed with it and the screen protector.

It cracked but my screen is fine. It wasn’t a “hard drop”...just a fumble. I had a cheaper glass on my old iPhone for 4 years and it was dropped many times and it never cracked.

However, this seems really durable and I do love having more contact with my screen. I have (of course) dropped my phone several times with no issues. Easy to place on the phone and fingerprints clean off easily.

I've dropped my phone on hardwood floor something like two times since installing this screen protector. Two times, and there are two huge cracks running along the screen and the right hand corner is slightly shattered and chipping. For a relatively steep price, I am extremely disappointed in this screen protector. $40 screen protectors should withstand more than two or three average drops before cracking and chipping in the corners. Both my wallet and my hopes are severely dissatisfied. I don't know if I will be buying Otterbox again. I gave it two stars (as opposed to one because I liked how easy the application process was.

I have not taken it off yet to see if my screen is damaged. I’m super annoyed because this morning I wrote a review about how fast my case got scratched, and now my screen protector is too. At fifty dollars, I expected it to never scratch - yet here we are!

In frustration, I trashed the Amplify screen protector and purchased a competitor’s glass protector. Their installation guide worked flawlessly and did not create any bubbles.

Just a bit of history; I’ve had two phones drop, causing significant screen damage. Paid a hefty price for repairs. The repair place suggested glass screen protectors. They did the job, but, were not off the best quality. I did some research and came across the Amplify line. One of the two went off great. The other didn’t adhere fully to the screen. Not a problem. I contacted OtterBox and was shipped a replacement at no cost. The replacement went on seamlessly. The feel and quality are superior to the previous protectors I’ve used. I keep my phone in my pocket, my son keeps his in his backpack. Neither of our phones have any sort of damage. I’m completely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend the Amplify!!!

The phone case is awkward to use and I tried to exchange it but since I ordered it directly from the website I can’t exchange it. I have to return it and get refunded and then wait for a replacement. I should have bought a cheap knockoff on Amazon. Or at least bought it from a store so I could exchange it for something else. Cost me $170. Total waste. I have buyers remorse.

I bought anyways because I’ve bought otter boxes for 9 years and loved them. I was not satisfied as I ended up cracking the glass protector while my phone was in my purse. That has NEVER happened before. In the passed I have dropped my iPhone with the otterbox on it and it was SAFE! I am heading back to school with Kindergarten students and I need my phone safe from drops! I have now purchased a Lifeproof with the top case. Very sad that I didn’t not have the option to buy an otter box XR iPhone Case with the top protection.

Not only is this a nice edge to edge screen protector, the tool they include in the box mades application virtually fool-proof! There were a few bubbles at first, but they disappeared on their own over time, just as the instructions said they would. I was really impressed with this! Not sure I would have paid full price, but when they offered half off with the purchase of an OtterBox case on their website, I couldn't refuse! I would purchase again!

Ever since I discovered Otterbox many years ago I have not gone back. Not only am I a little clumsy, I always work labor intensive jobs in many different environments where many things can create a perfect scenario for accidents. So I rely on Otterbox to protect my investments. Iphones aren't cheap! You get what you pay for with Otterbox, spend $10 on a screen and you will be sorry,

I do love how it looks, crisp and clear with almost no smudges ever! It fits edge to edge with the defender case there isn’t any gap or anything. My husband has a regular cover that just fits the front of the screen but he’s ready to buy the Edge to edge cover. I have used Otterbox covers since my first iPhone. While I haven’t had serious drops I feel my phone is protected. I love and trust this brand.

This product, when combined with my Defender Pro cover looks like it is part of the phone and you would not know that I have a screen protector installed. The installation was easy and the end product looks custom made. It is much nicer than the plastic cover that was part of the previous generation of the Otterbox Defender.
